I know I haven't been around for ages, that's just due to other commitments. Don't worry, I still love art and poetry and all that.
I'm a blackbelt in Kung Fu now, if it has been as long as I think it has. I'm doing that four nights a week and working fulltime on the graveyard shift at a call centre. It's awesome.
I also have a real lady now (the inflatable got a hole in it), and pretty much in Love with her. Yeah, I just used a capital letter.

I do plan on trying to get back in here at some stage, thinking I will write a book at some stage, if I ever get the time. A real book, not just unplanned experimenting.

And we did Kung Fu. 3 k-ish run, bit of stretching, and went over the normal stuff.
Ended up walking all the way home, another 4 ks or so, aaaand... Yeah, got home and put a gig or so of music onto the computer, fed the animals, and came back inside.
The flat in Palmy (for those of you that know where it is) has fallen to peices.
Ryo is back in Japan for the time being, and he's coming back to major in... Japanese. History, language, everything.
Naamans the most focussed at the moment, got himself a new place sorted, he's doing extramural summer school at home so that he keeps getting allowance... Sneaky bugger.
Julian does... well, not much. He's moving into the Kung Fu hall in palmy (former church with a pastors living quarters and whatnot you see), so he's been working on that.
I'v been finishing off my semester, quite nice, and I'm getting some work till when santa comes. Got myself an awesome girlfreind, Emma (no not the crazy one that I USED to be with), aaand...yeah. Haven't got a place sorted for next year, cos I'm so unorganised. Not much else been happening. Oh, except I'm going to the Big Day Out, so I'll see Tool, My Chemical Romance, Muse, and a wealth of New Zealand talent. Oh, And Jet! Gonna love them. So it's like, what, all of my favorite still together bands basically? It'll be good, looking forward to it. Gonna start investing in sunscreen now.

My 18th was cool. Jointed with Aimee Nugteren (who hates me but I don't give a shit) and one of my best mates Julian Tapsell. Hired a hall, 100+ odd ppl came, hooked up, went to Marks to sleep it off. The next weekend I went to the pub on my ACTUAL Bday, where two women had a tounge wrestle for me.

New years was good, hung out with frends and drank and got angry at the police and watched certain people eat the food from certain other peoples homes before taking off with certain other peoples beer and drinking in a certain new year with certain good friends of mine. That much is certain.

Holiday at Kuratau, NZ. Opposite side of Lake Taupo to Taupo city. Three weeks of sun, swimming, and chatting up the ladies. And you, Katie. Drop me a line online. Of course, my grandfather went to Rotorua Hospital and had 2.5 meters of his gut removed. Killed from smoking. has made a recovery. Remarkable constitution, that man. That's right, and it kicked absolute ass. Like, if the world was an ass, it'd be goodbye earth. Simple as that. I'm still running on the awesomeness of it.

Ok, I'll start to make sense. Last night, we had our Ball. The theme was Pacifica Paradise, so I went with a tiny surfboard and a hawian (sp) shirt.

So we all went to Brits house, had some preball drinks there. Then we went to the ball at 8:30, stayed till twelve, dancing heaps. Then we went out to the Kopotoroa Hall, where there was a DJ and took Absinthe...if you've watched Euro Trip uncut you'll know what it is...danced with girls, danced with guys, absolutely crazily till 4 am, then went home and slept. Oh, and I had a haircut, so popular opinion is that I'm quite hot now.

I'm getting a car as well. Yup, life is looking GOOD....

On a lighter note, I have an idea of what I'm gonna do next year...plumbing apprenticeship. It's gon be...interesting. I'm a cleaner ($11 per hour), I do Kung Fu THREE nights a week now. It's pretty hardcore.

My frand Lorenz from Germany went back last week...much sadness...

I wrote him a small poem, I'll put it up one day. I think he was a little touched by it.

Anyway, showers and beds await. The holidays have just started, I'm going to welly for all of next week. Props, Argos, Squirly...I might give you a text.

K, so I'v spent um...4 out of the last 5 days at the beach, and swimming. Got crisp, peeled faces are not fun. Or sexy. However, before it peeled, I met two sisters who decided I WAS sexy, and hooked up with both of them. They took drugs, obviously. Hot. Damn sea OR sun didn't help my skin, goddamn. Just can't win sometimes. but sometimes, you can.

I've taken up Kung Fu as well. Nam Pai Chuan. Northern Southern Fist. Grading for Yellow in March.

A salutation must go to ~ Amythestindrowning, who I'm not too popular with, after going out with for around a week, then fairly roughly dumping, but we're still mates, so it's good. Are we? Yeah, we are, I'm not THAT mean...

Got through Xmas alright...but I've had better. I had to visit my Grandmother in hospital, put there by my flu, which I got from my cousin Luke. I warned her, but NOOOoooOOoo, don't listen.

Anyway.

Haven't been up to much since NYE, just sitting here, pretty much. I might be going back up to Kuratau later. I had a moment of concern when I thought 3 of my friends had been killed by the Tsunamis.
Oh yeah, and I want to take up Kung Fu. And I'm over my writers block. And I should be submitting dozens of things, but I shan't.
I got 4hours sleep last night, watched a movie then had to get up early. So there I am, wandering through a crap mall filled with old people, pissed off because I have no money, no sleep, no energy, and no company. Gah. Then I went back to my childhood neighborhood, and met my old neighbours, which was good. I left there when I was 8. For you New Zealanders that might just give a FUCK, it was in Paraparaumu.

And now here I am, having submitted a merely alright short story, listening to some great ROCK, with nothing, thankfully, in my devwatch thingy. I might scan and post some photos.

Yeah, I'v finally finished school for the year, and a good 2 months of earning money, sitting in the sun, boozing it up, and hitting on girls awaits. And swimming.

Yes, after having the final assembly two weeks and one day ago, I went into town and chilled out with two good freinds of mine, Tyler and Cameron. Both of whom I am unlikely to see very much for the rest of my life. Yeah, we just went and had McDs, and went to the Ware whare. (Warehouse)

Forward a week.

I'v been working for my grandfather as a labourer building a fence. Babysitting my sisters. Cleaning an almost done apartment, so that carpet can be laid down. Getting paid for all of this, so I'm now $250 nz richer. Hells Yeah. Oh yeah, and my cousin, Beven, had a big tanty at me, haha. I don't care. I should....but I don't. That took a week.

Now, it's Satuday, and I'm waiting for uncle Kent to arrive so that we can work on this BBQ. It'll take all of tommorrow. It's for my b/day party on Friday. The operative word being PARTY! Yeah, should be all good. Sorry I'v been slow on the whole DA thing lately, I just haven't been able to give a damn.

Anyway, an update on my activities (just to keep you reading and all on edge) :

Computer's working out well for me, you have no idea. Actually, many of you probably do. Anywho, yeah, I have been spending A LOT of time playing games, just catching up or something, I dunno.

Oh, HeadBoy stuff...I had to give a speech to 500 odd people on Wednesday, it was quite nerve-racking. Of course, the first thing I did when I got up there was forget my intro. Typical. I told the people, they all thought it was pretty funny. Once I was up there I was a bit more combfortable though...I think I pulled it off alright. Yesterday was the elections, and Craig, Naaman, and Phillip (all the other opposition) gave out lollies at some point as bribes. Bastards. I didn't, I considered it stooping too low. Instead I walked around in the foyer and outside a bit getting people to vote for me...I think I may have done OK. Some people voted for me for NOT giving lollies. I think Phillip was my biggest problem, we don't find out the results till Thursday...

What else? Exams are coming up...I now study every weeknight, should be sweet.

Oh, that comment on the computer? Yeah, I have a new one for those who don't know, 2.8Ghz, 512 megs RAM, 15' LCD screen, CD/DVD burner/writer/reader, I have a flatbed scanner/printer, photoshop (some work coming after I have cleaned out my inbox), speakers (big for someone who hasn't had them for about 3 years). Still using dialup, we're paying it off on HP...but it has got BB internal, but nah. Not THAT lucky. Pretty damn lucky though. Well, that's that gloat over and done with.

Yeah, going to ~RobDaddy's place tonight for drinks. Should be alright, 'cept for Dylan...might need to beat the shit out of him, mahaha.

I've upgraded from doing 50 sit-ups a day to 100, with occasional press-ups, and taken to feeling sexy, hehe.

On the art front, bugger all has been happening...I just haven't done anything. However, I was given a sheet on a short film competition my one of my teachers, Jansey. Should be good...

-Went to Robs 18th....like a month ago today. I got way too drunk, and it was not a happy place.

-Went on a week-long roadtrip with my mum. It was alright, got some damn good photos out of it. It was down the south island of New Zealand, down west, up east. Went to a party in Blenheim, that was pretty cool.

-Once we got back home, I threw a party at my place. It was pretty cool, except that not many girls turned up. (He says in his Facist male pig way) Hehe, but yeah, I'll throw another after exams.

-Then school started. Oh, sweet jesus. How another week of holiday would have been wonderful.

-Yeah, not much else has happened. Two more weeks till more holidays...

When the Commissar lands and reaches a communications station, the Imperium orders him to stay and recover something of utmost importance, data and files on ways to stop the phsycological influences of Chaos. There is also rumoured to be, somewhere, a sacred relic, a banner of the Emporers, stained with his own blood.

Yeah, Waiopehu Collage had its Ball on Saturday, and it was awesome. I spent around 3.5hrs getting my hair done for it. And I'm male. Yeah, I went round to a mates place an hour before, and had pre-ball drinks, which was pretty cool. At half Eight, we went round to the Ball, which was themed to 'The Secret Garden', and I pretty much had to walk up the carpet on my own, which proved to be its own undoing. Music was pretty cool, got some moshing in there, smells like teen spirit, we will rock you, etc. but there was a fair bit of Rap/hiphop, pop...but that was fine. Oh yeah, we got Black Betty! Damn awesome 80's rock!

At twelve, I went home to get changed into mufti for the after party. And that's where it started to really whupp ass. Got a whole lot of dancing, with chicks and guys (yeah, guys for rock, go the rock circle.) It was so mind blowing cool, really well set-up, we had security, portaloos (bad places), decent venue, DJ, great lights, no fights, and it rhymes....all A-grade. Tom, Ray, guys, we should thank Jess and all those cool girls for sorting that out so well. I dunno, a gift or something. Yeah, I was pretty sober, but drunk on the atmosphere...

Haha, the portaloo was on a trailer thing, and I saw it just about go over like 3 times....with people in it....*shudder*

Well, they're almost over, and the rides been, well, crap. I won't kid you. Some pretty cool stuff happened, and I got one cool thing, but the Wairapa sucks. So bloody boring. So here's what happened.

First week:
-Bugger all happened. I got a mate round on Friday. Big Whoop.
-Oh, I did get a tiny scooter. Chainsaw engine, 2 stroke, around 30-something cc, and a top speed of about 37.
-Mum and I went to the 'Rapa. Went to her "Old haunts." Bizzare, seriously.

Second week:
-Went back to the 'Rapa to see my GF. (Now my ex.) Still mates though. Blew like $70 on crap. ie. fancy food.
-Just came back from a poetry evening, to celebrate NZ poetry day. I read Enlightenment to them, and got great feedback about it. One lady in paticular, her son commited suicide on the top of mount albert, where I wrote Enlightenment. Scary shit.

Friday
Went to dads place on a bus, and fell asleep on the way there.
Got some DVDs out.
Watched Shadow of the Vampire.

Saturday
Got a hall ready for dads Birthday Par-tay, which involved moving lots of furniture. (Including a bath!)
Got completely smashed on Rum & Coke, Black Russians, Contreau, and Archers.
Drunkenly hooked up with a hot/cool/crazy girl.
Had some amazing conversations with people.
Had a Taxi ride to cousin Bevans house. It was an amazing experiance.
Watched One Hour Photo.
Just about burnt down Bevans house. Don't cook chips while drunk!
Coma'd out on his couch at 4:30 AM.

Sunday
Recouperated.
Gordon, Bevans dad, was a bit cold to me.
Took all the stuff from the Hall back to dads place. Hehe, the alarm went off, and we didn't know the code to get it off!
Got told I was "Not even on this planet."
Caught the bus home, and seriously struggled to stay awake.
Went to beautiful bed.

Monday
Pretty much incapable of doing anything, lent heavily back.
Had a game of grid iron in the Lunchbreak.
Oh, and today, when I came home, my boss had rung and said that I didn't need to come to work for a week. Not that I was fired, she just doesn't have any work for me at the moment.

Tomorrow

-Having a bit of a crack at drawing still life, but the photos gave me are really bloody hard to draw, the shapes are odd.
-Thinking I might stick with drawing hot/scantily clad women, they're much easier....I may even submit one tomorrow.
-Gonna go round to :iconpropagandi:'s house, submit some of my photos, drop off a book an old hippie lady gave us, and lend him some of my negatives.
-Go watch Thin Red Line at 8:50.
-Might work on a peice of writing tonight, and probably tomorrow, don't worry, it won't be over 400 words.
-Speaking of which, I'm closing in on my first K pageveiws!!!!! Small to some of you, but keep in mind, I am a poet. For a poet, i've made it to the Big Time! -Jump back into school on Monday, fresh as a spring Daisy.

Now for what I've been doing:

-Paying homage to the last ever episode of F.R.E.I.N.D.S....now tempted to buy whole series on DVD. Expect something soon.
-I have a whole lot of stuff to polish off and submit...OK, not that much.
-Realised that I watch 45-50 people, yet capped thirty today. Thank you In-the-minority!!!
-Saw some of A Midsummer Night's Dream! Man, that is one weird movie, and I really wanna see all of it! *Laughs at Shakspearian dialect*
-Another ep. of The OC under my belt. (Sad, I know, but it's damn good!) So many hot MILFs in there.
-Went to see the Grandparents today. My grandmother recently totaled her car, running over a steel give way sign (ripped out the bottom of her car). As well as that, my Grandfathers having an op. for an anurism soon. They've both aged about 10 years.
-Spent the last 3-4 hours cleaning out my messages...around 70....many forum replies/deviations/journals.

Ok, umm, yep, at the end of this entry, I'm gonna do a shitload of work on the second chapter that some of you want, just let me tell you about whats been happening.

We have recently had Air force and Navy representitives at school....gotta say, it looks pretty mad! May join them before I go to UCOL or something...

The Second chapter will be titled: Questions Answered.
And I don't think there is a better name for it. However, the letter....yes, the letter....I feel it tells too much, I'm a little cut-up about it....I would like to maintain an element of suprise, but let the reader have at least some idea about whats going to happen...although I don't REALLY know all to well myself. Any thoughts, offers, suggestions, greatly appreciated. Perhaps I just shouldn't have the letter opened in this chapter? Would anyone like to read it and give me an idea of what I can do with it??

Woohoo! I have a meeting thing for short story writers, 10 am Monday! It should be interesting. Mayhaps SHE could give me ideas.

The school had a humourus little treasure hunt prob. solving thing today, quite cool, in a nerdy, find out the hieght of the flagpole-ish way.

The trick is to put your sugar on immediately after the milk, that way the milk is absorbed by the sugar, and the cornflakes on the top don't just go soggy. I also like to put jam on top of mine, so as to give it a bit of extra kick.
So I've started writing the first chapter, The road to Resion, and I'm about 2/3rds of the way through it.
For the next week, I am gonna be helping mum with cleaning out the sheds, as she has hired a huge skip bin for the week.
Oh well, better go be polite...
