Well I just wanted everyone to know that the past month has been amazing. Our Class got t travel to London, Ontario for the PPOC National Convention. We traveled 48 Hours by Greyhound (BARF). I definitely don't suggest doing that. The trip consisted of a guy who beat a bad at one of the bus stations, drug deals on the bus, transitions breaking down, and cramped seats. All in all, the convention made up for the actual trip.

I ended up entering 4 prints into the national print competition in which 2 were "Accepted." I was and am Very excited about this. We met so many amazing people, and got to network with a bunch of crazy people.

I am so excited to go to Italy. I will be fabulous. We are going fo 31 days exactly. It's like I hadn't painted in forever, (which I guess is kind of true, I hadn't really been painting. My graduating exhibition was more sculptural than painting.) So, back to what I was saying. I have this crazy urge to paint, and make art. I even have some crazy Ideas for some drawings that I might continue. (the one's with the photo's of flowers on graphite -- for those of you who know the work) I am just crazy briming with ideas, and I want to do them all right now this very second...

But... I'm broke, so I have two canvases to start, and then i want to do some drawing, but we'll see how that works out.. since I need photo's.. of things.... flowers.. or something.

SPEAKING OF PHOTOS.... I am starting a Photography Program in September, it's two years, and had a 4 year Wait list.... yep i waited 4 years...... well Ithink it was only 3, but then I had to defer my start date for a year... So in REALITY I have been waiting 4 years to start this program. I am soooooooo exited It will be fabulous..... then I am going to be a a famous, photographer/painter..... haha.... just kidding.... we could only hope to do that well... if anything.. I will be DAMN good at what I do, and Love it all the way!

Anyways, You should look at my new paintings, and please comment on them.. let me know what's good and crappy about them... I am just re-learning paint, so I feel like I'm not quite in my element yet.

1. Traveled to France and England, and although I am a much bigger fan of Paris than of London, they both grew on me equaly.

2. I have been fluent in two languages (however I have lost that second language significantly since not using it anymore)

3. Traveled from one point of the Canada (from Victoria) to the other(Gaspe), and stood in both oceans.

4. Lived in Quebec (short period of time)

5. Directed a Play in 2000

6. Graduated yay

7. Bought my own vehichle.


Next on my list:

Learn another Language (Italian)
Travel to Italy for a month (June9th-July9th2007)
Graduate University (June2007)
Start school (Photography - September2007)
Graduate School (june-ish 2009)
Get a Job
Get Married
Maybe travel some more buy a house.. etc.
Have Babies..

Well today I created my First PhotoManipulation. Damn that sucks... I dont mind the way it turned out. BUt it took sooo long....... I completely respect anyone who can do these things and be good at it...

My Man and I went crazy with the photo's while we were there. When we went to Butcharts Garden, and the Butterfly gardens we took 0ver 600 pictures. There are so Many pictures, I am going to have to try and sift through them to pick the best ones. I have some really great closeups, that I will probably put into one picture, just to compact things.


I have added 4 pictures already today, and I am certain that more will come.

I want to thanks a couple people here, mostly Grandma and Grandpa for having us, we loved visiting, and hopefully we wont stay away too long next time.

I just want to apologize to anyone who watches me and thinks I uploading too many things too often. i just can't help it. I love my digital Cameras and I tend to take 20 to 150 pictures every day. They tend to bogg down my harddrive but Oh well what can you do... tee hee.. Of course not all of them are worth showing to anyone. However, there are usually about 10 that I fall in love with. I could post all of them.. but i decide which ones I love the most and upload just a few. I hope that everyone enjoys the one's I do pick. TELL ME PLEASE if it's CRAP!

On another note, I am in the works for getting some people to shoot, since lately the only model I can come up with, is myself. easy to shoot, but boring at times.... I hope people dont mind. haha. So I am hoping to get some interesting shots... I am going to get some couples and I have some great Ideas. if anyone has any ideas for things i might be able to try.. artistically or not... PLEASE let me know... When I get some gooders I will post some of those when that time comes... until then I will probably continue to add images of myself.. haha or other things I can get ahold of.

This morning as i was driving to school... I came to a part of the road where people kept pulling over to one side... I was unsure of what was going on so I watched carefully... and as people parted, there in front of me was a little white corolla, heading north... in a south bound lane... Now not only was this a south bound lane.... but it was a one way street.

The little old man who was driving, looked so shocked and scared (while I'm sure his wife in the passenger seat was probably having a heart attack), That he started to turn off this road, onto another one way street, going AGAIN the wrong direction..... The people in that lane, directed him not to do that.... and I felt so bad as I drove past him.

I the ABS Diet. I have never had so much energy ever in my life....... well ok maybe when I was a little kid and I ran around like a maniac..

But this diet rocks, You are never hungry! You eat like SIX times a day (which I mean, is good for you) You get a protien shake in the morning, two snacks, a big lunch, smaller supper, then another protein shake at night. It rocks.. I wake up in the morning feeling sooooooo good. I am and I can take on the world....

I totally recommend it to anyone wanting more energy, or to lose weight.. IT ROCKS I SWEAR!!!

Well, I guess to anyone who reads this, I am feeling much better (thankyouverymuch). My Bronchitis is nearly gone, which is a good thing because I am feeling fat and lazy. I will soon be able to hit up the gym again in my usual style. I just bought the ABS diet book and am interested in how it all comes together. I am hoping to pump some iron soon... YAY.


SO what's new with me. I found out I have to do yet another interview for my stupid university, uhgg they drive me up the :cencored: wall... Since I havn't had any classes in my major since the last interview, I am hoping to get some painting done before april, so I can show something new.. Although I have some really interesting ideas that I hope to bring to the studio.. Yehaa


Tonight, is the BFA Exhibition Opening. I am pumped. I have been asked to come and take photo's. I am soooooo excited. Hopefully I will get some really great stuff, and maybe put some stuff in scraps... or something. I am planning also to take my video camera, because it's new... hahaha And after the show, Cashew, some of our lady friends and I are going to go out for a drink, or to party with some of our BFA friends.....
