On other news, while you can check every day on Halo Bungie.org for your own benefits of Halo-related knowledge and contributions, 'Nilut is rather busy with productions. Expect to see this account as dormant until 2011 or so. Also, the networking account, known as "Sangheili-Community" in this site, is also dormant. More so than this account. I apologize for the inconvenience and commitments made from there, but they're not entirely important. It was supposedly an account made for keeping up with the Halo news around the internet, but under the center points related to Sangheili and to an extent, general Halo news.

Well, while Halo Waypoint is still up, we hope we can make the best of this clan and make history upon the Halo community. It's already released on XBL, and Halo Waypoint is an XBL add-on that you can download for free and access. Once you enter Halo Waypoint, you can check your achievements on your Gamertag account that's accumulated to all the Halo games that you've ever played, along with news, ongoing things, and statistical collections that you can see. Get used to it, as it updates inside frequently; it's not important or entirely special, but it's got some good worthy content in it if you're a serious Halo fan for sure.

Essential Clan requirements:

~Have at least 1 Halo game that has online capabilities/online LAN (Use Xbox Connect or Xlink Kai for this). Don't forget about the Internet access, hardware, and software materials or even resources that you need to play and produce in the club/clan.
~You must be at age 15 or older to cooperate. This clan is not supposedly to mess around by a sloppy manner, nor is it meant to give you at ridiculous hard works, strict structure, and endless labor.
~Any skill level of your Halo games is fine; just do your best. Have fun. Also, be sure to cooperate and be productive in and outside of the game regularly (only when you really do have free time for at least 30 minutes a day), so that way you can make the clan a better place for people to remember eachother for who they are, Sangheili or in reality, human!
~Speak English at least a decent vocabulary, composition, and grammar, while it's highly recommended you learn it nonetheless. For a group of people who can speak another language of the same that's NOT English, they can do so on their own part of this clan, as a means to communicate with eachother for their native, foreign Language. Example: 5 Elites speak Latin, and can talk to eachother who speaks Latin, but if they can speak English, they'll have the ability to easily communicate with all other Elites who speak English.

Gold update for either of 'Nilut's accounts will occur either by early December 2009 or early June 2010.

The "Underground Rogue Force" clan will revive and be diligently worked out in the process by June 2010 at the earliest or so. June 2011 is a recommended date for it to be truly resurrected. (Yes, I'm very sorry, but with my current high school life and messy time management skills, I cannot run anything to this club or clan with dedication until I set myself up strict and straight) We are also considering of changing the name of the clan, into a more original, and less confusing name, so please note me if you have an excellent, well-thought, and seriously stellar idea of what the clan name should be. The structure and system of the clan will be fixed up and refined during 2010 or so.

Halo Way point is ready to arrive on XBL for all Halo fans to check periodically for any updates, recognition, and news within the relations and theme of the Halo franchise among the community. Hopefully, we'll be noticed someday, but for now, we are at the point of unconsciousness. Right now, CommanderNilut is busy with schoolwork and vital artworks (requests from people he knows and prize-powerful contests) he's working on. This update is only brief, but at least we get to see what Halo Waypoint is like, since it's been announced, and now ready to arrive on Xbox Live.

Just a reminder, the minimum technical requirements for the club is:

~Internet of any speed.
~The English language. (We can still translate, as long as you are speaking fluently of your own native language)
~You must have an Elite name for yourself, whether it'd be on your own or from the Elite Namelizer from Halo Bungie.org.
~You must be a member of and not be banned from deviantART, if you want to access the club.

URF Clan requirements:

~PC or MAC, as long as you have Internet access with your Halo games.
~Xbox 360 (Arcade, Premium, or Elite, etc.) or a later Xbox console.
~Broadband connection for your console to access XBL.
~A copy of Halo: Combat Evolved for the PC, Custom Edition, 2, 3, Wars, or Reach (in the future).
~Access to matchmaking and online gaming/multiplayer.
~Be an Elite at all times during clan leaders and people online whenever it's time to do Custom Games, Forge, or Matchmaking.
~Have at least 30 minutes of spare time a day to play or contribute to the club/clan; even 1 game of MM will do.
~Stay active at least noticeably once a year. If you are absent for a year or over in the clan, you will have to be removed regardless of what rank you are. We need to keep it clean, unless you request for the leaders to keep members regardless of how absent they are.

July 1 (Canada Day): Have 8-16 elite fans play Halo 3 as Elites, and one shall take screenshots of all the elites gathered up in various armor colors, with the same Canadian Leaf icon as their temprary emblem. You may carry any weapon you like. After that, have fun screwing around!

July 4 (4th of July): Have 5-16 elite fans play Halo 3 as Elites, and one shall take screenshots of all the elites gathered up behind a set of colored explosions, with the armor colors and details being only Red, White, Blue, or any of these three-color optioned combos. Make sure you're in a night-setting map or a dark map as a recommended option. You mat carry any weapon you like. After that, have fun screwing around!

July 7 (Bungie Day): Have ONLY 7 elite fans play Halo 3 as Elites, and one shall take screenshots of all the elites surrounding the Lucky 7 Cog Icon in the map of Valhalla. Make sure no one covers the icon, for it has to be shown between the participants in the screenshots. You may carry any weapon you like. Last, if you have more than 7 participants, be sure to set up a new session for the ones who didn't get a chance to be in one screenshot relating to Bungie day. After that, have fun screwing around!

DA-Elites will collect all screenshots and post them up on this account as mementos and celebration of the three days of the month of July.

In Halo 2:

Be sure to join the clan "Underground RF", with CommanderNilut being the overlord! This is a clan, so it's optional for you to join. Remember to play actively, but have fun while controlling what you play! (And don't let overplaying ruin your life and stabilities)

If you want, you can make a montage or a slideshow of various Sangheilii-related screenshots both on Halo 2 and Halo 3, and then posted on youtube as a video. Make sure to give note to this club account since the idea has been composed.

In Halo: Combat Evolved (Custom Edition or Multiplayer) PC Version:

THIS IS OPTIONAL. For those of you who have online compatability, or local (make sure you have plenty of friends), plus a copy of Halo: CE, find a mod that lets you play as an Elite, in any color, THEN, make a group shot that can somehow relate to Canada Day, 4th July, and/or Bungie Day. 'Nilut is under a threat, but worry not. He is under the time to take upon working on his school course and arts continuously, while only sparingly visiting XBL while planning on having someone trusted take over his XBL account. (He perferrably would want one that's excellent in Halo 3, DDR games, and Guitar Hero games, plus being an achievement whore) Therefore, as long as he's working with high performance qualities, he will not be killed or tortured for long-terms of time.

Anyway, it's (was) Memorial day, and I would like to tribute Taka 'Ulomee () for being with the master of this club account since February 17, 2006. Back then, she was in that account, and she loved elites. Boy do I miss her sangheili icon and art. Also, she is known as LOLdragon in deviantART, but she never came back to deviantART. She has a facebook, but it's unknown whether or not she's even there, so we all leave our heartful cares to her. Long live Taka, and godspeed her, for she is still living in the real world of humans.

Ok. I have "Underground RF" opened as a clan IN Halo 2, but since not many people are in Halo 2 online, only elites and elite lovers should belong in the clan. With the clan, it's meant to play, make games, mods, find and record glitches, make art for the clan, and spreading the information.

Other than that, SangheiliArtist will make some more art in due time starting June 5 and later on.

This is a new feature implemented into the DA-Elites club system. This can be done in Chat-Rooms for real-time text combat and acting, or turn-based with posts available under a forum section or journal entry from this Club, if there were to be a subscription under this account.

Here is how it works for each character/member to have as an example during non-battle roleplay environments:

Anze 'Nilut
= 300/300 <--- Those are Health Points
x3 <--- The stars represent your rank in roleplay experience and how artistic and creative you can be with it. The more you have, the more you can use with speical moves to learn, without having the stars to be consumed. This is similar to a Level system in most RPGs, but with abilities to learn attatched. This doesn't contribute to your health or overall self, as it's NOT an actual Level system. It's separate, induced only to your abilities, knowledge, and moves.
$3,000 <--- This may be dollars in the UNSC or in America, but it's considered Gildas in the Sangheilian currency of this club, primarily from the continent of Arcaida.

BATTLE ATTRIBUTES:

This is what it's supposed to look like for a typical status image:


300/300 (Health, which is vital to your character at all costs)
PP = Power Points (The total attack count throughout the battle)
SP = Spirit/Stamina Points (The amount of attacks you can release for each move)
EP = Energy Points (overall stamina and power. when full, "Epinephrine" occurs)
OP = Operation Points (choices made that consumes a fraction of a turn)
MP = Movement Points (Any sense of exploration used are consumed here)
AP = Action Points (battle attacks to be limited for each operation, plus distance)
CT = Count Time (the time you have before your turn ends due to limited agility)

<---A NEW ATTRIBUTE HAS BEEN ADDED: AP (Affiliation/Ambassador Points), which is newly introduced to this club account. It is a fifth unit of the bullet colors in this place, which this one functions as points for doing stuff in clans that are outside from here, as long as they contribute to good things, and not bad things. Note me for anything good that you do from other Halo-related societies, and you get APs for it! If you do bad, and I catch you, then you are manually punished by any sort of magnitude, ranging from a small point deduction from your attributes, to an eternal banishment from the club.

Anyway, it's up to Y'ALL to set up at best, 16 Elites on Halo 3 that are colored in nothing but Red and Green, and then take a Christmas Shot! Do whatever you like with how it works, but make sure it has the Christmas spirit within it!

Oh and for picture editors and texters, make sure they can point out which elite is which, so we can tell WHO participated in the screenshots. GUESTS ARE WELCOME, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE ELITES THAT ARE IN RED OR GREEN. Anze 'Nilut got an idea: Why don't we all elites draw something relating to thanksgiving? An example would be a huge group of elites in one place gathered together or something. So, are you guys willing to take the motivation and effort to make an artwork for Thanksgiving this week? As for this, it's not quite a contest, but a benefit for your well-being as a member of this club/clan, and maybe play Halo 3 together as a time-synchronized party during Thanksgiving! So here's one thing: DRAW SOMETHING RELATING TO ELITES FROM HALO AND THANKSGIVING FOR CHRIST'S SAKES! Submit it as soon as possible, once you are finished and satisfied with it, so it will be put to our collection!

As for other news, I still need more members, more gamertags, and more active leaders of this club/clan to be run so that it will be better. Here's another favor: for ANY Halo fan that you meet, whether they like elites for what you ask, go ahead and spread the word off across the internet about this club and see what we can get. CRITICAL NOTICE: I will be starting a clan called the Underground Rogue Forces, dedicated towards making art, music, games, and literature, communication, fun, and of course, playing games, even notably on Halo 3! The goal is deemed to "Reach for the S.K.Y", but whilist to that, the technical priority is to overcome yourself in character growth, as well as experiencing the challenge of getting with people, especiall towards Halo 3. Objective: Have every person turn their character into an elite (in-game) whenever in any clan party, and try to obtain up to 5,000+ EXP at Level 50 on as many areas as possible. Unofficial MLG is not required though. Remember, this competetive clan community is supposed to be flexibly freedom-driven, so feel free to be there or not! Make sure you have a copy of Halo 3 if you want to expand your experience of social recognization!

Okay, for news, AnzeNilut has joined the Sovereign Guard a month ago in ~SangheiliArtist's devious information website. I've been rather busy from art and school, than playing Halo 3 or even managing enough of this club. I know how inactive it is, and I wish to keep it more alive.

I do have a secondary account somewhere in case this club shuts down or cannot be accessed by anyone, so keep that in mind once in a while.

For other news, I'm going to revamp this club so it can allow members to show their current service tags for Halo 3, what their gamertag is, their overall bungie profile, and stats, so there's no known date for it's revision, but I will update this account sooner or later when I have large chunks of time.

I still need several more active Halo fans and elite fans to note me to be one of the many co-admins of this account to access, so it will be updated by sending in comments by artworks from halo fans, advertisement, and even get to know other people as well as updating this account towards to no end.

It would be an honor to acheive all that's been said. Thank you.

Okay alien recruits.

Since nothing special has been going on here, it's a dishonor that I've left the club inactive and that's less than no excuse for a chance, even if I am exhiborantly busy.

Anyways, the purpose of this club is to understand the experience of being a game fanatic, and having your art featured in places you recognize.

Besides, We need someone who can afford donations such as subscriptions, deviant dollars, and special physical prizes from the person who will donate it. They will be responsible for what they offer, in acknowledge to this club

I want to keep this club healthy, active, and entertaining in the right direction with a useful purpose, so I still need 10 more people to be admins with me, so note me please (hopefully in different time schedules). Any of us co-admins who share this account can comment, speak, and participate in deviantART as active as they can possibly like, so please do so.

Just remember, you can only switch to one rank at a time. An example is when you are a Zealot, and if you want to switch to a UNSC suit, you can
enter your current Army, Marine, or Navy rank at anytime. Just know that divisions in the Covenant are just grouped ranks, and Sections in the
UNSC are a completely different matter; as in separate affiliations under one major affiliation, so you cannot switch sections in the Covenant, but
parts of the UNSC, yet the UNSC has the disability to switch towards expansions. Get it? Good, now move!

This is officially the DA-Elites attributes system of what each Sangheili member can get based upon these details. Remember, since this follows an RPG-based advancing menthod arrangement, you can choose which pathway to rank up on each of your affiliations using your Rank Points and Artistic Experience Points.

Affiliation Attributes:

RP: The amount of points you get for doing halo art, submitting, acknowleding art advices, or any special occurances. | Types:
This is GP;General: With any custom affiliation or another mode, you get this.
This is BP; Halo 3 In-game/Battle: Earning these will help your status in role-playing and gaming as well as receiving interesting weapons, materials, and possibly small gifts for a change.
This is UP; UNSC: Use these to earn a rank, or use them for human weapon leveling.
This is CP; Covenant: Like the UNSC, only all on Covenant armies and weapons.
This is AP; which means Ambassador/Affiliation Points, in which you gain when you are active in other clans. These unlock previleges and certain parts such as more money, new ranks, or even able to take certain commands in certian games like Halo 3 when you are notified by email or note. This is a recently added feature that affects members manually from Admins and the Root Admin. The more of these pellet points you get, the more cool things you can get; also controlled manually.

Attention: Remember to note me if you want to use your point pellets from what type(s) it/they is/are, and how many of each you will use, and I'll spend it here.

Function: Allows your rank to go up in any affiliation you choose + specialized types.

How to do it: Submit deviations (to gain AEP), win contests, and defeat enemies in battle (roleplay chatrooms)

AEP: Like EXP and Levels, this increases as you submit stuff and use them for leveling up or converting them to RPs

Function: Allows leveling up which can increase your rank-up rate by the amount of RPs you get, and the more you submit, the better you get in prizes, battles, and money.

How to do it: Comment (and give constructive criticism) on their original artworks, submit entries, vote, how active you are, etc.

Gildas (Coins): A currency used to purchase avatars, stuff from me, or trades.

Function: A currency from Sanghelios that you carry. UNSC currencies are used for it as well, since the affiliation should also accept US, foreign, and other-planet monies.

How to do it: Win contests, win battles, submit special entries, and trade with others.
When purchasing, the stuffs available in the Store journal entry, or contact me in note if you want to purchase something that you have in mind to see if I have it.

Since this is a club, here are the DOs and DONT's:

DOs:

Role-playing in chatrooms, battling appropriately, reasonably, and realistically,
following the rules of course, etc.

DON'Ts:

Fighting inappropriately, cheating anywhere, anytime, anyway, spamming, harassment,
+Faving on entires when you are supposed to +Fav on the original work (NEVER DO THIS, Period),
hacking (as in accessing without permission and modifying materials), abuse, discrimination,
plagirism, theft, etc.

Consequences:

Rank decrease, loss of particular previleges, temporary confinement, time-fixed bans,
strict supervision, point decrease, deleted deviations, money taken, reports, etc.

3. For CO-ADMINS:

Please be courteous and responsibly clean to this account that SangheiliArtist (a.k.a, CommanderNilut)
Officially owns, because there will be no password sharing, data corruption towards artworks, journal entries, commenting, and speaking inapproproately, and stay reasonable to the standards and parts here, with more to come.

Remember to modify anything mishaps or mistaken, and whenever the status says Online while you are
not logged in to the account, PLEASE wait until the Idle/Last Seen Online status appears
as you take over so that the society can stay stable, consistent, intact, simple, and moderated. Also, it's a good idea to keep sent items and inbox notes in case it's necessary, so that you won't lose track of who notes who for any purpose.

In terms of making general journals and writing, PLEASE type out the username of yours afterwards in the bottom
