Hey! Just a quick post to let you know that I haven't forgotton about the club, and I'm still alive. I am so sorry that I have been away.
Hope all is well with all of you! Keep inspired!

A note from the Moderator

Hey! Just a quick post to let you know that I haven't forgotton about the club, and I'm still alive. I am so sorry that I have been away. My personal life has been keeping me extremely hectic (including-but not limited to- getting a stable job, married and moving) So I'm so sorry that I haven't been around. I currently do not have internet at my current residence, but I have an oppertunity to be connected once a week. I will be able to use that time to post and keep up with everything. I am working on a couple of ideas to "spruce the place up a bit" by holding a contest or two in the future.

Haiku Baiku has had their annual contest, and I am pleased to announce that two of our members have recieved awards for their work!

Our newest member, :iconelle-h:'s "Blood and Poppies" recieved Second in the Contest, and has graciously allowed us to post her entry into our gallery as our first post!

:iconmegumitakani13:'s "The Inevitable Journey" recieved an award for the best use of the theme "Passages"

2) Send a note to the club with the subject "Join" (You'll receive a note welcoming you to the club. If you don't hear from the club in a week, please contact ~collegekid and I will jump on it as soon as possible.)

A Note from the Moderator:
Greetings! As a long-term Aoshi admirer, I've been hoping for a club like this to materialize, but alas, none ever did. There are several out there that are fans of the Oniwabanshuu, but have been currently inactive. I am hoping that this is not the case with this club, but I may need some help in the future to keep this going. I never ran a club before, but I'm hoping that things will be able to run smoothly. Any ideas that anyone has, feel free to send them my way! :D

As for the pairings of this character, I realize that everyone has their own opinions. I've seen Aoshi x Megumi, Aoshi x Misao, Aoshi x Kaoru, Aoshi x Original Characters [i.e. "Jade Sakura", "Okira" etc.] (I personally prefer this one).
