There was a time where Team Fortress 2 was my favorite game of all time. The time where it was a basic, yet wonderfully balanced and effective first-person shooter. Not only that but it was pure fun, and it encouraged teamwork. It was the pinnacle of class-based first-person shooters. It was a simpler time.

I was away for quite some time, and when I returned, I realized I was a caveman in Steam standards. There were loads of new updates for Team Fortress 2. I was stoked at first, but then surely I find out that the game is in ruins. Some jerkoff at Valve came up with the idea of adding new unneccesary weapons to the game. By adding those superfluous ammounts of weapons, the whole gameplay had to change in order for the weapons to fit. Then they add more, and even more achievements to go with it. And they add hats, and more achievements. Until ultimately they massacred their own brilliant game. Gradually, your average player's skill level dropped, due to so many achievement-farming players, and unbalanced classes. When Valve adds the item trading system in the game, it will be game over. I'm not kidding. Team Fortress 2 is now basically a Korean MMORPG full of unexperienced and uncooperative 12-year-olds. If you still agree that Team Fortress 2 is a great game, you can kiss my fantastic ass, honey.

Team Fortress 2 is now utterly bona fide, crackerjack shit.
