                <description><![CDATA[ I think I finally figured out why I hate drawing upside down and am not very good at it.<br />
<br />
I know it's supposed to be a useful tool to learn to draw realistically, but it bores me.  I don't get to see the beauty in the subject, I don't get to be invested in it, and so it just becomes a series of lines which is what drawing is, but I don't want to do it.  I don't want to pay attention to the particular curve of a line if I can't see how that line is beautiful.<br />

Maybe it's just an excuse.  But it's the most I've been able to figure out. ]]></description>
