I had a million ideas of how I wanted things in my head, but not solid connection between them, no main theme, and no ending. It was just random "this character and that character and this would be funny if..." stuff.

So...I'm starting from the beginning. I am writing the story of Circum Universe in a book format first, to iron out the character personalities, imagery, and plot before I even attempt to spend months drawing stuff that I change my mind on and toss to the side. So here we go, I'm submitting chapter one tonight. Those of you who are writers, please please please comment. I want this story to be good, and the manga version of it, even better.

Yeeeaaah, didn't happen. I suck at accomplishing my goals. So, I guess I'll make myself some more! Yaaaaay!

Firstly, though I like my manga pages, every time I look at them, I think, "Geez. You can do better than that." So I have been thinking about going back and redoing my previous pages, and following a new style with the next ones as well. Less sketchy - cleaner lines, better tones and shading, non-generic speech bubbles, that sort of thing. So if I don't submit anything for awhile, it's probably either because I'm busy, or, I'm working extra hard on Circum Universe. Also don't freak out when my old ones get deleted, cause that mean's I'm close to a breakthrough! Or something.

I am currently doing more work on Circum Universe than I have in awhile, I hope you are all enjoying the manga pages so far. I am working on trying to get at least 1 (if not more) page up per week. That's meh goal, anyhow. Since it will be a pretty long manga in the long run with all the planets we have to visit and the whole storyline to go through, I want to really get working on it. Encouraging words help. ^^ I often feel like it's too crappy to go on - but I love it so much I almost always pick it up again. xD

I've also started taking commissions for Gaia avatar artworks for gold. Contact me on Gaia (I'm Atherine there) if anyone who happens to read this is interested.

Lastly, but not leastly, I'm also rolling over more ideas in my head for the Tale of Korora Maori and another story I've been working on for awhile now.

It's glitchy for me. The pages don't load half the time. I dun like that.

Anyhow...
Only a few more weeks of being here, and I'm back to college. So excited. So ready to be out of here.

I started playing a new online game, SilkRoad Online. It's fun so far. Only played it once yet though. Hehe. It's a free download, free to play 3D MMORPG. Funness.
Also, I don't know if I'll ever go back to RO. I never thought I'd say that, but I might not. Maybe iRO...maaaybe...if I get a huge craving to. It's been tempting at times, but it's just not worth it to me anymore.
Even private servers don't appeal to me, and they're free. >.<
Maybe again someday. I did have to take a hiatus last summer, and got back into it again later. Maybe that'll happen again. *shrug*
Until then, I'm trying out other MMOs. Free ones. o.o; I don't have time and money to invest in pay to play games anymore.

To do list:


1. Make more Circum Something comics!
2. Sew those plushie Kants afore I'm gone with no sewing machine!!! D:
3. Draw stuff. I don't know what. But I need to draw more.
4. Create more IMVU clothing 'n stuff.
5. Start counting down until I'm back at college.

For those of you who saw my Nathisar/Serenli pixel art, I edited it a smidge. Got rid of the white background, so it's just the characters. And Ser's hat looks a little less ridiculous. Still ridiculous, but less so. Hehe.

I opened alot of stuff because, being in May term, I have alot of free time on my hands.

What's new in my life? Well..uhh... my (formerly) ex-boyfriend came back from the dead, and we're back together now. There were good reasons for what happened.

I'm still stuck here at college, while most everyone is gone.

Probably won't be going to FL after all this summer- which means I'll need to find a job at home.

Yeah..that's pretty much it.

Yes, I figured out something to submit for the Enchanting Illusions forum contest. I'm quite pleased with it..might clean up some of the lines and make it a bit smoother before finally submitting it though. Yay chibi! I haven't chibified anything in like, a year. It makes me feel all warm and mushy inside. Neria, in this picture, reminded me alot of Stinkoman for some reason..except, like, a girl hunter without the blue hair.

One day, while Fred was meditating, he smelled something...


It was a bowl of salad! That's right, Fred has the ability to smell lettuce from 3.7 miles away. He used his awesome ninka skills to snag the bowl.

What else can Fred do, you ask?


Well, he can teleport for one.


He can also clone himself at will! He has to kill his clones far too often though..they're ornery fellows.


And of course, he can kill people with darts. What ninja can't?

The last one isn't like my normal happy/fanart type stuff. I would just like to inform those of you that know me well, do not get all concerned about my mental state at this point.

For some reason, when I get insomnia for a few nights in a row like this, I get crazy morbid thoughts. It even happened at sleepovers when I was a kid. We'd be talking about stuff and I'd have to add in, "And then he was run over by a truck and died." Or something.

Sounds crazy, I know. But I'm not about to go kill anyone, or go insane from depression. haha
