It's been down a lot recently and finally more than one person can be on the net at a time! Amazing right. All I need now is a new phone that isn't stuck together with blue tack and never seems to work and I'll be set.

So yeah, nothing much has been happening with my life, apart from doctors every week. Damn doctors taking all my money! Damn it I need to save up to buy a house and all that. But I guess they are okay.

Speaking of money. Cosplay is taking a back seat [hopefully] next year. It's been in the boot this year whilst I try and get better [Yes, I'm still sick, but getting better]. So next year I'll be doing Seymour [Final Fantasy X - Complete remake], Sieg [Chaos Legion - complete remake] and Zoisite [Sailor Moon]. I'm tossing up whether or not to finish Rufus [Valkyrie Profile 2 - All I need is a wig][Is there a point?] but otherwise the aforementioned will be around next year. Taking my time on them and I'll get them done when I get them done. Cosplay is a hobby and I treat it as such, its not serious business.

The Great Deku Tree
Now this was the first dungeon one must do. It caught me a little off guard, I had to learn all new controls for I had never played anything except Super Smash Bros Melee on the Game Cube and so it was a little hard getting to know the controls.

This Dungeon was exciting, it was interesting to see how they changed it. I didn’t find it hard but I enjoyed doing something a little different than before.

Dodongo Cavern
Now slightly disappointed that the Deku Tree wasn’t hard I still had hope for the rest of the game. So starting off in this dungeon I quickly learnt that the Dodongo Cavern was a dungeon that was flipped, so basically one was completing it backwards. So I did it quite easily finding out that it was basically the same but with different ' puzzles’ in each room to achieve the same general goal.

Lord Jabu Jabu’s Belly
This was a bit strange this dungeon. THERE ARE FUCKING COWS LODGED IN HIS MOUTH, BELLY, nearly every room has a freaking cow! Still it wasn’t too hard to figure out that one has to shoot the cows to progress further into the dungeon. This dungeon was changed a bit but it was generally the same…and easy…

The Forest Temple
YaY onto Adult Link and the Temples! The forest temple was one that, to be technical, wasn’t exactly like the Ocarina of Time version but for some time one is going in the same general direction. This was the first time I got a little stuck, but that was due to my own stupidity and I didn’t fully look around the room for the Hookshot Plate that was behind me XD But other than that I found it easy.

The Fire Temple
Now this is my first major complaint! I got the Boss Key and the Megaton Hammer near the very start of the dungeon…if you don’t know what that means, it means I could go and fight the boss and skip HALF THE FREAKING TEMPLE! Seriously I skipped half, if not more of the temple it was crazy! I would have liked to finish the full temple but by then I couldn’t be bothered I was too disappointed. The Fire Temple was the first temple I began to think was easier than Ocarina of Time. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed actually having to work things out for a change, its just, I wasn’t expecting to skip half of it.

The Ice Cavern
I didn’t have any prior thoughts about this dungeon. I just went in, had a heart attack when I got owned by a boulder. I skipped half of this Dungeon as well. But then again I skip half of it in Ocarina of Time so that was no big deal. Hey, it was easier than Ocarina.

The Water Temple
Now this is my second biggest complaint. Here I was, dreading the Water Temple since if I had to pick a hard Ocarina of Time Temple, the Water Temple would have to be it [There is this one point where I like to mess up XD], so here I was thinking that The Water Temple would be incredibly hard…but what do I find? Apart from Dark Link being annoyingly hard like normal [holy crap a hard Zelda boss? No wai!], it’s easier than the Ocarina of Time version!! What the fuck! Master Quest was supposed to be Hard! Not easier than Ocarina! Gah!

Enemy Count:
Stalfos – 6
Lizafos – 1
Spike – 1
Dark Link – 1
Morpha – 1

A lot of enemies right there! What the hell happened to the hordes of Tektites, Shell Blades, Stingers and that?! That’s another thing I noticed. There are limited enemies in the game and that each temple has the same monsters to fight.

Beneath the Well
I was a little skeptical about this dungeon. I soon learned that it was as easy if not easier than Ocarina of Time. It left out all the excitement [besides the group of Re-Dead where I went psycho and went on a killing rampage!]. All the secret rooms and false walls were shown. I fought Dead Hand at the beginning and thought this was going to be a repeat of the Fire Temple, but it wasn’t. One still got the Lenz of Truth at the end which made me happy. I didn’t want to skip anymore.

The Shadow Temple
The Shadow Temple was as easy as it was in Ocarina of Time. It basically follows the same path as well and most ‘ puzzles’ were pretty much the same. I love the Shadow Temple in Ocarina and so I loved it in Master Quest as well. Horrah Re-Deads! XD However I did skip a little in it, but I made up for that by going in a room a never go in in Ocarina.

The Spirit Temple
Now at this point of the game I was getting rather bored [And I had a head-ache so I wanted the Spirit Temple done as quickly as possible]. It was easy, except surprisingly I was using a fare amount of items.

So...I had a sewing needle go through my finger just a few hours ago, I have blood all over my costume, I hate my life, I had to go to the hospital to get it surgically removed...aka cut out, The blood did not want to stop, I have blood all over my White freaking coat, I Hate Murphy- he shall die...

UPDATO TIME


So on Tuesday I had the long awaited call from the Orthopedic Surgeon. He explained what was actually wrong with my knee.

I have is Lipoma Aborescens [tree-like, diffuse articular lipomatosis] Its a rare [Very rare, as in 50 known cases rare], benign intra-articular lesion [Basically a Tumor] with an unknown cause, however Trauma can trigger it. Its a condition of the lining of the tissue in the joint.

So basically I have had this all along, its just been dormant in my knee until my knee was smashed and then it has become active. The Surgeon removed as much of it as he could however it may recur.

So yosh, Thats my knee. Trust me to end up having something rare

Well I'm still not walking properly. My knee likes to collapse under me. But at least I have some maneuverability. I need to get back into making my costumes...But I can't yet Stupid Leg thing....

So the past few days I have been frustrated to all heck. I can't even do normal things. Its so awkward to move my leg and its very hard to get comfortable. But I have been sleeping mostly so thats all good.

Okay, So I went in for my operation four days ago. I had to wake up at 4:30am, to be at the hospital at 6:30pm [Mind you the doctors get in at 8:00am >_<] to wait till 10:30am to get into my operation which started at 10:45am. Then at 1:00pm I first opened my eyes after the operation, and at 2:00pm I was taken into second stage recovery to be discharged at 3:00pm. Phew…

So it is now the fourth day after my operation. Today was the big day when I could remove the bandage… And how good it feels to be rid of it! I still have the dressing and junk still on my knee, but thank the heavens the bandage is gone. It bunched up in the back a bit and was starting to hurt!

Anyhow, I haven’t heard back from the doctor yet *Shrugs* Don’t know what is actually wrong with my knee yet. When they went in they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. So we have the MRI showing one thing, and my knee showing another. *le sigh* Just need to wait till the biopsy tests come back.

For all who commented on my previous journal and those who saw me face to face, Thank you all for your comments and prayers/good vibes etcetera and encouragement. So in February 2006, around the time of AI-Con, My knee was smashed into a metal pole. Now its a few peoples fault and I won't name names. And so it hurt like hell when it happened, but the pain faded and I forgot about it.

So in the coming weeks the pain started coming back and I couldn't figure out what was wrong till I remembered that injury. I still shrugged it off and hoped it would get better, after a while it became worse and I finally went to the doctor and the GP did not really know what was wrong so he gave me a referral to the specialist.

And so I went on my merry way to the specialist and he sent me off to get an MRI. So I did. It came back showing some abnormal tissue disfunction that the specialist said to be Fat Necrosis and he told me to rest up my knee whenever it got sore, and it would heal in 6 months...

One year later and its getting even more worse. There are days I can't even walk my knee is so bad. I even been sent home from work because I can no longer stand. I went back to the specialist and he sent me off to get another MRI. And that MRI came back the same as the last one. Nothing had changed.

The specialist then ruled out Fat Necrosis and has two more options to go by, however even then he doesn't really know. And as such I need to go in and have an Arthroscope.

For those who don't know what an Arthroscope is, its when they cut into the effected area of your body, shove a little camera in there, and/or take a sample of flesh or whatever and yeah, basically see whats wrong. So my little bit of knee they are cutting off is getting sent to pathology to find out what the hell is wrong with my knee.

And my operation is tomorrow. The first of May 2007. *le sigh* I think I would rather them just numb my leg rather than knock me out. I wanna watch the operation

But yes. For the first week after the operation I need to keep my leg elevated. And so I don't know whether I'll be online or not [Though I WILL be playing Sengoku Basara ] and it can take up to 2-6 weeks to heal. I hope I heal quickly. I hate not being able to do things. + I have stuff to do! And Animania is 26 days after it!! >_<

But anyways.
