Well yesterday (or today, depending on how you look at it) I was looking at prom dresses, and after Marc went to bed i decided to go upstairs.

Now, right now I'm a Junior (that'd make it three years since 8th grade), which means i've obviously grown. Well, I saw my dress hanging up like it normally does. And I thought to myself, I wonder if it still fits me.

Not only does it fit me, it fits BETTER.

When I was in either grade the dress was too long for me, so i'd be tripping over it. Now its perfect length! The only problem is that I need to find a NEW dress that is the same size, but with a bigger bust.

Looking at a lot of art pieces at once was a pain. Because it would always lag out your computer. If you want a subscription... go ahead and get one, but I like it, for some reason, without one. I dunno... I guess I'm just used to not having a subscription since I was 12.

In other news, School has started and it's been pretty much awesome. I'm taking anatomy this year, so hopefully that will help me with my anatomical errors in my drawings, and it will hopefully also teach me how to draw hands, feet, etc.

However, this class is extremely difficult. Okay, well not extremely, but its pretty hard. I'm only taking two academic courses this year (other than study hall) and that is Choir, and Algebra two. This is gonna be fun!

So, yea, I'm trying to fix up my camera (or get a new one) But, if all else fails... I'll die? o.o''' No, but in all seriousness I've already found the camera that I want, and its really expensive. But if I get a job soon enough I should get it before I get my license and start paying for gas with my work money.

UGH.

So basically, two days ago I got back from band camp. It was soooo tiring. Crazy tiring. But it went by really quickly. The day we got there we had two rehearsals and it was like, "FWAH."

But more importantly... I'm a junior! Can you believe it? I've already started looking at colleges such as Flagler... but i really don't know what I want to do.
I know that i'd like to be a graphic designer, but I can see that I'm going to need to practice a lot more. therefore, i'll be submitting more artwork. It wont necessarily be drawn, more photo manipulation etc. I hope it turns out okay.
Now that i'm officially home, i'll be open to do a lot more things... such as Colorguard Sleepovers/Practice Sessions/Campfires Or going to the movies and discussing squirrel sex.

Well... let me just say this- although the Marriott's are usually the better hotels- sometimes the night people get a liiiittle bitchy.

That happened at 2:00 in the morning btw... just to make it better. I was so happy to leave. Then we went on the road again... and made it to North Carolina where I called my friend. ^^'' I ended up leaving her a message, then she left me a message, then we talked, then I left her another message. We got into South Carolina- where we currently are residing at the Springhill Suites (Marriott) and its turning out to be great. I took a couple laps in the pool and washed my hair- and then went to Red Lobster for dinner. Fun fun fun.
Of course I then watched Harry Potter- when I was waiting for my sister to give me the damn laptop... and then I had some of my mom's whine. Uploaded my photo... and began typing.
Nothing really exciting happened today other than the fact that we have one more day (tomorrow) before we're actually in Florida. Of COURSE... because my mom is lazy... we're stopping in a hotel instead of driving another two hours.

WOOO! Okay, so i'm on a road trip to Florida right now... from NJ and my mom... being a wimp... doesn't want to drive all the way there. So- we're going to be making several stops on the way there. Today we stopped in VIRGINIA! 8D

Well, basically- we got here at 3:16PM EST, and we settled into the hotel. At first we couldn't figure out how to open the door... so my mom went downstairs. Eventually we realized.

We then went to dinner... we were supposed to go to a really fancy restaurant, but it looked REAAALLY sketchy- so we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse instead. I had a steak and it was yummy (i'll start my diet soon- I swear!) >.>''' We got full and we talked to Lyndz (Lindsay) about JMU... They told me there was a GREAT graphics design program there... so i think I might look into it... despite the lack of foliage.

Moving on. We saw WALL-E! It was the most ADORABLE movie i've ever seen. I loved it. I suggest you see it (however I wont give anything away you'll just have to watch for yourself) o-o''

When we got back to the hotel (which happens to be the Courtyard Marriott ) my sister and my mom went down to the pool and I got settled in with my mom's Laptop. Downloaded Skype... so I can still reach my friends (somewhat...) I wont have my old computer back until August 1st... and who knows- maybe i'll have a laptop waiting for me when I get home. I think i'm going NUTS.
I've been having an emotional party lately... like, a serious emotional party. There's a keg and everything.
Some of my friends have been having problems and i've been like the vent in the dryer that hasn't been cleaned out for days. I'm covered with stories. All of them remain confidential but I just needed to rant.

My life has been filled with drama lately, and its not my drama. I don't mind it, I love helping out friends. But have you ever had one of those feelings where its like, "I love helping out friends... but I don't exactly know what to say." I mean, i've never been in some of these situations! (most of them deal with guy trouble or girl trouble) I've never even had a boyfriend.
Unless you count when I was 5 and he was my neighbor.
But yea, i've been helping out as much as I possibly can right now. because I just feel BAD for them. I mean, I never had to go through that stuff, and I don't know how it feels... but i'm sure it feels awful. In some of these situations my heart gets torn in two and I don't know what to do anymore.
I think I need sleep.
I think THEY need sleep more than me.
But they don't sleep, I tell them to.
In any case, I'm currently chillaxing to my relax playlist, which, ironically, the first song is called, "Relax, Take it Easy" by MIKA. Great song...

Moving on. We have finals this Friday, next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday... and i'm not stressing too much over them. But then I have a campfire on the 21st and 22nd which I AM freaking about. Because my mom just decided the date and i'm not mentally prepared, if you know what I mean. Its fucking next week. I mean, god... I'm the one planning the party- give ME some time. I'll probably do some shopping this weekend, and tell everyone to bring a sleeping etc.

Yea, its now June 9th and life sucks. Right now I'm in school and there's no air conditioning. Gah.

Soooo basically whats going on is that its 98 degrees here with no relief. (for those of you who use Celcius... its not) All the other schools are getting out at 12:00, but we're not. Its just because the office has air conditioning. I say, we get a really really sweaty person to go in the office, and wipe their sweat on one of the desks. Then just hang out there with their hands behind their head. Making the room reek until we get out early. Even TEXAS has better weather than us.
Also, I was smart enough to wear JEANS today. Oh yea, real smart Bri. Wearing jeans in 98 degree weather. Damnit. Of course, I feel bad for the emo kids, who have nothing but black skinny jeans and black shirts, with gloves and all those accessories. Most of the people in our school are wearing shorts and tanktops. Mind you that about 87.25% of the Sophomore grade is made of whores. Luckily, i'm part of the rare 12.75% that isn't.

Relay for Life was this weekend too. On Saturday I got there at 4:00 and set up. We played Apples to Apples and threw ice cubes down each-other's shirts. (which felt really good) But Relay was one of those events that was like, "This is awesome! But it sucks at the same time." My sleeping bag was stolen along with my sleeping spot and it was like, "AAAUGH!" i got my sleeping bag back though.


Oh yea, did anyone find a sock?

DAMN THIS GLOBAL WARMING SHIT!

I think this damn heat broke my thermometer, I feel bad for the people in the hotter states, but I bet they have AC. I don't so HAH. pwned.

So yea, its 84/85 degrees outside... and fuck is it hot, but thats okay because its gonna start raining soon... no wait, its raining now o-o that was fast, it was like.... beautiful five seconds ago. Oh well, its still hot. D:

4 more weeks of school, our classes "end" when finals start, and then there's the 19th which is the last day. I have to go because of choir, but I wouldn't if I didn't have the graduation to sing at.

I'm just getting used to this subscription stuff. Its so much better than being "normal" just because there are no adds and.... its just better.

Its raining pretty hard now, I'm tempted to just go outside in my pajamas and lay on the grass... but a bear will probably rape me.

I'm still waiting for those music reccomendations, dance, heavy metal, alternative, SKA (forgot that in a previous journal), electronic... etc. Just no country or rap. ^^

Yea, I'm running Safari now. Its really cool- it looks like iTunes in web-page form and to tell you the truth. I like it so much more. I just downloaded it from my iTunes updates.

Yes, well anyways. Safari has spell check. So if I spell something wrong- the little red line goes under it and then you can right click on it. Like Microsoft word.
When your page is loading, the URL box thing loads blue like the scroller. Its really awesome. For those of you who have an iTouch/iPhone you should know this already. :3

So yea, I'm really liking safari.

In other news, I have had no time to take pictures lately and it makes me sad. I feel bad for those of you who are watching me. (I think thats only one person (s and s for you ^^) I've been trying to wait a little while for the Apple Blossoms to bloom- considering I live on an orchard our house/yard always smells beautiful in the spring. So yea, apology for delays and stuff

But yea, its at night so when we get there we'll be going shopping, which will be fun- and then we'll be going to Spamalot! I really need to remind myself to save $25.00 for the soundtrack which I must have for future inspirations/inside jokes! I'll be sure to submit a Journal (probably around midnight or later tonight) about the entire night to tell you how it is. I'll also (just for fun) be submitting pictures of the night too!
