God it was WEIRD.

It started well I suppose. Got a bit shaky in the middle, went very wobbly and then a nice generic happy ending.
Still, I suppose it was worth the read.

So I just went back to school last Tuesday and then it got cancelled on Friday 'cos there was a storm and a wall collapsed. Plus a load of slates were falling off the roof, including onto the headmaster's car (nasty, but oh so funny). So, since the storm is continuing, we may not be going back to school on Monday, which means more study time. If I were religious, I would call it a miracle. Since I'm not, I'll just call it a fortuitous coincidence.

I'm thinking of trying out a little Harlequin comic strip (which may or may not be posted here) and I've decided that she needs a sidekick, but I'm drawing a blank (absolutely no pun intended), so I need some help. So if anyone can come up with an idea, then draw it, post it and we'll see who can win.
(btw, there's no prize )

There's a couple of specifications for the sidekick-
1.They must be female
2.She must be young (Harlequin is about 17/18, so make her slightly younger)
3. She has to be human. Wings and other things are allowed but don't get carried away
4. Harlequin has shadow powers, so give the sidekick some kind of related abilities
5. Give her a cool outfit

1. Due to their cold and calculating appearance as well as sombre black and white colours, it has come to pass that I have an irrational fear of Nuns (especially one Sister Mary Donald *shudder*)

2. I have a weird tendancy to change my accent whenever I go to a new country. So far I have American, several different English and English-speaking German (don't ask). It annoys the heck out of my parents

3. I met one of my best friends randomly in a bookshop during the summer hols. Funny how some random stranger can turn out to be your identical not-quite-twin...

4. So people say they don't like me because I'm wierd. I say they don't like me because I dare to utilize more than one brain cell per week

5. If I don't have it in over two days, I get a mad craving for Diet Coke (new discovery)

6. My art seems to centre mostly on pretty girls or angels etc. This may be because of my total insecurity about my appearance. Many have tried to cure this, and just as many have failed

On top of all that, I can't seem to draw, I'm not enjoying FF7 anywhere near as much as I used to and I'm getting hooked on a farming gameboy game... again!. And I really want it to be November already becuase I'm going to Germany (Yay!) to see my penpal (double Yay!) and also two of my friends' birthdays will be coming up and I like giving people pressies.

So the anime collection is slowly growing. (it'll be four by the weekend. Yay!) and all I can say is that Studio Ghibli is the bestest of the best.

I wasn't exactly surprised though. This was the fourth time this year that this has happened, and it SUCKS! Same knee, same injury, same feeling of deep gloom. It's always me who gets the bad luck like this. The stars were definitely outta line when I was born

One good thing was that I got to stay of school for three days, mainly 'cos I couldn't walk. Makes sense really...
