It's really frustrating when:

In a project two people are working on a task.

One person is close to the head officers.
The other is just an ordinary worker.

When a problem arises and the people involved call for help.
The first person receives full support from the people who could help.
On the other hand, when the tables have turned the latter is usually left on her own to figure out how the freaking thing works!? Even though she has no fucking idea how it would work!?

:sigh:

The first person has been really helpful in providing the knowledge that he knows...

1. Don't Ride a Taxi! Just walk straight ADB Ave. til you get to Shaw Boulevard. (About 5-6 blocks i think. // 25 minutes)

2. Turn Right and head to SSS Pasig Branch (10 minutes)

3. Ride a Taxi Cab to GA Tower (5-15 minutes depending on the traffic)

4. Climb the stairs of MRT Boni station, cross it to get to the other side of EDSA. (5 minutes)

5. Walk your way to Paragon Plaza... It's the building directly in front of V R Potenciano Medical Center in the other side of EDSA. (5 minutes)

Now, wasn't that fast?

All i can say is I'm that stupid with directions... I even got my officemate to walk with me because i told her it was near..

The stupidest part about our mini-adventure is that... Almost everyday... I pass EDSA corner Reliance... And I always see PARAGON PLAZA every morning when i go to work, and in the evening when i go home! I hear passengers say "Reliance lang po!" and conductors say "Mga bababa sa Reliance dyan!" EVERY WEEK DAY!

What lesson did i learn?
If you don't know the place... Spare the trouble and ride a cab.. Be Sure the driver knows where it is though...

One thing to remember.
DO NOT IN ANY WAY TRUST CKLAIGHE WITH DIRECTIONS!!!!

On the bright side, we had a good exercise to burn the extra calories in our bodies..

An update on Tales.

I just entered the Absorption Gate. And my review for the story and characters is like:

Story/Twist
LOVELY! JUST VERY LOVELY! I'm loving every second of it. That i've already grown tired of leveling and i just want to finish the game and know the conclusion.

Characters
Luke : A lot of improvement in his character. though i wish he maintained some more of him being a badass and pagka-matabopre nya of some sort. 83

Natalia: She's becoming the character i envisioned her to be. And yes! I'm starting to like her A LOT! I love it how she clings to her feelings for Luke(Asch)

Jade: Yeah he's cool! But i still haven't found something new from him. I mean his past is uber cool, but i kind of find it common.

Well i like him for his obnoxiousness though.

Tear: Oh Tear!

ION
Hey tales fan guys/gals! Have you seen this yet!? BADDASS ION He's sooooooooooooo uber cool! I want him in my party.

Hee,hee.. well Ion is the best character so far. I liked him from the start of the game, though i really thought and wished he was a she.

Luke and Ion would so make a good pair.

How was you holiday? Did you have a vacation in the beach? The province? In the house?

Hehe... I stayed in the house last holy week. I bought my officemates old/slightly used PS2 slim. Hehe.... And i've been playing a lot last week. Except Friday, because that was one of my fasting.

I'm now playing Tales of the Abyss.

_{(How long have i waited to play the rest of the Tales series)}

Initial reaction:
I don't have any favorite characters!
I dunno why, but the character designs doesn't appeal to me that much. They have a lot of bishies but none that stand out a lot. I was expecting to like Princess Natalia, but, when i first met her in the game, didn't like her. The best character i'm liking so far is Major Legretta. I love her costume!

and the Sword Dancer! Hahahaha! I beat them at the first two encounters!

Story
The story is good. But not really something that takes my breath away and keep me playing the story nonstop. It didn't have a ToP or ToD effect. But more like a ToE effect on me. Maybe because all of the characters kept telling me that they are not allowed to tell you something because it's confidential. Kinda hated it when the characters hated the main character for doing something terrible, when the fact remains that nobody trusted him about classified info and left him out of the blue. Of course, if i was the hero, i would listen to the only person who believes in me. I am looking forward to Tales of Symphonia's story because i've been watching the OVAs and liking it very much.

Battle System
I'm still not good with the combo system. My brother kept telling me to do this, do that. (He's an excellent Tales Player. He was able to achieve up to 199 combo in Tales of Phantasia and Eternia) I can never beat that!

The best combo i've made so far in the game is 45. and in the whole series 76

Soundtrack
I've been listening to Karma by Bump of Chicken NONSTOP!

Hmmmmmmmmm... am i missing anything?

Hehe.. anyways.. After ToA, i'd be playing Tales of Legendia followed by Tales of Symphonia, then Tales of Rebirth, then Tales of Destiny (remake) Hahaha! I'm a certified Tales addict!

My Tales of Symphonia is still missing.

I know i was about to lend it to someone but i don't think i was able to give it to him/her. It's been missing ever since.

Imaginary Friends with a Real Message}

Hi guys,

I am hoping this will be a worthy journal/message for all to forward. All our artists in Imaginary Friends Studios will be helping to spread the word and we hope you will join us in doing so.

If you are a fellow digital artist and you too are inspired to do what you can to help save our environment, here are 10 good starting points. I posted these points internally today for our studio use but i figured other artists out there can also benefit from them:

1) Avoid screensavers- use ÂSleepÂ mode. You save 70% of energy when you do.

2) Turn off printers when not in use. Most printers are idle most of the time when on.

3) Turn off your computer and monitors when you are done. Do not leave it on ÂSleepÂ mode. If just 1 million people shut down their office PCs overnight, we could eliminate up to 45,000 tons of CO2 per year. This includes printers and scanners too. If possible, turn off the main power.

4) print only what you need on a page. Instead of just hitting PRINT- check the page you are printing- sometimes those extra few lines you delete before printing can save you a piece of paper or two.

5) recycle drawing paper Â use both sides somehow. If you cant use the back for art, use them for notes.

6) reduce the need to use lights by opening windows if possible

7) remember to use our collective shopping bag when heading to Cold Storage even if its not Âno bagÂ days. Every day should be a no bag day.

8) turn off the toilet light and heater when no one is in. donÂt leave it on. Most of the day no one is actually in the loo. If someone has forgotten and you spot them on. Turn them off.

9) encourage clients to email instead of faxing or going by courier. This includes invoices, vouchers, checks (use eletronic payment!).

10) Find and report ways to reduce waste and inefficiencies in your job.

If you know of more, do add them to the comments! if there are enough, we'll do another round of suggestions! Do your part, everyone! Help save the earth for the next generation!

They featured the dubbing session, press conference, and the first two episodes.

Overall! They did a damn good job in the Dubbing! Sam Concepcion had a bit trouble in the first episode because he lack the emotion but he got better on the succeeding episodes.

Rico Blanco did a fine job as Ryusuke. And the other casts as well!

One thing about the dub though is Beck's voice actor.....was human?

Just got back from the province to attend my grand mother's burial. I don't know why, but i don't know how to cry during this moments. Well, it was a very busy vacation.. Lacked sleep and rest.

Got there at 2:30am, slept til 9am. When i got up, i went to my cousin's place to kill the virus in their computer. Killed it, but i don't know how to fix his account since it's already been thorned down by said virus. My cousins and i had a little fun in his computer since we found his hidden folders. (My cousin was not in the house so he still doesn't know what we know)

After fixing his computer, i got back to my uncle's house to each Brunch (Breakfast and Lunch) and then helped out in making sandwiches. I think we made over 500 sandwiches. Later that night, i noticed a lot of insects around the house. Very big butterflies and moths. I said...

"Grabe, ang la-laki ng mga insekto!"

My aunt warned me not to do it again because she said, they were "spirits" safe guarding my grand mother's soul. In the province pwede kang "mabati" (be visited) by the spirit by doing that. I said, why should we fear to be visited? My grand mother was a kind lady, she wouldn't hurt us. But she said, just to respect the traditions because we were in the province and not in Manila.

Later, my cousin and i rested in her room. A little later, i heard my uncle's wife was "nabati" (possessed) by grand mother. By then, i realized. Yes, the province was different"

It was not a scary moment. Infact, it was a very moving event.

My grandmother was in a comatose for the longest time. And because of that, she was not able to speak her thoughts. Possessing my uncle's wife had allowed her to say her last words.

To my uncle: Sorry for being a burden
To her children: Take care of my grand father
To her grand children: Take care of our aunt Norma

She also said, that she needed her things so she can be at peace.

I wasn't there when that happened because we were tasked to accompany my grand mother in her death bed, enlightening her to leave my uncle's wife's body.

To many of you, you may not believe in possessions, I myself do not believe it.. But in this case, I let it be. For it really was a moving incident.

A little later, we slept. But for another coincidental event, a big butterfly suddenly went inside the room. My uncle was leading it outside while calling her.. "Nanang~"

What was coincidental at this was, my cousin and I were the only ones sleeping at that moment. When we got out of the room, the butterfly flew around us and it stopped when my aunt said... "Bye Nanang!" which we repeated with her. It rested beside her death bed.

My grandmother was supposed to be moved at 7am. So we had waken up early after the short rest. By 5:30, my grand mother possessed one of lady guarding her. She wasn't our relative and we didn't really know who she was..

She was crying while saying "Pinapaalis nyo na ko!"

My uncle broke down again and pleaded to my grandma to please calm down and explained to her facts.

By 7am. We were all ready to move her to the church. It was a tradition and her wish that her grand children would carry her in her death bed.

BTW, the "pa-siyam" was also conducted at that moment.

All of her children and grand children have to leave the house through the main door. Not knowing this fact, i got out through the other door. They told me, to get inside again and leave the house through the main door.

After her coffin was moved out. Two chickens were killed. (So that nobody would die soon) and they said not to look back.

My cousins carried my grand mother up to the irrigation and was transferred to the mercedes which carried her to the church. After the mass, she was transferred to the cemetery.

My cousins both a new pair of sandals, bistida, sewing kit and a lot more for my grand mother which they buried with her. Then we let balloons fly out. (To guide her spirit to heaven)

We left the cemetery without looking back. (dunno why we can't look back)

After getting back to the house, we had to clean our hands in the water with boiled guava leaves. (Do not know the explanation for this)

Then we served lunch to everybody there. I think they were more than 500

My grandmother passed away last monday..

The burial is set after 15 days... My brother and I will be heading to La Union for the weekends to pay condolence. I am not sure if we'd be attending the burial next Saturday. Last monday, i never imagined to hear my father cry on the phone when he gave me the news... ~___~

- GMA. They gave me a break. I used to be with ABS but mas less yung stress sa GMA compared to ABS. Everybody's friendlier, pagdating mo don, may sasalubong sayo, youd feel more of an artista. I have nothing against ABS, pero parang, wala lang, i love my job, kailangan mo pang hanapin ang tao, san kaya dressing room or san ako pupunta.

- felt so insulted in a way when i was doing hosting, sobrang pabiro ako, i was energetic, i didnt mean anything and then someone goes like i dont eat dinuguan eh, sabi ko talaga, parang he was like saying he doesnt like black girl.
