I awoke late one night to the sound of howls in the distance "Had it all been a dream, and had I been there on the cliff and saw the last breath of the alpha?" Perhaps it was a dream, she could only hope. The nightmares were more constant now and Angela had not had a good night's sleep for some time. It was like they were real, that she was really a wolf. "How silly," Angela thought to herself, "It's all the fault of the damn wolves out there, howling all night, making me have these nightmares." Angela looked over at the clock, it was a quarter till midnight, "Oh how will I ever get any sleep with all these wolves howling all night. It's enough to wake the dead."
Angela got out of bed, and stumbled to the bathroom with the dreams still fresh in her head, "Why me, I am just a human," she thought as she splashed cold water on her face. She often had to remind herself of this after such realistic dreams. Angela went down stairs and got herself some milk and waffles. As she sat there, eating her milk and waffles, she heard a sound at the door, a scratching sound. Angela got up and reached for the sword; it was not a sharp sword and it was most likely not even useful, but all the same Angela felt better holding it. She slowly unlocked the door and looked out. Nothing was there. With her heart pounding, she closed the door. Had Angela actually heard the noise or was it still a part of her nightmares and her mind playing with her?

As she went out into the night in serch of this other her heart raced. Yes i am here it seemed to say with each howl that it gave. Come find me come i am here. She lefted her head and let out a long howl as to say where are you. Agian the wolf answerd back sounded so close she thought. Then she stoped to gaze down upon a grave stone. It read Jessy dided 1845 born a wolf always a wolf. As she looked around she relized their was no more like her.
