Staying home is nice...but staying home for a full week with the flu is NOT! It sucks...deeply.
I have sooo much homework I need to catch up on. But, y'know...on the plus side... I did have a full week of drawing practice and extra sleep? ...FAIL.

Also this past week, I've been trying to fix my scanner! D=
It seems to be working fine, but the program I've been using doesn't want to cooperate...
My stepfather might have to reinstall the program so I can upload some pictures...~

Throughout the weeks of high school so far and from previous years in elementary school, I'm always thinking of what attracts a person to a person. Isn't beauty what catches the eye at first? ...And what kind of beauty? People usually joke around how men always go for the beach-blonde, Play Boy bunny girl, while girls are attracted to well-built men with brown hair(?). For most people, they say, "Oh...looks don't matter." But don't they matter just a little bit? I mean...you at least want some "hotness" in the person you are attracted to...right? Whether it is their eyes, hair...or even shape?

And how do you know it is love? How do you all of a sudden realize that you like/love this person? I understand that this feeling is different for everyone...so I'm curious to know how you felt and how you knew it was love.

And what about a "type"? You know...for the opposite sex; they must have blonde hair, blue eyes, well built... If we narrow down all our choices to what they look like on the outside...what about the inside? Sure, they may be very beautiful, but what if "your type" turned out to be an asshole, or a bitch? You may have the looks down; but then the personality. Again with narrowing down your choices... If you stick to one thing; then you don't have the chance to meet an even greater person outside of your type. And another thought that came into mind...what kind of love do you desire~?

By what "kind", I mean...do you prefer the old-fashion love, or what...?

To be honest; I've always imagined myself having a sort of love like in animes. Y'know...the really cocky guy that's on the basketball team and shows no interest into finding love? Then one day, this girl runs onto the gym floor during practice, almost gets ran over by one of the members, he runs in, picks her up bridal style, and carries her off the court, they start fighting with each other for like...a month. Then one day, during a very a fight...they kiss?

And what about fairytales and movies? "Happily ever after", am I right? But...why stay with the same person forever? Don't you eventually move on, and find someone else?

When you do break up with someone...what do you do with all the memories that you did with them? Do they haunt your mind once in while? Or do they do not matter?

Do you ever get the thought that...the one that was truly perfect for you...was the person you loved many years ago...?

And what about "perfection"?

I am right that no one can be perfect for you, right? The only thing that makes them seem perfect is...what you love about them. Right? The way they laugh, or how their eyes glitter when they look at you or the way they talk or how they show that they love you?

But what about relating the feelings when you get a first crush to many years later? When you age, and go from person to person; does the feeling of love get deeper? Is it because of the experience of feeling you get from others?

And what about a first kiss or "making love"?

Out of everyone out in the world...why them? Why that one person?

Now, I apologize ~. I suppose it's hard for me to understand, because I have never experienced love. I only read it in books, watched in movies and...watch it in my own home.

This thought occurred to me while reading a book my sister bought me. Known as, "The Man of My Dreams".
I suggest you read it; I'm not telling you what it's about.

It really gets you thinking...like me.

I got lost in the morning; looking for the Main Office to pick up my time table.
There was an old lady at the front desk.

I was a few minutes late for my first class..

Okay, Ottawa was frickin' awesome~!!
....except for the 7 hour bus ride. Got sick reaaaaally bad.

Anyways, on the first day, we didn't do much, but when we got to the hotel, we had an hour to get ready.
Went to dinner, out to an abandon jail (..I could of sworn I felt a ghost...), then the B.S.S. girls were able to go shopping at the mall for an hour or so~. I didn't go though, I was tiiiired. Yeah, just wanted to go to bed.

Lmao, and the beds frickin' SUCKED! THE FLOOR WAS SOFTER! (No, seriously...it was.)
With the three other girls I shared the room with, this one girl wouldn't stop complaining.
It went like this:

Girl: *whiney voice* Guuuuuuuyss!! This is NOT a bed! I can't get to sleep! This pillow isn't soft enough--
Me: Jasmin! Shut the fuck up so I can go to sleep, God-dammit!! *now pissed off*
Girl 2: *laughs* And the quiet girl speaks!

...
Yeah, so, the other night, the people above us were making loud noises, and you wanna know what she said..??

Girl: *hears noise* Oh, God...what if there is an axe murder above us?! *looks out door* OMG!! Someone is by our door!!
Me: God dammit, Jasmin...IT'S THE SECERITY GUARD! GO TO BED!!
Girl: *screams* Someone is hanging in our kitchen!! *dives under covers*
Me: Ugh...!!


She managed to piss me off quit well...uh, well ANYWAYS!!

The second day, we went out to breakfast, walked around Ottawa, went to the Parliament building, out to lunch, went to the War Museum, then back to the hotel. :3 The girls had a movie night, so it was pretty cool~. The last day, we went to an Art Gallery and then to a Civilization Museum, and then back to the 7 hour bus ride home.

I probably missed something...but those are the main things I remember.

Sooo excited. Ottawa is my class end-of-the-year-graduation-gift-from-my-school trip.
I'll be gone Monday to Wednesday, so hopefully, I'll gain inspiration to draw when I get back to my hotel room and stuff.
I think we're going to a museum, going bowling, and a whole bunch of other stuff. The bus ride I think is about 5-7 hours? Long, indeed, though. Dx

Heh...well, I always wanted to know how it was like to be deaf...with one..ear...hehe..

Anyways! Yesterday, I did Track&Field. I signed up for 100m, 200m, 400m, Long Jump and Shot Put.
Shot Put is canceled until May 29th...so, I was left with my other choices.
After 100m and 200m, I was pretty confident about the 400m. Only because I can't run long distances. X.x
(I did well in Long Jump...just one over toe, and my longest jump was 2.56m, woot! :])

At the 400m, I stood in my lane and was really pumped. But, then the girl was RIGHT by me, and when she shot her gun-start thingy...
I tripped and everyone got a head start.
Embarrassing, yes...but I did manage to catch up with everyone and still come in 4th place out of 6 people. :]
(but I was also running with three VERY fast people...)

Well...yup. That's my story. And uh...I blame ~zeldagalz for watching the Food Network...again.

I'm SICK of school! It's like...a miniature Hell...like, seriously!
My teacher is so...blah! Not only that, but life is seriously turning around the wrong way.
Let me explain:

Since my parents are divorced, my mom has full custody of the kids.
My dad wanted to take us this weekend (cause...we haven't seen him since.....October!)
And my mom started yelling at him and stuff when he came to pick my sisters up (Sam and Amanda)...
Ugh...why wont they just sort everything out?!
It's getting RIDICULOUS.

Not only do they fight among themselves, but do they bring us in their own fights.


...I'm sorry for telling you guys this...it's probably a waste of time anyways even writing it.

YES! I got my second NEEDLE today!!
...I didn't faint this time though! Go me!! ...But...I did get dizzy...and had to wait another five minutes before I got to leave...

...I also got a juice box! Apple juice! Lol.

Okay, nothing special! I just want to wish everyone a happy Halloween!

Okay, first thing first;

I just have been grounded...heh...don't ask...
My mom is out, so I'm on for a brief moment for this update.
So, I'm not dead to let you know...

I feel as though I'm falling apart because I can't escape my divorced parents fights.

I'm stuck in the middle, getting blamed and I can't handle it.
It's stupid. I shouldn't be under this much stress.
God...I'm out in four years anyways...I got to hang in there, I suppose, right?

Oh well...I guess it's a good thing I have good friends (especially online =]) to talk to.
I just wish I didn't have to wait four years to listen to them.
Phone, outside...it's stupid.

My mom doesn't listen and my dad is under stress like me.

Whatever...I still have one good person to talk to...well, two.

M'kay...why is this day crappy? I'll explain:
Today, the grade 8 girls were off to get their needles (well, 9 of us) to avoid this cancer or something in the future.
I didn't eat breakfast OR packed a lunch due to being late for the bus.
I figured that I would of been fine and so I went ahead and sat in a chair.

I was really nervous and so I had butterflies in my stomach.
I also flexed my muscle so that REALLY shot pain in my arm after she pulled the needle out.
And, usually reading side effects make me queezy too for some reason but anyways;
Maria (the nurse) was reading the side effects to me to make sure to watch out for this sort of thing.
Being REALLY nervous now, I closed my eyes to regain focus. But then...

Thirty minutes passed, I open my eyes to see the nurses around me, asking me if I was alright. All I kept saying was;
"What happened?", then Maria was like, "You fainted."


Man...I can't believe I fainted. But, then again, you're suppose to eat before eating a needle right?
She said that must of been one of the main reasons...
Anyways, I'm home now. Still feeling sick, but alright.

I'm gonna draw maybe and possible upload photos. I also have to get working on 's side of the Art Trade. :/

Sakura: Well...I hate demons...and, I hate stupid people!

Sakura: I'll usually be outside with the sakura-blossoms and draw.

Sakura: Rain! I love dancing in it when it pours down hard!

I started school. *Shoots Herself*
I guess the first day wasn't so bad, but it was boring.

I didn't know what was worst...
Miss. Bouw's cooking or her smiling...

Miss. Bouw is my teacher this year and she is really mean.
Unless you get on her nice side, I guess she isn't all bad...
But it depends.
She also says I look like my sister Kate - in collage now - and so she was nicer to me then usual. So, hopefully I get on her safe side. ^-^

Anyways, I'll update later and I'll try and upload some more pictures.
Knowing that my gallery doesn't have a lot of photos. ^-^
