I've been pretty busy with all the homework and extra 'assigments' xD that I haven't had the time to draw

But I'm working on a sketch at this very moment, and later I'll finish a comission someone asked me a few days ago *Doesn't wanna screw the inking of her first serious request, so she's taking a rest*

This contest is to make a drawing or any kind of illustration for ' The One Million Masterpiece' and at the same time give it a Christmas touch

Rules and Info:
1- There is no specific image size, the size and shape is Free Form.
2- It must contain any reference to The One Million Masterpiece.
3- It must have a Christmas theme.
4- It must be colored in and completed.
5- The illustrator's comments should be very detailed.

Restrictions:
1- Maximum of 2 drawings per person will be accepted.
2- No sketches or Ink-only drawings will be accepted.
3- Similar/Almost identical drawings will automatically be disqualified.

My college started last week... A long loong loooong week of waking up at 5:30 AM, running to the bathroom, to the bus stop, from one class to another, etc, etc, etc... And I love it! xDDDD

Definitely I missed my school sooo much xDD... but College is waaaaaaay better than high!! It's a lot of fun :giggles: and maybe that's why I don't care about the waking up, cause I'm pretty sure that I'll have a fun time with my classmates

(specially the ones of the 2nd class) And the teacher is sooo lovely!!!

The other thing that I love is the mix of the cultures. My classmates are from: Japan, China, Korea, Hawaii, France, Colombia, Venezuela, Rep. Dominicana, Cuba and India!! So I'll learn new things from they -for sure-

Hello everybody!!! I'm doing this journal to tell you a little about the The Weekend to End breast Cancer

For the past 5 years our very own $Moonbeam13 has been involved in supporting and raising money for The Weekend to End breast Cancer event in Toronto.

She has done this in a fairly quiet and discreet way so we felt it was time to shed a bit more light on what exactly she does for this great cause.

To give a bit of background, in the past 4 years this organization has raised over 60 million dollars in donations and through this has made some landmark strides in advancing the research on breast cancer, which claims the lives of close to 50,000 women a year and about a quarter million women diagnosed per year.
This money does make a big difference in helping with in depth gene studies and creating specialized programs for people diagnosed with the disease.

Today I'm happy

Today I went to the mall, and I fell in love with a pair of brown boots

I was shocked!!!!! And I definitely wanted them!! But I hadn't $40 with me

Yes!! They were that expensive!! But I still want them XDD

I also saw a beautiful limited edition musical clock

but... I hadn't $300 in my pocket

x2... Thanks God for special offers, cause with all the coupons and saving thingies I could had brought it with $100 but my mom said I was crazy *lol*

I also saw a beautiful godfather clock

but I was sooo scared about the prize, that I didn't asked for it

Conclusion? I'll never be rich

. . . . . Now, don't think that I'm a compulsive buyer... I just like to appreciate the beautiful things

I've already started with the greeting cards thingy, I'm finishing all the requests (Sorry if it is taking me sooooo long O_O), I did tons of beads necklaces for my grandmother and cousin, and now I'm willing to start my carpentry lessons with him

Oh well... Yesterday my mom came really late from work. She was so tired, and she was planning to clean the whole apartment before my grandmorher arrives (today at 6:00 am).

I decided to help her with the cleaning. She cleaned the rooms and the bath, and I cleaned the living room, dinning room and kitchen. That was horrible!! I'm alergic to dust (Yes, I'm that delicate =_=U ) and I started to sneeze a lot (Even today in the morning

This journal is fully in spanish, I don't want to trouble anyone with my existencial-weird problems. . .

Ayer por la tarde, mis primos vinieron a pasar la tarde en la casa. El dÃa estaba nublado, y amenazaba con llover.

Los pajaritos estaban cantando en la jaula, y Johnny intentÃ³ tirarles el mouse de la computadora para callarlos. Los saquÃ© un rato para que cantaran afuera y les corriera aire fresco. Luego con Allan salÃa buscar unas aplicaciones a Pizza Hut, para a mi regreso, 5 minutos luego de haber entrado a la casa, encontrarme con una tormenta de madre, que habÃa volteado la jaula, y que uno de los pajaritos se habÃa escapado.

No logro concebir el hecho de que Johnny haya salido segundos antes, viera la jaula tirada en el piso y no hiciera nada al respecto. Pero tampoco puedo cocebir mi irresponsabilidad de haberlos dejado afuera! DespuÃ©s de todd, quien sacÃ³ la jaula fui yo, no?

CorrÃ por mi chaqueta, dejÃ© guardados los tres dibujos nuevos que iba a subir a DA, y en los que habÃa trabajado como loca (pq mis primos se van de vacaciones a california y la escaneada es ahora o en un mes) y salÃ...

Si, salÃ bajo la tormenta a buscar el pajarito... AcciÃ³n verdaderamente inÃºtil porque estaba conciente de que no iba a encontrarlo, pero nunca se sabe. Luego de media hora de remojones, rayos, y vientazos, mis primos lograron convencerme de que regresara a la casa, que no tenÃa caso lo que estaba haciendo (registrÃ© piso por piso el edificio).

Y regresÃ© a la casa. Para quÃ©? para encontrarme con que el monstruo que tengo por hermana habÃa desparramado mis dibujos, y habÃa destrozado una buena parte de ellos con rayas rosas.

En ese momento se borrÃ³ el pajarito, se borrÃ³ la audiencia, se borrÃ³ todo... SÃ³lo empecÃ© con esa manÃa que tengo de tirar las cosas cuando estoy enojada, y a pegar gritos al cielo (creo que los vecinos me escucharon =_=U)... AhÃ mi papÃ¡ se levantÃ³, cogiÃ³ a mi hermana y me dijo que eso no iba a resolver nada, que LA DEJARA EN PAZ...

Con esto le respondo a mi tÃa... SÃ, ella tiene corona. Tiene corona para arruinarme todo y que la que termina regaÃ±ada soy yo. Tiene corona para mover la mesa cuando estoy dibujando y soy yo la que estÃ¡ en mal lugar, tiene corona para arruinarme los dibujos y soy yo la desordenada que deja todo volado por todas partes y tengo que aguantar todo lo que pueda hacerme...

No. No estoy enojada con mi hermana, ella no tiene culpa (mucha)... Estoy enojada con mi papÃ¡, porque siempre la defiende a ella, ella no tiene culpa de nada, que ella aquÃ que ella allÃ¡. La verdad no me importa el favoritÃsmo con los hijos, pero si me molesta que por lo menos no haya tenido la consederaciÃ³n conmigo de al menos decilrle 'Hijita, eso no se hace'... Pero ni eso...

En fin... Lo hecho, hecho estÃ¡. Mi trabajo de semanas se lo va allevar el camiÃ³n de la basura, y ya innundÃ© el apartamento con todos los lagrimones que derramÃ© encima de Allan... Lo bueno... Waaaaaaaa!!! I'm finally back!!!!!!!
I was having troubles with my old internet conexion (dial up type) so, my parents decided to install a router.

Last week my cousins were doing some creepy thingy witn some cables for the conexion, fixing the lights in the house and installing the last programs to my now improved pc. Yay!!!!! My pc is ok now! Holly God! I'm so DEAD!!

This week has been really interesting.

My grandma's learning how to download music, but she still learning how to use the computer, and accidentally downloaded something infected and tada! Broken PC!!

The poor baby was infected with a virus, then she had troubles with the internet conexion, with her hard drive, and was really damn slow!

That day I went to sleep at 4 am! I scanned her, defragmented her, cleaned up the hard drive (check all the errors in drive), etc, etc, etc, while I was playing cards and chatting a little with Victor. Anyways, I felt like L from Death Note (The day before I went to bed at 3

Dunno why, who, o whatever, but I think that virus made some kind of macumba to my poor pc, cause she still sick and I don't know what else to do

That's why I'm here, at my cousins place. They're 15 years old twins, and they're pretty cool, but sometimes they're really annoying! We slept in the same bed, but that was horrible!! Threw me pillows, slept ON me (

Neee... I should be juping on a foot, singing and shouting full of joy and happiness but no =_=... I'm here at 3:00 am writting in the comp.

Ok, this is the story...
My cousing gave me the name and the URL of an art school, and I sent an email asking for a test. One week later, an art critic called me saying "Hey, I will go to your house to check your skills. If I like your art, I'll keep an eye on you, If I don't, hehe, we wouldn't bother... neither try" I was freaking nervous and all that, then the tests came (I had to draw 4 'simple' sketchs and answer a couple of questions)

Then the day came... He came to my house (I was eating!). He seems to be a nice person, but he has no mercy!!! Omg!!! He saw my draws, and it took forever!!! Then he said something...

You know... We are a very prestigious art school, we had the better artist as students... And... I like your draws (deeph sigh) Yay me!! I pass!!!! I got in!!! Humm... Actually ss not a normal school, they send their classes by mail and my mom said she will ask my dad, but if he agree then everything will be ok)

Yes, I know I should be happy 'cause I can apply to a scolarship, have tons of art materials, 60 art books, learn new techniques and all that, but... I made up my mind and... I... I won't take the course.

I know, I know... Someone there is probably dissapointed, mad or something... but I have my reasons (strong ones). Probably I'm ready, probably I'm not... But I have to say, I came all the way long without going to any art school, so everything will be fine ^^ I'll work really hard to imrove my skills, and when the right time come, then I will say, I'm ready...

(Am I crazy??) If anyone is as crazy as me and wanna try, these are the rules:

I'm not crazy, I'm not joking. Yesterday morning (Sun. 10) I felt like a sausage in her bag with other 10 sausages!! like

My aunt in 2nd grade had just turned 15 and I'm one of her 8 bridesmaids (can I use that term?): I have to wake up early, dance with a guy I don't know, and go to a party when everyone are unknown people to me... Why me!!!

Her brother rides a small Toyota Yaris (I don't know the model) and does the route from our houses to the hotel, but yesterdad... yesterday's route was a creepy adventure!!! hell yeah!

We are 8 couples, and that morning there were 10!!! yes! 10 people in the small car!!!

and I was the #11 :eyepoping:!!! Poor Yaris

At the beggining we all were laughing and made lots of jokes, but our worst nightmare (and the funniest joke) came true. When we were on the rotonda "Jean Paul Genie" we saw... a... a cop!!! "he will surely give us a fine"

We (on the back of the Yaris) tried to hide but, please!! How the heck could we hide!!!

In what were we thinking!

MG: we turned in the rotonda as if we weren't doing anything bad... The cop were waiting for us, but no!!! Ha! elpolicía se quedó con las ganas

We did choosed other route and took other way a little far from the cop. We scaped!

Then, when we were on "Las Colinas" we crashed with lots of "policías acostados" but we got safe to the hotel. That trip was so funny

It was 11:00 pm. After a hard day of working I came back, sleepy, to my house. I just wanted to

so I went to my room and then I found it...!!

There, in my mosquitero+!!! there was a chocorrón!!!

I couldn't believe it!! Was the same beetle that was the same morning in my bed and I didn't pay atenntion to...

"I want to sleep

!!!, Well, I have to take him out..." But he had no intention of going anywhere... I took a pencil and tried to move him, but as harder I tried, as harder he holded on, so I quit

I brough a box, and tried to make him fell, but nooo.... Took a sheet of paper, but nooooooo... he still in the same place

. Then I got atached and called him Cochorrón, an I discovered that he wastrapped in my mosquitero+!!!!!!

"what can I do!!!!???"

He wanted to go away... he was desperated trying to fly, and was really worried, then I sang to him... (Am I crazy??)

I needed to help him, and needed to sleep, so I put the box in my mouth, I moved him with a sheet and cuted the mosquitero+ with the sissors... A really difficult work, but I did it!!! He was safe, and then I could sleep!!!!

I made him a paper house and wrote "I'm staying here for tonight" then I went to sleep... Night, night my little Cochorrón

Next morning... he was gone, but I know, anywhere he is, he is ok

1.- Cuando vayas a botar los vasos y servilletas en los que consumiste, la bandeja se te vaya accidentalmente en la basura.

2.- Hacer fila por un laaaargo rato, y justo cuando llega tu turno, se te olvida lo que ibas a ordenar.
3.- Ir a ordenar tu comida y la de tus compañeros, y cuando regresas, ellos se habían cambiado de mesa a otra lejos y te pierdes.
4.- Caerte de la silla.
5.- Que el dispensador de salsa de tomate esté atascado, y al intentar destrabarlo, salga toda la salsa ensuciando la mesa y salpicándote.
6.- Vas a ponerle sal a tu filete y resulta que el frasco estaba desenroscado y toda la sal cae en tu comida. X_X
7.- Que en la fila nunca te atiendan porque piensan que eres muy pequeñ@ para ordenar.
8.- Llevarte accidentalmente la comida de otra persona.

9.- Estar tan distraíd@ hablando que le pones salsa o condimento a tu bebida.
10.- En lugar de pedir un burro de pollo, pides un pollo burro.

Todos los anteriores han sido casos reales, y algunas me han sucedido a mí (No todas!!). Agradezco a las personas que amablemente me contaron sus experiencias!!
