So I am borderline arachnophobic (seriously, spiders are from the depths of HELL), and recently I have become completely paranoid about going down into my basement. For in those dank depths dwells the most abominable creature ever to exist: the spider. Almost every time I venture down into the cold clutches of the basement I happen upon one of those eight legged monstrosities. Just now my beloved sister saved me from one of the beasts by bravely smashing the terrible thing into the ground. Huzzah! (for some reason I really love that word).
