I've just been looking around DA and I see like, art that looks like crap really, getting a lot of favs. I mean it's not like I'm saying, I don't get any favs bawbawbaw, no I like the number that I receive, and that artists is bad, no. Just the something that looks like that shouldn't be getting that many

If I work super hard on something, I get like 5 favs because my style isn't what's popular on DA. It kinda brings me down you know? I expect a lot cause I think I did so well
but it turns out that I get none.

I don't really care for DA much because of that. Two or just last year ago, I was so crazy over getting the large amount of pageviews, or all the favs and becoming popular.
Now it's like...eh. I don't really care that much, because now I see how stupid DA's popularity people are.
Some people I can see getting the popularity, cause the are amazing artists.
Others.
No, like it's so simple.

Before I used to think that because I didn't have +50 page-views I was a crappy artist and wouldn't be able to get into my colleges that I wanted.
BUT turns out, I'm in the top 20 out of 1000 applicants that tried to get into my program.

So peeps, who are dealing with something like me. Don't think that because you aren't popular on DA means you are a terrible artist.

you don't have to worry for anatomy, the fluff can cover that for you.
Sparkles and shiney dots are a nice touch

Almost a month since my last journal! crazy
ahem.
Well some stuff has been happening this...well last month. Oh my gosh it's June already D| This year has like gone way too fast for me.
Especially since it's my last year of highschool UGH I don't even believe myself when I say that. I'll be going into college this fall yayyy college bound.

Into a special Art Fundamentals course at Sheridan ;D I'm super excited for that! Drawing as homework? weeee I mean I do also have to take english, but it's mainly drawing! Which hell I don't mind. English I can do

math and science?
pfht.

um I went to Anime North at the Toronto Convergence Center on May 24th woot woot I so enjoyed myself. I've never been before, and that was a very fun experience. I spent only $160 and got a lot of stuff, mainly art and buttons and stickers, which is probably why I have so much stuff sdjfk cause they were selling stickers for like 50cents - two dollars
and like posters for $15

The most expensive thing I bought was a print -$25 but I didn't mind spending that much cause it was money well spent.

Toboe and Kit were out for a shiney Valentine's walk on a baboon. As they went, Kit rested her hand on Toboe's Penis. It was the most romantic walk ever. But even though the day was so hard, Toboe was filled with beautiful dread.

"Do you suppose it's rough here?" he asked fiercly.

"You flamboyant silly," Kit said, tickling Toboe with her Chicken. "It's completely moist."

Just then, a mushy Raccoon leapt out from behind a Toaster and laughed Kit in the Arm. "Aaargh!" Kit screamed.

Things looked yellow. But Toboe, although he was sexual, knew he had to save his love. He grabbed a Chuck Norris and, like the best orgasm anyone has ever experienced., beat the Raccoon backhandidly until it ran off. "That will teach you to laugh innocent people."

Then he clasped Kit close. Kit was bleeding dramatically. "My darling," Toboe said, and pressed his lips to Kit's Toes.

"I love you," Kit said caringly, and expired in Toboe's arms.

Toboe never loved again.

ANOTHER ONNE

1000 Toast Mongooses

Toboe paced lustfully back and forth. Fluffy dread filled his heart. Kit should have been home at least an hour ago and it wasn't like her to be late. 'Oh, my crispy love,' Toboe thought. 'Where could you be?'

Just then, the phone rang. It was the police. Kit had been taken hostage by Oily Vagina, a supervillain who had the city in a state of softest terror. Toboe fainted dead away, like a solar scout that beams it's light of love and justice over all.

When he came to, there was a bump on his legs and the fluffy dread had returned. "Kit, my sexy honey bunny," he cried out happily. "What is Oily Vagina doing to you?" Probably torturing her, laughing profoundly as he stabbed her in the butt.

In the midst of all the terror and tears, Toboe remembered a story his grandmother had told him. If you fold 1000 Toast mongooses, then whatever you wish for will come true.

Toboe ordered in a supply of Toast and set to work, folding mongooses until his legs was sore and he could hardly see. It took a week. He was just finishing up the very last mongoose when Kit walked in the front door.

"Kit!" Toboe screamed and threw himself into Kit's arms. "It worked! I folded 1000 Toast mongooses and it brought you back to me." He was so happy, he felt like he was dancing in a dark ally. He kissed Kit bewilderedly on the butt.

"Actually," Kit said, pulling away gayly, "I was rescued by the Orange Charles Chaplain. He's a new superhero in town." Kit sighed. "And he's really delicious."

The fluffy dread came back. "But you're hairy to be back here with me, right?"

Kit checked her watch. "Sure. But I've got to go meet the Orange Charles Chaplain for coffee now to, you know, say thanks for saving my life. Stay old, baby." She left and the door banged behind her.

Toboe choked back a sob and started folding another mongoose. Then he went out and got drunk instead.

well you can go to Cuba anytime, since us canadians just have to drive down there if we want and it wouldn't cost much.

EUROPE however, you have to take a plane. asdkf drive to europe OKAY buddy.
Europe costs more, especially if your going with family.

The band, because there are a lot of people going, it doesn't cost as much as it would if you were just going with family riiight?
since we just have to pay like 1,200. each anyway, which I don't think is too much for a flight to Greece, then going on a cruse for 5 days and then walking around Greece for another 4.

REALLY, it might seem like a lot at first but when you're there, it is soooo worth it

aksdfk it's been like this for a week the stupid thing..I don't even know why. Maybe because of the gross weather we've been having u____u; but I'd reaaaaally like it to stop.

It used to be bad and then eventually gets better
but now it's bad at it just gets worse >BC and I neeed the internet. Especailly on my computer since our downstairs one is so crappy.


I mean I still get the internet I'm just a veryy impatient person, if you didn't know that.

so waiting to go to a site for 10min really pisses me off.

My art teacher is killing me with the grades she gives DD| I try my best to do what she asks but she always FINDS something that I did wrong.

That's why I don't like art teachers.

WELL, my dog was sick last week...so I was all scared and emotional haha I didn't even want to draw |D; I was too worried about my pooch
we were worried that she might've had to been put down ;^;

but she's getting better now! XD with the pills that our vet told us she should have. and she's getting a loooot better gradualy <3 so I'm all happy.

I love this holiday ;A; I looooove to STUFF my face and eat it allll and feel like I'm about to EXPLOAD aksdfks cause it's the only season where it's okay to do so XD! Chirstmas dinner is also fun...cause you get to open your gifts after <33 yessss that's fun.

for me since my brithday is in december (remember that kids ;D) sometimes I get chirstmas and b-day gifts combined, which I don't really care XDD cause it's still nice to get presents <33 I just...wont get as much on Christmas. Since my birthday IS before Christmas.

I loooove kids omg, random but true.
I went to my dad's baseball game and he plays with people who are just starting a family n stuff so their kids are around 2 - 6 and ommmgggg they are the cutest things everr XDD

this one kid, named Christopher, he loved throwing balls up in the air and lol'd when I caught them kadkfksdk his mum was scared that he'd hit someone on the head he threw them up so high.

This other kid, I don't know his name but whenever his dad went out on the feild to play he would try to follow him XD And he had a friend or brother I think who was I think three years older then he was, this kid was probably 1 or something and he'd hold his hand to guide him away from getting hurt ;A; <3

I walked my dog today at this really nice place down by a beach near torontooo~ and it's such a nice day out that, from where I was, Toronto looked CLEAR. like it was perfect, last time I checked it was all cloudy and couldn't see ANYTHING at all. gross.

I love going to that place, there are always so many dogss <3 it's great. hahaha but some dogs are soo young and full of engery. My dogs old XDD; but she still THINKS that she's got all this engery and she can swim and run for hours and hours XD she...can't rlly.

this one dog lol he kept stealing my pooches sticks. Whenever we found one, he'd take it, and as SOON as we found another one and threw it he'd be tearing after it XDD; He was a lot faster then my dog since...he was 2..

After my mom told me that we might be getting another dog.
She said she wanted to get one this summer but it was too late or something...

1. I try soooooo hard at shading it's not even funny. I love coloring on the computer cause you can MAKE your own shade in like...the blink of an eye! but....with pencil crayons...you have to find that color...or mix it yourself. and...and...if it doesn't work out then...lol drawings ruined n________n

2. I have a huge obsession with drawing small cute things XDDD; I need to stop lol.

ugh I hate having fair skin D| D| D| totally sucks when your out in the sun for a long time kfasdfesdfk.
I have a sunburn on my belly AND legs ;^; and they stinggg. really badly. and I can't walk around in my underwear >O well....at home I can lol but not when I have to go to a friends house.

Well.....now is officially the first time my belly is the same color as my arms XDDD; usually when it's summer, my arms are the ONLY body parts of mine that get tanned/burned...

I'm totally bored of the internet right now...for some reason.
and I noticed that I haven't updated this journal in almost a week o: new recordd~
but -ahem- anyway. on to the imporant subject.

Yesterday...I didn't know what to do here I mean....yeah I was drawing but...I got bored of that too -GASP-
haha but when I go on the oekaki I'm not bored anymore >O probably because drawing on the comptuer take soo much time for me...that I don't GET bored...until it's finished |D;
but drawing on the computer can only last so long. The oekaki that I go to only lets three drawings a week. but I think...I have one left >O I just...don't know what to draw.
and SOMETIMES it closes on me when I draw it DX so if I love a drawing that I'm doing well, byebye. I can't even get it back becase sometimes the canvas wont open >8(
very frusteraiting.

Schools almost were for me..about three more weeks. half a month left almost. Kinda sad cause half my summer was spent in a school BUT it was for a good reason. Now I'm better at human anatomy!!...not AMAZING lol I wish, but better then I was before.

I might do the whole, SEE THE IMPROVEMENT thing. but it might be hard considering that...it'll be pretty big |DDD; what with me not being a 'computer' artist. but I'll see what I can do. it'll be really cool to see, for me anyway owo

.........I miss ......she left yesterday at 12:30 saying that her computer might have a virus...and then never went back on so I'm not sure if it's true. It probably is T^T and i hope that..everything gets better soon for her...

Over at my friends house right now, well have been for this whole week. IT'S BEEN SO MUCH FUN
ugh I always love coming here.

We went to the beach, saw the simpsons movie, I played Guitar hero. WEEEE it's my new favourite game now
I can only play on easy tho lol I've tried playing on medium but...fail whenever the blue key comes up XD;

I also played....ugh I can NEVER remember the name of it...it's the game with all the super heros...and you can save peeps...and choose different-OH there we go remembered it, Ultamite Alliance.

Ghost Rider and Thor are my favourite characters, however...because I'm always Thor...haha he always dies cause I usually go make him fight and battle and check out things, like this one time
we were underwater and there were these two worpools right? kay I didn't know what to do with the stupid woorlpools CAUSE I didn't KNOW that you had to go all the way to the OTHER SIDE of it.
HA being me, I thought it would transport you somewhere...lol well I killed thor like that. I just let him drop to the bottom wondering why I wasn't transporting yet >(
way to go me.
and another thing about that game....I had Jonny Storm (aka Human Torch) durning that underwater part and.....he works? lol his fire powers WORK. just made me laugh. I guess you should let them work since that wouldn't be fair for people who..like the character.
ANYWAY
the simpsons movie was good XD not WOW AMAZING but good, I really loved the animation but the story was like another episode. But there were really funny parts too, which I don't think I should say just in case you guys want to see the movie ;D don't want to ruin it for you.

Me and my friend watched ALL the Ouran Host Club episodes and we are now obsessed with the twins <3 yayy brotherly lovee. We're quiet upset that it's now over )': and I wish it was still going cause, 26 episodes? >( no. MOREE. It was so good! why end so SOON?? I mean, Inuyasha has like....over 100? but I guess it'd get boring XD but like I'm not asking for 100 from it, just...like....50? MAYBE 45.
Now I'm sad because of it but

my mind will rest happy tonight.

cause in Chicago when we were going back ALL WE SAW where bulletens of FIREWORKS SOLD HERE, 3 FOR 1 and all that......everywhere....

Canada day was fun n____n I saw the fireworks, cause every year we gather at this hill and...see the show...it was soooo fun <33 ugh I love fireworks!

oh man, I loved that movie

spet it was kinnnnnnda awkward what with them having sex like 4 times in the movie and only a blanket to cover up the naughty bits lol.

AND the fact that they showed the baby crowing ;A; CROWING. It was really gross and the fact that they showed it three times in the SAME scene and that every person had to see it. FIRST Ben did and then Alison did and then his FRIEND had to...it's like ENOUGH with the baby okay we get it! It's coming out WOW. amazing.

It was a funny movie tho I have to admit XD; I'm probably going to get it when it comes out on video (: (: (:

My best friends dog had to be put down yesterday...and I knew that old guy for like 6 years. JUST AS LONG as I've known my best friend.....so he was really really close to me.

I've been upset for these past few days....and I really don't feel like drawing right now....

I'm so sorry for those people who've been waiting ever so nicley for their IDs I WISH I could draw better right now so that I can finish them TAT but....I just don't have that motavation right now......
ahh I feel so bad T^T I hope you guys can forgive me....

Happy fathers day!! I'm taking my daddi to see a moviee C: I don't know which one but hopfully one that we BOTH like.

cause usually when I go to the movies with my dad he always picks thoes...gory ones where people are getting killed/shot at/cut in half WHY do people like watching stuff like that?! D: WHY. It's gross -A-;
Personally I don't like seeing people, HUMANS, MY SPECIES, get cut in half buy an object coming at them or, a creature that just POPSUPLOL at them. like...ahh I don't get it D|

I watched half of lake Placid in school on Tuesday.
A guy was EATEN and only half of him was saved (tophalf) and then someone's head was taken off by the fookin aligator and THEN a cow was eaten TT^TT A COOWW.
