I know I've said this tons of times, but Dragon's Aura is still being worked on. And I'll prove it. I'm going to upload the thumbnails tonight. It's not the one you've seen or will see any time soon because the story took another turn. Same concept, but different style of presenting it. Dragon's Aura will be from read Left to Right. Also, I will not be submitting pages as there finished. People are going to have to wait until the first chapter is finished before I put it online. Which is so far added about 35 pages. Maybe more.

Well on a lighter side. I just got two weeks of school before Christmas break.

I'm back... sort of. I've always been hanging around, but never did anything. No faving, no posting, no messaging. But, I guess that's over now... for now.

Anyhow, while I was 'away', I got a job, failed school, kicked my neighbor's dog, painfully forcing myself to work on Dragon's Aura, got a commission, and will be working on a colab with a friend.
Oh! And starting writing for a couple new series, still waiting for my first check, hoping my online orders make it, working hard to pass school, trying not to piss off my boarding parents, staying safe, eating healthier, lost 20 pounds, getting more exercise, getting ready for Christmas, attended a funeral, studying about suicide (my job basically), working on drawings for DA contests, still having a hard time waking up in the mourning, tried to get my hair cut but they didn't have an open spot, having problems with my laptop, and now updating my journal.
You know the simple things in life.

If you manage to get all that I congratulate you. *clap clap clap*

Don't expect a thousand uploads tonight.

I also starting using more graphite in my works, got some cheap charcoal, color pencils for more works, not to mention... just kidding. LOL

It's taken me this long to figure out I'm in an artblock...
That would explain why I haven't so much as touched a pencil for the past while. I guess school took it's toll on the creative side of my brain. Not really, just the drawing part I can't seem to do.
As my brain refuses to draw, I'm in need of food. And I'm tired of eating the leftover pasta from three days ago... there's like 7 more containers left. Pasta's good, but it doesn't stay good for long.
So far it's been like I'm living on my own ever since I got here. I mean, my boarding parents are never home. Not that I'm complaining or something, It's just creepy... The house looked haunted from the moment I looked a it. So yea, I have to keep the music going at night just so I could sleep. You'd think after a year, I'd be used to it, but nooooo...

Soooo.... I haven't been submitting too much lately. Which sucks because I wanted to keep adding new things every once and a while and not between forever and all of eternity. Sigh.... I have a good number of things I want to submit. but, nothing's finished. And the WIPs I've submitted before are history. There are my old computer, which is fried now and at home.

Now on to Dragon's Aura... it's made no progress what so ever. I'm trying to redo the storyboard because I didn't like how it flowed. It wouldn't make sense to anyone else who read it. I keep telling myself to 'keep it simple', but as anyone who tries to make a series right off the bat, it's just not that simple. So far the story (as far back as I can remember) has been in production for about 2 years now. So I pretty much know what's going to happen (The bigger conflicts anyway), but it's the small stuff that getting to be the problem.
Introductions to the characters, the build-up's, the areas, the times, the design of the school (which is turning out to be a bitch), how big the city is, how the normal people react to the dragons on a day to day bases, and the design of 35 characters.
Lots of things I need to consider before actually making the damn thing. However, I'm young (not young anymore, but nerveless) and still full of ideas... I just wish they were for Dragon's Aura and nothing else. It'd make things easier, but then I'd have to reinforce the idea and make it solid.
Sigh...................
I hope I can get it done T.T

Anywho!
On to school stuff.
It's not bad. in fact I think this is going to be an interesting year for me. The GNC (Graphic Novel Club) was, or rather, is going to open this year. It was a suggestion I made last year and it made it though. However, as to such an idea, I'm going to be one of the head members of it and therefore becoming very busy. Not only that I've also joined some youth council leadership group, or what-not, which helps new students in anyway we can. I go to a school where students leave their home town, family, and friends (assuming they go with them, but otherwise leaving them) and that can be hard on them. So a group like that was needed. How they got me was because they offered pizza after the meeting and I couldn't refuse. Naw! I joined because I know what it was like not knowing much and scared of the big town (most students come from places with the population often under 600). It wasn't until the end of the first month that I realized that this place isn't that big. Quite small for a city actually. LOL
There goes any hopes for an after school job. T.T

I can't seem to find the old scripts I had.
I've saved them onto my computer, but it crashed on me so I don't have access to them anymore so before I can continue with them... I basically can't because I don't know what I'm working on...
So to put it simply anybody who originally requested a comic (referring to those above) Please note me with the story, that way I could always have the data online.
By not doing so by Monday will be causing one to be removed from the list.

Anywho!

Schools been ok... But it's not like we do any acutal work. No. For the pasted three days, since Wednesday,the school's been doing some odd activities. First, we were giving information about the school to he new students, and continuing with the registering of students. Then, having a barbecue then going to some old amusement park and playing baseball. And finally, the school had some race through out the city in the pouring rain.
I wasn't feeling to good this mourning let me tell you. So I just slept in. When I awoke my boarding parents had a barbecue for some people, I again ate like a king.
I've been to busy to work on art... sadly.

So yea, it's been ok. Can't wait for the actual classes to start though.

I just remembered that last year, I putt in a request for a Graphic Novel Club (I did not want to use manga, be cause I thought it would turn people away.) And they added it for the new list of after school school clubs. I hope people join. I want to see how others work... I hope it goes well.

Yup, on the 25th. Meaning I won't have access to a scanner right away. Not that I have mush to scan at the moment.
And I really need to keep organized. My dragon's aura pencils... I sat on it... T.T
Now I'm going to have to star over. Luckily it was only at the pencil stages. Had it been inks or tones, I would've been pissed off, big time.
Anyway I'm going to be working on the requests as I head out. I'm planning on buying a better scanner anyway. I should have things done by the week assuming I get the scanner by then.

Also considering the look of the poll I set up, it's currently a tie between light and darkness... I don't have enough votes on the thing to make sure, but it looks like I might end up doing either one.

And the Kiriban is at 3000. The winner get a free commission (basically the same thing as a request, but I'm going to be putting much more effort into how it looks.)

And just like that I thought of a short comic I wanna do. It's about a girl who commets suicide. Not to sure why it's a good idea. But, like most retared teenagers, I've been there.
The plot basicly goes like this:

A girl is about to commet suicide because she feels guilty for causing her sister's death. Her sister, before hand had a boyfriend. However, jelosey takes over and the sister takes her sister's boyfriend away. By doing so, she causes she sister to do into a very deep depression ans her only soultion was to kill herself. She does so. Now the girl then begins to have nightmares, then starts seeing her sister's dead body everywhere she goes. Finally unable to bare the guilt and haunting scenes she desides to kill herself. Just as she begins to cut, she reaizes what she was doing. She reailizes that she wanted to do so many things. With or without her sister. She then finishes the cut, BUT immeditly patches herself up keeping as a forever token that she would live for her sister as well to her own acord.

It's like one of thoes things that is suspose to teach a lesson, but ends up being just another story.

Well as the title says, I'm feeling better. And now I've been wondering what too do. I drew somethings, but I don't think I'll be uploading them. Those images ain't for kids LOL
Just kidding LOL. No, I was experiamenting with diffrent art styles.

Also, I've been thinking. Looking at my journal (which isn't used for daily recored, It's used for stroy ideas) I noticed a number of projects I want to do, or rather I want to be seen. Some are comedy, some are drama. Some are action, some are horror. But to the point, I've been thinking about letting someone else do the art for some projects. It's very risky I know, but I've seen this done many times before (death note is a good example). I don't know who to ask or who would even be willing to do it.

Currently I stand at about 15 stories for the Mini Tales, and 8 big story lines (Dragon's Aura being one of them). And about another 6 for novelistation. And the list will continue to grow. I woder if I can do it all in my life time? Most likely, but it would be nice to see some other art work in a formation with a story I wrote. OR it could be the other way around. I wouldn't mind drawing for someone else, provided I get paid. Kidding.

Incase no one's noticed, I can draw about anything, be it anime or not... It's not always good, but still. LOL. So feel free to make a request.

I haven't been feeling too well lately. Then again, this happenes every couple of weeks, you'd think I'd get used to it by now. BUT NOOOooooo. It seems to be getting worse. I've been forcing myself too eat something, but it makes things worse. I think I also have a fever too and now I have too work in the morning too. FUCK! I can't sleep either, the hunger, the pain.... I feel like a zombie who hasn't had any human for a weak. I only had like 5 hours of sleep for the passed two days.

"Let me explain the problem science has with Jesus Christ." The atheist professor of philosophy pauses before his class and then asks one of his new students to stand. "You're a Christian, aren't you, son?"

"Yes, sir."

"So you believe in God?"

"Absolutely."

"Is God good?"

"Sure! God's good."

"Is God all-powerful? Can God do anything?"

"Yes."

"Are you good or evil?"

"The Bible says I'm evil."

The professor grins knowingly. "Ahh! THE BIBLE!" He considers for a moment. "Here's one for you. Let's say there's a sick person over here and you can cure him. You can do it. Would you help them? Would you try?"

"Yes sir, I would."

"So you're good...!"

"I wouldn't say that."

"Why not say that? You would help a sick and maimed person if you could... in fact most of us would if we could... God doesn't.

[No answer.]

"He doesn't, does he? My brother was a Christian who died of cancer even though he prayed to Jesus to heal him. How is this Jesus good? Hmmm? Can you answer that one?"

[No answer]

The elderly man is sympathetic. "No, you can't, can you?" He takes a sip of water from a glass on his desk to give the student time to relax. In philosophy, you have to go easy with the new ones. "Let's start again, young fella."

"Is God good?"

"Er... Yes."

"Is Satan good?"

"No."

"Where does Satan come from?" The student falters.

"From... God..."

"That's right. God made Satan, didn't he?" The elderly man runs his bony fingers through his thinning hair and turns to the smirking, student audience."I think we're going to have a lot of fun this semester, ladies and gentlemen." He turns back to the Christian.

"Tell me, son. Is there evil in this world?"

"Yes, sir."

"Evil's everywhere, isn't it? Did God make everything?"

"Yes."

"Who created evil?

[No answer]

"Is there sickness in this world? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness. All the terrible things - do they exist in this world? "

The student squirms on his feet. "Yes."

"Who created them? "

[No answer] The professor suddenly shouts at his student. "WHO CREATED THEM? TELL ME, PLEASE!" The professor closes in for the kill and climbs into the Christian's face. In a still small voice: "God created all evil, didn't He, son?"

[No answer]

The student tries to hold the steady, experienced gaze and fails.

Suddenly the lecturer breaks away to pace the front of the classroom like an aging panther. The class is mesmerized. "Tell me," he continues, "How is it that this God is good if He created all evil throughout all time?" The professor swishes his arms around to encompass the wickedness of the world. "All the hatred, the brutality, all the pain, all the torture, all the death and ugliness and all the suffering created by this good God is all over the world, isn't it, young man?"

[No answer]

"Don't you see it all over the place? Huh?"

Pause.

"Don't you?" The professor leans into the student's face again and whispers, "Is God good?"

[No answer]

"Do you believe in Jesus Christ, son?"

The student's voice betrays him and cracks. "Yes, professor. I do."

The old man shakes his head sadly. "Science says you have five senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Have you ever seen him? "

Yup! I'm feeling much better. Paid my respects and gave my cuz the goodbye. Still sucks he's dead though.

Anyway, moving on from the depressing stuff and onto some good news. My order of tones came in and I can finally go back to the comics again. Not that I didn't have enough, it's just I didn't have all of the petterns I wanted.

Dragon's Aura finally has some new pages. They were being working on while I was sitting around waiting for stuff to happen. The intro is just about finished. It was the first 10 pages that showed what D.A. was going to be like, I just need to finish one more panel and it's done. I'll submit pages 7, 8, and 9 later on in the evening.

And for Negitive Zero - the comic I was currently working on is... well... not being worked on. I mean just as I finally started, that when I heard my cuz died. I have the fist page inked and I might put in on here. The page is big though. B4 sized paper. And the scanner I own only scans A4 at the most. So a photo graph is in order.

And on one last note. With my order of screentone, I oredered the Lain artbook. And now I want nothing to do more then is too draw. And you know what!? The place I bought the book from - the same place I always got tone from - had never gone though - or rather, never had to go though customs. I know every thing goes though customs, but they never charged anything I've bought. Today however, I've been charged 50.00 bucks and the fucken sticker said 12.50 or something like that. I've could have handled 12 dollors, but 50? not as easy. Espially since I've yet to get my paycheck.
Sigh... at lest my dad helped me out.

I've finally finished reading Angels and Demons. It may not be a big deal for bookworms, but for a guy whos been reading nothing but manga for the past couple of years, it's a pretty big deal. LOL

And now! I want nothing more to do, but too paradies for it. I though of some while I was reading it, but it's still something I want to do. It also gave me some good ideas for some of my own works. Particualy Raging Flames. I needed something too fil a huge plot gap and the Vatican and Illuminati are just that of which I need to fill the gap (partly anyway).

Yup! Saddly, I am discontinueing Daring's Aura for awhile. The reason is simple. Making comics at this level with extremly lilited supplies is hard and time consuming. I'd rather work on something with a much shorter plot then what D.A. had. I mean, the original goal for D.A. was at least 94 chapters and it had a possibility to go even further.
I guess it was one of those ideas that don't have in end. And I'd rather not be working on a manga like Bleach or Naruto, which just keeps on going and going and going. I'm pretty sure I could, but I'd need money to keep supplies up. Which I currently am not getting. Becaue I am not working.

Anyway moving from this project to the next one.

Negitive Zero.
This one I seem to be doing right. So far. I wrote down eveything in the chapter and I won't be starting until I am finished the thubmils. Also this project will be on B4 sized paper rather the A4, so I won't be able to scan as often as I 'd like. Negitive Zero, sould be intersting. It's about robots. Or rather people with robot implants. Kinda like the automail from Full Metal Alchemist, or better yet, Terminator. Also, the life style of then is similar to that in I-Robot. The anget stylings of some Tom Clamcy's games, Kill Zone, and some other shooters.
And Zero, the main character, is modeled off of Gamma Akutabi from Zombie Powder (Good Managa!). However insted of using a sword (which I would perfured to have used) Zero uses a gun that is similar to the Jackel (Alacard's second gun) from Hellsing.
One last thing. Once finished, not only will it be aviliable to view on DeviantART, I'll also be providing a PDF of the comic for anyone who requests it. It should take me two weeks asuming I won't on it non-stop, but it's only 24 pages so it shouldn't be too hard. The only thing I'm worried about is the fact that I cannot draw helicopters.
Oh! Just before I forget, this will be the prologe to the actual storyline. I'm saying this because I don't expect anyone yo understand what's going on. Based on how well people like the comic, I might continue with it. If not, then I'll try something else. I have a number of things I want to try, but I chose this.

Now, seeing how I'll be busy working on this... I won't be that busy, because I'll be starting the hard part on Monday. I'll just be working on the thumbs and then I'll still be working on normal stuff. I gots a lot of things to scan and submit. Also I'll be playing with PS as well.

It's been sometime since I've updated, but the heat's been really getting to me. I tend to sleep so-much-longer in warmer weather. And, as I write this, There is no scanner in site for miles to come. I haven't been home for some time now.
I'm not too sure onto when I'll be home to submit art, but I am still drawing. Thing is though, I don't have everything I would normally have to work on comics and I don't even have to stupid pen for the tablet (just the mouse) so I can't draw squat for my deviant now. It sucks.
Thankfully my laptop's got WoW. At least I won't be THAT bored. But still, I WANNA DRAW, COLOR, PAINT, AND WHATEVER THE HELL PEOPLE DO ON PHOTOSHOP!!!!!

For the first week of summer Vay Kay, I've done nothing, but sleep, eat, and play some video games. Sleeping mostly. About 14 to 16 hours a day. And I'm having a hard time trying to break out of that habbit. Mostly, because I'm heading out on the 25th. However, becauce of all that sleep I haven't been drawing much. But, my mojo is back and I'll be getting back to work on Dragon's Aura and some other pictures.
Also I now have PS. I am happy about that and I hope to get used to it soon, It's too new to me lol.

And one more thing. The H1N1 or swine flu is currently in my town (population 400+). So I won't be going outside anytime soon.

I've packed up my scanner and I don't plan on unpacking it until I go home. What does this mean? It means no knew Dragon's Aura pages until I go home. But expect at least two or three more pages when I am home. No new drawings, but I will be working on color WIPs.

Anyway, Dragon's Aura is going pretty good right now. Still have problems with page three, but I'm almost done. Also pages 4, 5, 6 are 80% done. I've also got up to page 20 in the thumbs for the first chapter, I've got the notes for the entire chapter and am now working on the second chapter in notes.

On a side note. I have more then 30 pages for Elemental in thumbs. Don't know how it happened.

I hate myself right now. Dragon's Aura was going good for awhile, but I don't have the heart to work on it right now. At least, at my current level now. I work on it again, but not anytime soon. I just about finished my thumbs for chapter one, but what I need to be able to draw for the comic is just... I'm not at the level I need... no, the level I want to be when I work on D.A.
Maybe next year or so and I'll work on it. But for now I'm just going to work on those things I need to sharpen and we'll see what happens.

But, There's a plus to this. I'll be submitting things more often. I might do the occasional comic here and there, but that time will come When I get to it.
I have quite a collection, a dairy of sort, filled with story Ideas. I might pull it out and do something from there.

Art works will be getting worked on. That's good I guess.

On a side note. I'll be paintballing tomorrow, being dragged to paintball. Not that I mind, but still.

On the other side note. I'll be submitting the pages I've done sometime. I don't have my scanner set-up yet. So Expect a tiny preview of what I've done so far.

Woke up at three, took off about 4. Rode the bus for a few hours. Then went to the movies "ALONE" and watched 'Friday the 13th'. Not a bad movie might I say. I noticed that the CGI was at a minimal. I'm normally good at noticing that sorta thing.

First the bad news.
I made the daumbest mistake and left my manuscript for Dragon's Aura on the table. I forgot it there and when I was going to work on it again DOOM! it was GONE! GONE!

I later found out that someone threw it away and the garbage was already taken out. That fucken sucks! I'm already working on the pages, but release date might be a little late. sorry about that, but I didn't feel like digging in garbage barried under snow.

And some good news?

I finished the pencils for the first five pages

I don't have much S.T. left so Ima have get some more. I don't like using a computer for toning, only coloring. Though I been think of coloring with other things rather then a computer.

All well. Dragon's Aura will make it's debate (first 7 pages at least) on the 15th of the second month. I'll be sumit the first page once it's done on the 1st of the second month.

Wow I'm almost done with the first semester. And so far (as far as I can tell) I've gotten much better for a number of styles (Not that you'd really see any of it, sorry bout that)

My current project is a short comic, It's about 12 pages. The first pages is nearly completed and the next 5 pages have finished pencils, while the rest are still in the basic thumbnails of the final draft paper. It's taking quite awhile and for some reason I can only work on it at school and not at my boarding home. Well almost time for school again, I'll be moving out of town and staying god knows where, to attend school - it's kind of shitty that I have to do 9th grade though -little bitchin cuzzin won't shut up bout it-, but I brought this upon myself and got no one to blame but myself..... so yea, unless I get a scanner out there I won't be able to submit any art, although I just might get a camera and use that, but most likly I won't be able to offord one -I prefer to have my own funds, insted depending on my parents, excpet when it comes to anime, and I have no more cash lol-

Well I plan to AT LEAST! have five pages up ON DEV! before I GOTS TO GO TO SCHOOLZ........... I plan on using something from the mini tales up on here or A-Otaku (Labled as Randomz on the list above)

Last night I found this old journal and decided to write something in it. Suddenly I had a massive head ache due to the many Ideas trying to escape. and I'm still working on it... (I started about 4:00 last night and ended at 10:00) and so far I wrote 6 short tales/ poems (I guess thats what you call 'em) all ideas for manga.

I won't be writing the others listed above. So I'm just calling it the Mini Tales... With any luck I should have on in comic for by next week, if I stay on it.... I do all kind of stories from romance slash drama to horror slash psychological thrillers

As stated

I won't really be submitin stuff maybe a few every month, not a whole lot because I'm still (trying) to work on my own works, Primaraly writting, then making stoyboards, and once I have everything (Inks, Tones, and a freaking pen...) Well Till there done I won't have much to do I try to fit in everthing, but work and stuff keep me distracted... Also getting my stuff takes at least one or two weeks for ANYTHING to get here.... I hate living in such an isolated area....
