Some updates on my crazy life: This month I've had College Math (which is super easy) and Shading and Lighting (which is super hard). What's worse is that these classes are condensed into three weeks, instead of four due to the upcoming xmas break. Even more insane, my bedtime averages from 2-4 am. My waking up time is anywhere from 11am to 2pm, depending on when I have days off. :crazy: This school is messing me up so much haha.

I've been in a Pokemon mood again, so if you want to see any pokemon in my style, then lemme know!!! :dance: Just note that if you request two or more pokemon, then I'll probably draw them all together and they'll be interacting somehow. ^^

Meow!! Ok, there's my randomness. Anyways, with the recent upload of my new batch of pokemon, I've decided to invite everyone to make special requests! And by special, I mean Pokemon :excited: I figure this would be a fun way for me to vent my urge to play old poke games, and for you guys to see the pokemon you want in my style :D So if you wish, just tell me what pokemon you want to see (or several), and it will be done!

In other news, there's a hurricane to my southwest and I didn't know about it til this morning XD Maybe I should watch the news more..

I discovered I have a knack for modeling, meaning I make 3D models that are both correct AND look nice XD (for a beginner anyways..) Sooner or later I will start uploading my basic 3D art. Currently, I have a chameleon, a dragon head, and a full dragon that's for my 3D class. I've been uber busy XD Especially with my hectic art class on top of the 3D one.

I really want to get better at this model-art thing.. I like it a lot. It's fun and different! Of course, I have a long ways to go before I perfect my current traditional and 2D digital art skills.. Heck, I can't even draw the front view of a dragon >.< Oh well, just thought I'd give you guys an update on school.

Anyways, I won't get too down about that. I've been getting increasingly homesick lately, mostly because my home-state is already getting colder, while here it's still hotter than hell >.< It's weird because my body will "prepare" for the upcoming season, like I have this bizarre sixth sense that let's me know what season is coming up. That "sense" has been going off about autumn, and I'm kinda depressed because I won't experience an autumn...or winter... :(

*sighs* Well, on top of that, someone must have turned on a switch that activated my polarity, because I've randomly been attracting guys O.o;; Some seem interested in relationships, others just want to be buddies. Either way, I find it both weird and funny XD This never happened in high school.

Ok, I've covered the heat and polarity, now it's Demon Lord time! :D If you don't want to read about the Demon Lords, then I hope all is well and peace out :heart: Otherwise, read below:

[Demon Lords]:
These creatures are the opposite of the Dragon Lords: They want to use their elements for destruction, not for protection. They, like the Dragons, are born of their elements from the universe. As a reminder, there is Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Spirit. These creatures are not proud and admirable like the Dragons, these creatures are frightening, creepy, or even gruesome. (Believe me, you'd have a heart attack seeing the Water Demon drifting toward you!) The Demon Lords were created by the forces of the Universe because the Universe needs balance, yin and yang so to speak. So for every element of protection, there is one for destruction.
The Demon Lord of Fire and Water are just about done, they'll be uploaded soon :)

XD I don't know how everyone can be so freaking upset about M.J. though O.o I can't figure out why anyone would mourn for a freak/child molestor. Then again, there are things about humanity I haven't quite figured out.. (I'm still ashamed to say I enjoy that guys music..)

~~ The Nomads:
The Nomads are a series of human-anatomy creatures designed to help me practice both human like characters and different types of backgrounds/environments. The story of the Nomads take place in my Demon and Dragon world. There is a Nomad for every type of landscape, for instance, desert, arctic (who I'm working on now), jungle, sea, etc. They all share something in common in that they never contact humans and avoid them at all costs, and that they never show their faces. They always wear cloths or masks to hide themselves. No one knows why. Seeing as they live in a realm of dragons, most nomads tend to befriend or use dragons for their own benefits like protection or transportation. Nomads never contact Demons. Nomads showed up on Earth in a short amount of time, making anyone who observes them wonder if they are some kind of alien and maybe that explains the lack of communication to people....

Ummmm in other news, my Winter Guard once again got first place yesterday at the competition cuz we rock and stuff! I almost got third place in the Individual competiton too.. (it's where you go out there by yourself and do your own little show). I did mine on rifle.. it was purdy fun :D

So um yeah. That's all I have basically. Hopefully it'll warm up soon because even though I enjoy snow, I didn't really enjoy the unexpected blizzards we've been getting >.< Oh well..

If you want to read about my Elemental Dragon Lords and stuff, read below, otherwise you don't have to and I hope all is well with everyone :)

My Dragon Lords: Of all the dragons, there exist 5 dragons born of the five elements (spirit, fire, water, earth, air). They do not control their elements, but they pretty much live in harmony with them and serve to protect them. Why protect something dangerous, lets say, like fire? Because fire is a natural element and it, like the other elements, keep the world in total balance. If one element were to die, then the world will crumble and life wouldn't be sustained. That is why the Elemental Dragon Lords were born- to protect their elements. Dragons in legend were very good guards, and that's why the universe chose them to protect the elements. However, their enemies, the Demons have their share of Elemental lords as well.. who want just the opposite. All the Dragon Lords have offspring who are somewhat apart of their elements as well.

Hope my little story wasn't uh boring... but yeah I'm drawing them and they'll all be pretty cool I hope :)

This week was mostly compiled of band camp, in which I got many strange injuries and a crazy tan XD But hey, I'm on the rifle line this year which is rough, but intense and awesome!!! *is getting ripped* :P The third week of August is another week of band camp.

Next week though, I'll be in Florida to see my family and a college. When I come back I'll be doing my senior pics. If I like em enough, then maaaaybe I'll upload them!

Sooooo that's my busy summer, with almost no time for drawing. Ugh and I still have to read. Oh well.

Anyways,so we still don't have internet, though we will get it soon I think.. On top of moving, doing homework for English, dealing with marching band/colorguard, and other little things, I've had little time to draw.. anything I've uploaded recently are things I've done over a long period of time. And during the last half of summer, I have to visit multiple colleges, which is just another inconvenience. I thought Summer break was supposed to be a break ya know? ^^;

Well, I uploaded tons of dino sketches into my scraps, so if anyone watches scraps, I'm sorry if I overloaded your inbox!! Though I would dearly appreciate it if anyone can help me out with their anatomy..cuz I don't think I'm drawing the dinos properly.

Well, my schedule for next year is f-ed up and I'm no longer able to take an art class (except for a dual enrollment one)... grrr...... :shakefist:

Ok, I'm not going to start off the summer complaining. Actually, I'm going to try and excercise, eat healthy, and keep a peaceful mindset the whole summer ^^ (hurray for meditation and yoga)!!

I'm going to try and finish like every single drawing I've been working on today and tomorrow cuz I'm going to see my scanner this weekend. Though I have to start cleaning and packing up cuz I'm moving soon :boogie:, so my sketches may be cut short again.

Eh I have advanced english homework for the summer but no biggie. I nailed last summer's in less than two weeks!

Umm umm umm i think that's all the important-ness for now. But just know that I'm free as a bird!!! for now... :paranoid:

My first speech went well (kinda) and I'm happy. But one more is coming up and I need to hardcore work on that. I also have three papers due this week :faint: Ummm... I'm scared.

I'm working on more things and I think I'll get a lot of sketching done this weekend, with it being Memorial weekend and all. (3-day weekend for me!!) I'm working on some sweet space art in the digital art class, and I'll upload my animation whenever i feel like it ^^;

On the downside, my least fav part of summer is arriving and it's adding to my stress... (bugs and heat stress the crap out of me!! :shakefist: ) ^^; sorry bout that!

Let's see. In my english class alone I have an immense final paper due on some books that we've read, i need to write two detailed and lengthy speech reviews/critics by the 20-something, and I need to write and give a very important speech myself about some sort of topic about a book...... :faint:

The other classes on top of english class...well, let's just say similar things are happening (tests, reports, speeches/presentations, etc.) Let alone my billions of art projects and my digital art show this friday!!! *panic attacks*

So, on that note wish me luck, i'll still try to pop onto dA every other day or so and I'm still working on art stuff for whoever i'm working on art stuff for. :crazy:

Well, i finished quite a few sketches that i've been doodling on for some time now but there's still a lot to be finished!!!!!! And this is the last day of spring break, which means I still have some make-up homeowork to finish (i was kinda sick last week) and a silly art project to finish which is sucking as it is >.>

And this is the time of year when the teacher's are hardest. They give us oodles of end-of-year projects and homework for.....you know, i never figured out why they do that O_o

But as ya'll might've guessed I won't have fun relaxing time to sketch very much cept on the weekends.. *sigh* Tis quite sad :(

So yeah, that's it. OH and to make this journal relate to its title, it's been raining for like, 4 days. It started as beautiful thunder storms but then it turned into icky cold rain. Actually its sunny now but it's still WET out!

So i took it in a different car (my car actually :p ) and through a different company and i pretty much passed everything with flying colors. And my instructor was actually HUMAN. She talked normally, sounded nice, and totally didn't care that i was close to 10 min. late for the test XDD Ok i won't go into lots of detail about anything else, but I'm just so excited!!! :excited:

okays, other stuff now. It's officially spring break!! That means i finally have time to finish all my current sketches (and hopefully start the rest of my gifts), and clean my room XD . Normally i wouldn't but i've let it get so crowded with nonsense from having to time to organize that i just have to do somethin about it!! ^^;


Ummmmmmm... oh yeah! So i'm in winterguard.. (think about fall colorguard without the marching band) and our state champs are this weekend. so uh wish us luck! and stuff!!! I know i'm gonna have lots of fun no matter what happens cuz lets just say the other guard members are really crazy XDD

Ok happier stuff now!! I have many sketches in the works. One is a gift and it's coming along nicely :D In the future I will be doing a series of elemental dragon and demon drawings. They'll be complete with a nice mini background story :nod:

Speakin of school... My animation "Minotaur" is in flash, not photoshop and I'm happy to say that it's coming along extremely well! I'm really getting the hang of it ^^. It's about a painter who paints a pic of a minotaur, and it comes to life and chases him... there's more to it, mind you! Well, every now and then i goof up and have to take some time to fix it but it should be finished moderately soon :boogie:

So, my homework content has been nausiatingly high lately and I won't be able to start/finish any drawings or gifts I've been doing >.<

I will upload some older goodies this weekend, and possibly a wicked evil dragon that lives deep in my soul.... O_o

EDIT: PS. there was a lunar eclipse the other night, holy crap! it was sweet ^^ i tried to take three pics of it but they all turned out blurry and then my camera died. :( And i just barely missed the fully pass over too.. the light was shining from the moon just as we got outside. BUT i saw a little shooting star below it too, it was awesome!!! :boogie:

So i've been playing guitar hero three all day. That dragonforce song is so much fun! but it's so hard (on hard level) XD I played it on practice so I wouldn't fail before finishing it. I got like, 1800 notes out of 2700 :|
that's a pretty intense song >.< But on the brilliant side, every song i played after it was shockingly easy! :D "Through the fire and flames" (i think that's what it is..) has inspired me to draw a sweet dragon breathing fire on a stormy night. it won't be dull, it'll be AWESOME!!!

^^; Wow, I'll never ramble that much again, sorry!

Ok, actually this journal isn't about the snow day, it's another update:

My animation The Metamorphosis, was coming along well and i was getting closer to finishing it, but i couldn't download PS to the computer because it asked for all of this business nonsense >.< Plus, we're doing something else in my dig-art class so i can't continue it... BUT I SHANT GIVE UP! :evillaugh:

So, this weekend I'm going to upload a bunch of drawings I've found from last winter (if i can remember to bring em this time!) and I'll upload a gift which is just about done. And another thing, has anyone besides me noticed that my werewolf, chupacabra and harthop drawings all seem like they have the same arms and legs and claws?? XD

There is another risk of a snow day on friday, but the town i live in is ignorant when it comes to people's lives so i might not get one >.>

anyways, yeah it's snowing.....again. BUT i love it! it's awesome. It's hilarious because everyone I live with hates the snow, so i go around our house saying "The magical S-word is here again!"

I may post something from apophysis or my dig-art class every now and then. My skeletal dragon and psycho bunny are scanned, cleaned up and are totally beautiful! Though, I was forced to leave my scanner's house just after posting the Fearless Fight pic, so I couldn't post them :cries:

oh well. In 3, count em, THREE weeks I'll put them up... *mumbles angrily*.

Um totally random question: does anyone know if nose rings fall out of your nose easily? cause my nose stud has fallen out TWICE before it healed and i'm sick of it!! so i want a ring instead :nod:

Ok so I went through most of my sketches and darkened them. I also did some minor cropping on a couple as well. In fact, most of the changes are so small you may not notice them unless you've been through my gallery lately ^^; Anyways, our scanner is picking the perfect time to NOT WORK! :steaming: Because the copy portion of it isn't working, the scanner portion won't function...it's annoying, mainly because I want to fix my dragon skeleton/psycho bunny pics and I have another dragon drawing to upload!!! grrrrr.....

Oh well, if I get it fixed by the afternoon then I'll upload those things. :nod:

So spiders are walking about my house. o_O You know what i've noticed????? every autumn spiders, and i mean LOTS of spiders will invade our house!! They probably just want warmth, but still, its SCARY!!!! Yesterday was the first day in a week in which i used our small bathroom because of this invasion >_O

If you wanna hear a scary spider story, just tell me. (though i don't think anyone wants to hear any) :P

So I emailed my counselor a billion times about it and she just called me back stating that "all other hours are full, you have to drop the class unless you can get here early enough to catch the bus."

I can't get to the school early..I take a bus! Basically, the amazing art class I was looking forward to for nearly a year is gone for a whole nother year... :(

I was brought to tears when I found this out.

On a happy note, I have sketches done in micron pen! yaay! Alas, I won't see my scanner for 2 weeks (again). Ooooo, that means I can try to color them in my colored micron pens! :evillaugh:

Let's put it this way, my pics are scanning but only a skinny strip of my drawing pops up. Adjusting the image doesn't help. :(

I've been looking through my old creature sketches and compared them to my recent ones and it looks like my old ones have incredible detail and meaning while the ones now have no detail or meaning or anything interesting. they're average and boring.

Another thing, look at my Fire dragon, it's totally bland and doesn't look interesting. it's only cool because it's colored several different colors!!

Unfortunately, no one can tell me what's really wrong until I upload all of my old and new sketches which won't happen for another week.

that concludes my personal rant.
I hope I can get help soon...
