One month has past by since I past my Bachelor of Arts.

Yes, I really did it ... its still hard to believe that I managed to produce something that I loved as a kid up till now. Making a trailer for my comic was a lifelong dream come true and got the chance to do so.

1. I have my presentation of my Grafik BA in the 2nd week of July for which I am working my ass off every single day since the mid of March. i did the illustrations, a friend of mine the colors and the story is by two others, him and me.

For some time now I have the problem that DA doesn't let comment on pictures.
comments on board accounts and journals work though?
there IS the field under the picture to type in but no "add comment" button to send it.
its just missing.

one said its because you have faved to often without commenting and its seen as some spam reaction.
I don't think thats the problem because i havent been faving that much.

so, what the heck is wrong here and does anybody else have the same problem?

so 2009 is coming to an end and lots has happend and a lot is still going on.
first thanks to all who have orderd a comic and a sorry that i am still at all the skteches cause of grafik/film work that is taking up all my time and energy.
but yo can look on the bright side theyll not be cheap "sketches" cause i tend to work drawings out ... another reason for the delay.
the "important" school work not only holds me from the sketches but also from doing my comics. ...
it really bugs me that the sketch thing is going so slow and also the comics.

ok, many of you out there have given up an order for the comic and a sketch which is great!
i thought i could have done them all like 2 months ago but then my grafik school project got inbetween it. i was working 7 days a week till late at night for a 14 minute cartoon called "DORIS & BOB"! it took up all the 2 month holiday that i had and didnt even find time for any comic or sketching the orders.

so now its done, premiere was on Monday and it had one laugfh after the other and the biggest applause ... it was awesome!
sadly its in german and 14 minutes long. i am in the middle of my semester 'holidays' and its carneval time over here in Cologne. i wish i had some holidays really. at the moment i'm catching up with my studies cause the deadlines are after these few weeks free. besides that i am moving the end of next to the city where i am studying. from Cologne to Düsseldorf. you could even say two rival cities hehe. about how the people are and their beer. crazy.

some time has passed and great things have happend.

the biggest news is that have started to study Design! after years n years of apply chaos it finally worked out.
theres is tons of new stuff coming towards me and lots to learn. its all really cool but one thing makes me sad ... that to illustrate aint that important anymore in this day n age. pen n paper are as good as dead. but what the heck ... ill just combain both worlds.

so this is what is taking up most of my time and i really have to find time to get some comics done.

we all knew it was going to happen sooner or later. he had a very long and good life and we did everything for him ...
but in the last months he just got so thin ...wouldnt really eat ... getting sick ... it was hard ...

and today we just had to get him to the vet because he felt ill and after a check they said hed die in the next days ...  so we put him asleep and he went in peace.
