Hello everyone,

well I guess it is about time for a new journal. I am sick of seeing this old one Well, but I don´t really have something new to say. My PC is still broken.... But I can work with my boyfriend´s laptop. But all my brushes, stocks and stuff are saved on my computer.

Life is going well so far. I had 2 weeks of holiday. Tomorrow I will have to start again..... Bleeeh, I want want 1 week of holiday more! Well, you can´t have everything in life, right?

And of course thank you so much for your lovely comments on my Gothic Shoot pictures! They were taken at a castle 20 minutes away from where I live. It is called "Schloß Broich" or in english "Broich Castle". It is a very nice place.

Also this year there will be the "Castle Rock" Festival on 4th of July where I will go to. Yeah, I am so excited! EPICA will perform there and I will see them live! I ordered the tickets and they already arrived.

Work really stresses me out at the moment. I am so very tired when I come home and I just want to sleep and I don´t really have time for art and stuff - or my inspiration is just missing sometimes.

Yeah and because it was a comment from someone I know here I clicked on it!!!!!! I didn´t read all the journals before where people here were telling about the virus! I could bite my own ass right now that I was so stupid!!!

I have changed my password. So please, if you get any comment from me saying " HEY I THINK I SAW YOUR PICTURE ON THIS WEBSITE/BLOG ---> CLICK HERE" DON`T CLICK ON IT!!! I didn´t write it! It´s a spam-virus-thing again! The DA Staff knows already about it and they try to solve the problem!

Ok People look I went to look through this clown's Flickr gallery and seen tons of stolen Deviant Art in fact there are 1737 art pieces to look through and I looked through all of them.

Normally when a alert is put out I will go look as well and if its not too large I will personally search for the deviants that I do not have on my watch list to inform them.

But there are too many to sort through this time so I am asking all of you to put this alert out to your watchers via your journals or news and ask them to pass it on as well to theirs.

Maybe this way we could reach all of them. Some image titles are not deviant names they are merely mumbo jumbo which tell me that these particular images were stolen before and uploaded somewhere like myspace or facebook and then saved by this Flickr person.

But I know they are from Deviants because like all Deviants we recognize stock once we been here awhile etc.


My advice to all of you is to go look through this gallery to see if any of your work is there if your see any of your work then save the URLs of each piece then copy the letter below and fill in the information is the ( ) sections reporting it to their copy rite department and email it to them.

I also suggest that once your are done to do a search in the main Flickr page with the ending name of your images for instance I always title my image and end it with "by_MistRaven" when I did a search I found one of mine which I just sent a email to the copy rite agent regarding that.

This is a major problem for all of us. Sadly we can only do whats stated above to at least counter these robberies. We may not be able to catch all of them but at least its good to know that Deviants watch each others back and when we learn of a person who stole art from here we notify all we can.

Hey my dear friends and watchers,

soon 2008 is over and 2009 begins....

I wanted to thank you all for your support and your loyality through the whole year 2008! Without all of you DA wouldn´t be the same!

Yeah, this year was very different compared to all other years. First of all I moved to another city 400 km far away from my hometown and my family. That wasn´t always easy and it still isn´t easy sometimes to be that far away from them especially on days like christmas or new year´s eve. So I am getting melancholic once in a while...

But this year has also been quite successfull for me because I managed it to keep a job almost the whole year And it seems like I am having a future in this company where I work now.

Another reason why 2008 was very successfull for me is that I feel that I have improved a lot with my photomanipulations. When I look back at when I started doing it in January or February this year...oh my...yeah I have improved a lot and I am quite happy with where I stand now with my work.

And so I decided to go one step further and open the print store ´cause I felt stuck somehow. I am happy for every fav and every comment but somehow I felt I wanted to go further with my work and also go selling them but that wasn´t very successfull so far... but anyways! I will keep the shop open anyways. Maybe one day it happens....and if not then it doesn´t happen. So I keep thinking positive. I am also happy as long as my art makes people happy and makes them feel something when they look at my works that is even much more worth...

So now I stop boring you and I wish you a happy new year 2009! Go partying all night long! And next year we´ll be back healthy and full of new inspiration!

Life can be so cruel to people especially before Christmas. My cousin´s cousin and her boyfriend died yesterday in an car accident.

She was only 17 years old and he was only 21.....I knew her little cousin since she was a little girl. When she came to our town to visit my cousin we always went playing with each other and things...

I haven´t seen her for years and I had not much contact to her but it is just like a shock! It is unbelievable!Someone you have known is suddenly dead! On YouTube there is a video as a tribute to both of them. She became such a beautiful girl in the last few years. It is so cruel that she had to die so young!

In the past few days I have been a little sick and I still am. Thursday I will go to work again.

Yeah, somehow I have a little art depression at the moment. I can´t get any inspiration. No song inspires me, nothing.....well I read about this a lot of times and so I know that depression will be over soon...so I just take a break and that´s it.

As you know I have opened my print shop a while ago. I did not sell anything yet.

One of my works got requested as print but that person still didn´t buy it. So that makes me kinda sad.

Don´t get me wrong I am not like that "Oh my god! I MUST sell something! NOW!". But it kinda makes me angry that somebody is requesting one of my works as a print, then I go asking the model if its ok, I get the permission from the model, I make the print available and then......NOTHING!

Well, I didn´t lose anything right? I am just trying to keep things going further for me.

You know, I was very excited and happy and I felt honoured that somebody would like to buy one of my works. And than they let me down....

My art depression might also come because of that.

Well, enough whining for today.

take a look at *intano´s journal. Be careful here is an Art thief around DA who is going to send you notes if you want to work with him and he will offer you 5 € for each of your works. In the end when you are done with your works and you have sent them to him he will refuse to keep your signature on your artwork and he will remove it and add his signature. He has a website and he claims all the artworks as his own.

Hi everyone,

it was a very busy and very exhausting day for me today.

Yesterday my boyfriend broke his right hand. In fact his middle bone on the smallest finger split apart so that he had a surgery today.

I went with him to his appointment in the hospital at 6:30 this morning to check in and all that stuff. After almost 6 or 7 hours spending in the hospital just waiting there for nothing they finally came to pick him up for the surgery. Oh my god, I was about to cry when they finally came to take him away.

Everything went good though and I am so very happy about. But it was so horrible just waiting and waiting and waiting. And with every hour that passed by he got more nervous and nervous and me of course, too.

We only had slept 3 hours last night and we both were so terribly tired. I was so happy when they brought him back to his room and I finally knew everything is ok with him. I was so worried all the time.

The good thing is that I live only 5 mintues away from the hospital so I could go home for a while and clear some things up for him like taking stuff for him to bring later to him.
He is spending the night in the hospital and probably gets out tommorrow already.

Sorry for boring you like that but I just had to write it down. I talked to my parents and his parents before about everything (they live 400 kilometers away from us)but I just had to write it down once again.

Now I am signing in to DeviantArt, having like 35 messages and 6.000 PAGEVIEWS! I want to thank you all so much for the recent faves and watches given to me. That makes me so happy. I am very tired but also so happy.

Thank you all ever so much for faving my recent works and all your support! I mentioned it more than once that I greatly appreciate it and it means a lot to me.

Also the 6.000 Pageviews are close! Wow, it´s getting faster and faster with every 1.000 Pageviews I get.

I plan to clean up my gallery a bit like removing some old pics from the beginning when I started my DA Gallery because they aren´t watched anyways. I only remove those that I don´t like anymore and they weren´t faved or collected or commented so far.

I was thinking a lot of times about making a print account. When I understand this right then I have not to pay anything for a Standard Print Account. I will not be able to make a Premium Print Account because I don´t have a credit card to pay the fee. But I would really like to make some artworks of mine available as print. What do you think about? So far no one has requested any of my artworks as prints. Some people requested my stocks as prints but I am not selling my stocks The stock account is something I do just for fun or when I don´t find a stock to use I take out/took out my camera (I told you the camera is broken ) and do my own stock to use for my artworks.

So I am curious. What do you think about making a print account? I don´t even know if people would like to buy some pieces. But if I make a standard print account there would be no risk, I think. Just let me know what you think.

I wanted to thank everyone who has added my recent works to their ´s and also for the recent watches that were given to me.

Here are some facts about myself:

Since I can remember I have always drawn. I think I started at the age of 5 years. And it became my passion until this day. When I was still in school I couldn´t face a day without drawing something. When I got older and started my apprenticeship as paralegal I stopped drawing for a long time. But one day I grabbed my pencil again and did not put it away anymore.

My first drawing style I did was Manga. I was very into Sailor Moon at the age of 12 or 13 and I drew all the character of the series. Then some years ago I saw artworks from Luis Royo and I was so impressed about his style and how he makes his characters look so real. And then I wanted to do more realistic drawings. That was the point when I changed my drawing style and I kept it up until today.

When I discovered the Online Roleplay Game "Guild Wars" I started to do Fanarts of the game and posted them on a Guild Wars Fanart Gallery on the internet. But somehow this site was not enough for me. I wanted to have my own gallery on the internet. And so I discovered DA and I think this was the best decision I have ever made.

I was very impressed of the photomanipulations I saw here on DA and I thought "Damn...I want to do something like this, too". And so I bought a photosoftware and this is how everything started. Doing Photomanipulations has become my second passion or maybe my first passion, I don´t know. Through doing photomanipulation I can express myself and my feelings better than with drawing a picture. And that´s why I like it so much.

I am an self-thaught artist. I did never take lessons in drawing or in Digital Art. I learned it all by myself and I am still learning. You never stop learning in life.

I love to be here on DA! I have met so great people here and I am looking forward everyday to take a look on my page here. Because you give me so much support and that makes me happy.
