I'm terribly sorry I've barely gotten any work done, I haven't updated in months. AP's, ACT's, SAT's, and all that good stuff is killing me.

I'm averaging like 4 hours of sleep a night on a good day, and I have more tests a week than days. I just moved to a new state, new school, and my photoshop is wonkers. But I'll do my best to do a piece as a thanks.

It means a lot that I've managed to get that many views, even though sadly I haven't been able to update this page with almost any art. I'm really sorry, and I promise I'm trying, but I'm just so extremely busy all the time, it's almost impossible.

Right now, I'm getting ready to leave michigan and move to arizona at the start of summer, while getting ready for a bunch of AP tests and finals. Its really keeping me on my toes, and I have barely any time for life. Sorry for never updating this.

Gaming laptop. Finally!
So yeah, bought this weird accidental damage thing for my laptop that gives me an automatic new battery within 2 years and allows me to get a brand you laptop of equal worth (which is really a joke, because within 2 years you'll have laptops with 5-6gb ram for like $650) no matter what happens to it. That means that in about 2.5 years, I'm gonna go break my laptop, to go Best Buy, and get a new one. Pay $300 for the accidental damage and here we go again.

I'm currently installing everything back, so much faster than my old piece of junk.

I am happy. Expect new pieces soon.

I'll be moving accounts at the end of this month to , and with that moving all my favorites, friends, and would like to make sure that if you're watching me on here you watch me on there.

I understand many of you guys will disagree...but, I really need a boost. It's hard enough to get a person's name out on DA, and I'm willing to take any little boost I can. I'm currently working on a big project that would really dishearten my work if it doesn't get noticed, so I really need another ~20 people to see it. I'm also reworking on 's ultimate...ultimate brush pack which I had converted to photoshop 6.0 format, but the work was not up to standards and the image packs were pretty bad for usage. Expect it out during june~july, because I'll be extremely busy with driving school, work, and community service.

The reasons being:
1. I've always hated the name of this account, mostly because of the time period in my life it represented and the immaturity it was based on.
2. It is hard enough to get a start-up with your artwork on here with so many people having so many accounts (i know a few that have 7 different accounts just to get more views on one). I feel an account that is already under almost 20 watchers without a single deviation would do much better in this community than a random account with only 12 or so.

So, yeah, I've already gotten permission from , the creator of the avatar that made the account, to use it. I'll just take a small vote on here for the 11 guys that would ever post something. Up to you guys.

So anyways, to go with the title:
Isn't it amazing how immature everyone in high school is? I'm sitting as a freshman in an all sophomore class most of the day and literally feel like I'm a few years older than them all. Quite sad.

Today (Mar 18) was quite fun. I spent around 4 hours of my 6 hour, 30 minute school actually IN class, and the rest of then time was in different places in my school. Operantly my school has a secret room ontop of the stage and another above the screening room in the Auditorium which has no cameras unlike every single other hallway/room in the school. I could have gotten away with anything up there...meh. Had a few friends with me, it was pretty awesome. We found a small little cavity in the wall that was holding about 20 rubber gym balls which we began throwing at each other for around an hour....pretty damn awesome. If I ever get around to it, I'll get a video from my friend for it. Damn camera phones are pretty annoying to get everything off. Anyways, I'm happy, and you should be too! If you aren't, I'm sorry. But as it is doubtful I know you in real life, i'm sorry I can't do anything about it directly.

This is the answer to all of us who have been trying to find pirated shows, movies, and clips of stuff for years. This site allows us to, for free, watch ALL our favorite shows and movies as much as we want, and its LEGAL.

So how does it work? Commercials. Like on the TV, except for these are only 30 seconds long, and only 1 per break. It doesn't actually make you miss anything, just pop in a new tab in the internet and wait for 30 seconds doing something else, like, lets say, going on DeviantArt and reading this journal, or browsing through someone's gallery.

Seriously, I love this site. One of my favorite sites as of yet, definetly a top 10 once more networks (currently over 50!) sign on so we can watch more of their shows. The site is just out of beta, so don't expect many episodes per show, but there are quite a few shows on here that you definetly like if you ever watch your television.

Just do yourself a favor. Go to you address bar. Type in "Hulu.com". And watch.

The thing came bundled with Photoshop Elements 5, Corel painter pro 3, and Nik something (hehe) 2.0, but I'm really happy with just the tablet and the newer photoshop I get to use. Anyways, I'll probably start submitting a lot more art, mostly drawings now, maybe when I get better 'll start painting it in and working on it even more.

Can't wait.

Also, I'm finally done putting all of Axeraider70's Brushes into PS6. You guys have no idea how annoying that was to do. So expect a huge pack in the Holiday Season for all you people that can't manage to find a site that has good brushes for a lower version of photoshop. Have fun guys!

For the few who will bother looking at this journal, that aren't already members on this site, GO TO IT. 2XGU.net is a brand new forum, only a few months old, with the longest history of any art forum this old. Not only is it the combination of some of the greatest artists, but it is a remodled version of it that is having trouble catching up for one reason - the old members that used to post there daily and make the original Graphics Unlimited have died down in the large transition it has made to go all the way to where it is now, which is making me a bit sad.
The forum that started it all was 2XDH, named after Axeraider67, a deviant I would have to kill you if you don't look up. This one guy has done more for a website then I've ever seen anyone do. Just to pu with us and all that has happened to it is amazing. Then came Graphics Unlimited, run by two brothers, who started to become too inactive to stay admins, so there was a little takeover and the two forums mixed, turning into 2XGU (original, right?). 3 or 4 forums later, and almost a year, we come to the newest version, tricked out with tons of free wallpapers, tons of free photoshop brushes made by Axeraider himself, many other resources such us tutorials, stocks, psd's, (soon to be posted) renders. Please, visit this site to make sure that you get back comments and proper constuctive crytisism for every little piece of art. Isn't annoying when you post a great deviation and don't get a single constructive comment? Come here and it's almost a promise you will get 3-4, sometimes over 10 posts to help you make your art better with every single word.
Now, take some time and go to the forum. Make an account and post every piece of art, whether it's an emoticon, signature, painting, drawing, or any type of art, and look at the posts that are put in within a day. Please don't just leave after a week if you don't think the forum is active enough! That's the whole point of this post - to get more active members.
