                <description><![CDATA[ I always feel like when I'm watching an anime it's on the verge of being the next great story...or like it could be the most brilliant thing to come in the next century in animation.<br /><br />I enjoy the stories, and feel like sometimes the animation or the story feels like it's leaving things out that will make it stand out above the rest.<br /><br />my dearest and most sincere wish is that someone will take the time, money, and effort to create what everyone wants: a masterpiece story with the most mind-blowing animation and cinematography that the world has ever seen.<br /><br />I feel like the companies out there today have gotten into habbits that they don't want to break, like cutting back funding on the animation to get the next season out on schedule instead of making something that will blow the viewers away and immerse them in a story that will tell them something great.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ I went out shopping over the weekend for some anime and I was surprised to find two particular series on sale: Outlaw Star, and Elfen Lied. (two anime's I particularly like, and have only seen available on the internet)<br /><br />I only had enough money to buy one, and I would like to show you my process of deciding, it's quite amusing:<br /><br />"hrm....outlaw star or elfen lied?"<br /><br />"which one which one?"<br /><br />"crazy girl who is also sweet....or space pirates?"<br /><br />"space pirates are fun...but I liked the emotion of Elfen Lied...."<br /><br />"then again...would I really want to really watch what I see every day hanging out with my friends? and I really don't want to have any more nightmares about crazy women trying to kill me.... especially after watching School days.....uggh *shutter*....school days"<br /><br />"that's it! Space Pirates it is then!*points finger up in the air and puts Elfen lied DVD case down*"<br /><br />*walks away as employing stocking down the isle stare awkwardly at me*<br /><br /><br />-----<br /><br />true story, unfortunately. I tend to talk to myself when making decisions like that. <br /><br />Anyway, I was very surprised to see both of the series on display at a retail store. for the past year or so I have been searching every store I can for those two (so I wouldn't order them online) without success. It was just sad that when I found both of them I couldn't get both of them at the same time (cursed Karma....getting me back.....grr)<br /><br />well...hope all of you enjoyed your break, and that school is going well so far.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ so, happy belayed New Year first off. I was thinking about the obscurity of celebrating another revolution of our planet this past week and decided to do some research on why we do this.<br /><br />near as I can tell, January first was only a fairly recent adaptation. the first celebrations of new year actually happened around 25 AD and were celebrated on not January 1st, but march 1st. <br /><br />it has generally switched with these two dates since then. it wasnt until the 1500's that everyone started adapting January 1st as New Years, which followed the christian movement.<br /><br />now, not to say that I'm displeased at the celebration of this day. I do enjoy the partying and the excuse for the whole world just to stop and count down together in celebration of life. <br /><br />in my opinion, New Years is a much more profound and gathering day then Christmas, hanukkah, or any other holiday. <br /><br />it's been a while since I've ranted, so I think I'll stop here.<br /><br />Have a great year everyone, and here's to one year closer to the end of the world!<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ well....my last DA name didn't get much attention, so that one is scrapped.<br /><br />I am starting over with a pure focus on the comics I am in production of making; namely Electric Sun, and Dancing With Sabarros.<br />---------------------------------------------<br />Myself:<br />---------------------------------------------<br /><br />For an introduction of myself. I am a Student at the Art institute of Seattle in my (currently) Fourth Quarter for a Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation. <br /><br />I am Currently working on developing a style of my own, but have a tendancy to work more in the Manga style. Initially the two don't want to know a thing about each other, and make it clear. But after spending time on the project they overcome each others preconceptions of one another. <br /><br />After several weeks of becoming friends, their science project (which is an experimental reactor) malfunctions causing a rift to open in their universe. The events that follow the malfunction is what makes up the body of this project.<br /><br />the main concept of Electric Sun is a story that has a definate end in mind.<br /><br /><br />Dancing With Sbarros:<br /><br /><br />Dancing With Sbarros is a comic is a comic blog of my life that deals with the situations through three main characters that have not been named as of yet(I remind you that I am still in production with my co-writer). <br /><br />the first story is a true story about a time where my friends and I had mistakingly tried to finish off an entire extra-large pizza through the three of us, which then later resulted in the humilation of one of my friends at a dance. <br /><br />The main concept of DWS is small short stories compiled together from my life and my friends lives.<br /><br /> ]]></description>
