I have a couple of things to update you all on...Firstly I have just opened an account at RedBubble.com [link] This is an online shop allowing people to buy prints of my work and also t-shirts which is cool. I hope to get the shop intergrated into this site sometime soon as I plan to do more printable artwork in 2009.

Next...At some point in early 2009 I will be starting what I am calling an open tutorial. I will be creating a new work in progress thread on CGTalk, but this time I will be encouraging people to work along side me so we can help each other and share techniques. Its going to be a bit of an experiment, but if your interested in joining please head over to CGTalk [link] and subscribe to the sign up thread.

The subject of the open tutorial was put to the vote and the community chose this image by Dean Yeagle.

Merry Christmas All!

Hi all, been a while since I updated. First of all, as you can see I posted a new image, POP! This was just something quick and fun I wanted to do while working on my cartoon style. It gave me chance to recycle one of my old models (Stylised Female) and build some new "rim lighting" shaders which work really well, as well as try a few different modeling and post processing techniques.

Now I have the foundations I am going to move onto another stylised image, again reusing the tweaked Stylised Female model to save a little time. The subject this time will be a 3D version of an image by "Dominic Marco" titled "Red Sonja" which is not only a great piece of work, but also matches my model.

I am finding it a great site for all kinds of artwork.

My new personal website is almost ready now. I have been working closely with a web developer to add many new features to make it cooler and work better.

Onto personal projects, I am working on a couple of virtual sculptures. I decided to concentrate on my modeling skills so these won`t be textured or animated. Instead they will just be posed models. Below is the current version of my first -

[link]

My other is a werewolf, but I want to get this one out of the way first.
