So um, yeah, I start college again in a week or so, and since I've changed my major, I've got a lot of catching up to do. I want to graduate as soon as possible, so that means taking a CRAPLOAD OF CLASSES. There is a strong possibility that I may take 20 or so credits this semester.

So yeah, if I'm not online a whole lot, it's not 'cuz I'm dead--it's 'cuz I'm extremely busy. x_O

Hey d00dz, I have a question.

We all watch cartoons, right? So hopefully some of yuo d00dz would be able to help me with this, murhur.

As some of you know, I'm planning a cartoon series. Whether it ever sees the light or not, I don't know, but that won't stop me from working on the story.

There's something I've been thinking about... with a cartoon series, where do you start? I see some cartoon series that have a first ep that introduces characters, shows a bit of what the place the cartoon takes place in is like, and all that fun stuff. Others shows, though, don't have an "intro" episode--it just jumps right into the show, leaving the viewer to pick up on things themselves.

So here's my question: For my cartoon idea (that's the "Maggypie" project I'm working on--the cartoon about birds), which sort of "first episode" would be best? Should I make an intro episode, or jump right into the show?

UPDATE: MUR-E's 'net is up and running and I am currently posting this journal entry from him. WOOOOOO!!

As some of you know, I have two computers: MUR-E the desktop computer and BComputer the laptop. About a month or more ago, something happened to MUR-E. I'm not entirely sure what, but whatever the case, he would not turn on and I was not sure if his hard drive still worked.

Well, my mom got herself a new computer, and after moving all of her files from her old computer to it, she gave me her old computer. I replaced that computer's hard drive with MUR-E's hard drive, and, praise God, it WORKED. I HAVEN'T LOST ALL MY FILES WOOOO!

HOWEVER! Because MUR-E's hard drive is now in a totally new computer, he... doesn't really know what to do with the different hardware 'cuz I don't have all the drivers installed. Because of this, the volume's not really working, which kindof sucks. I also do not have internet on him as of yet, but we're working to fix that problem.

I can actually DRAW on MUR-E now, though! @___@ So that means I can finally finish my PMD2 pic and get to work on that character vacation project! :>

Before I get to work on that stuff, though, do I owe anyone artwork or anything else, mur? I can't remember.

Wonder when people'll realize that Rule 34 isn't a real rule that actually needs to be followed, and that it's not a real excuse for there to exist pr0n of everything.

Still don't know when MUR-E will be fixed. *sigh* My mom's in the process of moving all of her files from her old computer to a new one, but she says she's not done looking through her computer to make sure she's gotten everything. Once she's done doing that, though, I'm putting MUR-E's hard drive into that computer so hopefully it'll work, mur.

The pilot was almost afraid to look up again, and when he finally did, he jolted backwards with a surprised warble. As opposed to Req-n, a great white shark now appeared to be leading him to the Axiom. He glanced at D-J, only to find what looked like an ancient record player in the music bot's place.

Okay, this wasn't so much scary as downright freaky, but it still managed to unnerve him.

Hey all, quick note. I'll be gone Monday through Friday of next week. I'll also be on vacation the week after that, but I'll be taking my laptop with me.

Soooo, that's why I need your help. I'll take five of my characters on vacation with me and post pictures once MUR-E (my desktop computer) is working again. (Basically I'll be taking pictures while on vacation and editing them so the characters are in the pictures.) I don't know when that will be, though, unfortunately. :/

So yeah. Who shall go with me? I'll let you decide. Those of you who've been watching me for a while know my characters. (If you don't, look through my gallery.) BC and Twopoint will be going with me, so I need you guys to vote for what other three characters I should bring. You can choose from any of my characters, but NOT canon characters (like Kirby, WALL-E, etc.).

...Well, actually, you can choose any of my characters within reason. RP!Mako is out, because the sunlight would kill him. ALitD!Mako would be fine, however.

Oh, also, I'm making a guide for making WALL-E fanbots, but, like this little project here, it won't be up until I get MUR-E working. Sorry about that, mur. :/ All the writing for it is done. Anyone else getting this? The sidebar thing on my devwatch always says I have no messages, when I do. For a while, it was the opposite--it would always say I had 1 Deviation or 1 Journal on my devwatch when I didn't have any.

This is kindof annoying because it'll say I have three messages but I have no idea where they are. Oo;; Anyone else getting this glitch, mur?

HUMANS ARE NOT ROBOTS.

Why are nearly ALL the new WALL-E fancharacters here humans with robot names!? AAAAGGGGHHHH half the pics that come up under new WALL-E fanart are these things!

Don't get me wrong--human-ifying characters is cool. I love seeing what characters (even fancharacters) look like as different species. That's neat.

Or if you want to make a character that's one of the Axiom-ian humans, or a human from one of the other ships. Cool! Neat! Go ahead.

But but but nearly all the WALL-E fancharacters coming out now are humans with robot names slapped onto them! Is it THAT hard to come up with a robot design!? Geez just make it a totally original character! Don't even bother calling it a robot!

That includes the folks who take canon bots, humanize them into things that just barely resemble what they used to look like as bots, and warp their personalities. You know who you are. Just give them new names and don't associate them with the WALL-E fandom anymore.

Just... STOP.

Hey, #BChatters! (And... other folks I RP with.)

A topic came up on WERP about character voices, but that got me thinking about the voices of some of my non-WERP characters.

I was wondering... how do you think some of the characters sound? I have definite voices in my head for BC, Flora, 'De/Sai, Compass, and Dagger. (If you guys want to hear them, I can record some voice clips for them.) Some others, too, but I can't remember them at the moment.

Though there are other characters I'm not so sure about... so tell me how you hear the following characters:

- Cutter
- Mako
- Cadmus (I know he has a monotone voice, but other than that...)
- Twopoint
- Entac

Mostly these are characters I cannot voice myself. (I MIGHT be able to voice Twopoint, except I have virtually no idea how he's supposed to sound. Though he's a robot, he's supposed to have a very clear voice, I think...) So what do you think? How do you hear them when I RP them? I wanna know, d00dfaec. XD;

UPDATE: I got 10 notes in my dA messages today. All the stolen artwork was deleted. AWESOME! The art thief was not banned, but I guess it's all right since the stolen artwork isn't there anymore, murhur.

I am so, so, SO angry right now.

Some idiot tried to sign up for KRR's oekaki. They linked to their dA account, which was full of stolen artwork.

What made me even more ticked off was how many favorites the stolen artwork was getting and how many positive comments it was getting.

IT. IS NOT. THEIR. ARTWORK. THEY DESERVE NO FAVORITES, NO COMMENTS, NOTHING.

THEY DESERVE TO BE BANNED FROM THE WEBSITE.

I reported all the stolen artwork. I just hope the dA admins do something about it this time, unlike the one time I reported an art thief and the thief still got away with it.

I can't link to the thief here, though, otherwise I would get banned, myself. :/ That happened last time I pointed out an art thief on this website.

For those of you who have NO IDEA what that means, I'm not explaining it because it's a long story. HOWEVER, because the Pirate RP is over, that means that RPs can start up in #BChat again!! If you've been waiting to RP there, now you can do so! X3

If you're wondering what kind of RP it is... well, it's a multiversal RP with loose continuity, set in BabyCharmander's giant mansion. So, basically, you can bring in any character you want, canon, fancharacter, or original, and just have some RP funtimes. :3 There's no real plot... just character interaction. There IS continuity, but it's loose, which means that if we start a scene we don't have to continue it, or if we do, we don't have to have all the characters that were in the scene before.

I've been dying to play it since I heard news of it years ago, but unfortunately my regular computer, MUR-E, won't run it, and my laptop computer, BComputer, has Vista, which hates the game. I have the Creature Creator but Vista would not allow me to create more than one creature on it. :/

Just wondering if I should bother trying to do something about BComputer or MUR-E so I can play the game... though if I do, I probably won't get it until Christmas. Mur well...

Here's the kinda movies I like:
- Fantasy, both live-action and cartoon (I think over half of my favorite movies are ye olde 80s/90s fantasy XD)
- A bit of sci-fi (Well, I like Star Wars and I've seen a few other sci-fi movies that I've kinda liked, anyway...)
- Cartoon movies (Y'know, like, Don Bluth, Disney, that sort of thing, though it's not like I've seen every single Disney movie out there... I like both family/kids cartoon movies and more serious ones, like The Last Unicorn. Also, I like both 2D and 3D. Anime movies, too.)
- ...Anything involving dragons? XD;;;

And here's the kinda movies I DON'T like!:
- Movies based off books/videogames/whatever that screw up the plot majorly (Like The Count of Monte Cristo. The book was awesome. THE MOVIE FAILED.)
- Action movies (They generally bore me. XU Screw all those chase scenes and speshul effects crap, GIMME A GOOD PLOT.)
- Superhero movies (The only superhero movie I've actually been able to watch the whole way through is The Incredibles, though I'm not sure if that counts.)
- Romance movies (Well... pure romance movies, anyway. If two people happen to fall in love in the movie, sure, fine, whatever. I think the only exception to this is WALL-E, though I'm not sure if that counts...)

...I think that about covers it. I don't care how old the movie is! If you think I might like it, tell me the title and give a brief summary of the movie. %3

Um... yeah? Usually every time I go to bed at night. If I'm doing something like falling asleep during class though, usually my thoughts just get really jumbled.

Are they complicated?
I suppose? Usually they don't make much SENSE and tend to change a lot, but...

When you dream of someone, do they look normal in the dream?
Most of the time. If I dream of a character or a person, then 95% of the time they'll look normal, I think. Though one time I had a dream with Didge in it and he was a girl. XD

What about your house or neighborhood, does it look warped in dreams?
Um... not TOO much. For the most part it looks fairly normal, but occasionally there will be things misplaced, or sometimes I'll have a dream where I'm in a place that's a fusion of my house and some other place.

Have you ever died in a dream?
I had a dream where the Rapture happened. Does that count? But no, I've never died. Been ALMOST killed more times than I can count by characters I've made and characters I like and random creepy things, but... yeah.

Have you ever committed suicide in one? If so, how?
I don't think I ever have... Probably because I don't think about suicide too often, and when I do, I always come to the conclusion that it's a retarded idea fairly quickly.

Yes, many many times.

Well, I wake up before I do. And when that happens, I wake up with the feeling that I just dropped down onto my bed.

I've had elements from previous dreams show up in later dreams, but other than that... haven't had recurring dreams.

That's where you realize you're in a dream and can control it, right? If that's the case, then whenever I realize "Oh, this is a dream!" then I wake up.

YES. I had SO MANY NIGHTMARES after watching The Ring...

The forum is called "Intelligent Game Discussion." So, as you can probably guess, it's not your basic post-whatever-you-want-type-thing. It's... for intelligent discussion. XP Which is nice. It's irritating to go to forums and try to strike up an intelligent discussion about the plot of a game or something, only to get sarcastic comments or random idiocy. This forums seems like it'll be a breath of fresh air from all that.

I was in a car accident.

I was pulling into the intersection while the light was green, and it turned yellow. It was raining a TON but from what I could see the intersection was clear, and I started to turn when BANG.

The next thing I knew the airbags were out and the car was filling with smoke. Once I realized what was happening I tried to open the door but it wouldn't open so I rolled down the window and started screaming for help. I couldn't do anything but yell "HELP HELP HELP HELP" repeatedly. At one point though I turned around to grab my purse because my sketchbook was in there... and went immediately back to screaming for help. There was an ambulance already there because it was close to the intersection but no one was coming out to help me and I was scared that 'cuz the car was filling up with smoke that it would blow up or something.

Fortunately the lady that was in the other car rushed over to yank the door open for me. The lady had a 15-year-old girl with her, who had been driving the car. We had to stand out in the rain while we waited for the ambulance guys to help us. I knew I had to call my parents so I fumbled for my phone and called home and told my mom what had happened. The ambulance guys talked to us to make sure we were okay and offered to take me to the hospital. My face was swollen 'cuz of the airbag hitting me but the swelling went down quickly, and my back hurt a bit, but I figured I was okay and the other people were, too.

I was shocked at how far the cars had flown from the intersection... Their car was bashed in on the front, and mine on the passenger side... it was totaled. My parents came and I talked to the sherrif for a bit. He gave me a ticket but said it wouldn't go on my driving record--something about an "I" in a circle--and that I needed to call the court on Friday and tell them all that.

My mom said that I might be on probation and not be able to drive for a year or something... I hope not...

I'm bruised in a few places but other than that I'm mur'kay...

That was so scary...

Just wondering... what other ALitD demon designs would you guys like to see next? I could design more low-rank demons (which sins/negative emotions would you like to see for those, anyway?), some mid-rank demons (the monster-type ones), ...or the I-have-no-idea-how-I'm-gonna-do-this high-rank demons (fallen angels).

And yeah, requests are coming. I'm gonna get to work on them later today, murhur.
