Client: After some considerations I decided to install Love. Can you help me with the process?

Technical assistant: Yes, certainly. Are you ready?

Client: Yes, but there are other programs running right now. Can you install Love while they are still running?

Technical assistant: Which programs?

Client: Let me see... I have Old Pain, Low Self-Esteem, Envy and Resentment at the moment.

Technical assistant: No problem, Love will gradually cancel Rage from the operating system. It might stay in memory permanently but will not disturb the other programs. Love will then cover Low Self-Esteem with an appropriate module, called High Self-Esteem. But you might want to close Envy and Resentment as they prevent Love from being installed correctly. Can you do that?

Client: I'm not sure. Can you explain how?

Technical assistant: Of course. Go to Start Menu and click Remission. Do this until Envy and Resentment are completely deleted.

Client: OK, I've done it! Love is being installed automatically, is that normal?

Technical assistant: Yes. But keep in mind that you only have the basic program. To continue, you have to log into the Heart and select the upgrade.

Client: Oops! There popped up an error. It says: "Error - Program not run on external components". What should I do?

Technical assistant: Don't worry. It means that Love is programmed to visit the Internals of Heart but it is not yet set up for your Heart. It does not recognise it. In other words, it means that you have to love yourself before you are able to love others.

Client: And now?

Technical assistant: Select "Self-Acceptance" and then click "Forgiving Yourself", "Recognise True Value" and finish with "Recognise Exact Limitations".

Client: Done.

Technical assistant: Now copy those to the register "My Heart". The system will start to overwrite conflicting files and use a patch for eventual errors in programming. Furthermore, remember to delete Copious Self-Criticism in every register and empty the Trash to make sure you will not be bothered by it later.

Client: Oh! My Heart has started filling itself with new files. On the monitor there is a Smile, while Peace and Satisfaction are automatically copied everywhere; but that is correct, isn't it?

Technical assistant: Sometimes. For few people it takes some time, but everyone receives them when their time comes. With that, Love is now installed and working. Only one thing before I bid you farewell. Love is free ware. Make sure you spread it in its every mode to everyone you meet; this is your turn to sympathise with other people and give back what you got.
