This is ultra-belated, mostly because I keep forgetting.

I made it into volume 1 of the Kissybook! [link]

so did

-------------------------------------

We (my parents also do ceramics) did 2 craft fairs recently. I sold nothing in the first and $17 (mostly in tiny ceramic fish) in the second...I felt kind of mean because a lot of the kids (it was at an elementary school) looked shocked and sad when they saw the prices on my rattles ("Fifteen dollars!?!"). The average budget seemed to be in the 2-3 dollar range.

--------------------------------------

I want to draw, but my tendinitis-ridden hands disagree (for some reason I can still do pottery...and typing hurts less than writing/drawing). And my scanner has broken. So, with the exception of things I scanned months ago, it'll mostly be 3d stuff from now on, but that's probably a good thing.

I would love feedback/advice on an incomplete sketch. I'm not sure the proportions look right, and am debating whether to color it with colored pencils (since I did that on the plants on the left of the image) or just used pencil shading (but that might look weird). It's in my "Scraps" section here [link]

I have little to do this summer other than art and some linguistics reading for school. I've been making lots of small sculptures lately; so, there may be a flood of dragon rattle pictures at some point in the future ("flood" being about 9 rattles).
