On the topic of gaming.
Been playing Dragon Age a lot the past couple days (outside of weekends, when I'm pulled into being social). Diggin it quite a bit. There are some downsides mainly in involvement, but it does things pretty well enough, in my opinion. As I do, I've made 3 characters so far.

Dia, cuz she's my staple character and online nickname.
Made her a Human Warrior, going Champion/?.. Probably Templar, since berserker and Reaper don't exactly fit the character. Started Romance with Alistair.

Naomi, because outside of Twil, she was my most played character in BG2.
Elven Mage, naturally. Spirit Healer/? Probably end up Shapeshifter, I suppoosseee. I'd go Blood Mage if it didn't completely ruin you to others. Finished Romance with Leliana (despite my original intentions for the character to be straight... ALL WELL). Currently farthest character, since she deserves to be the first through a play through

Angii, Originally a Halfling Cleric of Helm in BG2 I made for the halibut.. I can't remember exactly why.
Dwarf Rogue Commoner (quite the change).
Made her because I wanted to see the Origin Story, and because I wanted a character I could be a jerk on.

Other than that,
I got Left 4 Dead 2. Lotsa fun as well. Liking it way more than the first for what I've played.
Bought Mass Effect while it was on sale, but haven't played it too much yet, seemed real fun.
Dawn of War 2, Last Stand and Campaign mode with . Multiplayer is fun, but hard to get used to.
STALKER... Haven't tried it. Seemed complex and too much for the patience I had when I just got my computer.
Knights of the Old Republic, because I don't have enough time consuming Bioware games.
Saints Row 2, mindless fun to go through with friends on Co-Op, despite the PC port being so bad.

It's really nice to get to see people who were once struggling finally get to move past that stage in their life and become happy with what they're doing.

I want to get there too.

But while I'm getting there... I don't want to be alone...

I have a lot of great online friends who I wouldn't trade for anything... But I do need more connections in real life... I need people who'll be there in real life with me while I strive for what I wish for.

I have some great friends in real life too...
But a lot of them are far away now, or are far too busy to do anything...



I always seem to get a moral dilemma... I try to be as selfless as I can and put others happiness above mine...
But I can never seem to do it perfectly... I always seem to have a selfish part of me that can't bring them up when I'm down myself, which is a problem, because when you want someone else to help you up when they're down too... It causes a lot of issues...

I don't quite know what to do about myself sometimes...

People do say that I'm fairly capable of being highly social... But I never see it... I suppose part of it is insecurity...
I suppose part of it is because I don't feel like the people I want to have the closest relationships with, I don't strongest social relationships with... Granted, this doesn't put on all my closer friendships... Just some...

Online, while easier, is really much harder.. Social wise...

You're limited by so much on a long term scale, where...
Using my aunt for an example... In real life we're really close, when she's down we have a lot of fun just hanging out together doing whatever...
But when online, we never really talk. It's just hard for some reason...
