It's certainly been a while...and a lot has changed - here and also where my life/goals are concerned.  I'm sorry I haven't been here in such a long time.

I've decided to continuing uploading new art here...but now I want to use my deviantart account as an online art portfolio which I can put on my résumé.

Well, Mizuka-Takiko asked me to show the differences between the Hanfu and Kimono...and I've done one better - I'm adding in the Korean traditional dress, the Hanbok. ;)  
So...check out the rough little montage I made here: http://img218.imageshack.us/my.php?image=asiandressesfg8.jpg !  The Korean Hanbok and Japanese Kimono branched off from the Hanfu - therefore you can see some similarities although the two have obviously changed a bit to get their own style. :aww:

You know, there is a Chinese superstition (we have so many…^^;) that one should never walk into a house with an open umbrella because if you do, you'd be bringing a ghost along with you inside your home.  You know what I'm talkin' about, Jade? ^___^ That's why I always remember to close my umbrella before stepping inside.

There are some cartoons and stuff that you'll get over, eventually.  But although I've hadn't had time to properly catch up with Pokemon in the last couple of years, I've never lost interest in it.  For me, it's unlike any other anime I've watched.  Just watching Pokemon can make me happy and relaxed.  It's such a special thing to me.  Ite deals with things such as love for animals, trust, friendship, determination, strength, loyalty, making a difficult decision for your friend's sake ("Goodbye Pikachu" especially) and I can go on...

Of course, and Ash + Misty. :hug:
