We have named personality type Six The Loyalist because, of all the personality types, Sixes are the most loyal to their friends and to their beliefs. They will “go down with the ship” and hang on to relationships of all kinds far longer than most other types. Sixes are also loyal to ideas, systems, and beliefs—even to the belief that all ideas or authorities should be questioned or defied. Indeed, not all Sixes go along with the “status quo”: their beliefs may be rebellious and anti-authoritarian, even revolutionary. In any case, they will typically fight for their beliefs more fiercely than they will fight for themselves, and they will defend their community or family more tenaciously than they will defend themselves.

The reason Sixes are so loyal to others is that they do not want to be abandoned and left without support—their Basic Fear. Thus, the central issue for type Six is a failure of self-confidence. Sixes come to believe that they do not possess the internal resources to handle life’s challenges and vagaries alone, and so increasingly rely on structures, allies, beliefs, and supports outside themselves for guidance to survive. If suitable structures do not exist, they will help create and maintain them.

Sixes are the primary type in the Thinking Center, meaning that they have the most trouble contacting their own inner guidance. As a result,

they do not have confidence in their own minds and judgments.

This does not mean that they do not think. On the contrary, they think—and worry—a lot! They also tend to fear making important decisions, although at the same time, they resist having anyone else make decisions for them. They want to avoid being controlled, but are also afraid of taking responsibility in a way that might put them “in the line of fire.” (The old Japanese adage that says, “The blade of grass that grows too high gets chopped off” relates to this idea.)

Sixes are always aware of their anxieties and are always looking for ways to construct “social security” bulwarks against them. If Sixes feel that they have sufficient back up, they can move forward with some degree of confidence. But if that crumbles, they become anxious and self-doubting, reawakening their Basic Fear. (“I’m on my own! What am I going to do now?” A good question for Sixes might therefore be: “When will I know that I have enough security?” Or, to get right to the heart of it, “What is security?” Without Essential inner guidance and the deep sense of support that it brings, Sixes are constantly struggling to find firm ground.

Sixes attempt to build a network of trust over a background of unsteadiness and fear. They are often filled with a nameless anxiety and then try to find or create reasons why. Wanting to feel that there is something solid and clear-cut in their lives, they can become attached to explanations or positions that seem to explain their situation. Because “belief” (trust, faith, convictions, positions) is difficult for Sixes to achieve, and because it is so important to their sense of stability, once they establish a trustworthy belief, they do not easily question it, nor do they want others to do so. The same is true for individuals in a Six’s life: once Sixes feel they can trust someone, they go to great lengths to maintain connections with the person who acts as a sounding board, a mentor, or a regulator for the Six’s emotional reactions and behavior. They therefore do everything in their power to keep their affiliations going. (“If I don’t trust myself, then I have to find something in this world I can trust.”

Although intelligent and accomplished, Connie still has to wrestle with the self-doubt of her type:

“As my anxiety has come under control, so has my need to ‘check out’ everything with my friends. I used to have to get the nod of approval from several hundred (just joking!) ‘authorities.’ About nearly every decision would involve a council of my friends. Okay, so I've had said game for about five or six years. Every once in a while I have an urge for the game, and get a little farther each time. Well, this time I got even farther than the last time I played, and beat the first to last boss! My team was unstoppable! Ein with over 1000 health, Serene with over a 100 strength, and even Lina was pretty nifty. As I do in every file, I have Ein and Serene together (you can have Ein, the only guy, fall in love with any of the four girls.)

Yeah, I'm literate.
But am I /too/ literate?

I keep getting mixed messages. Some people say details are boring, and they don't like them (dont worry, theres more than one of you, so Im not singling you out), but others say that sometimes I don't write enough. So how can I know for sure?

Let's look at the tape, shall we? The most views I've gotten on a story was SoA, with about 300 views (more than half of those views were on the first chapter. Exponential decay from there.) SoA isn't even my best written, and is only 70 pages 14 font. Luckily, TFP got the next highest with about 266 but no more than 11 pageviews on any other chapter than the first.

Now, to compare. 1000 pageviews on a nonsensical story with chapters no more than 3 pages, if that. A lack of detail that can be bad enough to confuse the reader. Short, stabby (name, lol) paragraphs. 1000 pageviews.

The logic behind this is beyond me. Why is it that something that takes so long and is positively riddled with metaphors, symbols, well-built characters, and themes so underminded by something made up on a whim, with barely a plot and just little inneundos? Is this the future of our literary world? Picking up 10 page novels over those beefy 500 page ones? Has our world truly come to that day and age where we just don't have (not the time) the patience to sit down and engulf ourselves into a good book?

Oh, but what of Twilight, Harry Potter, and Eragon? All popular books of our time, surely longer than mine. Why do you pay money to read these when you can read mine for free? Is it the reliability of the author? Surely you didn't just /know/ that Stephanie Meyer or J.K. Rowling was good, right? You had to test the waters first before swimming into the deep end of no return. So why does no one test my waters?

It kills me. It really does. I tell myself I write for myself, and that might be so, but it's nice to share a world with someone. If I can feel so joyed when ONE person reads them, can't you imagine how good I'd feel if five did? Just five?

Or perhaps I ought to make you all pay for it. Pick up the paperback book on the shelves of Barnes and Noble or Borders. You'll pick up the gray book, fingers feeling the indents of the spikes of amailimos, examine the title (Spikes of... A...mail... ee mos? is that spanish? Who the hell is L.R. O'connor? Never heard of her... him... whoever...) skeptical as I'm sure you are. Then you'll read the back. Oh, that paragraph that snaps you to attention. Words of the story within will capture and hold you in their grip, and you'll decide to test those all important waters. You'll read the first chapter that night before going to bed, and read a few more, until you can't stop. That's when my world will begin.

So it took me about two.5 weeks to finish the story mode of CC. Even though you know the ending, I was still bawling... god...! The way they killed Zack was just... *wail* and idk, when you play ff7 and you figure out Clouds great tales of awsomness are just stolen from Zack, you dont really care as much b/c you only know Zack for a small chunk. But now... FUCK YOU CLOUD! DIRTY CREDIT STEALER! But you can't blame him. Zack actually asked him.

Edit: After exploring Wikipedia I did infact learn Genesis was involved with DoC, but only in the secret ending. He came to retrieve Weiss, the big baddie of DoC and spoke something like "Brother, its not time to sleep, we have work to do" which leaves me to believe that Genesis is not dead and that this Weiss dude isn't either. Sequeal, anyone? Genesis has Jenova cells, this Weiss guy I THINK is a soldier... I just hope that if they do make another sequel it isnt shifted around Vincent. Cloud plzkthx

A week ago I saw what I thought was two eyelashes stuck together pop up from under my eye. I tried getting them out but they dissapeared again.

Last night the same two eyelashes appeared. this time I really did try getting them out, but I couldnt find my uh.. tweasers in time.

Then finally tonight I successfully got the eyelashes out! they were COVERED in that eye gunk. Curiously, I picked out the eyelashes and it turned out there were not two, not three, not FIVE, but SEVEN EYELASHES. SEVEN!!!! I must say Im glad that my eyeball is clean now XD

Well, mines terribly obvious. Chiobsidian just means Chi Obsidian. He's my main charrie, and I luffs him :3 There's many pictures of him in my gallery (he's in the ED poster) I use that screename for like, everything expect my email and neopets name. I've pretty much devoted myself to doing anything that involves chi since 8th grade (and Im in 11th now! w00t)

As for my persona, idk, I just kind of draw myself in my style using my favorite outfits (1 of five >< and I add some horns cuz, yknow, im demonically cool like that. and I have a real life sword, so might as well tack that on. So yeah. I'm fucked up. So I took today off *GASP* and it sucks, b/c I had a study hall and art with lizzy today XD but Im just so sick. I need to lay down...

Oh yeah! The play. Lol it went pretty damn good (except on opening night kevin turned off lizzy's mike during the song!!!! FUCKING ASSHOLE) and did I mention saturday it was CRAZY because like, the scottish play (a.k.a. m@cb3th) was said seven fucking times and EVERYONE was fucking up. but still good! I kicked ass, of course (she's better than brendan keller!)

*shifty eyes* so I have this plan. I am GOING to do the musicanl and I am GOING to do the Fall play next year because I can't stand to be seperated from my family. So. The plan. Evan. His house. I'm staying there. After xmas. Or before if the audtions for the the musical are before xmas. I'm running. Yeah.

So, it started out niftily enough. Me n Chi and Lizzy were chilling somewhere.... oh yeah, Eru was there too *mutter* and we were just doing whatever... then some guys in like, mafia clothes come and chi's like 'zomg its the volturi!' XDDD I dont know why he knew that and lizzy didn't ((the volturi are like, vampire mafia from the Twilight series) and Idk chi must've messed with them or something because we ended up running from them and we poofed to somewhere else, some dessert place with a clean cut mountain side across from us with this like, egyptian symbol thing on the door and I must've dreamed of this before, ever get that feeling? So we're running... and trying to get in the door and by now we got all these people following us and we just barely close the door. While the volturi people are trying to break in we're inthis cave-like labyrnith and theres this puzzle involvign putting jars in the right order. But I noticed we were running out of time so we ran down into a bigger labyrinth that was like a house almost. We hid in a cluttered room and by now we'r elike 'fuck it, we are so dead.' And oddly enough we're okay with it.

I think we were in denial or something. Because when we heard the peoples coming to kill us we were freaking out, as we should have been! XD Im gonna leave some stuff out because it was.... yeah. But right about then I woke up. And when I went back to sleep it was the same dream again.

Anyways, here's an analysis of the good, the bad, and the actors

The good: The set was pretty nifty and extravogant. Their rape scene was really good too, even though the raping itself was lame. XD the scene itself was badass.

The bad: it didn't flow as much as ours. For the school scenes they dragged out chairs while we always have ours set up and it makes a lot less noise. The flow was pretty... unflowing. They added some scenes which made it flow even less, and our pep rally and a few other scenes had more 'ep' than theres. hehehe

The actors/actresses:

Melinda's: REALLY good. Maybe not as sarcastic as she should be, but still AMAZING. At least on the same level as our Melinda

Andy: PFFT. Our Andy is MUCH more rapist than their's. Like when he walks by Melinda he just blatantly says 'freshmeat' but when our Andy walks by he's like "freeeeessshmeat" XDDDD I think you have to be their. But our Andy is much better. When intermission happened our whole little group was clapping... for our andy. XD he was just like 'yes, I know, I know..."

Ivy: okay, their Ivy KICKED. ASS. I'm kind of glad I didn't get that part now, I would fail in comparison to her. >< our Ivy has a lot of work to do.

Rachel: eh, I think ours is bitchier. But hers was good too. *shrug* not much to say about her.

David: their david was pretty badasss too. He had a whole different personality than ours, but it worked. But it was so funny, he looked like a four year old or something... and he's a senior!!

The others aren't too important, so I'll just do mine and lizzy's

Mom: it's hard to say, really. I haven't heard our song yet (yes. theres a SONG in ours. *sigh*) but for now (and because Im naturally loyal) im gonna say Lizzy is better ^^

Nicole: (which is MINE) ugh, some parts I'm better in, some parts I'm not, and some parts Im the same! It's just that last scene where andy is trying to rape melinda again and I come to save her thats got me nervous. >< we'll probably be about the same if I can nail that.

All and all, it's gonna come down to how a lot of our people. We hopefully will get much serious now so we can kick FM's ass. (YEAH THATS RIGHT EVIE BWHAHAHAHA YOU SUCK)

It's now called Other World. And to commemorate this, I thought lets just tease Jade and Chris with some cryptic-ness.

She knew she recognized that shriek. Of course she recognized it. Not even seven years of not hearing that shriek made it escape her memory. Was it playing tricks on her again? From the water did she arise, looking for anything familiar. The island was about a mile in circumference, and she had to go almost the whole way before she found footprints. Footprints?
If it really was… if it really was him… wouldn’t they be in fours? Of a dragon’s? Ignoring this glitch, she followed the stumbling footsteps until they were slurred into long lines. Drags. Then her eyes moved up instead of to the ground.
There he was, unconscious, looking much thinner, and with claws that glowed like dulled stars. He was different, for this she was sure. But there were two things. Two that she knew made this demon someone else.
For one, the symbol, which was clearly in the same place as his, didn’t glow. Though his chest moved, proving he breathed, the sign of life did not. It was dulled too… as if it was a tattoo.
Second, and this is what alarmed the sea girl the most, was that his form was beaded with water, still soaked in some places. There was not a scale on him. Not a gray hair that would have been on his mane. No signs of webbing between his claws. Claws? Weren’t they only there when he was in his demon form?
Then it hit her.
There wasn’t any demon form and regular form anymore. He wasn’t a S.D.S. anymore. What… what had happened to Chi?

so we're in this dusty town. We as in me, my friend Laura (Alabamian laura), jade was there, and I think evie might've been too. Oh oh! Vanessa was there too... A few others were there, but they aren't important. So we're exploring, because I guess we're like spies or something, and four of us get captured. It wasn't me, though, Im all sneaky and what not. So the ones that escaped run away. But now we have to go get the other ones and be all rescue-y and what not. Well this time, I'm the only one that doesn't get captured so I run like the wind XD I am such a coward in this. and chaos is ensuing down in this dusty town place. The guy who captured all my friends is like, attacking using zarconia-suitable (or scifi) weaponry to do w/e the hell he wants. I find a place to hide, and theres Vanessa! I;m like, omg you're safe, and then she takes my hand and opens this portal that takes me to the bad guy! FUCKING TRAITOR! for shame, nessa, for shame.

So I'm chained up in this like, huge space ship, and the bad guys standing over me.
"your other friends might have powers, but nothing like yours." he said something like that and Im like "wtf I dont have any powers" and he's like "ah, but you have the power to CREATE." pfft. yeah, all mighty creator here! Then we're sort of conveyor belt traveling through the ship, looking over stuff, and theres this chamber with all the rooms for all ther captured people but they aren't my friends anymore, but they're all my charries! (well, for some reason I called them personas in teh dream but that fits well enough) and I'm like O.o oh SNAP. and the guys like 'they have powers that you know none of your weak friends could match, and I want you to help me. tell them to help me.' and I was like 'heeeeell no biotch.' and he got mad. on the insider though, b/c he gave me this real nice room, with alot of money XD I remember trying to count it but I couldn't get past a 103 haha. But he comes in the next day with my sketch pad and it has this picture Im currently (irl) drawing with all my larger characters (its coming out okay, btw) and he says 'tell me, which ones are your favorite?' and so obviously I point to the two in the front, chi and axis, and he says 'then I will give them even more strength and potential than they already have if you allow them to help me.' 'for-get it you freak! I don't care bout how strong they are!' i said all nobly back. well he leaves and after a little while I get up and go out of my room cuz Im like 'dude, I got my peeps in the other room, HELLO!' so I go in there but I only get to see them for a few minutes (although those minutes were rather entertaining) and the bad guy has me pinned to the ground, while everyone else scatters. "seeing them is a priveledge' he said, or something like that. then he all smiles cuz ehe just thought 'oh wait, theres an idea!' "if you make them help me I'll let you see them alll you want..." and thats when I'm like hmmmm...

pfft, you can bet what I chose.

So here I am, trying to find where all of my 'ersonas' are hiding and the first one I find is Chi, and he's pissed off b/c he could hear me (wow. howd I remember that piece of info inside my subconscious?) and he tells the others what I did and they're all pissed and the all mighty creator is surrouned by her mightier creations adn they is NOT happy, b/c apparently if I tell them to do something, they HAVE to do it. and thats where I pretty much woke up.

I have over two hours of english tommorow, and today I have(had) art and then a study hall it only took me like, 45 minutes to do my homework ^^ and best yet, my social studies class is the easiest! So have fun, all you APers, while Lacey the slacker sits back to get her eaaaasy A.

On a more arty note, my art class is 3-d art and I'm planning a few things. I know for sure I'm doing a bank in the shape of a rather fat dragon ^^ and when we get to make sculptures Im making a loci (can you say, challenge?!?!) not sure what Ill do out of paper mache yet so if anyone has any ideas, I'm willing to take them.

So I had a cool dream last night! There were these two demon gangs. One was like anti-hero bad and the other was like ebil bad and both of em were fighting me at first (man, I was BAD ASS. I could fly and everythang!) but then I joined the anti-hero gang and we kicked the other one's ass. while everyone else celebrates, I find this scroll thats from (haha) jade, and it says something about meeting her in boston. So Im like okay! And I go to like this, town thats like a huge cathedral! IT BURNS! I nearly get tricked into going into a church, which is like, walking into the sun, but some girl helps me. Now, I really dont know why I was still trying to go to Boston, b/c jade was the one who helped me >< tch, so now we're both trying to get to Boston for no reason. So here we are, adventuring around this wacked out city, trying to sneak into ships, going to dollar stores to try and get yoohoo (I had a reaaally bad craving for it yesterday!) and being bad ass demons all the same. Ha ha it was an awsome dream. I gotta draw myself in the dream, XD I had weird clothes, but I was like, awsmatical!

It was BRUTAL. BRU-TAL at great escape (thats a theme park). like, 98 degrees. Theres a massive water park, but mum got her period (she was a bitchy chick all through out the vacation) and I didnt want to go swimming and watch them suffer (okay, I did... but) so I had to melt too. Most of the rides were lame, and the one ride I wanted to go on broke down!

So we get back and we're trying to find a place to eat. This is like, a tourist town called Speculator, but it reminded me of some kind of stephen king book. There were only three restaurants. The first one said (as politely as I would have) that there were no tables availible, and mum freaked and kept dwelling on it (do we look trashy or something?") the next place we went to had all sorts of free tables but there was only one person working there "oh, I just seated 7..." what a weirdo. Do they NOT want business or something? The third place was pretty good, thank god.

So three hours of trying to get a decent fire going later, and I finally get to make my smore. There were some coyotes, and you'd be surprised how scary it is to hear them howl when you're in a shabby tent (mine leaked, of course). But, we finally went home today.

To all my friends who were busy/didnt want to go ect. You lucky bastards.

So there was this lady (who had been bitchy to me before) and today she came with an empty iced coffee and was bitching because it has ice in it so I said 'well, it IS iced coffee'. She must have come back like four times saying the same thing and she didn't get a different answer. Well, I'm taking someone elses order, and the lady comes back AGAIN and I wasn't sure what one of our managers was saying I think she said 'theres nothing we can do' or something next thing I know I see a flash of plastic, and her iced coffee is on the floor... XD she actually THREW it at our manager! and yknow, amanda was pissed and was trying rather hard to contain herself. But who knew old ladies could be so vicious!?

Well, I finally finished reading HPDH and I must say, I was crying all night. SPOILERSAHEAD SPOILERS AHEAD SPOILERS!!! I mean, I knew snape was going to die, but just reading it... it ended up being for nothing, too! Oh, how cruel Rowling is! She killed off all my faveorite charraters... Lupin... Tonks... Sirius... Snape... all my fave, GONE! and then, when I thought she would redeem herself and kill Harry off, noooo he has to come back. *growl* Rowling had to be PMSing when she was writing or something... god snape didnt have to dieeeee ENDSPOILERS NO MORE SPOILERS
