I've been tagged.

I'm supposed to confess to six weird habits/traits about myself, and then I am supposed to tag six more people. If you read this... you are tagged!

1. I like Alice Cooper. If you don't know who Alice Cooper is you are too young. LOL.

2. I played Frisbee Golf on a real Frisbee Golf course for the first time yesterday. One of my "watchers" on this site is going to be excited. Well maybe not, but that person will know who they are. *Note to that person* BTW I had a blast.

3. I am a clean freak. OCD clean is what I call my clean freakness. I have a hard time relaxing in my house when it isn't clean. Now, if I come to your house and it is not clean it isn't a problem. Only when it is mine. Weird.

4. I honestly think I am a terrible photographer. Maybe it is because I know too much. I see flaws in every photo I take.

5. I have terrible self esteem. So bad in fact that I really can't talk about it.

6. I believe in fate. I believe everything happens for a reason. I am so thankful that my brother-in-law had me join this site so I could meet all of you. Thank you for all of your kind coments and for watching me. Thank you!

I DO have other lenses I could use. I just got grumpy.

Plus, I have been REALLY busy with clients. I also do not have bery much free time to do anything for myself.

I promise I'll get something up. My first real project I need to do for myself is get my stock photography account going. I still need to get accepted. Now with my lenses back and it perfect (i hope) working order... I have no excuses.

So... I took some photos. Landscapeish type photos. I really need your opinion. I really need to work on this whole Landscape thing. It really is my shortcoming when it comes to photography. With my new lens I am buying I will buy a ND filter. I really needed one on this trip. Would have helped the whole "sky" thing look better.

Plus, I will NOT take my mom and my kids if I really want to take pictures. I didn't even get a picture of the Tetons because of them. Or a picture of the Snake River. My husband was such a trooper with helping me be able to get photos at all.

So... please comment. Harshly if you need to. I WANT your real opinion.

News:
Extremely busy wedding season is about over. /breathes again. What does this mean? Basically I'll still work, but not get paid. GRRRRR. HAHA. Or it could mean more deviations from me. This could be a bad thing... for you. /cackles loudly.

News for this weekend:
I am leaving for a roadtrip with my family. Husband, kids, and my mom. Could be a disaster. Could be fun. I will be taking photos during this trip so I can write off my milages and expenses for tax purposes. If I do not post pictures from this trip, please yell at me. I'll be going to Jackson Hole, WY. I am going to try and see Harrison Ford (just kidding, kinda), and drink lots of beer with cowboys. I might even make it up to Yellowstone. So honestly, I should be posting these pictures. I might print the pictures for a local gallery and sell them. They have been pestering me again to do another portfolio. /sigh. Maybe I'll get paid... maybe I won't.

Funny notes from the trip:

1. I count Waffle Houses when I go to the south. There are none in my area. I think I was at number 6 within 10 min. I lost count.

2. It is possible to shoot margarita out of your nose after you hear a southerner mimic your voice, talking like a valley girl, "like... O my gosh, y'all!" I about died.

3. Laughing about meeting rednecks... then really meeting real rednecks. No comment.

4. Looking for Cotton Mouth snakes and Water Moccasins everywhere. At least here in Utah the poisonous snakes have rattles attached to their tails. Sheesh!

5. Not being able to do my hair because of the humidity. My hair went from straight to curly. Once again... No comment. I really love humidity though, and yes I have been in the south in the summer.

I am not loving life right now.

Today is a BAD day.

I lost all the photos on my memory card. Right after a photoshoot of a customer. Suck thing is that the photos that they called and booked me were right at the first. So then I download this nice photo restore program for my flash card... well guess what. Of the 621 images on my cards after the restore... none were the ones I needed. GRRRR. So I only have 50% of the shoot. I could handle this better if they didn't want that particular shot. So now I get to give the money back. Plus shoot again. Plus I lost money on the program. I just need them to be happy so I don't lose my good name.

Today I hate my job.

Her photos that I do have are amazing. Maybe this will help.

She hates having her photos taken.

Oh, and my husband broke his nose today. Poor guy.

So I finally went and did something for myself. Now I feel a little better and am not as grouchy. HAHAHA. Plus I age a cookie. That helped. I really try to not eat crap like that. Anyways, I just posed a picture that I love. My kids. I am looking for new inspiration for photographing them. I have a few ideas, but we shall see. Hmmm.

On another note. I am still busy, a little less grouchy, and totally excited for this weekend. I get to go photograph only things I want to. WOOT. Plus I am going to a dinosaur museum, a zoo, a childrens museum, and an aquarium. Yeah for spring break. HAHA. My children will love it.

I am thinking of making you all submit a deviation in a theme... kinda challenge us all to take a picture/draw/ext of the same type of thing and see what we all come up with. Anyone think that would be fun?

So... I am tired and grouchy. I have a wedding to edit, and right now I just don't want to do it. I also have 5 wedding albums to design and get approved by brides. So... inspired by all of you...
