certain things are inspiring me to character design again, but without a tablet i'm not going to try anything but inking.
i've been playing on IMVU, trying to learn the 3D previewer, that and make a new profile setting for other sites i visit. so learning the code is in my agenda... so i'll attempt more sketches in the future until i'm satisfied with the basis of her. perhaps a name different than my own as well lol

so glad 2008 is gone for, that year was torture on our family. with the death of our grandfather, tons of other problems arose and me breaking my leg badly. i hope my birthday is going to be more than mundane, but first i have Jury Duty on the 4th. >o< what the frick!


and i'll be taking classes at some point before or during the fall.

I've been working my butt at gaian avatar pixel edits. this is a pixelated christmas. and the birthdays poping outa no where, I wondered if i had enought time to sqeeze another in. or presents to return.

i never even when shopping for reals. and i have money left over from the mascots commission. i may use that for the movies or something like that to see with my friends. as if they had the time for me that is. schedules never seem to match up.

Sunday was CRAZY.
First, saturday was once again the immediate family to help set up the reunion. and frankily we didn't think it was going to happen because of our grandmothers spinal surgery. but she said its a go.
as a treat saturday we went and saw Dead Mans Chest. mmmmm sweet dreams of Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom

so Sunday everything went fine. The Airshow was on this weekend and we heard it all around us being like 4-5 blocks away from the fields parting us.
we had lots of fun. I got to spend alot of time with my friend Angela. that was the best time we've spent together in a long while.

so right after she left we see a bunch of black smoke east of the airport. she lives west of the airport. We all end up going inside to watch the news. Less than a mile from us, a plane unrelated to the airshow. that was leaving it and heading for California. It had engine failure, it was an old engine. and was aiming for a field across the street from itself, but it hit 2-4 homes. Some people have died. inculing the pilot, because there was no eject or parachute, also he was to low to use one for that matter.

it was lesser of a patriotic day. nothing but splinter cell goodness. (i finally got passed the part that was killing me with little to none provissions. in other words i'm crying a subtle vicory in my brain tonight) TTwTT

i still have things to color i forgot about. there are a couple scraps i have up of the girls i made for Fanime. and some others i don't have yet... those are WITH those people. i wish i thought that one up sooner than that and scanned those...
even though i was inking some while i was at the con last may.

I want to make a collab with I'm thinking it maybe setup for and her new boyfriend 'David'. I don't know really. but we need to talk more on that.

-since i was widdle, one of my goals/dreams in my lifetime, has been to make a Thousand PaperCranes. give or take the ones i've lost or practiced over the years. If i could only count them all!
I want to play with that concept in a drawing. and instead of noting it elsewhere i'm putting that here. perhaps someone could give and idea or thought of something cute i could make and run with it. ^_______^

so the next day comes and its time to head to the beach!
crammed into a PT Cruiser, we made our journey and slept most the way. The Yurts were nice. roomie bunks, electricity, heater, fire pits. mmm burnt marshmellows RAWR!

that day we visited the lake docks, did some shopping, bought a Tento? (sp?) that matches my bamboo sword from Fanime.
Ate some really good Fettchinne Alfredo. i was in heaven! it was so good.

the next day we spent alot of time sitting at the beach watching 60 gulls fly outa the fog to get the bread we had. that was creepy.... hitchcock strikes again!

that night kelsey, her mom and I spent a glorious amount of time playing and coloring our hair i Her's is Reddish Purple, Mine is Blue Black, and Her moms is a mix of the two. with her own natural grey/white.
