However, I signed up for a correspondence program for schooling- I'll be taking German, Math 12, and Comparative Civilations.
I don't really need the German but I really want it. Not only will I be able to understand my music more, but I will be able to communicate with some of my cousins who speak German better than they do English.
Other than that I should be picking up a job at a local restaurant, but if not I'll either be working at a bakery or a clothing store. Who knows? lol
I'll also be finally updating this account once I have my b-day pressie for my 'annikii' Tyler done. Amazing, me actually submit something other than poetry?! Yep.

But it turns out it was actually good news!
I got a scholarship!
And no I can't say exactly how much it's for since I forgot, but whatever I get on it is matched and sent to the school to help support the program next year. Which ultimately benefits me twice in the end too since I should be going back for upgrades and I wrote down art to fill in one of my blocks since it's required that you have 4 courses to return.
It's only a district scholarship but it's still money in my pocket and really that's all that matters!

So I guess I got looked over for that stereotyping- or I just haven't received that particular letter yet. But for now I'm exstatic!

On a brighter note-
I'm actually around this summer so I will be updating as the summer continues both this and my other account- mind you don't actually expect to see much on Bryars-and-Thornes since I've been having problems with my sewing machine and serger. But I should be submitting some fashion sketches over there as well as pics of plushies that I've been hand sewing.
And I've been sailing every day and will be doing so for the next 2 weeks- unfortunately my muscles are protesting and when I'm stuck on land I'm extremely bored. I'm also extremely bruised. I need another massage from my boyfriend >_ And this coming weekend my cousin's getting married so I'll be off there and by the sound of it I'm in the wedding party since some chick pulled out due to something and they need someone to take her place. Oh my! But that means I'm missing Luminara which I was completely pysched for. Eh well, I'll go next year hopefully.

Anyways I'm going to throw a few more knives.

so my balloon was cute and black and had black and pink ribbons, but it was emo. so it got lonely since it didnt have another emo balloon for it to write about in its emo balloon diary so it decided to commit balloon suicide. it thought for hours and finally figured out how. so at 925pm (pst) it popped. it makes me sad. poor emo balloon, i miss my emo balloon

the barcelona modern art museum had a stunning canadian designed exhibit called the killing machine. and when i said stunning i didnt mean painted. i mean interactive and creepy. the ambience for the sounds was amazing and so were the concepts. i definately have to look it up again.
barcelona had an architect called guadi. the buildings he designed are really awesome- seriously look him up. he ranges between churches to houses tha look like a gingerbread building. its really intriuging
we did try to go clubbing last night but the ages are definately not working out for us. there were only like six 18-year-olds and the rest couldnt go in since they were underage so we didnt go at all. hopefully well be luckier in london
also last night i saw a look alike of me!! seriously except the fact she had skin 2 shades darker (which isnt hard to do) she looked exactly like me even down to the texture and hair color. not sure about eyes but it was very odd! pretty awesome though i wish i had gotten a pic of her!
tommorow im leaving for london. its really the city i was looking forward to. im going to miss barcelona though. and after london its back to canada.
