Anyways, you can commission me for nearly anything. I'll do regular art that you can hang on the wall. I'll make banners for your website. If you know how to code I'll design the layout*. In a band and need a CD design? I can do that, too. So I don't send you clicking all over the net, here's my rates:

-- Inked Lineart: $15 and up
-- B&W Pencil: $25 and up
-- Inked Color: $35 and up
-- Tattoo Designs: $40 and up

I can't give specific prices since the time it takes/level of detail will vary for each piece. As far as banners and CD designs go, you'll have to send me a message first, since I'll need more details. Layout designs start at $100; but don't expect me to code the site for you. If you're asking for a layout, I'm assuming you know how to code it. ^_~
*I only design for HTML coded websites; something like flash is beyond my level.



How It'll Work:

-- Send me a message saying that you'd like to commission me. Make sure to tell me what you want *exactly*, and to include any references if they're needed. Try to remember to keep the subject relevant; don't just send a message with a title that reads [none], otherwise I could miss it.
-- I'll get back to you to and let you know if it's accepted or not. I do have the right to refuse any request I don't feel comfortable drawing.
-- When I have the rough sketch complete, I'll send you a copy to look over and see if there are any changes you'd like. At this point I'll ask that you send me the first half of the overall price.
-- After the piece is complete, you'll receive a small, watermarked copy. Only after Paypal has accepted the payment will I mail out the print, or if you prefer, a large file through email.


Things to Remember...

-- I'll draw pretty much anything, but ABSOLUTELY nothing pornographic/hentai/whatever you wanna call it. I probably could, but I refuse to.
-- I don't understand the full concept of 'Furry Art', so odds are slim to none that I won't draw it. Feel free to ask anyway; if someone can describe it to me well I might consider it.
-- Mecha art takes TIME. For me, anyway. If you absolutely, positively have to have it, know that it can take a bit longer than other art.
-- I will not draw minors in adult situations. So if your OC is a child, I can turn them into an adult. I don't know about you, but I don't want to see a 5 year old holding down a huge auto industry. XD
-- If you don't give me details, expect to be surprised, since my imagination tends to get away from me. ^_~
-- I'm not skilled enough to do digital coloring for art, so what you get from me will be traditional.

It's not even summer yet and we're getting close to 100 degrees!


Last week we went down to Wal-Mart to get a new air conditioner for the living room. I'm telling you it was like AC's were Wii's at that store...couldn't find one for miles. (Ok there were still a couple and we got one...then had to return it cause it was busted...but we got another after that and this thing is so cool! It tells you the temperature of the room, and you can set it so that when it goes below a certain temperature it goes into energy saving mode.)

My problem: I can't resize the pictures and print them out without looking grainy. Does anyone know how to print button designs out in Paint Shop Pro? Is there some kind of template or something, because the resizing looks fine when it's on the screen, but when I print it out it's all pixeled. All I've been able to find is THIS and it's for Photoshop. I'll probably never be able to afford Photoshop, so does anyone have any tips or tricks?

Messing with everything, let me tell you. Can't stop coughing *stuff* up, throat's so sore when I talk I sound like a frog, my head feels like dead weight, can't taste ANYTHING, and my balance is really put to the test. This sucks cause I've got lots of work to do, but all my body feels like doing is laying down and sleeping.

Ah well, good news is I don't have that awful sinus pressure. For you people out there that have no clue, it's like taking a bat or shovel and having someone smash it dead center in your face. Well, I'm feeling better than I did Saturday so I'm just going to shut up lest I jinx myself.

#1: The weather - Yes, I'm out here on the East Coast where all those bad storms came through earlier tonight. We were under a tornado watch until midnight, and I know it was just a watch, but that's enough to freak me out. I distinctly recall being only three years old when my mom handed me my little sister, who only happened to be a week old (if that) at the time and leading us into the hall of our house and had just enough time to throw the couch cushions over us before a tornado had come over our house. You know those "Required Weekly/Monthly Tests of the Emergency Broadcast System?" WE DIDN'T EVEN GET A WARNING BEFORE IT CAME! Anyway, the news stations around here really love to dramatize it before it even hits, and I haven't watched the news so I don't know exactly how bad it was.


#2: The computer - Or, as I have dubbed it recently "That damned machine." I fully plan on getting a new computer in the future, and when I do, my mom is taking a Louisville Slugger to this one in the front yard of our house. Hopefully that will scare our neighbors enough to not bring their dogs over into our yard to crap. Anyways....yeah I've been having a lot of problems with this computer, which I hate to think this but I'll probably have to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows XP. Somehow, I think there's a virus that's screwing with the registry keys and none of the anti-virus programs is picking up on it, so I'm going to ask around when I get all of my files backed up and find out exactly what to do. I've got a whole list of problems that keep cropping up. What's more, it's taking me FOREVER to back up all these files cause I put it off for so long.



Hm. Yeah, I can begin to see now why nothing I draw comes out the way I want it to.
