Hey all! I just looked, and realized I had somehow gotten past 2k pageviews. Now, understandably, I am not all that wowed by this achievement when I have folks I watch that have already popped out over 100k pageviews, but still... I am happy with the idea that at least SOME people dig my sketches.

I suppose it would help if I got my scanner sorted out, and got some new stuff put up in my gallery eh? Been a slow year for the artistic side of me. Too much stress, and not enough time to sit and actually focus on drawing has left its mark, I spose. But, saying that, I also realize it was something I used to do that actually made me happy, so maybe expect some new things in the near future to look at.

So, thanks to all that have been part of the 2k views mark! Maybe someday the folks who are taking a look would leave a comment... or MAYBE a fave someday?? LOL ( I would beg, but you know, it just isn't my thing... ) I am also open to suggestions and ideas for what to try to focus on next. I have done a lot of the portraiture thing in the past, but after a while, it seems like I draw a lot of the same thing over and over. Any off the wall ideas, or suggestions would be helpful.

Ok, enough of me going on about things. Many hopes that anyone who took the time to read this little blog thingy of mine recieve the brightest and most positive blessings! More from me later, folks!

I figured I should leave a comment on my journal page to thank those of you who have viewed, commented, and added pointers on my works here.

So to all of you, from "non-computer based friends", family, MysticWickers, MySpace contacts, other deviantARTists, and the occasional courious passer by... my thanks and gratitue for taking the time to drop in!

Typically, I don't think of my works as all that great. Some I look at and think "amateur" piece there, and get startled when people tell me "Wow! I really like that one!". I enjoy suprises! Heh heh. But, for as amateur as I sometimes feel I am in my artistic endeavors, I have found that beauty, and meaning, are in the eyes of the beholders, just like the famous axiom says.

And that is why I share them. Because even if they don't exactly feel like they are wonderful, and I turn into my own worst critic, there is always someone in that proverbial *out there* who will enjoy them.

So, again, thanks for looking, and I do hope that something in my gallery is enjoyable and interesting to you!

Blessed Be.
