A couple of weeks ago I went to see 30 Seconds To Mars in london. Was fantastic and I loves This is War and Kings and Queens (two new and very good songs). I went with my friend Sophie and we shared personal stories and had a good old giggle. We're seeing them again in february along with Imogen Heap and maybe Fightstar. I was gonna see Utada Hikaru with Colleen but the there were problems with the ticket site and they sold out T.T

I finally applied to University. On the deadline day I've applied for a 4 year Film Production Course at UCA Farnham. It includes a foundation year so I can get to grips with things before I start the degree. Farnham is just a train ride away so I won't have to move away. I just hope mum doesn't start charging housekeeping until I'm 20

College is fine. No days off recently. Not too many skipped lessons either (though in my defense, I skipped them because of coursework!)

My job is going well. The new Sainsbury's store opened this week so I'll be working there from now on. I'm sad that the old one has now closed. It's been there so long (34 years as I was told). I was stocking the shelves of the new one on Sunday. My god, confectionary takes up a quarter of the back wall!!!! Plus I've memorized the location of the Ben and Jerry's

I GOT TICKETS TO SEE IMOGEN HEAP IN FEBRUARY!!!!! *dies* So happy and can't wait for the show!!! Plus, Utada Hikaru is gonna be doing a show in London the same month but the day after I saw the event on the venue and ticket sites, it disappeared :/ Most likely, it was posted too early as it said the tickets didn't go on sale until 12/13th of November so I'm checking back then.

I was so stressed that it was keeping me awake at night, made me feel like crying sometimes and I even started getting random nosebleeds probably because my blood pressure was so high from the stress >.< Luckily it's over and I have a whole week off college to relax

Although now I have two other, slightly easier essays to do, my japanese work and start doing pre production on the product part of the media coursework - I'm designing an album cover Plus the usual social engagements which come with time off college. A pretty hectic but stress free week ^_^

SO I was at a halloween party on saturday and I went as a vampire. There isn't really a picture of me though but I thought I looked right. I went for a more Bishounen look I had thick black eyeliner on!!! However... I kinda cut my fringe so I could wax it kinda spiky but I've cut it too short so it's annoying me now >.< I'm gonna have to trim the rest of my hair or something now T.T stupid chris is stupid and fail ...

So we got a little kitten on friday :3 Her name is Shadow and she's black but looks brown in the sunlight and she's, I think, 10 weeks old. She is so cute and tiny but she and my older cat Felix don't get along. She hisses at him and he runs away like a coward XD And he's twice her size lol the soppy thing. We hope they'll start to get along soon. She isn't hissing much now but he is but they have been close within a foot and a half of each other without doing anything. Does anyone have any advice to help them get along?

I am in need of TV shows to watch >.< I am bored of The Vampire Diaries (boring teen angst/sexually charged tension with two brother vampires who hate each other) and all I have to look forward to are Glee, Dollhouse and South Park :/ and even then I have to watch them online ;_;

Expo is next weekend and I'm not going I wish good times on all those who are though! However, I'll be with friends for the weekend doinf some early Halloween festivities. And whatever happened to the apostrophe in Halloween? I always remember that it used to be spelt Hallowe'en because it was Hallows Eve or whatever. I wrote a little today as well! It was at lunch when I felt a little depressed so I pulled out my Media notebook and wrote a bit more of chapter 18.

I'm also in this place where my loyalty feels stretched a bit thin these days and it's driving me mad. Is it wrong to want to scream what you think at someone but you have to comfort them? Bah...

2010 is looking to be an awesome year of concert going! Imogen Heap has a London show in February, Lady Gaga is playing at the O2 arena at some point and I'm determined to go to a festival next year and rave! Plus London Expo next May! I hope to be some form of Mad Hatter in lieu of the new Alice in Wonderland film. Jacqueline will probably be a slutty Alice I'm thinking... black suit, wonky top hat and multicolour hair and crazy make up... Hopefully this job will help to pay for this @.@ If not, just buy a bloody top hat and wear a shirt and skinny tie

It was my 18th birthday last Thursday. I can now vote, buy alcohol, buy cigarettes, get into 18 movies, buy 18 movies, get a credit card and a whole ton of other stuff. I got some nice things too. I got Dollhouse and My So-Called Life DVDs, A really warm hoodie, £110 and a 1 Terabyte External Hard Drive. Plus, my brother took me out to London (his treat) on Saturday and bought me a few things. I got from that trip Fight Club and an 8 disc set of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog on DVD, A hugeass Japanese Dictionary, Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, 30 Seconds to Mars' first album and THE MARAUDERS MAP! It's massive and really detailed and even smells like old parchment I had an awesome birthday and we went to dinner (the most hilarious moment was when my Nan tells everyone she'd like to see a male pole dancing stripper ) and my friend Jacqueline got to come along too (we finished off this massive dessert @.@). My brother bought me this drink called the Brain Haemorrhage which didn't kick in until ten minutes after I'd drunk it. Took the day off of college after because I honestly was bothered to go in (plus I was a bit hungover and throwy-uppy ). This coming weekend I'm having a party with some friends which will be great I hope

In November, I'm going to see 30 Seconds to Mars play in London with my friend Sophie which is going to be EPIC! I'm hoping she's gotten standing tickets so we can push our way to the front and maybe Jared Leto will touch us It would be like a dream come true!!!! Sophie is an epic, amazing person who was one of the people who got me into My So-Called Life and renewed my love of 30 Seconds to Mars . I may just skip college that day... depending on when we're meeting up etc. (will save about £30 so I can pay her back for the ticket and get to London)

Recently, I've been listening to this British singer whose act is IAMX and he is very good. Look him up!! His music is talks about "sex, death, narcotic intoxication, bisexuality, decadence, religion, alienation and allusions to politics" according to Wikipedia

College is JDKBDBDFKSBF at the moment. Film ad English are going fine but Media and Japanese are a bit hinky >.< I have to do all this stuff for my essay in Media which is driving me nuts (the final draft is before half term and I haven't yet completed my first draft of my new essay as my original one was "good but wouldn't get marked as it didn't fit into any of the three key concepts" *eyeroll*). Japanese is so much right now. We're getting so much Kanji and I can't revise them all in time and my head is going all @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ ERROR#######~#~#^&*%&%\"(\"$}~@}\":$?> [shut down]. If I just go back and put all the Kanji's onto post-its and put them on my wall then I'll be fine (I did that as revision for the hirogana and katakana and it worked wonders). Plus, I still need to finish my UCAS profile AND write my personal statement @.@ BOOOOO! I need time to freeze >.<

Writing is slow at the moment. I missed my deadline for finishing First Love bcause chapter 17 was giving me trouble... so I skipped onto chapter 18 and I'll go back to it later. Chapter 18 is half written in my Media Studies notebook (which I then spilt water on the margin of @.@). But hopefully soon I'll be able to flex my creative writing skills in English (hopefully! We're studying James Joyce's Dubliners at the moment and then we'll be looking at some poems (you can hear the my groan of false happiness from there can't you?))

I do have a job interview on saturday!! After about three-four months of job hunting, I finally find a opening for the new Sainsbury's supermarket that's opening in town soon. We already have a Sainsbury's... but they're building a new, bigger, better one. My A in Media was literally on the edge of the A spectrum so I was lucky. My A in General Studies was my biggest surprise. I mean, I thought I had done well but not THAT well XD It was 90 out of 100 @.@

English was not at al a surprise because I really wasn't that prepared for it (my own fault) so I'll be ordering a retake on my birthday 8D (yeah... probably £40 just to do that T.T). If English wasn't important, I wouldn't resit it, but the Universities I might apply for generally look at English as it's a "Creative" subject (not that we've done a lot of creative things in my English class). Film was a little disappointing but ah well, what can I do about it?

Well I'll be out for a meal with my friends later just to celebrate/commiserate our results.

Imogen Heap's new album Ellipse is available to purchase on Monday (Tuesday for America) but I'm going to get it friday with Jacqueline when we go and see the new Final Destination film (In 3D 8D). We're gonna rave in starbucks on my laptop Although, I don't think they have WiFi in our Starbucks' yet :/ ah well, IMOGEN HEAP RAVE!

Paris was lovely. I only really lost my temper twice towards the end but it was really hot for the most part and my family weren't listening to my suggestions which were right... Had a lot of fun and even got a little bit drunk on the first night. Damn their Stella is stronger... More to follow!

Okay so me and Jacqueline went up to London today and first off we went to Hamley's toyshop which was the best! I COULD LIVE THERE!! Seriously, it's so wonderful in there. I bought five marbles (three blue, two red) to play this game I saw on Japanese drama which I'm a little confused on the rules for (so I'll be checking them).

We then went to Abercrombie & Fitch but got kinda lost trying to find it as it has no signs saying it's A&F lol. When we did find it, there were soooo may hot guys it was orgasmic almost. Got a photo with the shirtless model But it's so over the top in prices. £20 for a vest which didn't even have the name on the front. Ridiculous. And I'm not a supporter of A&F as it's a Jock symbol (even though they are one of my fetishes )

We then went to Japan Centre and bought pocky and then to King's Cross to pose at the barrier for Platform 9 and 3/4 (my trolley got stuck in the wall lol!)

We then went to Waterloo to meet up with my brother (who'd be complaining at me over the phone several times in the afternoon) so that he could be our responsible adult so that I could go into...

As we had gotten there early (two hours before it began) we got a place right at the front of the queue so we got the best seats right by Imogen and her amazing laptop. She talked to us and signed photos for us (of which is now stuck on my the underside of my shelves above my bed so I can see it when I lay down) and we got some photos with her. She then played us tracks from her new album. She played (in no particular order) Wait It Out, Tidal, Between Sheets, Earth, 2 - 1 (formerly known as Polyfilla), Aha! (on my suggestion ¦3), Canvas (the instrumental version which was beautiful) and finally Half Life which nearly made me cry alone with Wait It Out. The album is her best yet and I really cannot wait for it's release. She has really outdone herself and I cannot wait for the tour. She nearly took my Sharpie marker but she gave it back (I wanted her to keep it ) I think I've made an Imogen Heap fan out of Jacqueline and my brother wants to listen to her first album.

I love Immi like there's no tomorrow! I don't think anyone else would be so kind to their fans like she was today. She even bought the drinks so the bar was free (although I only got Coke lol) and considering it was held in a very expensive restaurant function room, it was a blessing to

On Saturday evening, my friend asked me to come with him to this NHS (National Health Service) recruitment day on the Sunday. They were looking for people to work in the Swine Flu Information Hotline call centre they're putting here. So I went there (but he couldn't apply because he didn't have his National Insurance card which is this Tax thingy everyone over 16 gets) and was scared shitless. After signing this 20 page document (which included a confidentiality agreement and several mentions of the State Secrets Act (which if I break I get fined and spend up to 10 years in prison)) and filing in the same details over and over again and doing a tax sheet, I was taken in for a document check, then taken to my interview. They asked six questions and I thought I did shit but the guy said I did well, I was just nervous AND I GOT THE JOB. MY FIRST EVER JOB D: Then I had to have this thingy for TB (which I had to go back for today but it turns out I'm immune even though I haven't had an injection for it lol). But oh my god @.@ I am quite happy and a bit shocked. Especially the pay!! it's £8.35 and hour!!!!!! I'm working 16 hours a week over the weekend which works out roughly at around £535 a month before Tax and insurance and pension @.@ (lol I'll probably end up with £150 after all that's been taken off lol). I do training around about August 5th and start August 7th or something. I GET TO ADVISE PEOPLE ON SWINE FLU 8D Fun times.

Also, I'm off to Paris on Friday until Monday. It's gonna be fun but I have to share a room with my Brother :/ ooh er... I may have to read in the bathroom if it gets really late lol knowing me...

My parents just celebrated their 25th anniversary today! Congrats!

I'm still not sure if I can take my laptop with me to Paris but I shall try, but I'm not sure about internet availability lol

Tuesday can be described in four words: Oh. My. FUCKING. God! OMG OMG OMG I TIUCHED JASON ISAACS, GOT J.K. ROWLING'S AUTOGRAPH AND SPENT 5 MINUTES CHATTING WITH MATT LEWIS BECAUSE HE KNEW ONE OF THE PEOPLE I HAD MADE FRIENDS WITH AT THE PREMIERE @.@ It fucking Rained though. When I mean rained, I mean: there was three months worth of rain in the space of a few hours. It even hailed!!! Me and Jacqueline got interviewed by the BBC and this music channel and we hope that we're seen in the crowd sweeping shots of the T4 Harry Potter special. It was so amazing! But by the end of the day, we were wet, tired and my legs hurt more than the uphill 10 mile walk I participated in once. We met some amazing people and it was just a fantastic experience. I'm hoping to go to the possible premiere of Inglorious Basterds (if it has one here) and if not, at least Alice in Wonderland and the next two Harry Potter films.

Wednesday was... odd. For me it was my last proper day of college. It felt a bit different to the last day of school... hmm... Anyway, I read poetry in English (the one I read was sooo beautiful, I'll find it later) and watched this brilliant adult-oriented animated film called Persepolis.

Thursday was pretty epic! Our film was on the big screen!!! (it is also available to watch here on youtube: [link] as is my friends' piece: [link]) and it felt so... rewarding seeing it on the cinema screening (though I was hiding for most of it because everyone else was seeing it to lol) (and I can sing a lot better than I did in the film <..,< ). Afterwards, we saw the Swedish film Let the Right One In which was a vampire love story. No, it wasn't some rehash of Twilight, it was what Twilight SHOULD have been. Although the main characters were only twelve, it was funny, sad, horrific, suspenseful and oddly beautiful (and not dubbed!!). I am, however, annoyed that it's being remade by Hollywood. DON'T TRY AND FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN Y'ALL!!

Today I spent sleeping, eating and watching DVD's. What a start to the summer!!

Also this week, the new series of Torchwood has been on everyday. The story was pretty fucking good and I hope it wins every bloody award there is!!! It's so morally challenging aso it makes you think and I couldn't stop crying sometimes because of everything that happened. All I'll say is, If I had kids, there would be no way in hell I would let anyone, not even the government take my children away. THERE WOULD BE KNIVES INVOLVED!!!

NEWS! All the students in my college's Film Studies classes have been tasked with making a 2 minute short film by the end of term and that's pretty mofo awesome! Even more badass is that all the short films will be screened on a REAL cinema screen for us and we also get a screening of this other film in preparation for next year's class called "Let The Right One In." My short film is a comedic first date experience which is pretty funny. It has a sort of Scrubs feel to it, maybe Family Guy. We finished Principle shooting yesterday and preliminary editing this morning with reshoots scheduled tomorrow and final editing Friday with it finished by no later than Monday. Bwahaha

I started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer on the weekend, beginning from Season 3. I love Buffy but we only have the first two seasons (on Tape!!!! ) so I've been desperate to watch after that for a while.

I have a boyfriend.































XD Lol did I leave you hanging there? His name is Adam and although he doesn't live in Farnborough, he lives about 20 minutes away by train (which works out at £2.90 for a child return). He is very sweet and I hope this one will last a long while ^_^

I will be starting research for my Media Studies coursework at some point soon and I am going to attempt to hound Imogen Heap into doing an interview with me (hopefully) on representation of women in the music industry. I hope to do this as I am encouraged by teachers to interview anyone in the specific industries for Primary research and it would be great to see how someone in the industry feels on the subject. If I can't then I'll probably just mention her anyway in my research lol. I do have a way of getting in touch with Immi but it might not be reliable :/ Once I get more info on what to do for research, I'll start the hounding XD

I'm going to a party tomorrow!! It's a Pirates vs Ninjas theme and I'll be, of course, a Pirate!!! I'll try to not get too wasted

No progress on works yet, I've just been settling back into college and things. Either Sunday or sometime later next week I will have a writing session.

I went to the Open Day at the University of the Creative Arts, Farnham, and I must say this: OH FUCKING HELL >.< Why does it have to look so bloody good? ;_; And my earlier thoughts on Digital Film & Screen Arts are now out the window because the course looks fucking AMAZING. Film Production sounds cool too! The campus was great and it wasn't massive, the work we saw was really good quality and the tech! There were Macs EVERYWHERE @.@ Although I had forgotten how congested Farnham gets because of it's One-Way system. I really enjoyed the day (despite the Air-Con being turned on on a very cold and slighty wet day >.< (yes, it's summer and it's cold and wet, very British. It had been very sunny a few days before!!)). I am still very confused and I still don't know what I want to do. If they have another Open day relatively soon (but not too soon) then I will go and see more but it's the Fees thing which still bothers me...

I got to meet my friend Sophie's puppy, Dylan, on friday. AAAAAAAAAAW SO CUTE!! Although he has a tendency to bite things He found Sian's trouser leg most delightful XDXD I also had an epic walk on that day which required an immediate relaxation Bath afterwards. I cannot tell you how much bliss I was in. I actually couldn't get back up when I laid down completely XD I also got to meet Sian's brother's Girlfriend Izzy (that is her name right Sian? I completely forget @.@) who is amazing! She's pretty awesome and damn her for spotting my homosexuality straight away @.@ And I thought I was being pretty straight acting at the time... it must be my appearance XD

I just started watching Joss Whedon's new creation, Dollhouse. I love it!! It's so cool and very morally ambiguous so it makes you think. The man is, officially, a super genius!!! This Journal's title is a quote from the show which Eliza Dushku's character says and every time, it hits me hard because she's so innocent. I'd write a synopsis of the plot but I really can't be bothered, so search it on Wikipedia if you don't already watch.

Well I better finish watching this episode of Dollhouse before I go to bed. I have English first thing (oh dear god...) and I am so looking forward to it (please spot the sarcasm)

I always said I would never go to University because my family can't afford the fees, nor was I willing to take out student loans and be in debt for a long period of my life. I always thought that once was finished with college, I would get a job and write books because that's what my passion is. But I was thinking the other day that there are so many things wrong with that. One: Writing isn't exactly high paying unless you're J.K. Rowling (which I certainly am not). Two: I just spent the last thirteen years of my life in school, with another year left, just to end up working in ASDA or a restaurant. So then I got to thinking that maybe University doesn't sound as bad...

I'm still not convinced on going, even though I know it would be a good opportunity. So I've booked myself on an open day at the University of the Creative Arts in Farnham, which is pretty close to Farnborough, to look at a Film Production and a Digital Screen Arts courses. Although Digital Screen Arts isn't exactly my full cup of tea, I thought I would have a look anyway. It might be fun and Jacqueline will be with me.

Plus also, if I do choose to go to that University, it'll be close enough to home that I won't have to rent a student apartment and then spend even more money on food and such. I'd only have to pay the train fare, which to Farnham, isn't too much.

I still don't know what to do @.@ What do you think I should do?

It was funny, the other day there was this program on television aboutsexual health and there was a segment on men's prostates. OH POO!!!!!!111!!1!!!!!

Two epic movies and I couldn't buy them ;_; It's official, as soon as I turn 18, I'm going to ASDA, passport in hand, and buying a shitload of 18 rated DVDs.

I went to Blockbuster afterwards but they only had Planet Terror for Rental and not to buy :/ I don't have a Blockbuster membership either lol I would have tried other sources but all but those shops were closed (and the fast food joints which aren't in the shopping centre). Le Sigh...

However, I did see the Kill Bill boxset for £9.99 but I'm not in the mood for Kill Bill (despite it's epicness).

Inglorious Basterds is out in a couple of months time I love Quentin Tarantino!! Although, this film is also rated 18 lol. My brother has agreed to buy me and my friend tickets to go see it so I hope he doesn't change his mind in the mean time.

My college drama has been sorted. There was a communications error lol. I didn't have to choose a new A-Level subject, I just had to have 4 subjects in total. I chose Japanese GCSE so I may continue my Japanese studies next year!!! Hopefully nothing will go wrong with this but if something does, I have a back up plan where I'll choose Critical Thinking as a subject. It's apparently only 1 lesson a week (or 2 a week if I take the half-year course) and we just argue or structure good arguments or something. Sounds like something I would go to... just to be silent and watch everyone else lol. I'm a listener, I'm an observer, I AM SWITZERLAND!!! Although I'd be very involved if there were any arguments on Gay Rights. I saw Angels and Demons. It's an over-glorified episode of 24 with too many shots of the camera panning around (which is technically a track shot but oh well) Tom Hanks while dramatic music plays. The story was changed so much that the book and film are practically two different things with little similarities. Vittoria was basically made a redundant character as they got rid of most of her back story (as in 95% of it) and I could say more but there would be spoilers :/

I've watching a lot of LGBT films online recently. "Shelter" is a favourite and I recommend to and all. "Touch" was disturbing and I can't remember the names ofa lot of them as there were a lot of short films lol

First, I had General Studies. Groan. And groan I must. It's a pointless subject which has no use in society or on about 98% of University applications (not that I'm going to Uni lol). It was so trdious. Forst there was this multiple choice section on Ethanol and Biofuels which was easyish as you take 85% of the answers from the resource sheet they give you. Then I had to answer one of three questions. I chose the Sports Science and Technology question and found I was surprisingly well knowledged on the subject. But knowing my luck, my passionate argument (which contain some ever so slight hints at my muscle fetish lol) on how advances in technology and sports science can benefit athletes, individuals and society as a whole will not be as good as I though and I'll end up with an E like last time (it's still a pass!!)

Film Studies, oh my god... I knew everything I had to know about my case studies etc. but I was at a slight loss when it came to the first part of the paper which was about the Production, Distribution and Exhibition of films (I've probably worded that wrong and it should be more along the lines of film theory). I know I used weak case studies and it wasn't until after the exam that Jacqueline reminded me I should have structured that part on Production, Distribution and Exhibition of films. The last two parts did suck. I forgot to talk about film language until about half way through The Ladykillers (1955 version) half of that section and spent too long on The Ladykillers that I didn't have much time to discuss Hot Fuzz. Section C was rushed further and I completely forgot everything about Double Indemnity except the generic stuff of Film Noir. But what I wrote for The Last Seduction was short but sweet I think. Ah well, my overall AS Grade will be dragged down to a C if I bombed the exam (my coursework as a high B ¦3)

I still have English Lit & Lang and Media exams left. English will be an instant fail lol, I know that for a fact. Media I am confident on as we've done tons of mock exams, we know what the exam will entail and I can name at least 1-2 minimum case studies for the different aspects of representation (Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Sexuality etc.) which is going to be in the exam. Audience, I might have to work on a little as I haven't quite gotten all the Demographics, Psychographics etc. down completely but I have a good basic knowledge at the moment.

Also, adding to this head squishing depression (not that kind of depression, weather kind of depression (lol Geography!!)) is that we have to make our choices on whether we're continuing or stopping some of our lessons. I wanted to change English Literature and Language to English Language because I felt it would be more beneficial that the combined (plus also I don't particularly like my teacher, which is a sentiment shared by many of my clasmates). But I told my tutor, Christine Eustace (a.k.a Christine Useless), I was thinking about it and she just told me that it would be a stupid idea and a waste of a year. And for some reason, I have to choose another A-Level subject to take next year so I have a fuller timetable. I'd understand it because my Japanese course is over as it was a one year one, but I said I'd be taking the GCSE next year but she still told me I had to take another as I'd 'only have 3 A-levels.' In my mind, the Japanese GCSE would fill the extra slot instead of the new A-Level. What also pisses me off is that she didn't tell me anything about any of this before today's tutorial. Well it doesn't help that I haven't seen her for the past two weeks because she was busy doing other duties around college. GRAAAAGH. I'm going to see her next week and find out stuff because I have no idea what to do @.@

Just to make things simpler, I'll keep doing the bloody Lit & Lang course >.> I just want to understand what this whole 4th subject thingy is about. And as several of my English classmates aren't happy with Gabby (my teacher), we're all thinking of asking about possibly not having her next year.

I have a general studies exam on Monday, film studies on Wednesday, English on the 20th and media studies on the 1st of June. So joy to the world, I will die!!!

I have taken some Japanese exams in the past week and passed them ^_^ I'm not sure if there are anymore on the way.

Again with the Imogen Heap fan-ness! I am in love with that woman!!!!!!!

Speaking of loving women, there's some sexuality confusion at the moment lol. I was Bi, then decided I liked men so I thought I may as well be gay and since then, I've been having rather risqué dreams with women e.e Bit jumbly I must say.

Nothing new in terms of writing.

SWINE FLU WAS A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS!!! It's just normal flu, for cry eye! A favourite quote of mine is: "You know how many people died from AIDs? Millions of people. Nobody still wears Condoms. 10 people died from Swine Flu and everyone wears facemasks." And people die from normal flu as well!!! AAAAAAARGH. It was another bloody SARS and Bird Flu. Everyone panicked because a couple of people died from a new illness ( D8 ) so everyone starts panicking, making the government take OTT measure to keep people from worrying but it only made them panic more. Yes, people have died from Swine Flu, but they lived in poor conditions, had compromised immune systems AND had barely any access to healthcare.

If I'm wrong, you can infect me 8D

My easter was rather lovely. I slept... a lot XD And I did some writing (I even headed over to a lovely café and wrote a little on my laptop, I felt so professional and there was this cute coffee boy...) I GAINED WEIGHT!!! The chocolate was too hypnotising to resist so I ates it Now I'm paying for it -,-
I also found that playing music at full volume from your phone right next to your ear can make you kinda high. It was fun walking when my vision shook with the beat

I am now an Imogen Heap fan. She's such a lovely, beautiful and talented singer that in my polygamy circle, she will be my second wife!! (Sarah Brightman is, of course, the first) Headlock is such an addictive song (dundundunDUUUUUH!!!)

uuuuuh, I might post my little unfinished things for all to see. To be honest, I don't really like them They're too samey for my liking (basic formula: closest/out gay + unexpected gay = stereotypical "Oh god, I love you") However, there are two short stories that I will strive to finish >.< One is the lengthy titled "The Distance is Too Great But I Wish We Were Closer" and "Jack Churchill" which is actually part of a bigger story swimming in my head but I'll probably never write that lol.

I need to start fleshing out further idea's of a "Love" Trilogy :S Yes, First Love is technically the beginning of a three book series,but I'm just going by-the-by and actually finishing First Love before I do anything further than that (although the ideas take over too often and I'm like "NO! You don't happen yet!!"). Plus also, I should jot down some stuff on "The Rose"...

This is because of a few reasons:
1. First Love and College take up a massive part of my time. College especially soon as Exams will be in May and we're starting a lot of revision and such at the moment.

2. Though I have ideas, but in terms of plot, they are very far apart and there is a lot of filler needed to connect them

3. I realise now that it is become a project bigger than I initially started writing it as. Currently, with the plot at the moment, it would be a novel length story which I have no time to write at the moment. When I started Tears, it was supposed to be a short story like Vampire but it's getting bigger and bigger which wasn't what I intended

Based on this, I have decided to put Tears in the drawer and start it up again when I can write it. I'm kind of upset about it because I like Tears a lot and really enjoyed it's concept. I am willing to answer questions about it such as what might have happened later on etc.

However, I will keep posting. I have an idea for a proper short story which I will write and post plus I have several Sam & Mark fantasies I could write Lol I am not dead on dA, just a bit busy

1. On and On
A good song with a beat which gets you going. It has a funny shouting man in the background XD I love the lyric "Honey's, if you're gay, burn it up, like a gay parade" SHE LOVES HER GAYS!!! *starry eyed* It's a strong, bold opening for the album

2. Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - FYI
I believe the piano is sampled from music of the film which adds a really ballad-esque feel when the violin plays along side the melody. This is my main favourite of the whole album. I love all the sex references It's a beautiful song which mentions Picard of Star Trek! "Like Captain Picard, I'm chillin' and flossin', It's 7 o'clock, I issue the warning" XD random! I even have a little hand thing for the chorus worked out (is such a geek)

3. Apple and Cinnamon
The longest song of the album. It's a slow/moderate paced song about arguing/splitting couples. It's another beautiful song. This was the first track really announced for the album from way back last year because some info got slipped onto the internet (but got quickly removed). It held to my expectations as a slow song. Another like although not a favourite

4. Taking My Money Back
This song is definitely of the R&B genre. It has that feel to it. A lot of nteresting sex references in this one. Yes, like Apple and Cinnamon, this is a break up song, although this one is more angry, whereas A&C was more in hindsight at mutual dissolution. It serves it's purpose certainly.

5. This One (Crying Like a Child)
This song is a sort of break up/getting together song I think @_@ Not quite sure. It has mixed vibes. Certainly bitterness. The verses are all set like letters (itsumo oki tegami lol Letters moment XD). Again, this serves it's purpose.

6. Automatic Part II
This, in Utada's words, is a continuation of her first Japanese single "Automatic" and blends her Japanese style and new style. It's upbeat, foot tapping, and she sounds British when she says "Automatic"! Although this song is a bit random and also very minimal in terms of instrumentation, it's fun and feel good all in one.

7. Dirty Desire
This song makes me think of the Pussycat Dolls (sort of). This is just my interpretation but I think she's insinuating sex and fingering throughout this song. If so, good for her!! A Bad-Ass Utada is an awesome Utada Not one of the best songs on the album though, feels a bit generic.

8. Poppin'
OMG THIS SAMPLES THIS AWESOME PIECE OF MUSIC AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT I TOTALLY RECOGNISE IT! It's very seedy, if you get what I mean. It's very sex-involved. This song is really good, very tongue in cheek, you could say.

9. Come Back To Me
The first Single of the album, COME BACK TO ME! Another favourite. Yet another break-up song, but also apologetic which is different. I do love this song a lot because it has such a lovely melody to it (underneath that R&B clap sound).

10. Me Muero
This is one of the most addictive songs. Like Letters from the 2002 album Deep River, this gets my hops swaying. It has a spanish feel to it but also a very dark song. "Now and then, I'm suicidal, flirting with a new temptation" I admit, when I heard that lyric, my eyes did bulge. This is Utada? Wow... This is a close favourite with FYI.

Overall, I think the album definitely is what Utada wanted to make: an album with a western-mainstream sound. I think she's achieved this really well. It has a lot of catchy, fun songs but it does have too many break-up-esque songs. Despite this, the album shows a very mature, adult side to Utada we don't often see in her work, particularly her happy-go-lucky beats or slow, powerful ballads we are used to hearing in albums like Heart Station and backwards (Exodus was very much a combination of both her Japanese style and the style seen in This Is The One). 4/5 out of five stars definitely!

First Love (chapter 13) is coming along... slowly It's kind of a case too many ideas and not enough words lol. It'll be done soon I wager. I can now die happy! And my brother might buy the DVD soon because I told him about it and he said it sounds good.

Lol, I sang along to all the songs I knew in the film which was really fun XD AND I got to advertise the Octopus Time bags to the couple sitting next to me in the theatre XDXD It was a really fun day out!

Yeah, we (as in Me, Jamie, Jacqueline and Matt Hunn) got lost like three times XD Once in Soho (OMG that was so hilarious, we took photos outside adult video shops and this gay shop), then in the gay district (I want to go back there one day and go in this café which flew the gay pride flag ), and then in this district with loads of art galleries (we found Christie's art auctioneers XD) All the while trying to find Hamley's toy shop which we never did find in the end.

First we all splatted each other with fake blood and stuff which was hilarious. I really hope the blood doesn't wash out of the hoodie I wore because it's such an awesome look We then filmed in and around the college grounds (at one point scared shitless when the Principle was near XD) and when we were walking back from the first set of scenes, these builders were watching us and we waved and they waved back. It's not everyday you see a dozen or so teenagers covered in blood, with half of the carrying weapons of some description (I had the handle of an axe or hammer (dunno, I found it in the shed) but Solomon had a katana XD), is it? It's so fun, I got to die right at the end XD

It was so much fun and I can't wait to do the whole film later!!!

Just because I have a freaking social life, doesn't meant they have to treat me like an outcast when I come home. I can't help it if I make plans on the same day, god sake. Plus, they assumed I would be free this Saturday because Mum is going up to see my Nan for a week. They ASSUMED that I wouldn't be doing anything and invited me along without asking. I said either this week or last that I was going to be out Saturday >.> Now Mum's treating me like I'm someone she doesn't particularly like... yay

And because I've only had 2 out 5 assignments in my English time management at college (a stupid way of saying homework deadlines), she's ragging on me about that. Even the 3 out of 4 in Media >.< She doesn't seem to acknowledge the fact that I'm predicted B's in all my A-levels and a really high mark in Japanese T_T Seeing as I could only reach a C in my GCSE Media exam because that was the highest my paper would allow, and now I'm predicted a B would mean at least something right? No wonder I cannot stand being in this house any more. I'm complained at for being anti-social, so when I am social, I get ignored anyway :angry:

In other news, I GOT "HARRY A HISTORY" BY MELISSA ANELLI YESTERDAY! OMG It's the best book I've read in ages, and it's non-fiction for cry-eye! Iwas just as enraptured as when I read a Harry Potter book. I laughed, I cried, I was angry at Laura Mallory (as always). I wholly recommend it.

Also, I bought (out of desperation for vampire stories) The Dark Prince, which I've yet to start. It's the first of a long series so if I like the first book, I might get the rest. It was a kind of "Yeah, the back looks good, look inside and OMG that's a good line, so I'll buy it on a whim" purchase I haven't done that since I bought "The Innocent Mage" by Karen Miller. Tell a lie, I did it last week when I bought "The Way of Shadows" XD

Anyway, lots to read (6 books @_@ Twilight, Breaking Dawn, Up Till Now, The Way of Shadows, The Dark Prince AND Othello (for college))
