As of last month, my mother claimed that for a (very late) Christmas present to me, she was saving up to get me a tablet.
Not one to complain, I've slowly been glee-ing to myself.
But recently I've also come to terms with the fact that when she said 'in two months, we'll go out and buy it' she really agreed with my assumption that 'eventually we'll get around to it, but it's not really necissary.

anyway, an update on the tablet quest?
Not doing too hot, but getting closer.

Anyway, I'm here to rant at you all.

I have four stories that I write online and six that are in progress, one of which is off trying to be published. The reason for this is that I have a real passion for writing, even when it seems as though I have no interest in it in day-to-day life. I've also taken to carrying my laptop about with me for the times when I have random bouts of inspiration.


Anyway, the four stories I write online, I'm planning to move to a different site (Fanfic.net from where they currently reside, Quizilla) because I know that some themes that are to come in them are going to be touchy even at Fanfic.net, but at Quizilla, they would stone me.

This actually prompted thoughts about what else I was planning that could get me stoned in a proverbial sense.

I recently came out to my mother that I am Bisexual (for all you innocents out there, Dictionary.com is your friend here.) and she reacted in a much more positive way than I could have imagined for this. She's planning to throw me a 'coming out' party of sorts. Just a few close friends and a good movie. Now this got me thinking- in connection with the quizilla-stoning event- about how some of my friends might react to learning about my sexuality.

Most pf them know that I am very open in this respect, and I have never pretended to be otherwise, and yet I have no idea how a handful of my friends will react to this news.

The biggest fear here is that they might bash me for it or abandon me completely because of religious or moral beliefs.

Interesting, eh? Well, that's my life.
