As for my Saapphire, I finally defeated Steven (twice now) and I am now trying to complete my Poke'DEX. Fun.

I'm also re-playing KHII (Kingdom Hearts 2) because my file got deleted. I had to replay the prelude and everything! D: Oh well... I finished Beast's Castle for the first time you do it in the game, so yeah. *still has a long way to go*

My littlest sister, Sheri, and I are watching DN Angel together, one of my favorite (and one of my first) anime. I guess I'm kind of getting her into the whole thing now... she's only seen Full Metal Alchemist (which we all know is awesome, but it's getting old in my opinion). She enjoys it, though and I enjoy rewatching them with her... :/

I'm going to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender all the way through instead of just random episodes I see on TV. IT'S REALLY GOOD. If you're not watching it because it's not anime, or because it's a cartoon, you are REALLY missing out. Who cares if it's cheap anime style? I love it. I saw the trailer for the live-action movie today. Can't wait.

So we were at the beack for an hour and a half. My sisters and I were wading in the water when the waves started getting really high, so we decided to jump in them. (hey, that's what going to the beach is all about!) After a while, I began feeling little sharp stings on my exposed skin. At first I ignored it, but then I felt numerous ones in my bikini top. Then I realized my worst nightmare has come true again.
JELLYFISH LARVAE! (DUN DUN DUUUN! xD)

Back in 6th grade in Las Vegas, I went on a school trip to Catalina Island, off the coast of California. We were snorkling in the ocean when the current came in, bringing little microscopic stinging things right to us. All of our exposed skin was stung like crazy! Later red bumps covered our hands and ankles, which were the only pasts exposed due to wetsuits. PAINFUL AND IRRITATING!

We wern't wearing wetsuits. Just bikinis.

I knew I had to get out. I told my sisters that I was leaving and that they should come before it gets worse. My littlest sister, sheri, agreed to come with me, even though she hadn't felt them yet. Valerie, though she felt a few stings, decided to stay.
Back on the beach, my sister and I had just gotten to our towels when Valerie ran up to us, on the verge of tears. She said that right after we left, she jumped into a huge wave. It was like a million little pins being stabbed into her, she said. Her chest was red with the bumps, and a few of the bigger larvae were still in her bikini top. (ouch.)
I knew how she felt, so we left the beach and got her rinsed off. She's fine now, BUT MAN IT IS PAINFUL.

So, children. Whenever you're at the beach and feel little tiny stings, GET OUT! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! IT HURTS! D:
