I'm at Uni at the moment, it's the deadline for my A1 poster this afternoon and I need my essay checking by my lecturer this morning. Fun times!

So, December eh? Christmas soon! YAAAY!

I'm going skiing over the holidays, I may have mentioned that before, but I'm mentioning it again on the grounds that it's going to be AWESOME.

However, I have been doing some budgeting and it turns out I'm going to have literally no money over December and half of January, so that'll be fun. But there we go, life goes on. I blame the train companies, they have crippled me, I dislike them. A lot.

I'm in bed with a hot water bottle, feeling cold and tired and a bit lonely. Owain went home this evening, or last night, if you're going to be picky about the fact it's gone midnight.

I had a brilliant weekend though, we went to Tesco to purchase some pumpkins on Friday night and there was ONE left, and it was a retarded shape, but we grabbed it nonetheless, slightly annoyed that they'd sold out of pumpkins on the night before halloween, as if that were acceptable of them. Anyway, we continued shopping and I came to terms with our deformed pumpkin, and grew fond of it. Then we went to pay at the checkout and there was a random (perfectly formed) pumpkin on the raised bit near the cashier, so I asked him if I could purchase it, and then did so, resulting in the necessary two pumpkins that we wanted, hoorah! I carved the deformed one, Owain carved the abandoned, then found pumpkin ^___^ he carved Mr Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas into his, it was pretty good, well done Owain!

I also got myself a Tesco clubcard! Which I am so excited about!

Also, Owain bought me a My Little Pony today/yesterday, it's a unicorn and has sweeties stuck to it, I love it! It's now sitting on my shelf with my other My Little Pony's <3

What else did I do this weekend?... I can't remember, but it was brilliant.

Tomorrow/today, I have a lecture with a man from a Graphic Design Business in Bath (YAY! BATH!) so that should hopefully be interesting. I want to live in Bath, you see.

And I'm going to Reading next weekend to see Owain and his house/bedroom ^___^ I haven't been before, yet, so I'm excited. Wheeee!

Ohh, it's Kelly Heard's birthday today! Happy Birthday, Kelly!! Rawr.

I've also decided to upload my shopping list each week/whenever up to dA (it's under the webcam section on my page), because I thought it was random and fun ^___^

I can hear the rain on the roof *sigh*

I'm in the library at Uni right now, looking at magazines to find out who designed them, so I can research them, and ultimately get a good grade, yay me. It's a bit dull, and it's raining A LOT outside, which makes it all a bit more depressing. I do like the rain though, it's just, the library is deadly quiet and the rain isn't...

I have a lecture at 11am with our guest lecturer, Jonathan Barnbrook. He's done some work for David Bowie, so that's quite cool.

Also, it's cold. I donned my scarf and gloves this morning. I hate gloves, they desensitize my hands. I don't like it. But they keep said hands warm.

I got my Glastonbury ticket on Sunday for next year (2010) - I'm SO excited. There's talk of Bob Dylan playing, only a rumour, but still, Bob Dylan would be awesome live.

It's Owain's first day back at Uni today, for his 2nd year. HELLO OWAIN! I thought everyone might like to know that.

I can't think of much else to write. So I'm going to go and do some more work. In a bit x

I've decided to make my journal entries more frequent, despite my awareness that no one probably reads them.

So yesterday, I made my already cracked screen on my mac worse. [link] I was very sad, but my mum has bought me a new macbook pro to replace it ^___^ [link] so I am very happy! I just owe my mum lots of money, and I'm sad because I loved my mac, but life goes on.

I start back at Uni on Monday, and I need to finish my summer project still. I did, however, almost finish another one of my summer photography books, so hopefully I'll finish that tomorrow and upload yet more photos.

I moved into my new Uni house on Saturday, Owain met me and my Mum here and they both helped me move in and put my posters up etc.

The house is lovely, the garden is big (and has blackberries and apples in it!) and my room is lovely and way bigger than the one I had last year in Halls. I shall be putting photos up at some point in the near future.

So yes, me and Owainface made a blackberry and apple crumble the other day (with berries and apples from the garden! YAY! FREE STUFF!) and it was the best ever, you should be jealous. [link]

I start back at University on Monday, and I need to finish my summer project...

I finished the first of my four photograph books for the summer, so I shall take some photos of it soon and post those on here for anyone's who interested.

So, I've been taking loads of photos on my new film camera (a Diana F+) and it's so much fun! I highly recommend everyone to purchase one, or one similar. Seriously, they're epic.

I can't remember what I wrote last time..

Err.. Anyway, I have updated, cleaned up and generally sorted out my Deviantart account. My work has been put into categories and I have deleted work that I no longer like. Check it out, it's good.

Also, I don't know if I mentioned this in my previous journal entry, but I have been generously given by dA a lovely, swanky online portfolio - [link] so you should go look at it and stuff.

I might be going to see the Banksy Exhibition in Bristol tomorrow, although the queues are STUPIDLY large ALL day... so I think we're aiming (if we go) to get there for 8am to beat/join the queues early. Queues is such an awkward word to spell...

Also, me and Owain made THE best kickass chicken, mushroom and lemon risotto tonight. It was to die for. Although not literally. That would be stupid.

How is everyone? Enjoying summer? Good.

I bought a new camera at the beginning of summer and have been taking lots of photos with it. It's a film camera, so I have been experimenting with it and seeing what I can make it do. I have uploaded some of my developed photos, which I think is called "Diana F+ photos - Glastonbury" or something similar, let me know what you think. Unless what you think is mean, then be quiet.

Talking of Glastonbury, it was amaaazing! At the front for Rolf Harris! Mega happy times. And I saw Jarvis Cocker, who was epic. I wont bore you with a list of the bands I saw, but there were many and it was a good weekend in general ^___^

I went to Dalby Forest yesterday with some friends and got attacked by some cows! Awesome!

Is anyone else super excited for Harry Potter on Wednesday!? I. Cannot. Wait.

It's nearly the end of the first year at Uni! *shocked face* how fast did that go? Very, is the answer. I have a few more projects to do before I finish in mid-May, and I can't wait to go home. I can't wait for Glastonbury either. Me and Owain were saying the other day that June will be a gooood month; Glastonbury, The Sims 3, the end of his exams etc etc, there were more things on that list, but I forgot them all.. haha.

It's the Euromillions tonight (11:30pm), me and Owain have bought two tickets between us, so fingers crossed and all that. It's £89M this time *another shocked face*

I went to Owain's house in Bristol last weekend til Thursday, we went to Wales for his Mum's birthday in this fancy hotel and stayed the night - the hotel room was SO nice ^___^ and I tried my first Welsh Cake! They're yummy, like a flat scone, but less fluffy and different *is so good at describing things* I also spent £23 on paper for my Uni project, I'm such a hardcore student it's unreal..

Also, Owain lent me his "Join The Dots : Rarities and B-Sides by The Cure" so I now have epic amounts of The Cure on my Mac ^___^ he also lent me another Cure CD and a Jarvis Cocker CD (because Hana likes him, and I thought I'd see what he's like. He's goood) so yay, lots of music!

What else is new?... Swine Flu!! Yes.. scary times.. *eye roll*

My milk went off while I was away *sad face* I need to buy some more tomorrow, you all needed to know that. Feel free to buy some for me if you like, that's always a good present, milk.

Anyway, I just made a book about God, and it's drying, so wish it luck and I'll be going now.

I just needed to vent my excitement... *deep breaths*... Blink 182 are back!! Hell yeah!!

They were the first band I saw, and I saw them with my very good friend, Hana (Dokitaro) ^___^ I remember it, it was epic! This guy asked to trade Blink wrist bands at the end on the way out, because he'd somehow managed to destroy his already.. And it was just generally amazing. Good times. Thank you for taking me, Hana!

I'm SO hyped up.

So I thought I'd splash out and become a subscribed member of dA, yay! It's so much fun!

Also, University was shut again today because of the snow, which was nice this morning when I didn't want to get out of bed, but as the day progressed, I got more and more bored. It was our deadline for our books today as well, which made it annoying because I wanted to see everyone's books and hand in my work.. I suppose I have the weekend to do extra work if I so wished..

Owain went sledding today in his village, I thought that was quite cute.

I'm meeting up with this girl off studentpad tomorrow to go house hunting, we have one viewing tomorrow and one on Sunday ^___^ me and Jade decided to find extra people to live with to make the search for a place to live easier. So we found this girl called Hana Davies, she seems nice ^___^ so I'm meeting her tomorrow and we're off to view this house.

I'm looking forward to Easter, I keep getting the urge to drive my car, with the windows open in the sun.. that's always nice.

I'm going to Cardiff in 2 weeks to see Kirsty! Clara is coming with me and we're all going to see Dylan Moran ^___^ so excited!

Christmas eh? Wasn't it lovely?

Owain was in New York, which will from now on be referred to as "NY". Which was nice and sucky at the same time.. I couldn't text/ring him randomly as i like to do, and when our scheduled "talk-time" came round, it was usually only for a little while before one of us had to go do something, plus I couldn't talk to him properly on Christmas day.. buuutt it IS NY and he says he's taken loads of lovely photos and he had a gooood time, so yay! ^___^

I'm going to his tomorroowww for New Year (another NY!!) and his birthday ^___^

Being home has been gooood.. I've seen/caught up with my friends (even Hana!! YAY!!) ^___^ and I've missed them all and they're lovely and I'll miss them again when I'm back at Uni, but I'm glad I got to see them again.

No snow though D: bummer.

And my car broke.. Laaame..

But I saw Bill Bailey at the beginning of the holidays with Owain, which was AWESOME, he's hilarious! And I have plans to see Dylan Moran in February in Cardiff with people ^____^ yaaaay!!

Annnd two of my wonderful collection of friends are coming to visit me at Uni in January ^___^ whooo!! SO excited!!

Hows everyone doing?

It's getting closer to Christmas ^___^ yay! I just bought my train tickets to go home. It's all very exciting.

I'm still doing my animation with the Aardman people in Graphics. It's quite fun, I wish we'd get it done quicker though.. It's dragging on a bit.

I started to do my essay for my theory lecturer today.. I didn't go very well.. I did 419 words then gave up. It's so boring.

I went to Bristol at the weekend, it was great, I got to go in a car! And we went to the new mall, Cabot Circus or something, it's nice ^___^ I went into Cult for the first time, it's AMAZING, I want everything in there.

I've been so bored today D: no one's really been online, and all I have to do it my essay, which is so tedious. I went to the shop over the road to get chocolate earlier.. how cold is it?? It's freezing. And no snow yet D: woe.

I'm missing people today. I wish I could go home sooner.

I just tidied my room. Thought everyone should know. Yes.

It's amusing how much mess you can make in such a small room.. It's all sorted now though, worry not.

Owain was here this weekend, twas reeeeaally good ^ ____ ^ we went to the races with his daddy! I totally suck at choosing winning horses, haha. I basically went through the lists picking the one's with the best names/jockeys with the best 'silks' ('outfits' to me and you ;D) see, I learnt and stuff too.
In total, I lost £30, which is ok ^ ___ ^ it was fuuun. On one horse I bet on, if he won, I'd have gotten over £200 XD haha.. he totally failed to win though. Woe.

Owain bet on this horse called Fabian the Fox (cool name) and he was 100/1, so really unlikely to win, and if he won, Owain would have gotten £500+ and he came 2nd or something! No money for Owain, but still cool ^ ___ ^

This one horse fell when jumping over those things.. um, jumps? D: and he didn't get up, and they put screens all around it so you couldn't see D: then they got it into a horse box thing. I hope it's ok.. he was called Simondiun, he was the one I bet on for that race and I'd grown fond of him for his name, which I pronounced "Simon-die-un".

A few jockeys fell off their horses as well.. they were all okay though. In conclusion, horse racing looks dangerous, but the horses enjoy it, and it's fun to bet on them even if you lose ^ ___ ^ so it's ok.

Owain went this morning. I tidied my room. Now I'm a bit bored. My Graphics Dept put a film on every Monday at 4, so I think I might go watch today's.. they're always like cultural/old/important/interesting films, so it's good.

So, I've been at Uni for almost a month now, it's weird, it doesn't feel like a month.

I've started cooking things now (shock) haha. I've made a curry and a stir fry so far, they both went well ^___^ yay me!

I've almost finished my first modual on my course now. I just need to do all the research I should have done as I went along.. I hate that.

Owain's coming here this weekend, we're gonna do our laundry together haha. It's great, I can see him SO much more ^___^ it's great great great.

I have a cold D: although, I THINK it's almost gone.. It's hard to tell. I hate colds.

I got here on Sunday, I'm all proper moved in now.

I havn't really met anyone properly yet, said the odd "hi" in the corridor but that's about the extent of it. Everyone on my floor seems nice ^___^ I should try catching them in the kitchen and having a chat, no one seems to ever be in there when I am. Woeee.

I'm starting to run out of ideas for my teas XD so far I've had; Pasta, Spaghetti Hoops on toast, Pasta with left-over pasta sauce.. I think tonight there's a BBQ somewhere, so I'll go steal food from there with my BBQ token ;D

I've been to a few meetings, which were dull. I met my Graphics Group, there's 40 of us o___o at college, there was 8 of us XD lol. They seem nice also, but I didn't really get much of a chance to talk to them, it was mostly the tutors talking to us about stuff.

I think that's it really.. I'm going to Owain's this weekend ^____^ I went to the station in Cheltenham today to get tickets. Also, today I bought milk ;D

Has been a while since I updated this journal.. Soo, what have been upto?

I went to my older sister's wedding a few weeks ago, me and Owain were the photographers during the service ^___^ we stood by the alter and snapped away to get some decent photos, they came out quite well (they're on facebook if anyone wants to look..)
I was also a witness, which involved signing three bits of paper.

When we returned from Bournemouth (where the wedding was), my newly-wed sister and her family came up to stay with us for a week. It was a bit difficult, what with them having four hyper-active children.. but we survived.

Me and Owain went to see Get Smart, anyone seen it? It's quite funny. It's about a spy/agent person whose basically a bit crap at his job.

My railcard came today! YAY!

I'm just about ready for Uni now, I think. It's quite exciting ^___^ I need to start packing stuff and organizing my stuff. It's going to be so good, I'm going to be way closer to Owain <3 yay! Good times.

Lamisah stayed at mine last night since she locked herself out her house. We got up at half 6 so she could get a bus home in time to be at work lol. We started watching 28 days later last night.. I think we came to the conclusion it was loud, violent and pointless and turned it off, or I, atleast, concluded this.

I watched The Secret Millionaire this morning, how good is that program? Loving it. I'd like to do that, if I were a millionaire, obv. I also watched Tony Robinson's Worst Jobs In History ^___^ that's one of my fav programs, lol. I love Tony Robinson and how he randomly breaks into roleplaying random people, e.g, Peasants, Noble Men, Saints, Farmers. And how he interviews people dressed like various other people. It's genius. Thought this could do with an update..

Owain's still in Uganda D: why... is... it... taking... SO... long?? He's back in 5 days though, which isn't too long. He sounds like he's been having a good time, so that's good. I'm going to his house the day before he gets back, so I'll be waiting for him when he gets home ^___^

Hmm, what else? I THINK my student loan/accomodation/university stuff in general is sorted out now, but they keep throwing new stuff at us to do, blaaahh. It's all SO confusing.. There's money going everywhere, I don't know where's it's come from, or where it's going, or how I'm meant to deal with it. I think it's safe to say I'll be living off bread and water out of fear of spending money I shouldn't touch.

I had a really nice picnic thing yesterday with Lam, Clara, Kirsty and Danielle near the river in Fulford ^____^ the grass was all long and poofy and lovely and you didn't need to sit on anything because the grass was soo nice <3 we decorated Kirsty's hair with grassy stuff, she looked beautiful *manic grin*

Is anyone else slipping into the BAD routine of going to bed at 2am and waking up at 11am? Because I have done, there's no turning back. I like going to bed late, because the house is all quiet and you can just watch late night TV, like 8 out of 10 cats, QI, Nevermind the Buzzcocks, Would I lie to you? etc etc, all by yourself whilst facebooking it up. That's really sad isn't it? XD I like it, dammit. But the waking up at 11am bit is a bit rubbish, half the day's gone and no one really wants to talk to you because you're LAZY and they're busy doing stuff that they started 3 hours ago. Pfft.

Glastonbury was great, it was sunny it was so much nicer being sunny and not muddy, if you get tired from walking, you could just collapse onto some grass and lay down for a bit. Lovely.

So, Owain's gone to Uganda again now. He flew this morning at 6am ish. It's rubbish, I miss him already. I can't text him or anything. He's gone for 3 weeks, which is less time apart than the usual month, but it feels worse because I can't text him whenever I want. I think he's meant to be ringing me soon to say he's there.. I only saw him yesterday before I left on the train home, but I feel kind of lonely and sad.

I went into college today to pay off my printing bill, as we were all asked to do by my tutor. We were mostly all in by 11ish, but no tutors were, so we gave them a text asking where they were, and they text back saying to come in on Thursday instead.. *rant* like I can afford to waste money on petrol going into college when I don't even need to. Idiots. I'm so not going in on Thursday.

I'm going to Fulford tomorrow to see people ^___^ should be good.

I seriously don't know what to do with the next 3 months. It's worrying.

I'm going to buy some train tickets to go down to Bristol so I can see Owain as soon as he's back.. I should do that soon.

I'm waffling.

I met Michael Eavis (the owner of Glastonbury Festival) in the kids field, and got his autograph, he's a nice man.

I finished college on Tuesday and got my final grades - DDM, which is good, I only needed MMM to get to my University ^___^ happpyy times.

Had my interview at Cheltenham Spa University today, twas terrifying. But I got in ^________^ yaaaay! SO HAPPY

I had to get up at 5:45am, drove there, had my interview at 12, 15 minutes later, it was over. Then we drove around Cheltenham for an hour looking for the train station so Owain could get home, realized it was 5 minutes from the University.. Owain got a train, we drove home, got home at 4:30ish.

I'm knackered.

But giddy. YAY ^___^

okay, so I've updated!

Ooooh, I went to London last weekend with Owain, my Mum and Jeff. It was great. We went to the Tate ^___^ and we saw The Lion King at the theatre where Owain STOLE some binoculars *shock* and we went to The Hard Rock cafe. GOOD TIMES.

I bought 4 graphic design books (exciting for me, not so for everyone else) with my Waterstone's voucher I got from my Uncle and Auntie for my birthday ^___^ happppy.

I havn't uploading anything for ages.

For my new project at college, I have to create a piece of artwork along the lines of "Transformation" (does anyone else automatically think of Transformers?..) anyway, so we're allowed to go as far away from the theme of Transformation as we like, as long as we can make links back.

So, I've decided to do something REALLY gory ^___^

my links are: Transformation > change > appearance > plastic surgery > medicine > death.

So, I just found some old bed sheets and some red ink. I think you can see where this going. Muahahahah.

I shall upload an image of my bloody sheets when they're dry. I just managed to clean up the excess splatters from my floor XD ha.

I'm going to take photos of these sheets on a bed and manipulate it on Photoshop to make it seem REALLY eerie and gory.

Tis so fun pretending to murder someone. xx

So, my day yesterday was pretty crappy..

My mum had to go to hospital at 5am cos she had "chest pains" :s and has been there since. So yesterday, Jeff packs her an overnight bag of the stuff she wants but he can't find her handbag.. So, after half an hour searching for this handbag, we all give up and Jeff walks outside to the car to go see my mum. But the car isn't there. *rolls eyes* It's be stolen.. So, baaasically, someone came into my house when 3 of us where still in and took the car keys and my mum's bag.. Which, personally, I find quite terrifying. I was watching TV at the time, so I was 2 rooms away :s

The joy.

So the police came round last night (exciting) and said we'd be fine etc. And they put trays over where they reckon foot prints would be.

But seriously, who walks into your home when you're in and takes your car?? That's not cool.

Oh, and my new PJs ripped on the seam on the pocket..
...Annnd, I went on a really pointless trip to Manchester yesterday to a UCAS convention, when I could have been doing my work..

Anyways, despite my rather crap day yesterday, I'm suprisingly happy.

Glastonbury was *awesome* XD so muddy, so very, very muddy.

I got a shower as soon as we got back to Owain's XD it was SOO nice.

Yeah, so I saw a tonne of bands and they were all excellent! Patrick Wolf is so cool!

Omigosh'um! Me and Owain snook by the side of this van and got backstage XD (we're so good at getting backstage, it's a career option.) and we met The Horrors and Henry from the Young Knives and Jamie T XD we got photos with all of them XD haha, it was so amazing. We were stood around going "look, is that Jamie T?? *awkward shuffle*" and generally looking out of place XD haha. Omg, Faris from the Horrors is sooo tall XD I'll post all the fotos on here when I get home, you can see how huge that man is!

So, its floody in York. So my train isn't running today, and is looking doubtful for tomorrow XD so YAY! More Owain time! Hehe.

OMG, today I went to Woolworths cos I had an overwhelming need for gummy cherries. And they got rid of the tubs! They replaced them with bags .. so i read the sign "69p a bag" so I think "Awesome!" so I grab a bag and begin filling it with various sweets. As I reach about 3/4 of the bag I realise that it's a rather ridiculous amount of sweets a decide I don't need a full bag. So I head off to the till .. I'm in the que and I glance back at the sign and see some smaller text underneath it saying "per 100g" .. so I freak out a bit, cos my bag is atleast 600g .. but I REALLY can't be arsed to filter all the sweets back into the tubs to reduce my "bargain bag" .. I'm now at the front of the que and the guy says "that's £6 something please" .. O__O so, the finalé of the story is; Cat spent over £6 on sweets today. There is an absurd amount in the bag .. But my cherry desire was fulfilled! XD

Ooooh, tomorrow, we get to go into town and take photos for our current project! Yay! I sense a day of fun and little work coming on! XD horrah!

I had my very first driving lesson today XD it was so fun! I stalled once, which if you ask me, is quite good. Considering my absurb lack of skill with anything mechanical. (except computers XD) So yes, I had 2 hours of driving today and it was lovely. And my driving instuctor is nice, so yay!

Other than that, my day has been fairly normal and dull. I wrote a poem, which I have uploaded to DA. I was feeling all loved, so I thought it best to write something down, rather than let it go to waste XD

College : The current project actually sucks balls. I HATE making clothes. If I wanted to make clothes, I'd be in the fashion group. *rants* And it's worse, 'cause I'm making clothes for someone ELSE, so I have to consider their feelings and what they won't want to wear etc. So, so far, I have .. a shirt. And Paul (tutor) was suggesting I make a skirt .. for KARL. *slaps forehead* .. There's just no need to carry on this rant. You get the point.

Anyways, I got my money from Paulo Vandini - yay! And I await 2 pairs of shoes! Muahahah.

Ermies, I'm going to Bristol in 9 days! YAAAYNESS! Happy days ^__^

I need to post Owain's USB to him tomorrow. He left it at mine when he left - a month ago XD I'm so lazy. Nevermind, I've included surprises in the padded envelope for him, which was exciting at the time when I was bored in Graphics. I'm not so sure they'll be so funny when he gets them, lol.

I almost forgot to write about this "random chinese food" .. it's what I had for tea. That's it. Although, I was discussing with Kate how odd Chinese food is. It smells of pure evilness, but it tastes nice - what's THAT about? And also, you eat it, then 10 minutes later, you're hungry again. Stupid Chinese food. We were contemplating writing a strongly worded letter to the Chinese explaining our upset. But we decided we didn't want to be thought of as 'racist' XD

Hmmm, what else is there? Oooh GAWD, did anyone see Derren Brown last night?? JESUS, THAT MAN IS SCARY. I'd SO be his friend though XD It would be useful. And omg, Peep Show is so damn funny! "I DEMAND YOU STOP PISSING YOURSELF!" Lmao XD

I havn't done anything in the way of uploading stuff or journalising for a long, looong time. Hence your current reading material.

Soes, I have lots of stuff that I technically could upload and show you people, only I don't have any scanner .. and yeah .. I took photos with the built-in camera thing, but obviously, all the writing turned the wrong way .. and try as I might, I have no programs currently that have a "reflect" tool. Woe.

So you'll all have to make do with nothing. Lol.

On Friday, no, it was .. erm .. Tuesday! Yes, on Tuesday, me and Kate were left alone in the room at college and all our tutors had vacated the area, so we took the liberty of printing out loads of our work on the colour printer on the really nice paper ^__^ Oooh, rebel. So, I have like £5 worth of print-outs on the walls in my room now ^__^ tis like my own little gallery. Muahahah.

I REALLY should be doing some work, but I'm actually further ahead than everyone else in my group, so I've decided not to. Well .. I'll probably do some later.

Omigosh, I found out that tis fashion show that we're all meant to be participating in (yes, I mean walking down a cat-walk..) is on the same days as Glastonbury! So, I won't be doing any prancing or strutting! Horrah! So, I'm making Karl in the 2nd year a suit to wear so he can take my place. It's got to be in the theme of "junk" .. so I figure lots of old clothes you were considdering throwing away is "junk", no? So, I'm desembling and reassembling clothing with my dodgy sewing skills ^__^ so far, I have a sleeve! And what a damned sexy sleeve it is too. I havn't actually done any of the sewing yet .. that sewing machine doesn't like me ..

Yay! Long weekend! I love May Day ^__^ .. what's it for btw? Does anyone know?

We made a cake today. It's pink. It has sugar strands on it. It has Damson jam in it. It's better than your cake.

Me and Owainie are going to see Mr. Bean tomorrow ^__^ I'm rather excited about it. I LOVE Mr. Bean

I'm very happy at the moment ^__^ ..

1. .. Tis Owain and my 2 year anniversary tomorrow, and he's coming to stay with me for a while ^__^ so that's making me very happy.

2. .. I have work experience for a week, starting on my birthday ( ) However, I rung the place I'm working at and they sounded really nice. Plus, I don't have to worry about what I wear, cos he said he doesn't care, horrah!

3. .. I had a good day at College today ^__^

4. .. I'm doing this design for a company atm. (don't remember if I mentioned before) Basically they asked me and some other "artists" that they know of to do a design for them. So, mine might not get chosen .. However, the guy I'm in contact with from the company just sent me the following email ;
"Hi Cat

I really like this. Very good.

I will email you tomorrow.

I'm rather happy, considdering I didn't much like the design I put forward. I had a lot of College work to do, so unfortunately, this design got somewhat demoted on my list of priorities. But it all seems well. Rejoyce!

Oooh, we went to Forbidden Planet yesterday and some authors were there. I think one of them was called Stephen Hill or something. I didn't know of them, so I left them alone. I found a blue version of my pink Patch Works teddy in there, so I bought it for Owain he has named it "Papa Costa" hehee.

I'm going home later today >__< hmph. But tis okies, because Owain is coming to York in about a week and a bit ^__^ horrah!

What else is there to say? *ponder* ...

....... Yesterday, I used my Boots card I got for Christmas to buy lunch and it kept going "Bleeeeeep" when the man scanned it though the machine, so I got scared that it had expired or something. But then it worked, so it was okay ^__^ ... I thought you might like to hear about that. Yah.

I think I'm going to collect Owain from work at about 2:00 ^__^ yay!

Ooooh, I was in a car with him whilst he drove yesterday, twas the first time I'd been the car when he was driving, it was exciting. I thought he did very well apart from the odd stall XP hehee.

Im excited. Im going to Bristol tomorrow. I have my reasons. Yeah!

I realised earlier that I have been using this account more as a Blog than a place to show my artwork to you, the lovely people of the public. So today, I uploaded a Banana. Yes, and you best enjoy it. - I shall upload more exciting things later on in my life.

Today was the day of the week where we have the same lesson ALL day - from 9:00am til 4:30pm. So I was ever so slightly insane at the end. Me, Kate and Kelly ended up just walking off for a cream egg and laughing at nothing.

Yeeeah ..

Im having an Omelette soon!

We're now doing poster design for the Fashion Show in Graphics. Its slightly exciting. If you ingore the part with the research into Art Movements.

I'm going to get a monkey today ^__^ hehe, one of those PG tips ones from the advertisment ^__^ they're cute.

I don't start college til 11 o'clock today, so I must walk through the damp and scary streets of Selby. How exciting.

We're designing some logos in Graphics for the "Art, Design & Media" Dept. If our logo gets chosen, it'll get put on ... POSTERS! and ... TICKETS!! (for the fashion show) Omigosh, the excitment ..

Is it just me, or is it still cold?? Some people seem to be walking round in short sleeves and shorts .. I'm still in my jackets, gloves and scarf fase. Ponder ponder.

Tis precisely one week til I go to Brizzolschnizzle ^__^ horrah!

Then I went to Wilkinson's and bought 2 drinks ^__^ Riiight, so I walk out of Wilkinson's and it all dark and I'm like "o_o how long was I in there?.." then it starts snowing. I get happy because I havn't seen proper snow in ages. I start walking up towards college and the snow gets REALLY heavy. Its getting in my eyes and covering my clothes. I can't see at all and probably look like a complete retard to people passing in their cars. It's also windy and I havn't brought a scarf so my neck is actually stinging and hurting quite a bit. I made it to Homebase which is about 10mins walk away from College so I hide in there for a bit and take free paper paint samplers and some magazines on paint colours. Then I walked up to College and slipped three times in the snow which is now really quite deep and I just want to be inside. I get inside, eventually, and everything is fine ^__^ I have a nice day and have a really good idea for my second animation which consists of an adorable little charcter named Jeremy ^__^ yippee.

It's also now 1 and a bit days til I'm with Owain ^__^ squee! The excitement.

I have not very long to finish my Animation -sigh- too much work again. Its so annoying. As soon as I get a new brief im like "okay, this is good" then i keep on top of it all the way til the last 2 weeks and im like OMG >_< oh well. Twill be fine.

Tonight has seemed to run away .. I got home at 5ish and before I knew it, it was 8 and i hadnt done anything.

9 days til I go to Bristol ^___^ yaaay! Tis exciting.

Owain tells me that The Dresden Dolls have now been approved "appropriate" and "none gay" by a Christian website XD [link] i found it hillarious.

Also, check out the "Gay Bands" section XD marilyn manson is "dark gay" XD silly them. But oh my god, some of the stuff on that website is REALLY offensive to gay people. Some of the stuff i read actually made me quite angry. Stupid homophobes >_< *mutters under breath*
