A few weeks ago, while having a small emotional breakdown caused by physical attractions, internal conflicts, moarning over lost family, and much more, I ripped all my drawings up. I wanted somebody to talk to, but even my best friends, who I hold so deep in my heart, were nowhere to be found. It's fine, though. Everything...is on it's way.

I didn't want to draw anymore because that's all people looked for in me. I decided that I WILL keep drawing but what it was the people looked for in my drawings will no longer be evident. I'm drawing differently and putting a lot more into my work. I'll upload some of my new work here shortly, but at the moment i'm trying to develop my new style and make it stick.

Thanks for being patient.

God can and will do anything. There is nothing impossible for God. Even if Satan is attacking you so much that he has possessed you...God can still take care of it. Always remember that there is NOTHING too big for God and NOTHING that he cannot take care of. Just have the faith in Him to do it. Trust in him...and I can tell you from experience, life will go smoother!

"OK, now to the challenge. I want to you to put yourself in the place of Noah. He has been in the ark with all the animals for a year now. I am asking for a contrasted picture. Maybe, the background can be images of life in the ark, sort of like a flashback. But then the focus of the picture is on Noah, kneeling at the alter with the rainbow in the background. Since you like to use pencil, shade the rainbow with different pressures to give a balanced look. Let your thought flow, not with how you think I want it to look but how you envision it. Let it roll off your brain! Let it come from your soul!"

I know that I haven't been posting much on DA lately, but that does NOT mean that my love for art has decreased! I've just been extremely busy lately and haven't had much time to draw. It's ok, though! Drawing is my God-given talent, so I know He's not going to just let me quit.

I guess this is just an update! I'm still alive and i'm still drawing, so keep gazing over here and eventually i'll give you something new to look at.
