Hi! Well I'm working so much this days, and I have good news, yes... I got a car, is a Buick Century 2000, is nice car, and will be good for my husband when he go work in the days with so much snow, I will be using his kia, because I'm like 5 minutes of my work, anyway I get more hours in my work then I will be making other part time job, I know will be hard, and I will be more sleepy... I'm thinking in make arts and crafts after work, then my brain will be occupied, I need that because the firts thing I make when I get in home is just sleep, is not good because I need time with my husband and talk with my dad in the night.

The birthday my mom is this september 21th, I miss her so much, I will be thinking about all the things she made with me...

and soon will be the day of the dead and in November 2 my mom will have 3 years the dead, and I will make a nice Ofrenda de dia de muertos, this is some the mexicans make in this nice 2 days: [link]

I will submit more pictures, and today I wake up early and clean my home, then we can go and take pictures all day! I hope don't rain, because is raining every day, in this part of Colorado is weird, any times is to much wind too and one day I say my husband I will see a cow flying, hahaha, I'm silly I know but the wind is hard.

Other new is I get a hair cut, is no long anymore, I will submit a picture soon, I look funny!!!

And talking about my job like Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm doing better, I'm fast, I care for 5 days every week 18 senior citizens for myself, now I will be working 3 days 12 hours and 2 days 8 hours. I have 5 months making this job and I like so much.

Hey! I'm so happy, my husband got me a doggy, we get him in the Animal Control, he is a Pomeranian/Mix, he is friendly, cute, and good with other dogs, then he will be ok with our Sandy, and the other thing, he is a jumper, then I will teach him for catch the frisbee.

Yes, I need start with design again, then I'm checking books and web pages, and I will start making my resume, portfolio and web page (this one with the help of my husband) and I will try learn new things in the programs I use... Will be my birthday this March 27, I will be 31, hahaha, I'm old but just I was thinking in all the things I get in my life, and is not bad, I'm doing fine and I'm happy, yesterday my husband told me about was good time when we marry because now everything in our family is change, our mothers are dead and was hard for both, but he help me so much and I'm helping him too, we are making the best for get all we want.

Today was a busy day for me, I was thinking in go with my husband because I like go for the library, and I was thinking in study for my test, my test will be the next month, I'm nervous, but I know I can get this. The other thing is our doggy Sandy is sick, then I had take her for the vet, she had stay in there because the vet had make test for her, now she is in home, sleeping and she is doing ok, poor thing, she look so tired, and she have take pills because she get an infection. The other thing is my father-in-law is sick, he have 3 weeks now having so much problems, but today I have go and help him because he was feeling so so sick, they take him for the hospital again and I'm waiting they call me for see what happen, I'm really worry for him, I hope he feel fine soon, because is no life be like that.

About my work, is fine, just I finish so tired, is so much work, and when I back home just I want go sleep, and the other bad thing is in the night when I have talk with my dad, I'm just so sleepy like zombie, hahaha, and I have 2 weeks don't talking so much with him, he say this week will be more easy for me, and I will feel better, I hope because this work is kill me, hahaha, but I like this work so much, now I have so much grandparents, they are nice with me and I like when they tell me thank you or when they tell me they love me, that feel good, make me happy.

This days after work just I will be study, and when I go make my test in April 11th I will be free! Then I will be working with design, Arts and Crafts and photography, I will be working with my husband too, we have so much ideas in our minds.

I'm so excited because tomorrow is my first day of class! Ah I'm nervous too, I think all will be fine for me, just I need pay so much attention and may questions if I don't understand any, don't be afraid and believe more in myself, is weird, but for me is hard make this, I'm doing better with the English and I'm feeling more familiar with this new culture, hahaha, yes is so different in my city, then is hard get the new things in the first months, now I have more security of myself, and I'm no afraid of talk with people who just talk English, I have a better communication, yes I had any problems with people who is so mind and when I try talk with they, just they told me they don't know understand me and just don't talk with me any more or other who make fun with my accent, any times whit this people I get so sad, but my husband and others told me this people is so stupid and don't care about the others, then when I see people like try make fun with me, I just ignore and I talk in Spanish, haha, they get so piss off, is funny, they feel the same they try make to me.

I have say so much people is so nice with me and when they talk with me, even if I don't understand they explain or tell me the things in different ways, and is nice when they ask me about my city, and about my family and about my degree in graphic design, or things like what they will visit if they go for Mexico City, and they even write the names of the museums and the zoo! and all the important place in my city.

Saturday was my last day in the Dietary Area, and the residents tell me so much nice things, and wish me good luck for my class and for back soon for be with they, they say I'm so friendly person and with a big heart, and the think they love of me is my big smile, and the nice things I say for they, and the help I bring for they.
The Certified Nursing Assistant told me they will be waiting me for work together and they promise me they will help me so much, well is good the people told me that things, with this I think I'm doing better every day, hehehe, well I will be around just a little for deviantArt because I will be a little busy with my class, take care everyone and have a nice week!

My year was fine, I have so much new things in my life, Im in USA with my husband and I have a nice work, I love my work and the next year will have so much new things, like Im going to the school for take a class of Certified Nursing Assistant, the thing is Im no sure when, first they told me in January 5, but yesterday that change because they dont have time for put my papers in the school, then Im going for class in february 3, that is fine, I can still working in the area where Im, then a month will go fast, I need wait what they told me in this week, for me is fine, and the other new thing for next year, is about working in the library, is just part time, is helping and teaching spanish, I like the idea, I need just check how will be my hours, in the school and when I finish the school, how will be my hours when Im working like Certified Nursing Assistant, sounds good, the manager of the library will call me again for I have a interview with her. My other plan is go and visit my dad, family and friends in Mexico! I had my Christmas party on December 5th and it was good, I got a gift and it was various types of chocolate, and the food was vegetarian, salad!! I love salad, even though my husband don't like salad he said it was fine, well my husbands party was yesterday and they had a mexican themed party, the decoration was so cool, with papel picado [link] and cactus, and so much color!!! The food was taquitos, beans, guacamole, totopos, aaah, they did a good job, my husbands friends are so nice, they had a nice party and I'm happy because they were talking so nice about my husband, he is working as a Designer/Production Assistant and they like his work then that makes me feel so proud of him!

Talking about my work, Im working in a nursing home, Horizons Health Care Community, I have been working there for 7 months, in January I will take a class to be a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am taking the opportunity to learn new things, I'm a graphic designer and I'm not thinking of forgetting that, I am still looking for work as a graphic designer, I have my husband who is always helping me, and my family in Mexico, my dad is happy because I'm doing fine and I'm happy!

The people who work with me, they help me so much too, I will thankful of those who help me.

Im feeling so different with respect all the things I like, examples I like watch movies, but now I just take that one for little kids, and I imagine how will be my life if Im a mother... other thing is I go in the weekend for Mc Donalds and in that time was so much kids in there, so cute babies and then my husband and me to begin talking about the names if we have a boy and what name if is a girl...

Just things like that, I see babies and I want have that feeling... in this moment of my life I think Im ready for be mother, I wish that with all my heart... that is my wish for Christmas...

I try be nice person, with all, Im so friendly and I try help so much, in my work, they say they are happy with my work, and I feel fine, and better when the people tell me Im so friendly, nice and cute, hahaha, that make me so happy, I like make so much things for the people and never Im waiting for get any, I dont care, just I like a big smile or a big hug, is a nice feeling!!!

But any times a I get in problem, because other persons think Im friendly just for get all I want, and then they want be like my enemy, that is funny because I dont care, I like be nice because I get a good education from my mother and father, is all!

Well yesterday i was watching the news because my friend told me about the situation in Tabasco, and how it is raining so much and it is flooding now, then i saw in the news a story about a guy who screamed at the president, Felipe Calderon, "Espurio" and when the president was going around to shake hands with people this person did not shake the presidents hand.
This got my attention and I decided to click the link and read, and then I got a surprise when I saw that this guy is my cousin, he is the son of my uncle who is a professor at an important University in Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico) and it is where I went college too, my uncle is so important in this school and such a good teacher, he was in a student movement back in 1968 and this in the policy with two different parties politics, well my cousin is like his father and that is good, the Mexicans need someone like him to open their eyes and really start working in the city, the economy in my city is bad, there are not so many jobs, and even when you finish the university it is so hard for you to get a job and so many students work in low paying jobs that aren't even close to what they studied in college, crime in my city seems to get worse by the day, and the police in my city are bad, and the president talks about about being free, hahaha that is funny, we can't be free with all the things that happen, there are too many problems, (so many Mexicans are blind and don't see what is really happening, why because they are conditioned not to look for other options and they want everything handed to them on a silver platter). I dont like to talk about politics because so many people will get mad with me, but, well, this is my opinion and, if you don't it, like i don't care!

I have to explain that President Calderon is talking of being free to think and to speak your opinion, after this, my cousin being put in the jail, and when my uncle was asking about him, the police just say bad words and say "We dont know..." That is the reality in my City, We need to really open our eyes and stop being blind to change this corruption!!!

I have to say congratulations to my cousin Luis Gomez for doing this, I'm so happy I have, in my family, people like that who like working for have a better city, you would have to read the news to understand what happened and you can see my cousin is not everyone else, he is so good student at my University. Viva la UNAM!!!

I was thinking this weekend, i live so much in the past... the ghosts persecute to me... I am always thinking about the things that had done... the people who made me suffer... and at the same time the people who already died, Im still thinking about that I could not do the impossible thing so that my mother was saved... I am a person who worries about everything, and believe that this is final of this Myriam that only thinks about others and later in her... This good to think about others but not in the way I do that it... I must live my new life and need to forget for
be happy, I like to plan things and realised before them, That is what I am going to do, to look for another work, i will like have two, and to follow with the driving classes, well and im studing english because yes im badddddd!!!
