In the process, I was reminded that I should do something I've thought about doing for a long time. XD

I'd like to introduce you to , one of my favorite deviants- a wonderful artist, and a very intriguing fellow. XD Let's see if I can do this without embarassing him or myself! XD

An artist, to me, is someone that can be (or is) fully themselves on paper (or through whatever their medium is)- they aren't afraid to see things in their own unique way. It's not as easy as it sounds- we have so many influences, it's hard to sort everything out. I don't consider myself, or most of us true artists (yet? XD). Mortacai, however, well... I think he fits the definition quite nicely, in my humble opinion. ;

Please do take a look at his gallery. What he posts is a lot of fanart (to protect more original work)- but let's face it; his work redefines fanart as we know it. His work is a riot of impossible color and texture- in many cases, I've found myself caught in the infinity of its detail, the rawness of the media and subject.

Even better, if you look, comment on his work. Even better than that- crit his work. My wish is that one day, he may get that "Criticism of the Constructive" he so desires in abundance, so that he continues his studies and grows (though I must admit the prospect makes me shiver. XD What greatness can we acheive?)

While you're there, you might take a glance at his journals. The way he writes- well, I can't describe it. XD He's just as odd and artistic through his words, and his world is bizzare, bleak yet beautiful- for some reason, you could get lost in it. If he published, I'd buy. XD

My brother moved away today.

He's a year younger than me.

Something's very wrong here.



Anyway, before I can tell you that story, I gotta tell you this one:

My parents are divorced.

Shocking, I know.

Technically, I should say, they randomly married, even though both were fully aware that they didn't love each other. Their excuse for this obviously stupid action is that it was getting too late-they were getting too old.

Anyway, that obviously ended in disaster. Because, you know. People who marry should probably love each other. Kinda part of the deal.

I was about six, my brother five. We don't remember it too much, and probably wouldn't have suffered too much either.

Except Mom was rather distraught. It's complicated. There were some financial things.

My dad's second wife (the trophy wife) was a total bitch who hated our family, and sort of cut off the flow of precious precious child support (how is this legal? I dunno.)

So Mom worked. Hard. She put us in daycare. NEVER PUT YOUR CHILD IN DAYCARE. Trust me on this, your kids will love you all the more for it. When she came back, she was stressed. She denied herself relationships in order to take care of us. We'll get back to this in a minute.

Anyway, Dad only married his trophy wife for like, a year, for the next stupidest reason to marry ever- they had a illegitimate child, my half-sister. Thanks Dad. Thanks a lot.

DIVORCE'D. For no obvious reason, other than that bitch was a gold-digging whore (and I don't ever use that terminology unless it's absolutely relevant). We watched her go through several marriages. She benefited from each. A house from one. A car from another. A pool with another.

All this time, Nate (my bro) and I took weekends at Dad's.

Once Dad finished up Wife #2, he decided to get with Wife #3, the one with the evil children (you ever meet a parent who uses ADD as an excuse to not actually raise their child? Yeah.) She had also been through marriage twice. Great.

I went to their wedding. It ruined my perception of marriage and love forever. After all, all of those vows they were saying- they had said two times before. LIES.

So, through this all, my mom gets stressed, she denied herself any form of pleasure and happiness (even when we as children tried to help), and gradually took to taking it out on me and most of all, my brother.

Granted, my brother is a stubbborn fella. He gets what he wants. He's wilder than I, always out with his friends.

But over the years this escalated, until I was waking and falling asleep to their arguing. Greatness.

Nathan and I have a good relationship, though. He's the only one IRL who knows about my fetish (and makes fun of me for it all the time XD), and whom I feel comfortable talking to about real, deep stuff. No one else I know seems to really care. In fact, I have no one I really call BFF, except for him.

I have tons of friends, yes. Good friends. But none of them actually cares about what goes on behind the talent here- either that, or I'm so afraid of losing them that I don't feel comfortable talking about my deep, personal things with them. After all, literally, everyone I've ever connected with (in real life, of course), has either distanced themselves emotionally (i.e., became a different person between grades, etc.) or moved away. I've never had security with any relationship.

That's not to say I'm trying to be selfish here. I'd like to think I'm a reasonably open, caring person. In fact, I'm often a dumping ground for people's problems. I'm a good listener. But when it's my turn to talk about me, everyone clears out.

Nathan is just one more. He's been there my entire life- possibly the one thing I can count on- and he's moving away for the sole purpose of getting away from my mom.

So yeah. I'm a little distressed.

I'm sorry if you read all this- I just need to tell someone. I have no one to tell, you understand. If you did read it, I'm grateful.



Really, I guess I need to say- I need someone to talk to now. That's all. Pathetic, I know.

Seriously, though: note me for my AIM. Or just plain note me.

Only if you're up for the job, though, understand? I don't want to upset anyone, here. At least, I'm not tryin' to. : (

BTW, as we're on the subject, I'd be willing to listen to anyone who needs it, when you do. I'm always here, understand. ;

1.I'm in a show this week and next week, so I don't have a lot of free time.

2. My disk I keep everything on malfunctioned, and then my mom stole it, so I don't know where it is so I can work on it.

3.I've had to do a lot of arty stuff for classes lately in the time I usually use to do my comics.

4. My tablet only works at my Dad's, and I have Photoshop only at my Mom's (but my dad's fixing this pretty soon)

But in case you didn't hear, I am 17 as of the 25th. Ah, sweetness. I feel older and wiser already.

So I guess one thing I want to say at this point is that I'm going to try real hard to stop being such an ass about other people's fanfiction pairings and whatnot. I know it's sort of a dumb little thing, but I've been REALLY STUPID lately, and I was such an idiot that I actually lost a friend over it- which has had me feeling totally sucky for a long time now.

So while I may still make the idle joke or two, I'm for the most part going to stop being a Nazi.

I'm really sorry if I have hurt anyone or offended anyone these last few months. I wish I could make it up to you guys.




In other news, I have recieved a tablet for my birthday, which is totally spifftastic. This will certainly mean some non-plot-based PN illustrations, certainly some color comics (but not too many, understand-I still draw them at school and, if it's in the cards, possibly even a new comic on the side.



And yeah, this contest thing. It'll probably be a bit informal here, but I thought you oughta know.

I have this scene planned in between Link's little fishy escapades and when he recieves his new, official outfit. The story goes, Link's taking a shower to wash off the fish guts, and while he's in there, Zia chucks his clothes, cuz they're stained and pretty disgusting at that point. However, Link's got nothing else to wear, and since he's living with a Zora and a supermodel, they don't really have anything quite his "style". So Zia, the fashion extraordinaire, quickly searches her closets for something Link can wear.

What I would really love for you guys to design is this outfit (And this means anyone who wants to, not just my friends. ^^). Now, I'm not (necessarily) saying put Link in a skirt or anything, but definitely something distinctly feminine. I'm looking for an outfit generally consisting of pants, a shirt and a jacket (but I am open to any genius plan, of course). I dunno, something, lacy, flowery, pink... surprise me.

(Oh, btw, I forgot to mention- it is CRUCIAL that Link has some kind of headgear, to hide his ears. He lives in a time where the government would be all to happy to rip off those pointed pretties and stuff them down his throat. I mean, I can supply this, if it comes to that, but it's certainly something to think about, hm?)

This is not an art contest so much as a design contest. I can do the arty part. ^^ What I would like from anyone participating is:

- a general, color drawing or sketch of someone (preferably Link, but whatever XD) wearing the clothes (your own work, of course)

- links to any internet references you used. That's it.^^

-Extra points for pretty pictures XD and designs that draw influence from any Zelda character (include this in your links!)

As for deadlines- it's not really set as of yet, actually. ; I probably won't need the design for a good ten pages at least, so that buys you at least a few months, possibly until spring. XD Obviously, your best chances are if you submit sooner rather than later. ; Like I said, informal. XD

2. Ever since I entered the Zelda fandom, I've replayed the games several times. On my most recent replays, I've been trying to figure out how people can put sexual contexts in there. This open search has not lead me to trust in any of the traditional couples any more than I already do, but has made me wonder about some other, weirder, possibilities.

- I dunno about you, but there's something about that time you wrestle Bo that just isn't right. Like, not. I mean, first off, you're both, like, 'exposed to the elements'. And the guy is like, twice as big as you. Grabbing at your bare flesh... guh. Plus, in one of the cutscenes, I SWEAR he was looking at Link's butt. I wouldn't make this stuff up- do you think I WANT that to be in there? GAH.

You guys have corrupted me. ; Well, for now, I'll call this one of the stange anomalies of "Ordonian culture". Yeah, that's right. That's right...

- Then, I played OoT, the part where you first meet Nabooru as a child. Now, I've never really heard of this before, but apparently, she says a line that goes like this: (I'll look it up on a text dump or something later) "Are you sure you can do it? Are you sure you can find the treasure at the end of this tiny hole?".
(EDIT: The actual line: " I want to ask you a favor...
Will you go through this tiny hole
and get a treasure that's inside?")
And I snorted, giving my brother that knowing glance. That's rather... suggestive...Why hasn't anyone exploited this yet?

Or maybe I really do have a dirty mind deep down in here somewhere... I dunno. Goddesses, I feel so sick inside. XD

3. Monday, at school, I brought a banana early for a class assignment (I didn't have to bring it till Wednesday, apparantly). I also brought my super-special-awesome Thermos for lunch. At lunch, one of my stupid friends crammed the banana into my awesome Thermos, and began to shake it up violently...until the banana was reduced to a sorry black pulp. Man, I was pissed.

5. In drama, I have been a preistess, an old woman, a seductress, a pirate, a talking dog, and a crazed southern lady. And since I tried out for the "Hunchback of Notre Dame", who knows, I may be a hunchback soon (not too many guys in my drama department). ^^:;;

Point Two: Homework: I really need to do it. Why are they punishing me for taking advanced classes? "The Grapes of Wrath" has the weirdest ending ever! And I have to draw my like, fifty-millionth self-portrait. I'm tired of drawing me. I'm only interesting to draw the first few times. And a landscape! I live in Kansas! Not a scenic part of it either! How am I supposed to draw a picturesque landscape without buildings...? Oh well, mine's having buildings.

Point Three: Persepolis: Marjane Satrapi is one of my idols now. I wonder where (if) she went to art school. I want to do something unique like that comic (or that movie!!!)

Point Four: Hellboy: I think somewhere in my mind, Dorsu was conceived while thinking about Abe (not that they're much alike). XD I love that character to bits- his costuming is freakin' amazing. And he blinks cool. And in the cartoon movie he gave that fire-chick a Waterworld-esque underwater "here let me help you breathe" kiss. *sigh*

Point Five: Yaoi: I read some comics, to try to figure out what was wrong with me, and try to figure out its appeal. Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't get it. I'm not even sexually stimulated by it. At all. And I mean, I'm not homophobic or anything- I just really... don't care what people do in their bedrooms. I know it's pretty crazy but... that's not the part of romance that I like (as of yet- I'm a virgin- I'm sixteen- I haven't met any guy worth touching yet- they're all chauvunist self-centered jerks... where I live, anyway.).

Anyway, from what I read (and I may be reading the wrong comics) these stories are not, in reality, about homosexual men, but rather, girls with dicks. I'm serious! I mean, look at 'em.... the flowing hair, goo-caked eyes, the delicate girlish poses- these are girls! The only difference is the anatomy! I can't really understand the appeal- unless this is about girl's innate desire for an especially gentle man- or maybe just a unique take on the traditional heterosexual romance. There is none of that mysterious essense of boy anywhere around it.

And sadly, in most of them anyway, (and I could be reading the wrong ones) the gratuitous sex is the best part. The weak, watered- down relationships are simply tacked on as an obligation to toss together a feeble story. And I mean, if you're going to flame me, please prove me wrong. I want to give it an open-minded chance, and if you can give me a real story with actual character development (not a bunch of cheesy pap), I'll take it all back.

Speaking of the sex, what the heck is up with that? I mean, I wouldn't really know, but I'm going to guess that a man's anus isn't this convienient, hairless little hole that only opens when you put something in it. I mean, I could be wrong, but I'm certainly not going to look up "magically appearing orifice". I'm actually really confused by this- first we have to saturate the story in sex, and even then, that sex is overly glorified and romanticized to the point of "are you serious?" I'm going to guess that real lovers wouldn't care how gross (great but gross XD) the process is, so why should the artist?

There are some things I will never understand. Of course, I'm not sure I want to... But obviously, I'm the weirdo here. XD

Point Six: Me: I'm finding myself. I want to do independent comics, but have no idea really how to start. The Zelda fandom is fun, but it's never going to get me anywhere, so I'm going to have to whip out my best original stuff here for a while. This means that Green Fish'll likely be delayed maybe until school starts- and I will likely drop it within the next year. It's not worth it. It's not getting me anywhere in my career. It's just another stupid pointless fancomic that no one gives a crap about- there's nothing unique or special about it- and there's not really any such thing as "good" fan fiction. I've really just been kidding myself. I might finish this chapter, then condense the rest of the story into large pictures with long descriptions, but other than that, PN is probably going to stop before it really started. I'm really too lazy to work on it anyway. And I have a lot of vore I need to get drawn.

When my real comics get posted, don't expect them to be anything like what I've got here- my insomnia has led to this strange organic style that I must harness- otherwise I'm just one of the billion other kids "drawing" manga. Underneath, I was always an individual, and I've found that again.

I would love to learn anything you know about independent comics/conventions- I don't expect to be able to dive in alone.

Point Seven: Twilight: For some reason, a bunch of my friends here (negatively), and in real life (positively), are totally freaking out about those books. I never want to read them. This is due to several factors, not the least of which being:

1.It's summer- I'm altogether unmotivated to do ANYTHING.

2. I have SIX biggold-over-the-summer school assignments, three English and three art. Keep in mind that I'm unmotivated. xD

1: Today, I was thinkin'... Since I'm a very poetic and musical person, I thought I should write songs or something. Then I could put out an album and name all my songs after Zelda-related characters and phrases (Midna, The Scent of Hay, Longshot, Twilight, etc.) I'm not sure what my band name would be, though. ; And yes, that would be incredibly nerdy.

2. I learned yesterday on Wikipedia that geekiness is measured in units of Zeldas. No kidding! Look it up. Apparently, every time you mention a meme like Monty Python, Star Wars, Zelda, Princess Bride, etc, in a conversation, you generate a Zelda. ...Yep, I'm a nerd.

3. Nearly every time I hear a song, I think about making a music video of some sort for it, 'cept I don't know Flash. I have a tendancy to tie everything back to Zelda somehow, too. Weird. XD

4. I had Taco Bell for Cinco de Mayo today. It was pretty good.

5. I kind of suck at piano- I actually do better without sheet music than with, most times.

If I were to cosplay as anyone, it would probably be Hena from Zelda-TP, since she seems acheivable- I mean, she doesn't have to be super-skinny, we have similar hair color, etc, and it would be a fun costume to make (and harass Links with XD). I would never go as Zelda or anyone, since I'm too fat, and it would look really weird. XD

7. My mom is an American Idol nut. She always watches those weird pre show deals. I watch the actual show, and currently like all of the guys there right now.

You guys don't know this, but a while ago I formed a new account for the sake of posting works that I thought you folks would find questionable.

Recently, however, a great guy and a wonderful artist, has inspired in me the will to post the artwork on this account. After all, as he said, all of my art is a part of me, questionable or not, and so reasonably should be posted alongside my normal work.

So I'm here to tell you guys the deal here. ;;

I occasionally draw/write vore, which is art concerned with being eaten alive, often by being swallowed whole. It does take artistic talent to attempt, believe it or not, and I've been doing it a LOOOONG time, so it's fair to say it's sort of a part of me.

So if I start posting it here, and you don't like it, please don't hate me or anything. ; After all, I'm still the artist you know and love, I will still work on all of my current projects with the same enthusiasm- and vore will still make up a very small percentage of what I post here. Don't think this is going to be a drastic change in anything- it'll just be the occasional creepy piece now and then- and I will give them all "Ideologically Sensitive" mature warnings just in case, okay?

Yes, inevitably some of it is fanart. ;;; Link does get eaten a couple times (coughcough). Some people have Link fucked, I have Link eaten. The real question is, which one actually happens, canonically, directly within the games? (though, admittedly, this is an area where I too stretch canon a bit. XD)

However, my vore is really unique, in that the people who get eaten never really die- in that sense, it's not so gruesome after all. So don't be expecting gory stuff- it's not really my style. ; Getting someone out of the man-eating monster is half the fun.

Crownflame, formerly Malon Aniku (with or without the space)

02.] What made you choose this name?
-Malon Aniku was the name of my first –and hopefully, last- Mary Sue character for my first Zelda fanfiction. I still love her, but we don’t get together much. ;

-Crownflame is from ‘the crown flame’, a name I gave Zelda/Tetra’s royal Hylian magic in the aforementioned fanfiction.

03.] Do you use PC or Mac?
PC. XD

04.] What programs do you use most often?
Photoshop, Internet Explorer, Word, and if I’m at my dad’s, Flyff. XD

05.] Do you use mouse, or tablet?
A mouse, unfortunately. XD Sometimes I’ve been known to draw with a laptop touchpad, though I wouldn’t recommend it. ;

06.] What color or color combinations do you find yourself using?
Depends on the characters, of course. ^^ For example, I stick to a mostly natural color scheme with my Link- since he’s supposed to be a physical part of fundamental Hyrule, ‘cept I gave him orange plastic goggles to pull him into the artificial age. ^^ It has to fit the character’s background and personality. I don’t really do much atmospheric work as of yet, so I can’t really say much about backgrounds. Color is actually pretty rare for me.

07.] What part of a picture do you put most effort into?
Probably lineart, especially faces, though I should concentrate more on bodies. Everything else- shading, coloring, etc- is easy after that.

08.] How long does it take you do draw a picture?
If it’s sort of low- quality, (like Project Nayru, hahaha) a full page comic can take me from maybe three hours to maybe six or so hours on and off at school. That actually might be way off, but I honestly don’t time myself- I guess in terms of days, that would be two days versus two weeks. ; If it’s the rare high-quality lineart, it can take easily six hours or more, because I’m really hard on myself- and they still don’t turn out that nice, which is sorta pathetic. ;;

09.] Do you keep your rough drafts?
Yep, I have ‘em all laying around somewhere. Occasionally I’ll find them and dispose of them. I’ve killed I don’t know how many trees. ;;;

10.] What font do you use most often?
For comics, I use Comic Sans, since that’s the most comicy font I have. I really should go download some new ones. ^^

11.] When you scan your image, what DPI do you use?
No idea. ;

12.] Do you do anything else when you're drawing?
Learn at school. ; Um, at home, I usually listen to the TV, and I used to listen to music, but I don’t do that much anymore.

13.] Approximately how many pictures do you draw in a month?
1 to maybe 7- and if you count little doodles and stuff, easily 20 or more. ;

Well, anyway, if you were wondering about my momentary lapse in Project Nayru, I have an explanation. I pretty much only draw the comic at school, and since I'm sick at home wheezing like a Dodongo with allergies, it's on hold. Otherwise, I'd have to draw them here, and that SHOULD NOT BE!! xD I have about half of the next page.

Usually I use times like this to do my side projects, such as extensive colored works, Photoshop, etc. So, eventually, I'll show you what I've been working on instead- a mixed-media watercolor project thingy for Project Nayru- something I, so far, am pretty proud of. ^^

Anyway, so... I've been digging through my old stuff, and I was thinking... Project Nayru's been in my head for technically a year now, so I have about a billion random sketches, most notably, like, 380,712 of my redesign Link. XD So I was wondering if any of you guys were interested in seeing fifty thousand (??? XD) crappy doodles of Link. Honestly! Let me know! ;

f you were suddenly ruler of the planet, the first seven things you'd do are:

1: Declare video games as a ligitamite form of literature/ art, studyable by elective in schools.

2: Encourage spontaneous art, music, concerts, etc.

3: Start a church of sorts that supports one moral lifestyle and acceptance of all peoples rather than praise by one book or god- we help each other, sing and create, rather than judge each other. We would accept people of any cultural religion, and celebrate what was the same about us, and learn to understand the differences.

4: Take children from both sides of world conflicts and raise them alongside each other in peace.

5: Give people a reality check and tell them that they're wonderful as they are- I'd change society's images of the "ideals" and put all kinds of people in the mainstream media- true beauty comes with variety.

6: Give kids good nutritious lunch options during schools, so they have a good foundation to live by later.

7. A selfish one XD: Have all of Himekawa's (and any other video game comics out there) translated and published here in America- so we don't have to read illegal fan translations on the 'Nets. XD

Anyway, what about this weather, eh? Here in Kansas, it's TERRIBLE. Last night, we had this huge ice storm, and it actually took out my power for most of the morning. Obviously, it's up now, but we were freaking for a while. ;

But it's very beautiful outside, aside from all the branches falling everywhere. We've got about 3/4 of an inch of ice clinging to everything, and it looks like everything's frosted or coated with glass. It's very pretty, especially on the leaves and branches, which are like, frozen in time. Very eerie. ^^

LOZroject Nayru is fundamentally about a underground group reminicient of "the Group" from Twilight Princess, comprised of hundreds of members across the Hylian races still existing in the huge modern metropolis Hyrule has become. Their goal is to overthrow a corrupt government, which turns out, surprise, surpise, to be affiliated with Ganondorf's recent rising. Of course, Link becomes entwined with this group.

So if you come up with somebody I like, they could show up in the comic sometime! ; At very least, I'll draw them for you when I get around to it. ^^

But anyway, I was writing a column for our school paper, and I thought some of you might find it fun. Or dumb. XD

Not many people know this about me, but I am a huge fan of the Legend of Zelda games. It’s an obsession I’ve nurtured since Ocarina of Time came out for Nintendo 64. Really, honestly! Just ask my brother. He’ll tell you.

I guess lots of people think I’m silly. And I resent that. Why would I fall so much in love with something so illogical, if I am so logical by nature? I always try to explain to people that all fantasy has a basis in reality, and that there are lessons to be learned from even the crudest forms of literature. But they’re still laughing. I suppose if you think about it, it is rather hilarious. Still, from repeated adventures with the hero, Link, in his amazing world of Hyrule, I believe have picked up a few things that might help me on my other endeavors:

Never place a bomb too close to yourself.

Never take things by what they seem. Sages come in many forms. Pirates have been princesses, and boys have become beasts.

Never underestimate the power of music.

Have faith. Your horse can always jump a few feet farther than you think.

When standing on a magnetic ceiling, never spit toward your feet.

Never assume that a monster is undefeatable. In turn, never assume that a princess is completely helpless.

You can buy all the commercial medicines you like, but nothing will fix you up quite as well as a good cup of homemade soup.

Never underestimate the destructive power of a group of pissed-off farm animals.

The joys of achieving your goal are in getting sidetracked along the way.

Sheild eaters and world leaders have many likes alike.

You might think that you can buy happiness, but remember, it's heck of a lot cheaper to go find it yourself.

It's good to keep in mind that there's a very thin line between courage and stupidity.

Never wrestle goats (or Gorons) purely for fun. Some battles just aren't worth the trouble.

If you run into a problem you can't solve, try something else. If that doesn't work, try something else. Sometimes all that you need is a change of perspective.

Good deeds are often rewarded.

You'll meet strange people with quirky things to say and odd tales to tell, and they'll be from different races, ages, and backgrounds. Some might be warlike or lazy. Some might be strange and swim like fishes or eat rocks. Some you will think are positively insane. There might even be a middle-aged man in tights flying around on a balloon- but remember; never judge anyone before you hear their stories. You just may be pleasantly surprised.

Great things await those who look closely, ask questions, and investigate.

So, anyway, that's just a few things for you to think about. You Zelda fans out there might recognize a few of the situations these are based on. Profound, eh? Nah, not really. Basic stuff. But important stuff too. Zelda, though it is a ridiculous fantasy, is full of life's little truths.

Yeah, I know, people will still laugh. I'll just flaunt the Sharpie Triforce drawn on my left hand and laugh along with them, knowing that to them, video games are not the complex enlightening journeys I see- they're just a way to kill time. Ha ha ha!

Got Phantom Hourglass yet? *sings* I do!

It's very different. Sort of the polar opposite of the godly Twilight Princess. Not necessarily a bad thing. Where Twilight was epic and huge, Phantom is cute, tiny and melodramatic. Twilight had no stealth level, so Phantom makes up for it with a HUGE stealth level. It's interesting, and untraditional.

And there's Linebeck.

I think he's the Zelda universe's version of Captian Jack Sparrow- though Linebeck's less drunk and more cowardly. He's a hoot. Hilarious. The cutscenes are just so charming- you'll just have to wait and see.

And the game implements every function of the DS; online play (amazing), the microphones (blowing out candles and occasionally yelling), making notes on maps and charts, and even closing the DS to bring something from the top screen to the bottom. It's amazing.

Altogether very charming and cute, innovative and addictive. I haven't finished yet, but I'm enjoying it- though the recurring HUGE stealth level ticks me off a bit- you'll see.

1. I have a love for pencils. I shudder when I see people chewing on them, throwing them on the floor, breaking them in half, etc.

4. When I'm writing or typing, or just thinking about something, and I have a stroke of inspiration, I will literally get up and run a lap or two back and forth across the room. I'm serious. I actually hurt my ankle really bad doing it the other day. XD

5. I'm currently obsessed with the old Zelda cartoon. What's doubly weird is I actually think it's funny. XD

Today, my friend was saying she wanted to find a guy that was a combination of Chris Angel, Johnny Depp, and any number of other celebrites. I simply said, "I want to find someone who loves me." She stared.

Is that so wrong?

I mean, ever since I got into high school, I have KNOWN who I am. I am open, and my beliefs are mostly of peace and acceptance, which is the way I want to live. However, my friends of many years, as well as most everyone else I know, is retrogressing in that area. They complain about fat people and laugh at them. They talk about putting certain unpopular kids in horrible situations.

I feel like I need new friends, but I have no place to go.

They willingly say all this in my presence, even though I have hinted on how cruel they really are being. I suppose I can't change them or anyone else, but it sure does make me upset. After all, none of us are exactly attractive, either.

They formed this group, telling me that they were rebels. I now know what a rebel is; someone who stands up not against authority, but against the pressures and beliefs of society. My beliefs are strong, and I will not conform to these petty, shallow views of the world.

The world whispers, "If they're hot, f*** them. If you hate 'em, kill them. If they're socially awkward, tell rumors and lies about them until they will never be able to make a friend again." I shout and scream to this empty wall in vain. Surely I have put up with their fifth-grade thoughts for years, surely they can at least keep their shallowness to themselves for a while? But I have no authority to change them.

Really, my group of rebels is simply a pack of what they call "preps" disguised in different clothing.

My favorite verse says something like: "If you were of the world, the world would accept you and love you as its own, but it rejects you because you are not of the world, but chosen by Me to do my work." I was given the letter F…

Fantasy- My twisted form of reality, my escape, my refuge far away from the cold and stinging pangs of everything real. I don’t have the words to elaborate more than that. ^^

‘Fahrenheit 451’- My favorite book, by Ray Bradbury. Everyone should read it sometime in their lifetime, whether they ‘get it’ or not.

Future- I look forward to it, and yet I fear it as well. What shape will the world be in five, ten, twenty years? Will it still be here? Or will it be some smoldering cesspool of vice floating in space? We’ll just have to wait and see. Whatever happens, my career as an author will still have some time to mature and grow. ^^

Fly- My greatest longing, besides true love. I dream about stretching eagle wings and becoming weightless, all my aches and pains left on the ground. I also love to draw flying subjects, though I still need some practice in that area. ^^

Failing- Sometimes I wonder if it’s my greatest fear.

Forte- In all of its usages, it means strength, but its prominent meaning to me is to play/do/live with all your heart and spirit. I improvise on the piano sometimes, and I love to just let it all flow out.

Female- Obvious. This one is hard for me to elaborate on also, but I’ll try. The world expects certain things from both the sexes and as a girl, it is difficult down to your very DNA to live up to the popular conception of the female. I, instead, try to display an image of the true virtues that make us human; all the wisdoms, inner beauties, strengths, etc. that make up the rich female half of the human spirit as God meant it to be.

Ooookay, that sounded odd…

Fairness- I’m a Libra of the scales. That supposedly means that I’m in tune to equalities and inequalities. I see this quality in me, which leads me to believe that I match my sign really well. ^^

Fate- I believe in destiny to some extent. You really don’t want me to rant about this one, so I’ll just let it lie. XD

Fortress- Sometimes I can’t find my weaknesses within the twists and turns of Myself. I am, internally, strong yet sensitive and can withstand many kinds of force when I’m around people. I still break down sometimes when I’m alone, though…

Our school board decided that we get to have our own laptops next year in high school. All I need is a tablet, and I'm all set.
I've been typing a little fanfiction recently (It's been, like six months since I last updated this:[link]) It's been a refreshing change of pace. I've been typing it since I was, like eleven, so it's kinda strange how much my style has improved, just over the course of this strange little Zelda fanfiction. ^__^

Anyway, my next theme is going to be #39. Dreams. is going to have a contest soon, so I'm thinking of killing two birds with one stone and including her character in it. Kewl, huh? ;

Totally have to agree with all of you who say people are getting fake on here. So I gave in and let's see who really reposts this. This is a test to see who's paying attention. Ah, bliss, and not a bad weekend considering I beat Zelda:Four Swords, played tons of Katamari (*drools*) and Primal, and discovered Guitar Hero. My thumbs hurt.
