Ближе к теме. Вот, как переводится то, что вы подписываете при регистрации



Обращаюсь ко всем тем, что разместили свои работы на Deviant Art. Перед тем, как разместить свою работу вам показывали страницу с ба-а-альшим количеством аглицкого текста. Мне было не лень его прочитать и перевести. Я себе не поверил (Я верю в доброту и ограниченную жадность и попросил перевести хотя бы в общей мере этот текст соглашения. Уважаемыее господа - прочтите и додумайте, что подписали договор о кратко-длго-срочном рабстве.

AGREEMENT

Чтобы прекратить действие договора, тебе надо будет убить все свои рисунки и прочие следы пребывания на ДА, которые ты сможешь. ДА может само убить все это, если сочтет необходимым расторгнуть договор. Ты не можешь помещать эти же работы где-то еще в коммерческих целях или же… тут хз, они вроде как что-то про печать говорят. Сие странно.
Все не-исключительные права (типа на имя, подпись и т.п.) все время принадлежат тебе. ДА имеет право: как только ты загрузишь работы или их часть, перекодировать их. Далее, показывать их, копировать, выставлять, в т.ч. публично, транслировать, ретранслировать, распространять всяческими электронными путями и вообще по всем каналам медиа. Вот это жопа, если ты собирался получить деньги за то, что к примеру твоя картинка появится на NBC. Если она там появится от ДА, ты ни фига не сможешь сделать, поскольку передал ее им для броадкастинга. Еще они могут всяко изменять, адаптировать и т.п. твои работы. У тебя не будет никаких прав и даже права на имя в других работах, в которых ты будешь использовать переданные ДА рисунки. Кроме того, ДА может использовать твои работы для саморекламы. Ты имеешь право всячески себя представлять как аФФтора – имя, трейдмарка, фото, биография, полный профиль короче.

Далее, ты нахаляву отдаешь им право использовать свое имя, фото и биографию, короче, весь тот профиль, ДА может это юзать как угодно для распространения и рекламы тебя и сайта вообще. 2.Как всегда самые крутые идеи забываються быстрее
3.На самых испорченных,непоправимых листах получаються шедевры
4.На самом важном аспекте заканчиваеться нужный карандаш
5.При том что взять его не у кого и негде
6.Приходиться заменять другим,получаеться гадость,но остальным очень нравиться
7.Стираешь,переделываешь(исходя из своего ИГОв итоге всем не нравиться,говорят,прежнее было лучше
8Много осуществленных идей не бывает!
9.Как всегда на самые основные не хватает времени
10.Всегда есть запасная куча отмазок "на нет времени"
