I need to get my grades up, and finals are like in two weeks or something ridiculous like that.

So. I am going to be kinda sorta un-active on dA until possibly after the holidays. I will have to go on dA now and again so my messages won't get piled up, but I'm not going to favorite, comment, or collect any artwork. I'll leave that for me after the holidays.

I know I am a procrastinator. I need to finish some requests and post them. I will do that, I promise, over the holidays. I'm very very sorry for all you waiting.

Besides going on the internet, I just want to spend time with people, like my new friends I got this year and I want to spend time with my boyfriend.

First I need to get my grades up then I will feel more relaxed...

So, if you like the DNAngel manga, there is only about thirteen chapters and the whole series was put on hiatus for some reason?

WELL.

I just figured out that the series is going to be continued!!!!!!

Copied from a manga forum: Good news! After flipping through this month's (being December issue, 2009), I discovered that DNAngel is slated to resume publication as of January 2010's issue of Asuka, which will be released on November 24th, 2009.

The blurb offered little in the way of new information, only that the new chapters would begin a new story arc (of course), and that Daisuke's relationship with Riku would be a feature of said arc - at least for this new chapter.

Yo!

It seems that the maximum days I could go without using dA is two... Which is a'ight.

Alrighty then. I have been grounded from the computer until I get my D up to a B in art(Ironic, isn't it?). So why am I on now? Because...

Speaking of school: I have art everyday first period, and I usually get to class around 7 A.M. before the bell rings at 7:35. While waiting for the bell to ring to start class, I usually draw, alright? But, a couple days ago I figured out that the high school has scanners and the full version of CS3 on their computers! Huzzah!

So here's the game plan: I will bring most of my pictures to school, scan them, either spend a couple of days drawing them on CS3, and then save them on my floppy disk or USB cord. IT WORKS OUT SO WELL FFFF.

Alright, more stuff:

It just... makes me tearful that it is the ending to probably the best Zelda game.

The bells near the six minute mark really makes me cry. It's like symbolizing "it's the end. No more."

Aah. Those memories of watching my dad play Legend of Zelda when I wasn't even ten yet will probably never happen again... Only because there will never be another Zelda game like Ocarina of Time.

HEY I'M GOING TO CANADA ITALY!!!

Eeeeeeeep.

So, on Thursday (June 4th) my mom is driving me to Detroit, Michigan to stay at my grandma's house for two days. THEN we, and her boyfriend, are taking a limousine up to Canada. We will leave that night to take a plane to ITALY YEAH.

I will be gone until June 28th, I think!

I WON'T BE GOING ON DEVIANTART AT ALL.

So will I have a heap of messages to check? Yes, yes I will.

Oh, and after I had plans to go to Denver, Colorado to meet up with my mom and little bro, but the air fare is expensive so I won't go. D: INSTEAD, my grandpa from Indianapolis, Indiana, will pick me up at Detroit and bring me home. :3

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIND A LINE-ART TUTORIAL AND A COLORING TUTORIAL THEY'VE USED AND ACTUALLY WORKS.

I've been going on my tablet and Photoshop more and I really really need help with line-art and coloring... Because mine isn't very... good.

SO IF ANYONE would link me to a excellent tutorial for coloring and line-art THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

Also, I cannot decide on my webcam.

Edit: Okay, I have a tutorial I can use, but one problem: I don't have a pen tool, the main thing almost all artists use for line-art. So, I need help again.

I've looked around my Photoshop for a pen tool for nearly ten minutes. I didn't find one, but I did find something called a "Graphic Pen". The Help desk on Photoshop said that the Graphic Pen is used for outlining pictures and stuff like that. WELL CAN'T FIND A DECENT GRAPHIC PEN TUTORIAL.

To tell you the truth, I can't even find the Graphic Pen tool on Photoshop.

Yesterday, I was drawing in one of my classes because I was really bored and I drew an awesome anime pic. I drew two more pictures in the anime style (One yesterday, one today). I love, love love my new style.

Two journals in two days? Sheesh.

So anyways, I felt like I haven't been really active for a few weeks. It was because of that emo-episode I had.

To clarify this, I'm feeling way better. Excellent, actually. But ~Kasorii needs to talk to me more. GET TO IT, GIRL.

I saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine about a week ago (I was too lazy to talk about it then! ) I looooved it. There were so many characters that I haven't even heard of (*COUGH*Gambit*COUGH*) I'm sooooo obsessed with X-Men now. I even created a character (Actually, my dream did all the work for me while I was sleeping...). How lame is that?

Yeah... Sorry about that. I've asked my dad many many times to install my scanner again, but he keeps "forgetting". AND AND, I can't go on my tablet because I am grounded from the computer until I have zero lateworks. Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. BUT JUST BE PATIENT. I HAVE A HUUUGE LOAD OF ARTWORKS.

<sub>Okay, I was watching Vampire Knight: Guilty episode two and I found a comment saying that "Twilight is so much like VK".

I got all mad and replied to that person that "You should never compare Vampire Knight with that terrible series. Even if VK has vampires in it, doesn't mean it's automatically like Twilight."

Why have people been saying that Twilight is an amazing series and an awesome movie? It seriously is not. Twilight is probably one of the worst book series I have ever read and the movie is even worse.

I hope I don't get any negative comments.

What's me, a die-hard Zelda fan, supposed to do about this?! I can't believe my Zelda inspiration is at zero! That's technically saying I don't like it anymore!

Ahem. For the next portion I will tell you how I started liking The Legend of Zelda.

Age eight is the earliest memory I have on a Zelda game.

I remember that my two brothers and I used to watch my dad play Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time downstairs in the "Nintendo Area" (As we like to call it).

I remember that my dad liked to fake mistakes on the game, like "accidentally" falling off Death Mountain, to "accidentally" forgetting he has to have the Goron or Zora Tunic on for some cases.

At first I was terrified of the game, from the creatures to technically dying.

I played Ocarina of Time one day and couldn't get past the first temple, which was "Inside the Great Deku Tree." My older brother helped me get past that and the game was just a breeze until I got to the seven years into the future part.

The temples with older Link was much harder and confusing than the earlier three, so I just quit the game. I didn't beat Ocarina of Time for another couple of years.

I remember my dad completing Majora's Mask. I thought that game was absolutely terrifying. But come on, would you be terrified if you had three days to save the whole world? I never, ever, completed that game. Hell, that only thing I do now is swim around as Zora Link.

For The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, my brothers and I would again watch my dad play the game. I thought that game was particularly easier, because it was brighter and had amazing graphics, but again, I was terrified of one level. Well, actually it wasn't a level...

Do you remember that trip you had to make to from Greatfish Isle. to Windfall Island on that really stormy night? And worse, that trip from Windfall to Outset Island? I hated making that trip. No matter how long I waited, the storm would have never gone away. I didn't finish that game for another couple of months.

Now, for Twilight Princess... I finished all the other games before I finished this one. I thought his game was relatively easy. I had to have help from my little brother, Kevin, multiple times, though. What a lifesaver.

So yeah. Zelda is big in my family. It would completely suck if I didn't like it.

I tried listening to Zelda music and that didn't work. I tried playing the games, and that didn't work either because I already finished them and there is no way I will play Majora's Mask. I also tried looking at Zelda artworks, but that doesn't work either. I also tried reading Among the Ashes by *CallistoHime because that story is a ZELDA/Fire Emblem crossover. I can't read it! That's why I'm so far behind!

My Zelda inspiration is gone because there are no new Legend of Zelda games.

It's been, what? Three years since the release of Twilight Princess? Phantom Hourglass was released a while ago but I don't usually play hand-held Zelda games, except for Minish Cap, which I don't have access to AND I still haven't finished it.

NINTENDO! WHY WON'T YOU AT LEAST RELEASE INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEXT ZELDA GAME???

I read somewhere that "If Mario is the heart of Nintendo, Link is the soul."

SOUL, DAMMIT. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLL.

TAKING AWAY LEGEND OF ZELDA IS LIKE SHUTTING DOWN ALL OF NINTENDO!

IF NINTENDO STOPS MAKING LEGEND OF ZELDA GAMES, THEN I WILL IMMEDIATELY STOP LIKING IT. I WILL ALSO NOT BE A FAN OF NINTENDO EITHER. WHO THE HELL WOULD BE A FAN OF SOMETHING WHEN THEY TOOK AWAY ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE THINGS IN THE WORLD?????

Probably tons of people. I'm just saying on how I would handle it.

1) I love it when main characters in video games die or get seriously injured. Sure, they come back to life later on, but come on! Don't you love it when someone dies? The plot thickens!
2) I try to go on deviantART everyday if I can for about two hours, even when I'm grounded, like right now.
3) Every time I listen to a certain type of music I cry. Like the song Dreams of an Absolution. Look it up.
4) I am obsessed with Silver the Hedgehog so much that it hurts. That's a good thing though!
5) I usually hang out with my younger brother, Kevin, on days with nothing to do. Like yesterday! We played video games and watched T.V. all day.
6) I did not think that the movie The Dark Knight was amazing. I think Iron Man is way better.
7) I try to watch Saturday Night Live as much as I can. If you don't know what it is, look up the website.
8) My favorite band is Journey. I hate people like the Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, Rihanna, Paramore, and all those other lame people who think they can sing really well.

Okay, today on X-Play, I was reading the little credit-things on the bottom of the screen and it said that the European Reports said that they were going to make a sequel to Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games featuring Winter-Olympic sports! I think it'll be awesome... I hope they add Silver.

And I realized there is new page layouts! Weird! It'll take a while to get used to it, of course.

Oh, and another thing. Look at this. It's so amazing! He reads your mind!

It's also amazing that my music teacher knows so much about Family Guy.

Yeah. I had a snow day today and most likely tomorrow.

It's fricken' cold where I am, I think it's about -10 degrees. Tomorrow, around six A.M., the time I have to get up, the temperature will be -15 degrees!

I'm glad there was no school today, but man! It's cooooold!

Okay, so I lied about not going on for a while. I cannot stay away from dA for a whole 24 hours...

Anyways, I'm going to tell you what made me so mad yesterday:

So, I had to do homework, which required the computer. My older brother, Kyle was on at the time, and he didn't like the idea about getting off. I gave him ten more minutes, but that's it.

He came upstairs offering to help me but I said I wanted to do it on my own. So I started to walk downstairs and I looked around to see Kyle there following me. I told him I didn't like having people look over my shoulder while I write or draw something, so he made the excuse to go play Guitar Hero.

While he was turning on the game, I decided five minutes on deviantART won't kill him. So as I was logging on to dA, he said "Kelly, are you going to go on deviantGAY or whatever it's called?"

I was so angry and frustrated with him that I started to tear up. I wanted to punch him so badly... but he is fricken' six feet and something tall!

Anyways, emotional pain is way worse than physical pain for me. After about five more minutes of trying to find what I needed for my homework, I went upstairs. The tears were practically released by then, but I wiped them off on my sleeve before anyone could see.

I went to my room fast and my mom, who somehow senses when things are wrong, was about my door in a matter of minutes asking if she could come in and talk to me.

I told her that she should talk to Kyle about what happened and I said no more. After another couple of seconds, I heard footsteps to my basement, where Kyle was still playing his video game.

Kyle then came up and apologized. I didn't accept it, I could hear the sarcasm in his voice. He then walked away and I heard him tell mom "I'll try again later." He never did really apologize, though.

So, at about 9:11 P.M., I came out of my room to talk to my mom, who was in her study. She asked for the full story and I gave it to her. I then asked why Kyle was always a complete jerk to me for no reason. My mom didn't know either.

I forgot what mom said actually (It, I think, was something about how Kyle is always a complete jerk to me), but she said something that made me run to my room with tears streaming down my face.

So there I was, for about thirty to forty-five minutes just bawling and not allowing anyone in my room to see me. I could hear Kyle arguing with my dad and mom about how I was just overreacting! Me! Kyle was the one with anger issues.

I just stayed in the little corner in my room by the door until it was about ten-thirty. I got my pajamas on and crawled into my warm blankets. It probably took about an hour for me to go to bed again.

I haven't cried like that for a couple years. But, has anyone cried so much that you can't cry anymore? Tats what happened to me. Usually when I wake up, there's water in my eyes from tiredness, but not today. Just dry, stinging eyes.

Okay, what I did for New Year:

Around five o'clock-ish I went to ~Kasorii's house with her friends Amanda and Marissa. We played the Wii and just hung out.

Around 11 o'clock to 11:30ish, Amanda and Marissa left (Amanda was tired and Marissa had to leave early. Bless them! ), so it was just me and ~Kasorii for HOURS. UGH.

We decided to pull and all-nighter but I started to complain around 4 A.M.

So yeah... Exciting.

But that's really not the reason why I made this journal.

My friend Felica- A great buddy and an amazing artist- joined dA because I told her to!
