And HOLY SHIT. It's ADDICTING.

I mean, come on. Taurens. That's all I'm saying. They look like YAKOWS. So if anyone's on Stonemaul... add me. I just made a Tauren there... name's Yakow. I'm only level 5 now but hey I only played it for a half hour today.

But the feel of the game in general kicked me back into arting gear. So I'll get on that.

But the design for Guys and Dolls comes first. After seeing what I did for The Odd Couple, my director wants my to design the posters for Guys and Dolls too. I already have it planned out... just need to actually DO it.

I'm sick of censoring so I'll probably start using this for my real venting;

Anyway, I've been so incredibly busy lately. I only have one more rehearsal left for The Odd Couple... which is the play I'm in right now. We're doing the female version. I'm Mickey the cop... who is either an emotional acrobat or bipolar. But either way she's mad fun to play. I'm just so happy -- this is my first play ever and she's the third biggest role. Anyway, opening night is Wednesday, but the dress rehearsal on Tuesday is technically a performance because it's for a huge audience. So color me anxious.

I've also been rehearsing a lot for the acappela group I'm in... It's been rough balancing all of this with school, especially because junior year is proving to be one of the hardest. Ugh. I have a research paper due Monday that I have to start typing up today. Oh, joy.

Anyway, I have a kitten purring on my lap right now. I just thought I'd point that out because I freaking love my kittens.

Definitely going to be coming back to art once the play's over. I have a portrait I started months ago that I need to finish... plus Christmas presents!

Okay, so all the drawing I was planning to do?

Tried to do it, but turns out that I'm in a bit of a creative slump. I dunno if it's all the weightlifting for volleyball affecting my ability to bend my wrists and therefore move a pencil (but I highly doubt it, haha) or my brain's shut down, I dunno, but seriously. I kinda just stare and twitch at the paper.

So therefore, I need a bit of a warmup.

Plus, I find giving to be rather fun.

Get at me with 3 requests -- and I swear, they won't just be doodles. I'll do anything you want, fully digital colored CGs, complete with background.

So basically, artage went down the drain at the end of the school year. Well, now that it's summer, it's going to pick back up for sure. See, I really had to be working my tookis off. Because 5 of my final grade averages? Are 100s. One-freaking-hundreds. Do I know how that happened? No way. I'm... wow. Gah. Floored. But so happy.

I need a new avatar. :[

So art wise, I'm thinking I'm going to do a really big picture for every fandom I've ever done art for. So Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, CSI, and Wicked. Granted, I already have a ton of Wicked, so that will be last.

Also, I'm working on a portait-collage of Dee Roscioli to send her for her birthday. Mmmmhmm. 'Cause you can never be too much of a nerd, right?

Also thinking of breaking out the colored pencils this summer... on what, I'm not quite sure yet. Maybe a picture of cows.

Speaking of which, even though it's not quite my forte, I'm thinking of designing a cow anthro. Just for the hell of it. I know I have Krimz, the yakow, but... we're talking like, black and white holstein cow design here.

Yep, that's the general layout for this month, among 3-day-a-week weight training and some open gyms thrown in there for volleyball.
