Im not really sure how many people actually watch anything I do here anymore. So I figured Id write a journal addressing all the people who actually are concerned or paying attention to the things I post here....

I havent been active as much on DA because Ive been on this slash/shonen ai/ yaoi kick here lately and I decided a while back that I was going to stop posting it here because it seemed to be against alot of peoples tastes. I guess its because alot of people when they first started watching me didnt know I drew it I guess... because I kept it mostly at Y gallery.

Anyway, my question?

Should I post my slash here? Or should I leave it off?

Im just kinda curiouse if anyone who watches me here is actually offended by it. Cause if not... then I guess it doesnt matter. Of course I wont be posting anything overly sexual or dirty... Ok... so I'm like watching Death Note episode 25 right.... and then... somehow without my own choosing... I began watching a shonen-ai...

...
and it starts......where two guys that look strangly like L and Raito are haveing a deep moment ... stairing deep into each others eyes... saying how there alike and shit....while standing in the rain...

Then right before they walk inside L's all like.." Like OMG were all wet"

And Raitos all like " Of course, you silly thing ".

.. they walk in... all soaking wet.... with their white shirts showing there wet dripping skin through the sopping fabric that clings to there shivering flesh. Droplets of rain drip off the tips of their shiny hair as Ryuzaki leans in front of Raito and begins tenderly massage his bare foot. Raito makes funny little noises in the back of his throat , as if to let the dripping male at his feet know the pleasure his exploring fingers were sending through his body as they kneaded into the sore bottoms of his sensative feet.

But before he could get lost in the feeling of the other mans hands on his skin, Raito notices the droplets from Ryuzaki's hair and proceeds to gently towel dry the damp strands of glistening black.

They look tenderly at each other...

And then Death Note came back on.... craziest shit Ive ever seen XD

Yeah yeah, it was some serious juicy fan service.... which is probably the only reason I watched it... but I gotta tell ya... I didn't like it. It just didn't fit ... or better yet was fit in there at the wrong time.

... if I want to watch shonen ai... Ill watch shonen ai.... I wanted to watch shonen.... with a riveting completive moment where the conflict of "the self righteous" and "megalomaniac" go head to head with their lives on the line.

Instead.... I was watching the male version of Beaches!!

I honestly never thought it was a big deal myself. Ive never really expected a thankyou for commenting or faving. But, I noticed others seem to get kinda upset by it.

You see, I work about 42 - 43 hours a week on third shift... and I have four different gallerys ( Y gallery and Deviant Art get the most of my attention )

So sometimes Im late when getting to read comments... so I always figure I waited to long to reply and it would seem kinda... belated?

And when I do get to reading comments... Im sometimes to tired to think of a reply... and then wind up settling with a "Thankyou" And sometimes I feel like ... if I just type that over and over... people will think Im being insencere. Does that make sence?

Am I looking at things wrong? I mean, I love every comment I get... and they all make me smile with pride Its a nice feeling after a hard day of repetative and unappreciated work to come home... sit down and draw... and have people love the effort I give on a hobby that I enjoy to do.... and of course would like to improve on.

But I just never put too much thought into how other artists felt I guess. Ussually I always go and check out the artists gallery and check out thier stuff... but even then I have a hard time thinking on what to say

But if people say they think Im being cold... or they like a good thankyou... Ill be more than happy to do so. I guess I just always pressure myself to be able to say something more meaningful than just "Thankyou".

But for all those who are wondering... I always read your comments and am thankful for your attention to my petty art. Its appreciated more than you can ever know.

And I know I dont draw much of anything spectacular or unique... hell here lately Ive just been throwing out stuff that just tickles my fancy. I really wasnt expecting much from people when I started on the SP fanart... it was just something I wanted to do. Yet its been one of the most fun fandoms Ive ever been a part in. Although Ive been debating on drawing for other things as well. I havent drawn so much for one thing sence DBZ

Even if your not exactly drawing for the South Park fandom, if you watch the show you should know what Im talking about...

The SP fandom for the most part is made up of how the artist would see that character in a more detailed form. But each character needs to at least have certain traits to make them accually THAT character right? For instance alot of people draw Cartman well... slim.... and honestly his character really calls for him to be a fat guy

Well theres something else Id like to mention Ive been thinking is a little off...

Has anyone seen the Ginger Kids episode... where Cartman was making fun of Ginger kids ( kids with pale skin, freckles and red hair)? In this Cartman and Kyle clearly stated that Kyle was NOT pale... did NOT have freckles... and being as all these traits are ginger and gingers come with green eyes (read up on it, youll see) he probably doesnt have green eyes either.

Just something I thought Id bring up... soooo...

Im back... useing 56K and Im limited on the times I use the internet... but hey, its better than nothing

I dont have as much as I thought I would have done to share with everyone. I have a crap load of half finished projects.

I am proud of one thing though!!!

I HAVE COMPLETED A DOUJINSHI!! Its 35 pages... its not perfect... but its done. And its one of the smuttiest things I ever drawn. Its yaoi Envy/Ed so I probably wont be shareing it here.

Anyway, I cant add any artwork right now because I have to turn off the computer so people can get phonecalls. I just wanted everyone to know Im alive

And thankyou for the comments and views hopefully I can try and start returning the favor for everyone tonight when I get back on the net again

My husband approached me with a valid point I would like to ask. ..

If you pay for a commission... should it be submitted without the buyers permission. Being as they ARE buying it and thus it becomes thiers.

I assumed it was alright because I had seen other artists do it. But ...

My first LuXNa fanfic... accually its my first One Piece fanfic ever

I hope I didnt go over board with the smuttiness *

For all those who want to know... remember that LuNa fanfic "Noone Needs To Know"? Ive wrote half of the next chapter... I was going to complete it this morning, but I got distaracted and drew something in my other gallery instead XD. But the next chapter is on its way to being done very soon.

I really wasnt all that thrilled with how the fic started so Im going to go ahead and get it over with so maybe I can start writing new stuff. Honestly id like to try my hand at writing fanfiction.... and accually completing them of course,.

Oh and by the way... I appologise to everyone here...


My DA activity has sucked here lately.... Im incredibly sorry. Ive been checking out everyones stuff.... but it always takes so much time to comment on DA.

Ill click on comment and the damn thing will give me some message that says something like "Unable to contact devaint art blabla"

And it just frustrates me... I have such limited time to comment and then the damn sites gotta screw with me. Plus, Ive had some major insomnia problems here lately.... so that makes my tolerance and attitude THAT much better. Plus I feel like its affecting my art too.

But Ill get over it...

But, its getting to where it doesnt seem to really be about comunication at all... my point?

I hear all the time in journals (Usually from artists with craploads of viewers and commenters ) about how annoying thier fans on DA are to them. -_-

First, they get all hissyfied cause other artists complain about lack of views.... then they get all insulting to them for thinking of gimics and ways to get more views....

Well, I hate to break it to you, but DA is supposed to be about people commenting and comunicating with you about your work...and *I* ussually, in turn, attempt to comunicate with them in turn about theres... give and take, right?

Now how in the hell is anyone supposed to know weather anyone likes your work (or not) if noone NEVER SEE IT!!!

For instance... if your pic gets 5000 views and gets like 10 faves... well then it must have something wrong with it... so you know to do better next time ( a little exagerated but you get the point ) Then you next pic gets the same views... but it gets 20 or 30 faves... well then you can look at that and think... wow... I did something right with that one.

Then you can learn from that and do better next time... not to mention with those views theres bound to be commenters that can tell you ways they think you could improve... or even tell you what they like about it so you know what you did right.

But if you get 10 views... naturally your going to get no favs and no comments... why? CAUSE NOONE SAW IT!!!

NEXT...

Then Ive read certain popular artists say... well if you comment too much your " whoreing yourself" ... uh.... so... we should just sit around and get views and comments like all you asshole artists who get your pics posted on the front page all the time?

.... I think that speeks for itself.


And NO its not because their work is so much more awsome than others... Ive seen artists on DA with work that would blow your mind... that have been here sence 2002 and they have only 300 or so views.

So yeah... people try to come up with ways for you to see thier page... did it really kill their Haughty ass to click on the frikin mouse?... gave them a view... and then leave... big whoop!

Personally... Ive gotten to the point that it doesnt really matter to me anymore. I now have enough people that comment and give me inspiration to where it doesnt matter. But I can understand where some underappriciated artists are comming from.

Why do I feel free to say this? Because I know not a damn one of the artists that would say any of those things would even read my journal

Sorry I had to rant about that... Ive just been noticeing as I go to peoples pages... that alot of awsome artists get absolutly no credit for the wonderful work they do. Then theres other artists that draw such generic Shojo crap that all looks the same that get waaaay more views than they deserve.
But thats not what pisses me off about them... what ticks me off is when they want to complain about stupid shit.

Another thing I noticed is DA has some new agreement now that ( please correct me if Im wrong ) they can use your work to make money or use it anyway they please.... wow...

Needless to say ( if I interpretted this right) I will be taking down all my origional art. DA now seems to be for fanart where Im concerned though

Why?... well Im going to be honest... after work... at 8:00... I....went to bed :gasp: thats right... all the nights of haveing 4 hours of sleep took thier toll....

Buuut they didnt take it for long however, for I woke up at 12:40... and began to loaf... and I honestly did not feel like doing much else. I went on DC... started to collect some new animes to watch...

I went ahead and got impateint... and Downloaded a crapload of One Piece HK subbs so I could watch the Skypiea saga.... thinking

" well maybe I can just live with it... I mean... I know what theyre saying anyway."

shit... just shit.... but everyone probably already knows that...

So then I got to thinking... " Well... maybe I could look for some old eps with Ace in them" to see what it was that I did wrong when I drew him.

Watched the ep where Ace came to meet Luffy and met up with Smoker after falling asleep in his food... I forgot how funny all that was . And wound up watching the whole interlude and quit watching until I reached those horrid filler eps and stopped....

Anyhoo... I found a few problems and descided Id go ahead and fix some of my pics with Ace up.

Anyhoo... I basically didnt do anything productive other that... I just got lazy... Ill work on some other stuff after work tommarrow though

Its truely an awsome place to have a gallery. I love how its set up. The only thing to remember is you can only submit drawings that are male oriented. But that makes it different and so it doesnt bother me. I think its cool to have a second gallery that accually has defferent theme than this one.

I decided to take the link out of the dev ID deviation due to the content. But I chose to do that account so I would have somewhere to put my yaoi or Shonen ai works without breaking any of the DA rules or offending any watchers that I have that may not approve or want to see that kind of thing.

By the way, I havent forgotten about THIS gallery. Ive just been really busy and most of the things I have been posting THERE had already been ( for the most part ) completed I just was never able to submit them here.

Im working on a fanart of Greed from FMA... but Ive been haveing a hard time coming up with an idea for him that I like. Im trying to be more origional about my art here lately.

Plus Ive been working alot... but I have two days off monday and tuesday so I can be ALOT more active on those two days.

Honestly, work has me tired and the scanner has me pissed so I dont have anymore patience for it tonight Ill screw with it again tommarow.*



I used to be a tattoo artist and illustrater... now I work in a Deli!!! gaaaah...

But all in all its not too bad,. The people I work with are really nice... not the one thing I ever DREAMED of doing or anything, but its a way to make money for now. Hell, in a way its better than people insulting me by trying to put cheep prices on my artwork ... I know that sounds cocky, but youd understand if you knew what Ive delt with from people where I live. Nothing around here is art unless it has Jesus on it -_-... or a deer

On a good note... todays dubbed One Piece wasnt too bad, ... still haveing a hard time getting used to Sanjis voice. I watched dubbed Shaman king again too... its not seeming that bad anymore either... the worst parts about it now are Ryus and Rens voices still... but I guess Im getting over it. I suppose it could have been worse.

Or maybe I was just in a good mood while watching it

Anyhoo... hope everyone is doing well. I need to get some sleep now so Ill be more active later. Im going to hook my scanner up tommarrow so Ill have some new stuff up soon. Mostly what Ive been able to accomplish so far isnt complete due to lack of time... but that will change.

Well, so much for THAT.... jeesus christ. Just when I thought One Piece couldnt get any more awsome!!! Now I know what everyone has been talking about.... I mean just DAMN. Nothing in previouse chapters prepared me for Water 7.

I dont want to say too much and spoil anything... but I now have to start a search for 355. Maybe then Ill find out WHERE THE HELL SANJI IS... drinking tea... mac'n with the ladys... getting laid....masterbateing?... I wonder if I missed it...

I noticed the big hype about Toonami getting Naruto.

I think everyone is spazing about it waaaaaay too much.

They can't posably screw it up the waythey did One Piece. Hell, I found that CN is accually rather kind to the animes they get on thier timeslots.

The thing that I think is interesting is that they are ALSO going to aquire One Piece... while this may seem like an awsome thing, chances are, they are just going to take the 4Kids version and slap it on Toonami.

The thing that MAY be good about this? They might let up on the editing on LATER eps. But, the chances of them re- editing the crap they have already done... well I think everyone is going to be fairly disapointed.

I mean... take Rave for an example... geez they screwed that anime up!!!

I sudgest PRAYING for the adult swim... THAT is the one and only thing that will make the difference.

Also , I just recently got cable so I was able to check out the FMA dubb... and I would like to say... well its not THAT bad...

Hell, in a way, I think its kinda good. Yeah, the voices don't fit as beautifully as the Japinese version (I think its impossable to duplicate Envys voice right, his Japinese voice was so perfect) ... and Eds voice squeeks a little ... But it could have been ALOT worse




Anyhooooo.... nothing new to add art-wise because I hooked up a new computer and I havent hooked up my scanner yet. When I do, I have a few traditional pieces to share.

Plus Ive been wanting to try and do some more " action" pics.

I finally got Java 2 Platform and Oekaki bourds STILL wont save my Oekaki works so this has been ticking me off. I think I got to get Oekaki Potatoe but DAMN if noone gives a strait link to it!!! They always wind up finding a link to site that has a maze of links and Zip files to DL. * rubs temples * I think I about got it though.... Im just going to have to get the hubby to do it... whenever he like... feels like it.

Oh yeah... I also got a job, so I havent been as active. Ive been checking out peoples deviations. If I havent said anything about them yet, I will. Or at least give a damn good effort too. Plus, Ive been trying to make sure to check out journal entrys too. I feel like Ive been missing alot by being half assed about jreading ournal entrys.

At some point... didn't I say I wasn't going to watch the crappy One Piece dubb anymore? Well, I watched it again anyway... and alot of the crappy 4 Kids Saturday morning lineup. Why? Because I really wanted to know what they were going to do with one of my favorite OP Characters. He's so cool... and now... hes part of the mafia.

I truely hate you 4 Kids. And Im not stupid ... I KNOW YOUR DOING IT ON PURPOSE!!!

Oh, also,I couldnt help but notice that they tried to make it look like the Ninja Turtles would beat the One Piece guys in a fight.... yeah right... theyd be lucky if they made it past the Shaman King guys... please.

I mean... Luffy has had Bullets and missles lodged into his arm... been bitten... cut, sliced, freekin impaled, among a bunch of other horrably painful beatings... and gotten up like " I felt nothing " * twitches*

and Im not even counting Zoro... who as the series goes on Im determined that he LIKES pain.

... these guys are going to lose... to Ninja Turtles?....

Hell, my son even knew that was crap.

I really hate not being able to comment on anything enough. It makes everything back up. Plus, its always cooler to be able to say something about somthing as soon as it gets submitted...because well... I know how cool it is to get a comment or reaction as soon as I submit something... so I assume other people like it that way too. But damn if nothing works out right.



So Im gojng to go and comment on some of the newer stuff that has been submitted by others. Then I guess I need to go searching for freekin' LIIINKS!!! ARRRGUE!!!

On a lighter note... I got my taxes back... and trust me... that always means good things for my art. But honestly... I truely want a new computer. But who knows... we shall see

And I would like to bring something to everyones attention. After the elections it became evidently clear to ... that the IMPORTANT issues dont mean Jack to the Americans as much as "morals" AKA .. homosexuals.

I have absolutly no good reason for not being active on DA other than that.

I decided to start reading the Full Metal Alchemist the manga. And well... Damn. Its just awsome. Not that I thought the anime sucked or anything... but I honestly wish they had followed the manga. It starts off looking like its going to be simalar to the anime... and then takes a completly different turn. COMPLETLY DIFFERENT!!!

I suppose thats all I can say without spoiling it. Just trust me... this is a manga worth the read. I have so far read up to chapter 43. Not only is the plot better, but its also alot more twisted and just plain delightful I can't find any others after that just yet... but damn its killing me. It made me lose a good bit of sleep... but so far its been well worth it.

Got a few ideas Ive sketched here and there art wise... nothing special yet, really.

Im going to get to checking everyones deviations and such, that may help me get some more inspiration ... thats all for now.

Ok, I decided to update my paintings I did on artpad for giggles anyway... cause I feel happier now.

Why? 'Cause after that, Ill be submitting my first Oekaki to be shown off to the public yaaaaay I know its not a big deal to most... but it is to me I get real excited when I figure out something new.

well for the most part....

I still cant submit anything to any bourds until tommarow though, because I cant update my Java 'till I call my cable company and get some details worked out with my server. Or at least I think that may be the problem with me updateing it. Plus, the error message I get says theres an error with the server anyway... so that may be the entire problem all together . ( Its a little complicated to explain completly )

As for the Java 2, I looked on the net for it but it seems its not available for download anymore and it now has to be bought. I may have to see if I can find it over DC if push comes to shove.

Well Thanks to very nice people who heard my whining I have been able to figure out the intricate details of screen capping... ya know, the stuff all of you already knew Thats what I get for thinking it was more complicated than it accually was.

I submitted a little something... but I have a few other things Ive been working on that I plan to submit soon. Hopefully it will make up a little for my lack of activity on my page. *

Yeah, thats right... I watched the damn One Piece dubb again... someone shoot me... although its to the point now where it getting kinda funny, kinda like the DBZ dubb did....

I just have one question though... why was it more child friendly for the kid to carry a purple spatchula instead of a shovel?

Anyhoo, after the holidays I went into an artistic slump. I wont go into detail but my family has a way of making me feel very inferior in the art department. I come from a family of artists, musicians and cooks.... and compaired to them I suck in all those departments.... well maybe that will explain alot.

But, I think it was just one of those passing times of self doubt and that Im going to get back on track. I havent had any commisions to do here lately... so I may be able to do some more fun artwork for my own enjoyment that will set me strait again

Well, I have let my deviations pile up to 430... so Im going to get checking... I think I may be able to stay on the net though... Ill just be switching over to cable interent and losing my phone ... ... Its all good

Anyhoo, the good news is, tax return time will be coming soon. So, I may be back sooner than I would have been had this happened earlier in the year.

But, I'm going to see if I can get something else put up before I get the boot. I don't know if it will happen or not... I have until the 13th of January the way it looks. But, you never know with the phone company.

Another good thing about this though. All the little projects, that I've been needing time to work on, will be ready to be put up when I get back.

Ive been woring on a layout for several small Fanmangas. I guess I can explain that...

I am trying a different way to do this. So I can accually FINISH a fanmanga.

I've been laying out, with quick crappy art, how Im going to put everything and Im making the storys fairly short. The one Ive almost finished the layout for is my LuNa one. ( It's not hentai *gasp*) But I think its going to be really nice once I get it completed. Plus I have a FMA one ... but just a little bit here and there...

Oh yeah, and Ive really been trying to get that LuNa fanfiction done... but damn, if I dont suck as a writer... not to mention, I think when I began it, I didn't have enough knowledge on the characters or something. I cant help but think theres alot of things I have out of character that are going to be difficult to work around. And, no matter how hard I try to fix it.... well to make a long story short, I think Im just going to rig it to make haste toward the smut and just wriite another one later. Im just not much of a writer ... or have I already said that?


Oooooh yeah, RevQuest accually translated movie 5.... O.O I think they did a fairly good job. There's a few things I miss seeing that I see with KF translation wise... but that may be just my own preferences, or maybe I'm just haveing a hard time getting my hopes up for another group of translaters because of how many different translaters have picked up and then dropped One Piece .

But at least its not over done ... or had those horrable "changing color subbers" You know the ones... " ... so Ill make the subbs red when he talks..... then will make the subbs change from blue to green to white... to..."

But nothing is as bad as the Yu Yu Hakusho subs I had... characters saying crap kinda like:

" I am going over with a fight to him. Yum yum me..." O.o



Either way, .... movie 5 was better when I didnt know what they were saying ... I mean damn. The out of characterneeeesssss... I highly sudgest this one raw

But, Ive noticed a trend with the One Piece movies. Its seems like EVERY OTHER movie is good and then the others are just thrown together.

Movie 1 = suck... animation story and all... Movie 2 : Cool animation and a good amount of effort given ... Movie 3 = SUUUUCK Movie 4 = Animation = WOW...

So there you have it... Im going to look through deviations now and try to be part of the comunity... or at least try to

Ive been incredibly busy lately. Im going on a trip to Charlston on the 23rd . So we have been celibrating Christmas here rather early because my husband will not be joining me because he has to stay and work. Well, needless to say my kids have been haveing a spiffy holiday. Theyve been opening a present a day until the 23rd when we leave. The hubby will be joining us Christmas afternoon... but they will be opening thier presents from there grandparents.

Anyway, the house has been filled with the sounds of the new Gamecube we got them . I have to say, I think its a really neat system. It seems to be meant entirly for gameplay and they have been enjoying it greatly. Plus, its really fun to play Mario cart with them.

Anyway, Ive been wanting to do alot of things on the net here lately, but I dont want to make too many plans till Im sure I'll have my interent after December.

But on a less than Christmasy note : WE ARE NEARING THE END OF THE CROCODILE FIGHT IN SUBBED ONE PIECE! Can you tell I cant wait for Skypiea?

Anyhoo, I still remember all the requests and Ill be getting to them. I just didnt post them in this journal entry.

Aint it great?

Ok Im done with my randome Hughs moment....

Anyhoo... remember how I said Usopps voice wasn't too bad on the dubb? Well, keep in mind that I dont watch the dub for One Piece regularly... and I only saw the last 10 min. of that episode, and the little bit I saw it didnt seem too bad. Well, I sat down and watched another episode... and I completly changed my mind. I dont know if I was tired last time or what... but OMFG... I remember why I don't go out of my way to wake up for this crap.

Also, sorry, but Ive gotten behind on my dev watch again. I just have been so busy here lately. Plus I dont have really too much new too put up. Nothing really special anyway. But Ill have some new stuff up before Christmas But Ill get to everything real soon.

Plus, Im sure everyone has heard about Sheezy Art by now. They seem to allow alot more that DA ... you know... like hentai. Plus they have a great warning system that keeps the guilt factor off of my chest

Needless to say, I havent had time to join yet, but I probably will eventually when I get some time. Also I have a good amount of forums Ive been wanting to join so I can do some comunicating with the rest of the world. Ive become so anti social....

Also, I hope noone took offence to the comments on my last art entry. I was just stating my own oppinion and by no means was insulting anyone else.

I look at art on all kinds of different pairings( Yaoi and Het ) from all kinds of different animes. I feel that people will get more out of the fanart world if they wouldnt limit themselves for no good reason. But once again... just an oppinion.

Ok Moving on...

Not too much good to submit... but I havent been feeling all that well... or inspired for that matter. But I gues I was able to put out something.

As for commenting, I know Ive been really quiet. I just havent had much time at the computer. To make matters worse, I might be going offline for a month so I can save up for some christmas shopping and such. Thats a maybe though ... ... It depends on how everything works out. 1. Bleach I know alot of people had been reading the manga... but I just recently discovered it upon watching the anime... I would definatly sudgest this anime if you enjoyed Shaman King or Yu Yu Hakusho especially... it seems pretty cool so far and seems to have alot of promise

2. It seems like Naruto may be picking up the pace as well. It had been worrying me here recently.

3. I highly sudgest the disney movie The Incredibles. It was very enjoyable

4. No I havent seenthe japinese version.... but The Grudge scared the crap out of me

5. The Saw was trippy too... very scary...

But honestly, I was still more tired from being sick than I thought I was. I also just really havent felt like getting on the computer much. Ive had alot of things to catch up on, so by the time I sat down, well, I just didnt want to type or anything.

Plus, I have been trying to draw ANYTHING... and nothing has come to me.

I thought maybe it was because I needed to stear away from anime. So I tried drawing some other stuff. Nothing has come out that I have truely liked.

So I decided to start getting back into manga. I managed to find up to chapters 335 of One Piece.( Ive only read up to chapter 290...somthing... dont remember its been a while) Yeah, I know Im behind but Im trying not to pester people about the chapters without haveing looked for them myself first.

Oh, I see that Japan is up to ... well ahead of where Im at in the Manga O.o. Eather way, Im going to get to catching up on that. I saw the new beginning credits and am SO FREEKIN EXCITED!!! Cant wait... Cant wait.... must read must read.... must find a jacket like Luffys in the end credits... thats so cool.

Also, I have become saddened due to my lack of Fullmetal Alchemist fixes sence the anime ended. So I decided that would be another manga Im going to collect. I have managed to aquire up to volume 8.

I havent been able to read anything new yet though . But, I plan on it here soon.

I also figured one of the reasons for lack of inspiration may be my lack of participation with other artists so Im going to try and get a little more into DA and maybe some other stuff on the net....

So much to do so little time right? Anyway, Im promising the best of work or anything but Ill probably have something of my own to share in a few days. Hopefull I can come up with some origionality to it. I havent been very happy with my stuff lately and hope to improve that

I have my todo list on other journals so Ill skip putting it up this time to save on loading time to my page. But theres nothing new to it to add other than the fact Ive been messing around with a neato little Zoro pic .... and one of the tattoo design requests

I picked up an old fic I had put down. Of course, this happened right before I got sick, so I put it on hold, in order to effectively wallow in misery.

Started on a scetch here and there. But they all wound up looking like crap

But, hey I feel better now so Im back on the ball.

I also hope to be to commenting and participateing in DA more again too

As everyone the elections have ended.... and Bushes highly tuored and desperate campain... yeah, it worked. God I hate that hes going to be in office again...

I have so much Id like to bitch and complain about this... but I think I can sum it up in one statement.

When gas is up to three dollors a gallon, our economy goes to shit, every country in the world hates us so damn bad they believe it is worth nuclear holocaust to blow us up, with visions of Bushes burning fake grin going up in a firey blaze... I will at least have one thing that wont grate on my concience... I DIDN'T VOTE FOR HIM!!!

I have so much I'd like to say,so many nasty opinions,but I just think thats the safest rout I can go right now. And, maybe Ill feel better about it later.

I got my computer problems patched up for the time being it seems. McCaffree about killed my piece of junk (Too big or something, who knows, but my computer went into seisures when I tried to install it...) So I have another firwall and F secure hooked up. So I hope that works.

We tired to reformat our computer... I removed all my important files off of my main hardrive but Norton would not let use reinstall our wondows unless we bought a floppy disk or some crap. Yeah thats right... it was accually IN my Windows XP ... so we had to do a whole bunch of stuff to fix it... anyway...

I lost all my art files other than what I have already submitted to DA... So Ill be starting over. Damn computer....

Speeking of which has anyone seen the preview on foxbox for One Piece... LUFFY SOUNDS LIKE AN 8 YEAR OLD!!!! Such a shame..

Im not happy with Zoros voice either... but maybe thats because I adored his japinese voice... it was so perfet for him. And there was some helium induced voice I heard in the background that im PRAYING isnt Nami's.

I haven't been able to check my deviations ( I have about 986 unchecked )so Im just going to delete them all and just go to peoples pages to see what they have new, so I can catch up on my messages. I feel like it may be easier that way.

Other than commision art not much has been done( well not completed anyway). Im also going to try to get a new mouse because the one I have now ... well its impossable to work with now. (8/18)* Well, a few things came up... like school and husband not letting me on the computer -_- because hes stingy!!! But Ill be getting those updates loaded up soon and Im going to be trying to clean up my gallery a tad so sorry for the repeat deviations in your boxes... To everyone I watch... sorry Ive been so quiet... I have so many Deviations to catch up on its unreal. But Ill eventually get around to it.*


Accually Ive had a bunch of projects Ive been working on little bits and pieces at a time. The problem is everytime I get started on one I have to get up and do something else. So then when I sit back down to draw again... well I wind up starting something else. That leaves me with a bunch of unfinished projects and pictures.

But Ive got a few arts to show off until I finish all my other stuff. Also I wanted to show off my new little one so I put up some of the editing I did on her photo proofs from the hospital.

But I have been drawing, hell, art is the only way I can relax and enjoy myself.

Ive also been watching everyones art. Not that much commenting has been happening from me because it gets kinda difficult to type one handed while you have a baby in one of your hands. But Im beginning to get used to it.

Anyway... some updates on the requests Ive been doing... and Ill have more to say here in a few days when I update some more stuff...

I had my baby girl, wound up letting my husband name her. He chose the name Brianna Skye. Its not the name *I* chose But Ill get over it, its still pretty.

For those of you I havent told yet, she was born 7.1 pounds and 19 inches long. She seems healthy so far Shes really pretty. Yeah I know Im her mom, of course I would think that.... but other people told me too dangit!!! and I refuse to accept they were paid or compelled to do so

But its ok, Ill probably post a pic of her to prove it



Anyway, on an artistic note....

My Ma got me a present... some prismacolor pencils... well theyre watercolor pencils... but Im not about to complain. So I may be trying those out and showing the progress Im haveing. I dont have much experience with the watercolor medium so this should be interesting.



Next, I may not have been able to draw much, but I have been able to vegitate on my couch Which means I have been enjoying a few varietys of entertainment.

One, I saw "Soul Plane"... Does anyone remember the old movie "Airplane"? Well to me it was kinda the same concept... except it was... well... black... and had more perverted stuff. So if you like the old Airplane movie youll probably like that. I thought it was farely funny.

I also saw "Secret Window". I found this movie to be quite boring and proof that Steven King is running out of ideas. Watch his movie "The dark Half first (good movie... better book) and youll see what I mean.

"Garfield" was a good family flick. It was... well it was Garfield. Not much more to say... it gave me a few smiles and a giggle but that about covers it. But, if you at one point were a huge Garfield freak youll love it.

To my surprise "Troy" was really good. Ill be honest I was disapointed when I heard of Brad Pitts role in the movie... but he did a cool job playing the part... I think its definatly worth seeing.

I never saw the first one... but the new "Texas Chainsaw Masacre" scared the crap out of me.

Now for the animje stuff....

Ive seen the first two eps of Chrno Crusade... Im liking it OK so far.

I have to admit the anime for Samurai Deeper Kyo didnt catch me... I tried to watch it a fell asleep to it twice. But I heard the manga is really good and that the anime doesnt do it justice so Ill probably try the manga out eventually.

Naruto and FMA are still cool ... just to remind everyone

Oh yeah... anyone seen the preview for the American One Piece.-_-

Now dont get me wrong... I love my country... but DAMN of they cant destroy an anime. I at least had hope when I thought Funimation got it... I mean, granted, I was scared, But they did a decent job on Yu Yu Hakusho... so there was hope.

Well Ive been feeling really tired because Im on my last stage of pregnancy. Ive also been trying to make money for extra expenses ... you get the point...




Plus my husband moved the computer from the old desk to a new area where I can watch the animes I download while sitting in a reclining chair Not to mention, everyone can watch them with me from on the couch... well that and any downloaded movies weve gotten.



But then I discovered a problem... When I I try to lean forward to color over the computer and use the mouse my big-ass prego stomache is all up in the way... in other words... Ive had a few obsacles...



Anyway... I did get to see me a bitchen anime (Yeah, even my husband has been watching it with me... and he usually doesnt like to watch anime.except for Knshin and Naruto). Ive been collecting Full Metal Alchemist and finally decided to sit down and start watching it. IM LOVEING IT Its fill with much coolness...

Also I saw VanHellsing... and I don't care what everyone says... I frikin loved it. It made me want to draw a wearwolf really bad

Well anyway, I have a few things to show... only one request done though. But thats the good thing about my requests is I asked for people to give them to me so theres really no rush

Ive started on a bunch of things, but everytime I do I wind up just getting pissed off with it. I havent been able to sleep well because of how big Ive gotten:tired: and how uncomfortable I am so I think that may be the biggest reason that I have no patients.

Not to mention I have so much stuff I have to do here. Then the first time I get to sit down and do anything artistic I have to do those commision pictures. which were less than satisfactory.

Plus I want to practice with OTHER stuff. Im watching all these other artists get better on my watch list, while I continue to remian motionless. If you catch my drift.

I started coloring that Gogeta picture and I was going to put it up today to have something new put up... but alas.. it pissed me off as well

So I think Im going to try and relax and lay back and not try so hard. And before I know it Ill be putting out new work again.

Now for my to do list and an update for how all of them are going :

As I said in one of my comments in my last journal entry, I wanted to put up another pic after the hentai on so I wouldnt have a hentai image on display on my front page.

So I started working on that Lime picture I drew a little while back thats in my gllaery in Black and white. I got irritated with it and realised it was 4 in the moring so I think Im going to wait to finish it. Im probably getting tired.

Ill have that up shortly though, in the mean time I put up a design I made up while I was in my tattoo aprentiship a LOOOONG while ago. But I prettied it up with photoshop so it still looks pretty spiffy I guess



Oh and another thing, I may be offline for a little while soon. MAAAAYBE... so if Im not responsive or stop commenting you all know why. Im kinda low on cash and I have been haveing problems with my car so I dont know if the phone is going to be able to be paid.

No worries though, Ill be back. And Ill have loads of things to share due to hospital time and boredom without enternet before that (Hopefully Ill be back online before the baby is born. Keep your fingers crossed though. I may not be takin offline... theres just a chance of it.

That was taken in march when I found out she was a girl. I just thought I'd share that. I guess I have alot of mixed feelings about haveing a fourth child as young as I am, but I have to say I still want to see and hold my little girl really bad

mayshing had a journal entry that approached this topic and I thought it was interesting. So I looked at my art.

I think it shows that I live out in the country in my pictures. Yet you can also tell I grew up in more of a city area.

Why?

Well I noticed that all my art contains water ( I live around alot of rivers and lakes and I grew up next to a beach.) Also alot of fields and stary skies. Now one thing I lack that was mentioned, I dont draw a whole lot of bugs in the background. I think this may be because this is the one thing about the country I dont like I mean, bugs have thier beauty, I draw butterflies all the time. And all kinds of animals... but anyway...

I thought that was interesting.

I put up some new kind of work Im going to be doing and Ill have more stuff like this coming up soon. Im trying some stuff out. But more on that later... enjoy the crappy scetch for now until I finish coloring it

Ive been in the mood to draw some gothic kinda fantasy works so you may be seeing some more of that. I still have some other pics Ive been wanting to color that Im going to get around to. Anyway... later all

Um, going to start drawing some comic ideas of my own. And some work on flash work ( tattoo designs ) I can sell eventually. I dont know how long any of that is going to be though.

I'll finish a pic... I'll think Ive done REALLY well... or figured out something that looks REALLY spiffy (to me).

yeah guys, I know what reactions like this mean. It means they're "alright" or "average"

In other words... boring. And I can't pinpoint why for the life of me. It's almost as if the coloring and shadeing make up for the dullness of the picture maybe?

Im beginning to feel like Im artistically blind. And it frustrates me.

I know Im not a bad artist and Im not insulting myself. I just feel like Im not seeing something really important and that it may be my problem. I've been asking the forum and other places for honest comments. But nothing has really been able to pinpoint the source of the problem.

Its not the little problems I'm worried about. (Even though that helps because I know to do better next time) Its the BIG picture.

Anyway... still drawing ... not gonna stop. In the mean time I guess Ill keep doing what Im doing till I figure it out. But any sudgestions or observations I will not take as insults.. please tell me.

And on a final note, I love the comments and compliments you give.

Unlike some artists who say that they dont care about the fans they are such a bother...

but thats another annoying subject I dont want to get into... Im just taking people who rant about how they dont like people telling them whats wrong with there work, or how everyone is just SOOOO jeolouse of them, off my damn watch list 'cause I dont know how to block out their journals and Im tired of reading them.

I'm drawing some pics for a guy for a book. For some reason it drains my inspiration.

But I think I got a few things drawn and Im going to work on making them really nice with some seriouse attention to CGing them.

I finished the line drawing for the Samurai Kyo. I plan on doing a more intricate piece of that anime later. Unfortunatly, that seemed to be all I could manage to think up.

Im debateing on waiting to put up the line drawing and just going ahead and coloring it all the way before I show it. Im not really happy with my traditional work yet I seem to get more possitive coments from them than I do my CGing. So I know what I need to work on.

Well I'm changing my feature back. I lost with flying colors It was cool though. I think coming up with the idea was fun. And I thought it was spiffy .

Technicaly the Penguin Ninja was already thought up. Just the human version wasn't. For the sheer fact that the penguin had nothing to do with Naruto.

Well I have a pic of Sanji Ive drawn up that Im going to color. I drew my first picture of him and hated it So I drew another one. I never drew a pic of him before and Ive seen so many different variations of him more than any other One Piece Character it seems. Or maybe it just seems that way. Well anyway I decided to take a try at it.

Also I have a really cool idea for a fanart series, mostly for my enjoyment but you may like it too.

I was thinking of useing my tattoo flash Ive drawn up and putting them on different One Piece characters so I could show them off and do some new art too. I thought it fit the whole pirate theme anyway . Im gonna think of a really cool way to do it with photoshop so its gonna look ... cool... yeah! Feel free to tell me what you think of that...

I decided to use my "self ninja" as my Dev ID. No, thats not the finished pic. Thats a modified version of it. The whole completly colored one is not complete yet. It should be done by tomarrow.

Im getting tired and I need some sleep.

I also put up a pencil drawing of a tattoo I designed for my husband a long time ago.

I was feeling artistic so I have alot of things Im going to be putting up. Then Ill be working on the book characters again.

Still got other stuff Im doing... I got really artistic feeling the other night and went nuts on some stuff ... not all of it is anime though. But I felt the need for something different.

Ill start with coloring those after Im done with my self Ninja.

Oh yeah and Im also going to be doing my Dev ID too. I think Im going to do it strait with the mouse the way I did my avatar. It'll help me with the next thing I want to start trying and that would be Oekaki.

But I havent felt like drawing much after doing those pics for that book for some reason. But I feel better now and I have drawn a few things Im going to start coloring.

The new Vegeta and Goku pic is one of them. I also want to put together that Gogeta pic. Ive found some old people from my DBZ fandoms that have me wanting to draw some here lately.



I have also drawn a few simple One Piece pics while I was testing some pencils and paper out so I have some for that too Im going to color.



Ive been wanting to draw some Yu Yu Hakusho stuff but I haven't gotton around to it yet. Ill get to it. Its all good.



Oh yeah... and Im flipping around ideas in my head for a dev ID. I want it to be origional and different.

Yeah ... and ... the ninjas are cool arnt they?

Id put up Links but I have to put up a good bit and I dont want to forget anyone so Im gonna get off my lasy but at some point

Oh if anyone feels so inclined I would like to know how to put up links the way Ive seen so many people do. Like with the icon thing. Or do I have to have a membership to do that?

Next thing I may do is put me up DA ID though. I think I got a pretty cool one thought up that Ill draw up. Make my page complete.

In the meantime I have to do these characters for this guy for some extra cash so I may put up something old tomarrow. I think I have a pretty cool pic to share I just need to scan it.

Im gonna have some DBZ fanart comming up too later on for my old anime obsession.
