So here are the new candidates:

* Squall Leonhart: Dissidia Final Fantasy
* Miroku: Inu Yasha

These are the planned ones so far. I might also be asked to do
Sanji: One Piece. Jenn told me that one of the totally awesome cosplay groups we watch is doing One Piece and that they told her they needed some cast members filled in. I'll have to find a really good wig for it tho, XP since I'm not gonna go blond again, plus my hair wouldn't be long enough since Miroku's is really short.

I got Dissidia on Tuesday, and just can't stop playing it. I always liked Squall, and wanted to cosplay him since Final Fantasy VIII came out. Well with Dissidia I'm all hyped up, and totally want to do Squall, as well as set up a Dissidia gathering at Fanime if no one else does.

Me and Jenn have an Inu Yasha grouping planned. I'm doing the sly and perverted monk Miroku.

Not sure yet or not if I can make it to Anime Expo. I want to, but things are looking tight so far.

Plans have already begun for the next year of cosplay. Here's the list so far (hoping things work out as planned)

Dragonball Z - Vegeta
Bleach - Renji Abarai w/ howling Zabimaru
One Piece - ???
??? - ???


I've wanted to do a DBZ for quite a while, so I figure why not do the Prince of Saiyans.
As for Renji, I think hes one of the cooler characters in bleach, and not only would it be a challenge to make the Zabimaru when he has it released into it's howl form. But he'd be a really fun character to act out when completed.
Undecided on the One Piece character, but One piece is one of my favorite series, so I always try to get at least one character in a Con.
Planing for four costumes, but undecided on what the fourth series will be. Maybe Final Fantasy or something.

*as for why my fav cosplay (Zoro) is last, since i have several already, tho they could be better, I do have them, so if I need to fall back on them, that's fine, but I want to get the others going.

*tho the chrono trigger is a group cosplay, as I'm a minor character, I find it less important than those I chose personally to do. I do intend to do it, but only if I can get the others done first (Sorry Tyler, Katie, Garrett, Keith, and all others in the group)

*and I must apologize to Dan a million times over for pushing my disgaea cosplay to the bottom of my list for the second year in a row.

Coming along ok, so far the basic swords and the handguards are ready, just need sanding and paint then wrappings and other details. Not gonna put an extreme amount of detail into them. When I can, I'm gonna start again, but with better materials, and give it as much detail as I can. Sheaths even XD. But that's to come.

So once they're ready I'll be set for Zoro costumes for AnimeExpo. I've got Generic, Arlong Park and Skypeia Zoro's ready.

Hopefully everything works out and I make it down there DX. I've had a bit of trouble getting my travel arrangements made, some how, it keeps messing up. Still trying to fix it. Wish me luck.

Finished posting Mr. Prince, gonna try to get Sanji up now. Still need to do a shoot for Cloud, since I didn't get any of these 3 done while at Fanime.

After the shoots, I'll prolly be cutting my hair. So I hope to get them done soon. After that, I'll be working on putting together my new Cosplays.

SO Far I need Roronoa Zoro, Roy Mustang, Envy, and probably Alternate world Kakashi (or as I'm thinking Raver Kakashi)

I only Cosplayed Sanji and Cloud, couldn't get my Disgaea Warrior together, and Kakashi's costume just didn't work out T_T

I also wish I had more money to spend there, but, I take it more as an experience to meet new people, hangout, and just plain have fun in an unusual enviroment, with others doing unusual things. XD

So now I'm back to my normal activities, and I'm just missing the fun and entertainment of Cosplayers and random acts of Anime. So now I'm looking into other events, like Anime Boston and AnimeExpo. Even thinking about Planning a Bayarea Cosplay Picnic or something (got the idea from Papercutperfect. [link] So we'll see what happens a bit later.

I'm just losing my mind, I'm trying to get my cosplays all done before Fanime hits, and it isn't looking so well. let alone I'm assisting my friends too, so what ever parts they need me to do, I've been putting ahead of my own...

XD so anyways, I have 4 cosplays working... I know, a lot. They are; Sanji from One Piece, Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children, Hatake Kakashi from Naruto, and Create a Minion Warrior from Disgaea 2 Cursed Memories.

Approximate Completion Status:
Sanji - 95%
Cloud - 33%
Kakashi - 90%
Warrior - 5%

So yea, currently building Clouds sword...well, kinda, since I'm trying to finish my Friends sword first. So technically I'm actually building Zabuza's sword right now... Then I have to finish the shoulder piece, and make the man skirt. Fix my pants... Oh man, I so wish I could get everything exact, but I guess I'll have to settle for close enough. At least it'll be an improvement on the last time I tried to do Cloud XD

Kakashi's waiting on select few articles of clothing that were apparently lost in the mail... Hoping they find those soon.

Sanji's waiting on the dry cleaning, and for me to get my hair Bleached. Yes I'm going to make myself blond, I don't want wigs, but I'll prolly need some starting next year.

And well, I just haven't been able to get around to the warrior, but I don't want to drop it unless I have to, so we'll see.

Oh, yea, I ran out of funds temporarily XD so I can only work with what I've got right now. Wish I had a higher paying job, then I could do more and better cosplays XD

Anywho, that's the update yo's, I'll prolly do a preFanime insanity check, and a Post Fanime wrap up, also look forward to cosplay pics showing up, and I'm definately gonna post the swords when they're done so see you all around
