What do I think of the live action Dragonball movie based on the official trailer? Well…
1. Roshi is an old, bald man with an extensive collection of porno mags and he’s a habitual skirt sniffer
2. The dragonballs were not created by seven mystics, they were created by a wrinkly old man…who’s green, has pointy ears and antenna.
3. Goku is a kid with spiky black hair with a brown monkey tail.
4. Just about everybody can fly and shoot beams of light out of their hands, eyes, mouth and possibly even their cocks for all I know.
Now…looking at the anime it may seem hard to translate something that works in a cartoon to live action. As a matter of fact, I highly doubt it was EVER meant to be made into a live action movie. So naturally my level of expectation for this movie has been remarkably low, even for someone who’s pessimistic like me. So…if I could ask Fox one thing, just one thing. There is a very simple formula to making a good Dragonball feature. The people who made it managed to fit it in with countless hours worth of episodes. So, Fox studios, how do you fuck –that- up? Now the problem right now is that the first time he came over after we found out about this, I laid into him because EVERYBODY agreed with me! As I do this, my mom and one of my brothers disappears. My other brother, who invited him in because he was bored and wanted Greg to entertain him, starts arguing with me. So, in my anger, I threw every little thing bad he said about Greg right in his face. When he kept arguing with me I called him a two faced faggot. I had the presence of mind to leave the room before I told Greg what I really wanted to tell him and that was that if I ever found anything missing from our house, I would kill him.

So past three days, because Greg KNOWS nobody will support me, at lest openly, and back me up. He won't look me in the eye or talk to me but he's still leeching off of us. And I am so sick of people agreeing with me then not supporting me when I actually do something direct instead of talking shit about the guy. For fuck's sake I hate being lied to!

What's pissing me off isn't so much the guy it's how the rest of my family is acting about it! And this has happened before! The last fucker to do this shit had to cross a serious line before it came to a stop and THAT pissed me off.

The one who's always late is a pain the ass because a couple of times now he was supposed to relieve me and another guy so we could go to lunch so while we waited for him we kept getting hungrier and hungrier of course. And yesterday after I got back from taking my lunch that little prick had the audacity to say "I'm going to lunch." and because of him I had to stay a few hours later than I was supposed to.

Today was the last fucking straw I think...I say that now but it'll be something worse when I go in next time but it was just me and the other dipshit manager. We get real busy, I mean swamped and then he fucking takes off somewhere and leaves me there not know what the fuck I'm doing with some things so it pisses off the crowd of customers gathering at my register and makes me look like a fucking jackass. Christ people piss me the fuck off!

The issue: people, including myself, have had the art they've worked hard to make and post on this website have had it removed because somebody claims they stole it. Some of whom have had numerous works removed at the same time because of this. What does it take to report a users work as "stolen"? All it takes is for a user to send a report with a link to the picture provided. There is no further research into it by the admins, no inquiries. And it's easy to do. It takes just a couple of minutes to make a photobucket album to put pictures and the like in. That and/or a random page from a google search is all it takes.

Proposed solutions:

1. The biggest part of the problem as far as I can tell is the admins need to stop being lazy and actually LOOK into it themselves. It's just easier for them to send you a pretyped note and delete the image. The fact is plain and simple, the admins don't care. This is the main thing that needs to change.

2. I understand the reasons for keeping the users who report your stuff anonymous. It's to prevent any kind of backlashes or retaliations from users who they've reported. This should stay as it is but here is what does need to be changed. A few people I've heard this complaint from have had numerous works removed. That means either the same person is reporting numerous works from the user or several users are reporting different works from said user. The latter brings in the same issue as the photobucket thing. It's pretty easy to make a page here on DA. So for all we know, it may be the same person reporting your work using different accounts. So the main thing with this part is, the admins need to look closer at the ones reporting the "stolen" art especially if there are numerous reports in either case.

3. The users. Yes I am talking about both the users who have the art and the users who are reported the stolen art. First the users who have the art. You can't stop art theft, especially with the way the net is. But if you're having problems with this a lot, then I've heard suggestions that putting watermarks, either the DA watermarks or your own, on the art in a way so that it can't be removed without ruining the picture. The DA watermark would be better for this issue though, since it has deviant art's logo. Now the people who are reporting. You are just doing what you think is right most of the time so you're not really the problem unless you just have a problem with someone and you're being a prick. But before you report someone's work, please read the artist's comments. Most of them explain how they made it. And if you're still not sure then ask the artist in a comment or note. You don't have to say "Hey, I think you stole your art from another website so will you tell me how you made this?" put it like this "Mind if I ask how you made that?" that's what I do, only I was genuinely curious, not suspicious and it worked more along the lines of cosplay stuff. Regardless it's a good way to find out. You can usually tell when someone's BSing.

The biggest part in fixing this is simple. The reason why I'm putting this journal up. I've seen journals from some people who I watch listing certain websites and saying "I recognized some of this art and reported it to the admins on this website, take a look and if you recognize it please let the artist know and the admin of said website." That's a great way to keep users here on DA from getting frustrated but my call is for anyone who reads this who has friends who've had this frustrating injustice done to kindly reply to this and spread the word along. As I said, the main problem rests with the admins and the admins HAVE to listen if a good number of people speak up and say "Hey, this isn't right and it needs to change!" Please respond ASAP

The moment that happens, I'm gone and I'm taking all my stuff down from the website. I may not be able to draw, paint, sketch, make flash videos or any of that other stuff but there are plenty of other people who do the same shit I just got in trouble for. Got a problem with it? What pisses me off about that so much is I think it was the god damn utility people or whatever their official title is. They go around in people's yards uninvited without permition or letting the home owners know what they're doing and the absolute dumbest thing about it they don't wear A FUCKING THING that shows they're affiliated with someone so you don't know if they're checking meters or if they're trying to find ways of getting into your house. And if you do catch them, all they have to do is say they work for whoever, act like they're doing something and then leave without incident. So I will be spending tonight reading this state's laws very carefully and will be giving city hall or whoever the fuck runs these people and telling them not to be doing this shit anymore and if I catch one of them in my backyard they will be shot. That's all there is to that.
