UPDATE: has accepted my challenge! It's gonna be a war on the shore! A COMPLETE sacrifice of anything resembling artistic talent thanks to apeing the wonders that were PRE-issue 12 covers of X-Force. A battle of bleeding eyes cause I'm planning to channel every last piece of the 90s possible!

You know, I've been meaning to write up a journal post about getting a free sketch for FCBD but kept forgetting..

My 5-year-old and I stood in line for maybe 20-30 minutes, and even though the wait made her cranky the second it was her time she was polite in asking him for her free pic... And remembered to THANK him, which is something I didn't see happen much (Does that happen to others?). So, she got to happily skip out of there with a Storm pic by Chris Giarusso.

As you can see from my latest pic I'm attempting a new way to ink, so whatever I end up drawing next should have the same inking style the "Freak" pic did.

Been working on faces a lot more than before over the past week in an attempt to make them SLIGHTLY less anime style as I continue working on my A game so I can submit some work to the big leagues.

LOL, also realized how much harder straight pencilling was than I previously thought... I've been inking my own stuff for so long now that I forgot I tend to clean up my own mistakes at that point if I catch them.

Anywho, assuming I can find reference material of Doomsday out there somewhere expect a few more Supergirl pics soon, as well as a couple more Teen Titans and MA: Avengers pics.

If the Superhuman Registration Act is such a noble thing, why does no one actually talk about the "good" parts that HELP the heroes? Like, does the public get to know their identity? Or, are they protected from lawsuits?

Got two new Spidey pics up, and am pondering over maybe trying a pic of Jessica Drew in the very near future (or maybe Julia Carpenter) if nothing else than because I like drawing girls more than guys.

Got a pic of Bleach and one from Star Wars (Gods help me) that are slowly being colored, so with a little luck those should be FINALLY done very soon, too.

Newest job someone actually PAID me to do involves Boba Fett, so with luck that won't turn into a complete fiasco. Buyer who wanted me to design a tattoo for him appears to have disappeared, but at least I hadn't left the prelim stages on it yet.
