I'm back in school, but not for 3D stuff like I thought I'd be. Long story (and it really is) short, I ended up changing course and going back to school for writing. I can't seem to leave story telling behind, my heart loves it too much!

I'm taking a break from coloring.

I've been coloring full time for Marvel for over 7 years now and I just sort of realized that it's time for me to take a step back and try out some new stuff.  I have a few personal things I'm working on, and I'm not fully quitting coloring, but I'm really essentially planning on going back to school starting next spring.

3D, man. I'm going back to Gnomon and getting back into 3D. I'm not big on the whole live streamy thing, for several reasons, but as :iconfrozenlilacs: was doing hers today and I harassed her mercilessly during it, I realized something. Holy cow, I can do crits way faster on live stream than I can the way I'm doing it now.  That and I can explain directly to whoever I'm critting what I'm doing, and get it over in about an hour or so, which is way less time than I was spending on them. All that typing and making animated gifs bidness was time consuming!!! XD
