thats right folks! after 1 year im back. sure its only a MS Paint pic but i think it turned out nice

well as an update for my situation:

not alot been happing around here im planning on re-enrolling into TAFE come 2nd semester (still dont know what to try for), OH! yeah! i passed my Cert.III in Graphic Arts and Pre-Press!!! (its amazing how many times i forget that) so yeah... now what? im open to suggestions =]

the reason being final weeks of TAFE so i have been trying to sort alot of stuff ( and Call of Duty 4 and Assassin's Creed had no part in my lack of appearance. . . ok, maybe a little =] ).

as for BLANK 16 i ran into a snag. . . My alien ninja drawing abilities are FLAWED!!! >.< im just not happy with how i draw them... maybe i need some inspiration. . . i hear mass effect is good

oh well. . . i should have some free time coming up, 6 months worth to be exact ( taking a break from TAFE ) so i should be able to get SOMETHING up in that amount of time

yeah i had a bit of a break down that day, but can you blame me? i am doing a Cert.III and a Cert.IV at the same time (only bout 4-5 C.IV redo classes but still even the lectures were like "you are doing WHAT?!") and my house isn't exactly a "vacation spot" if you know what i mean. so i went and saw the campus psychologist and he said "ok, im gonna read out some symtoms and if you have those then say yes"... the next 10mins was me saying yes...

then he asked me to explain a bit about myself and why i was so stressed and what not... 20mins later he says "well, quite frankly, i dont blame you for being depressed"

so yeah thats how it went down but im feeling better since then, the mass depression thing only lasted about 4 days (roughly the same as the extremely happy 4 days i had a few weeks back... hmmm) so yah

well i went over web download limit at TAFE so they cut me off. . . which also cuts me off of the printers. . . which means i cant hand in any work. . . yay

also this means the comic took a well place kick to the lower regions.
its still twitching but its definitely been slowed down a bit

seeing how i can only make my comics while im at TAFE, due to i dont have Adobe Illustrator on my home computer, i am trying to get a copy for home so i can work double time on it (like i have anything better to do).
and as a added bonus when i get Adobe Illustrator should be getting it aswell so you can expect some stuff from him too (he hasnt got any real programs to work on just yet) and if things go according to plan he can also help me with the comic (not sure how much he will or can help on but i may put him in charge of a mini version of BLANK, one that just has something random every time (knowing him ), i need to think of a name for it too. . . hmmm "BLANK Spots"? or just something simple like "mini=blank"? meh, for another time.

oh and i have decided to start the chainsaw list from scratch so expect to see things i hate below this line

i only have one class on friday and its my illustrative one (actual pen+paper) and i suck out loud at pen rendering. not only that this is my redo class, meaning this is my second time taking it

the thing is i want to be good at pen rendering but no matter how much i practice, now matter how many styles i try, i dont ever improve!

and the worst thing was the teacher said the most moral crushing thing you can say to someone in my position “why are you even here?”. . . i wanted to do a cert.4 course in fine arts to improve my skills but instead i could only go to cert3 in prepress and design due to lack of money.

*sigh*

one step forward then someone pushes me arse frist down some stairs. . . yay!

oh well, life goes on... or in my case, runs around trying to catch its tail while everyone laughs and enjoys the show

my update today or i might just go crawl in a dark corner and stay there for a while. . . god i hate being emo =.=

its only a short term sign writting job but still the fact i was offered this when im in a cert 3 course is pretty good. i will be working with a senior designer (so i will be working under instruction which is a good thing for my first design related job) and i will be getting paid which is never a bad thing

to be perfectly honest... this is the happiest i have been in a long time (and i dont care how emo that sounds).

i will find out more tommoro (eg; like if i have the job =] )

and because im in such a good mood im not gonna put up the chainsaw list for once =]

it still may be a little while before i update due to tafe kickin up.

also we are in the new section of the building, where not even the teachers have checked to see if anything works =] "ok, login and lets get started" turns out 29/30 cant login...but i can!

oh yeah that "comic2: wasting time" actually happened like that. After re-designing it 5 times it still wont work. Even the teacher thinks it should work. oh well hopefully the new design will work (as it is due next week).
